I purchase tyres from your company since 2005.

Price of[protected] Zapper tyre is 1400 according to mrf online price chart, but mrf franchise at contai charges 1500 for this tyre. Please look into and take action immediate.

I Nagadevara Nagababu, advocate R/o Kakinada. I have purchased a brand newMRF tyre on[protected] at your authorised Branch Moti tyres MRF tyrs and service franchise at kakinada.

I was happened a single puncher and the service center guys are intimated us this newly purchased tyre cannot be used further and we have to purchased a new one again due to this manufacture defected I have got lost faith and amount on MRF brand.

I would like to request repay the amount whatever I purchased on[protected] i.e, Rs. 26, 400/- otherwise i will take steps against you and your company through consumer court of law

I purchased Yamaha fzs bike in 2018 running the 11000 km.but tyre is damaged in air .So I want to replace but company is not agree.reply me.Dear customer, We regret inability to accept No.[protected]Sl.No.0618) as claim as no manufacturing defect found.

We have purchased 1 Hydra (Crane) Tyre with size 13.00-24 on dated 03.08.2020 from Satguru Nanak Tyres, Nadesar, Varanasi, with Invoice no 602 dt. 03.08.2020, but found crack in tyre after 5 months of purchase. We have made complaint to the dealer but they are denying to change the tyre. We are sending you photograph of tyre. Invoice could not be added due to space problem. We could sent it to you separately if required. Kindly help us by replacing the same

SUBJECT : REAR RIGHT TYRE BURST OUT PREMATURELY on 01Feb 2021 (Date of purchase 14 Aug 2019 and running less than 10, 000 km)

Dear sir / Madam,

1. I am Satya Prakash Pandey, a retired soldier from Air Force. I am currently living at Patiala, Punjab. I chose to replace my old tyres with new MRF tyres vide Tax invoice No. 1891dated 14 Aug 2019 from Rajdhani Tyre Sales, shop no. 1- A, near Gurudwara Ramgharia, lower mall, Patiala, Punjab, PIN 147001 Code 03. GSTIN/ UIN - 03AAEFR1841C1ZU. Tyres description :[protected]/70R14 88S ZV2K TL) .

2. It is matter of sorrow that the one of the aforesaid Tyre burst out near District Unnao when I was running from Lucknow towards Agra on the Lucknow Agra High Way on 01 Feb 2021 at around 04:07 pm. It was blessings from God and other well wishers that I survived my life with my family. However, I recovered from the deadly shock and I completed the journey by replacing the burst tyre with available stepny in my car.

3. The said burst tyre has been deposited by me on 06Feb2021 to the above said dealer shop "Rajdhani Tyre Sales "from where it was purchased.

4. The above said accident of the Tyre Burst has shaken my faith and belief in the product.

5. In view of the above, may I request your goodself to kindly replace me with the brand new tyre of the company so that I can drive confidently and continue my faith and belief in the company same as earlier.

Deep cut

Tyre serial No: 2520 9L 140/60R17 REV2-4 TL MUQ-1441121. I have raised complaint at Yamaha service centre, their sub dealer MRF FAST checked & rejected my tyre due to 4 punctures. Even though it was issue in rear tyre side area. Video I have recorded(Unable to attached) would ve been 2 punctures it would have been replaced. This is not a proper solution to the customer, air leakage is not from the centre or puncture area. It was still getting leakage from the side wall( Photo attached). I used to fill the air like a bicycle every 2-3 days for my office ride. This is hectic & not acceptable, need replacement my bike is under warranty just 5 months after purchased.

As discussed above, purchased a new MRF NGP 3-18 size for a shop,
After installing a tyre i observerd a vobbling issue, as i got a small jerks from back tyre, which is new,

I got my alloy wheel and chain sporket check, but it's working fine, as my bike is only 9 months old,
Issues is that i have to ride for daily 100-130 kms.
I generally ride on highway, i am lossing a confidance on roads
Can i getting me a new tyre from company.

After an hours of purchased tyre fragmentary But Dealer not ready to exchange

There is cut occur in tractor tyre. Cut occur in font side & rear side of tractor tyre. Tyre size

I have bought MRF 90/100 10 ZAP - TYRE from R.K.Tyres ( MRF Authorized showroom) on 5 January 2021. Within a 15 days i faced with a puncture problem. If a Tyre gets puncture within 15 days then think about your steel chord quality and rubber quality. At least you might manufacture the Tyre with a inner liner, 2 to 3 plies and gum strip or cap strip. And you might have taken your green Tyre (GT) to curing process of 340 degree Fahrenheit at high pressure you might have made the Tyre then how can a Tyre can fail. MRF is a good brand but this problem spoils it, I need a suitable answer to my query and solve my problem by a replacement of Tyre and tube at no cost.

I have purchased 4 tyres and one go and after 6 months, one of the tyre observed with bulging nature will air loss.
I have contacted my Dealer : TYRE HOUSE, Station Road, Shivajinagar, Shrigonda, Dist Ahmednagar,[protected]
My Complaint No is[protected]SI. No.3118).
And this claim got rejected stating No reason.

With the deep customer satisfaction on MRF tyres i walked into your show room at AC Tyres, Krishnapuram Gramam Junction, Neyyattinkara yestetday to buy a rear Scooter Tyre for my TVS Wego (With tube) but he initially sold me Honda activa and subsequently when the technician cautioned him then he gave Tubeless MRF 90/90-12 Meteor-M TL[protected] and charged Rs 1350.. I feel there is a price difference..Kindly assure me the correctness of the billing price..Also please advise the management to change the salesman for smooth sale of your valuable products.. Your reply is awaited..

I'm a customer of your MRF tyres. I has been complained dt[protected] for rear tyre. The rear tyre has damaged a short period of time.

So, I request you to look this issue and solve the tyre issue from your end.

Try has manufacturing flair ..air bubbles are ther in that tyre I have purchased the tyre 18month back..please call me on [protected]. Or [protected]...this was for TV's Jupiter..

Sir, I bought the MRF Bike tyre on 05/12/2019 from your Exclusive Dealer "Pandey Tyre Shahjahanpur(UP) India. The tyre has a problem. The air leaks between the bike rim and the tyre.I showed the tyre to your exclusive dealer "Pandey Tire Shahjahanpur (UP) " but he refused to change the tyre. Sir please help me.

I replaced two tire of MRF/ZVTV/175/65-14 of my car Honda/Jazz on dated 30.11.2020 and after driving approx 100 Km of car and I got it noticed that there were two small unusual bloating on one of the tire on dated 14.12.2020 and in this regard the same has been informed to shopkeeper where the tire had been replaced from M/s Virani tyres/ dealer/Kharghar/Navi mumbai. They informed that the company would replace it because it is manufacturing defect but yesterday on 30.12.2020, they informed that the company is not responding. It is therefore, requested to look into the matter as I have been using MRF tires for the last 15 years but no such issue has been arose. I herey by uploading all the communication as well as claim copy/tire image and cash memo.

Tyre puncture repaing took almost 2 hours. Machnic open tyre and went somewhere. Still I am waiting for machnic to repaire the puncture tyre. Its really very shocking.
