I purchased 04 MRF Tyre @MRFWorldwide for Car but manufacturing defect 03 tyres is swollen due to inside cutting.
Deler say it's not manufacturing defect & its clearly seen its a manufacturing defect.
If the company does not replace the tyre, then I will go to the consumer forum

I purchased 5 tyres for my Maruti Zen in Oct, 2016, in lucknow, but one tyre flattened and cracked from many places

I changed my car tyre on 28/12/2020 at divine tyres alleppey, my vehicles tyre size is 195/60/R15 MRF PERFINZA model, i bought 4 tyres together
Now two cracks is present on one tyre.i approached the dealership but they are not giving me better assistance.kindly do the necessary steps to solve my problem.

My name is sandeep parmar mere pas scorpio hai usme mene abhi 1.5 month pehle mrf tyre dalwaya n wo abhi fhat gaya or company iska koi bhi claim ni kr rahi hai..

Bought a car Hyundai Aura. Received it with 4MRF tyres. With in 12000 KMS front 2 tyres got damaged .

Hyundai customer care is irresponsibily saying it's a fault of MRF tyres and road conditions.

I'm not driving in Amazon forest. I drive in toll paid roads in haryana

Absolutely unsatisfied with MRF tyres and hyundai customer care.

I bought 4 MRF tyres (R13 ZSLK model) from Kaveri Tyres Pondicherry -605008 on 05/08/2017 Bill No.5025/5037 [ I have attached the bills here] at Rs.14120 for my Hyundai Accent car.Hyundai service has reported that all 4 tyres are weak. MRF has provided 1 Lakh Kms or 5 years warranty for the tyres. The car has run only 20, 000Kms in this duration and the duration is only 3.5 yrs. I am not getting a proper response from the dealer. They are saying the model has been stopped my MRF. I had raised this in the MRF site 2 weeks back but no response from their side till now.

Please provide the replacement for the tyres or provide a proper compensation for the tyres.

Purchased a New Fludic Verna in January 2017 from Hyundai.All tyres fitted as OEM fittment are MRF ZVTV 195/65 R15. All tyres have developed sidewall cracks which can be risky to drive and lead to a blow out and a possible accident especially on the highway. Kindly arrange an inspection and suggest resolution as it is unsafe to drive the vehicle like this.Car has been driven for around 20500kms only.

I purchased kia sonet htk 1.5 diesel car dated 29/12/2020.after delivered about two month car km 7000 mrf tyre wanderer 215/60r16. 95h cut one side automatically .I complaint about showroom but doesn't any replay about replacement.he told me that you should complaint to mrf company, so plz take inspection of car front tyre, and replace tyre.temporary i change this tyre back side .

I am sorry that I have been contacting the dealership for so many months, but I have not been given the dealership yet. I did not speak properly. Let me be told clearly whether I will get the dealership or not, otherwise I am with another company. I will try to add yoga, and my area 16km Mrf has no showroom I have creat huge market if I get dealerships... I have already made buliding ...thank u call me [protected]

Dear Sir Please be advised that i have bought MRF tyre in Sep 2020 SIze NO:[protected] Sr.NO 1819. My car running hours since 2011 is 84000 KM only . one day suddenly i noticed that one of tyre having small bulged . Complain was made and after checking the tyre i was made to pay almost half of the prize of the tyre and service engineer told that 4 MM tyre has been used. it was surprising for me, how tyre can be used by 4 mm in 2-3 thousand running hours. How to justify that tyre was used by half of its thickness.
when spoke to engineer he told that there may be some fault in your car. This is the first time i used the MRF tyre thinking that Tyre is good reputation but it is worse than the any other cheap tyre available in the market. i never had this kind of problem before in any of my car. I rquest please waved off the payment i have to pay or reduce as cost is on higher side.

Price of[protected] Zapper tyre is 1400 according to mrf online price chart, but mrf franchise at contai charges 1500 for this tyre. Please look into and take action immediate.

I Nagadevara Nagababu, advocate R/o Kakinada. I have purchased a brand newMRF tyre on[protected] at your authorised Branch Moti tyres MRF tyrs and service franchise at kakinada.

I was happened a single puncher and the service center guys are intimated us this newly purchased tyre cannot be used further and we have to purchased a new one again due to this manufacture defected I have got lost faith and amount on MRF brand.

We have purchased 1 Hydra (Crane) Tyre with size 13.00-24 on dated 03.08.2020 from Satguru Nanak Tyres, Nadesar, Varanasi, with Invoice no 602 dt. 03.08.2020, but found crack in tyre after 5 months of purchase. We have made complaint to the dealer but they are denying to change the tyre. We are sending you photograph of tyre. Invoice could not be added due to space problem. We could sent it to you separately if required. Kindly help us by replacing the same

Dear sir / Madam,

1. I am Satya Prakash Pandey, a retired soldier from Air Force. I am currently living at Patiala, Punjab. I chose to replace my old tyres with new MRF tyres vide Tax invoice No. 1891dated 14 Aug 2019 from Rajdhani Tyre Sales, shop no. 1- A, near Gurudwara Ramgharia, lower mall, Patiala, Punjab, PIN 147001 Code 03. 2. It is matter of sorrow that the one of the aforesaid Tyre burst out near District Unnao when I was running from Lucknow towards Agra on the Lucknow Agra High Way on 01 Feb 2021 at around 04:07 pm. It was blessings from God and other well wishers that I survived my life with my family. However, I recovered from the deadly shock and I completed the journey by replacing the burst tyre with available stepny in my car.

3. The said burst tyre has been deposited by me on 06Feb2021 to the above said dealer shop "Rajdhani Tyre Sales "from where it was purchased.

4. The above said accident of the Tyre Burst has shaken my faith and belief in the product.

5. In view of the above, may I request your goodself to kindly replace me with the brand new tyre of the company so that I can drive confidently and continue my faith and belief in the company same as earlier.
