        Sir, I was purchased JCB tyre 16.9-28 MUSCLEROK-H N12T &IND TUBE dated on[protected], only one month was used for JCB tyres but one tyres are blast.i was going to complain that tyre for agency where it is purchased mubarikpur tyres, gagret, distt.una (HP) Tyres are under warranty, but agency are not replaced with it or said that not responsible for these item.plz sir take necessary action about her problem .

              Dear sir,
              On 22.08.2020 we bought two tyres for our maruti wagonr (Part name:- 145/80 r13 75t zlx tl) with invoice no oc/pc/988 by mrf tyres and service franchise "ravi motors,".
              Wheelbalancing and wheel alignment was also done by franchise on same day.
              After one month, and about 1500 kms of run tyres got loose wires and seemed overrun from one side. Both tyres are in same condition.
              On 26.09.2020 when we reached franchise to check and claim our warranty for change of our tyres, the owner/man at reception flatly declined saying "sir, road pe gaadi chalegi to ghisegi hi"
              The behavior was unwelcome and unprofessional. Moreover as a customer we have our rights to claim warranty which was flalty declined.
              Please look in the matter and arrange for early disposal of our isue.

                I am using mrf tube tyres for my honda aviator. I buy mrf tyres in coimbatore near cms school sakthi mainroad mrf show room. They sell tube tyres but now my tyres is buncher. I went the shop and put buncher means they say we dont put buncher for tube tyres we put buncher only tube less tyres. I don't understand this tyres and tubes also made from mrf then u cont give services after sales. Its cheating customers. Mrf tyres showroom cont give services to their own product means y mrf is sales tube tyres in showroom y mrf giving fake trust customers. Till day in my bike and scotor and car i useing mrf tyres only but here after i want think useing mrf. Mrf giving different response to tube customers and tube less.

                    Sir/mam,
                    10days back i purchased two tyres of my pickup van from my nearest mrf dealer. Dealer address:- opposite bhuifore mandir, dhanbad, jharkhand. But today i saw that in one tyre rubber ripped off. Looks like they sold me resoled tyre. When i reach that mrf dealer to complain about the issue, they told that they don't take any resposibility after selling the product, they told that mrf don't have after sales service. I have started my transportation business and thought mrf would be best but i was wrong. If mrf have any solution for my issue then please let me know.

                            I have purchased a royal enfield on may 31 2020 after few days i realised that the air in rear tyre is getting leaked.
                            Royal enfield showroom said the warranty of tyre is on mrf. I want it to get change..
                            Mrf dealer near me had raised his hands by saying that "i didn't sold you the tyre so i can't change".
                            Everbody is running from their responsibilties towards comsumer..
                            Is this the way?
                            Is this your warranty claim?
                            I want a soultion soon..

                              Whom soever it may concern:
                              I'm a very upset and disappointed mrf client and i have been writing the truth about the mrf co. & its tyres and policies on all blogs and public portal for review. Due to the road conditions in india and specially gujarat i had jumped in a real small pit and the tyre got bubble and i wanted to claim warranty and your dealer says, it does not come under warranty. Whereas all the other brands have unconditional warranty and only mrf dosen't??? My 2 tyres have the same problem and mrf is not ready to help. Buying new tyres for almost rs7000/- each of our hard earned money and for you guys its easy to say no warranty!!!

                                Sir i had deposited two of my tyres for exchange out of which one was passed and I was entitled to get a new tyre at half of the rate. I went there for some days for getting it but had to return as they said they will deliver it within few days.
                                Today I talked with the agent manager and he assured me that I will get it today but when I went there they asked me for a slip which they never gave me at first place.
                                Please do help me in this matter.
                                These are the messages I received.
                                "Dear customer, We regret inability to accept No.[protected]Sl.No.0719) as claim as no manufacturing defect found. Contact Dealer or[protected]"
                                "Dear customer, your claim item under No.[protected]Sl.No.3815) is accepted against payment of Rs. 1629.00 /- incl. GST. For details contact dealer."

                                  I have buyed tyre from jaiswal tyre center hooghly ashalata wait bridge, maity para, hooghly - 712311 shop owner given me 3 17 tyre after fitting my tyre in bike it's not supporting my bike need 80/100 tyre pls replace my tyre i have byed this tyre on july 2020

                                    Not getting proper support for tyre replacement
