I bought new Kia Sonet on 8th Dec'20.
On 27 Dec.'20 I visit kia showroom. While turning car in Kia building premises, car move up on 3-4 Inch step inside building and my car tyre damaged.
I raised complain to MRF but they rejected the claim answering that damage is due to sharp object.
But the fact is, it was damaged due to tyre moving up on 3-4 inch step and not due to sharp object. So, it is due to manufacturing defect of not handling 3-4 inch step.
Request you to kindly approve the claim.

I purchased a new mahindra xuv 300 with MRF wonderer tyres on 05/10/2020 but in November/20 one tyre(front right side) developed cut due to out side obstruction.can I get any kind of compensation as this tyre is not serviceable.

Purchased a tyre from Parihar Tyre Agency Pipar City Jodhpur on 21.11.2020. Invoice is available for verification upon request. The tyre is bloated from one side while driving on the highway. We showed this to the agency that this is a very unusual case and it should be replaced. They rejected our claim with some unacceptable reason that this happened due to a puncture in the tyre. Hence, we request you to kindly look into this complaint at your disposal and replace this tyre. We keep our option open to file a complaint through consumer court.

Dear Sir,

I bought a MRF tubeless tyre for my Honda BRV diesel car in dec 18 from Kanhaa Tyres Civil Lines Prayagraj. Mrf providing warranty. One of front tyre started exhibiting premature wear and tear.
Complaint logged on 15/12/20 at mrf tyre outlet & mrf dealer send for checking tyre at lucknow mrf office, message for the same has been received on my mobile for register claim with claim registration No.[protected]Sl.No.3418)

Again message received from mrf side on 17/12/20 for rejecting claim, as per message claim is not accepted as no manufacturing defect was found after inspection. I also informed the same message to Kanha mrf dealer but he has denied for further inspection & provided me claim rejection slip.

Fed up with mrf; I have retained mrf tyre safely to claim compensation.

Please be kind enough to compensate me adequately.

I bought a tyre 140/60/17 and it was an default in tyre manufacturing and as per i received the inspection report is totally wrong by your inspection ... I want to change may tyre and it's in warrantee period ... I and didn't got any helpful service by MRF tyres.

I have purchased MRF tyre for Yamaha v3 bike and and this tyre getting frequent complaint yesterday tyre got busted While driving and had crack in tyre i contacted local service centre they simply said warranty not covered for that crack issue u had used ceat tyre last 2 year there is no issue even though I used my bike un even roads while cleat was installed after installing MRF my tyre got busted Is MRF really better...

I purchase brezza in February month. After lockdown i drive it nearly 6k kms. Then i noticed round shaped marks on rear tyre (co-driver side). Mark on the tyre on outside as well as inside at same position.
It may be some manufacturing defect or something else.
I showed this on my car agency, they suggest me to contact with MRF & gave me a letter recommended to you.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I bought a car in may 2020 with MRF tyres since one month I m seeing a bubble in one of your tyre which indicates a manufacturing default in tyre therefore pls look in to the matter and do the needful by changing tyre so that I can continuously have faith in you company as I do now.

I purchased the tyre dated 29/10/2019(Attached copy), but even though after purchasing the tyre, I have not used & last week my existing tyre punctured so I used the MRF tyre, Now within 10 days two time my Tyre punctured after running 10-20 km.

My vehicle is Maruti Swift-VXI
Why there is issue with MRF tyre, my existing all tyre are from Bridge stone & I never face such issue .

I bought Swift Dzire which came with MRF ZV2K tyres. Aftr 14, 000 kms running, I found manufacturing defect in one tyre and the tyres both sides become weak and have snap/cut. The other 3 tyres are in totally good condition after the same running but only one had this problem.
I go to MRF tyre office Plot no, 11C, Ring Rd, TT Nagar, Scheme No 94 Sector EB, Indore, and after checking the tyre thy just said it is not manufacture defect.

How they can say it ? if it is not manufacturing defect then why 100 of cuts are showing in tyre.

Please help.

I had purchased a tubeless tyre in november 2018 for my bike with 5 year warranty and now they are refusing and giving only 400 refund... I want to submit a complain regarding this.

I have purchase MRF make Tubeless Tyres for my personal Indica Vista Car having tyre nos 175/70 R13-4 Nos through Authorized dealer i.e. Kamdar Tyres, Nagpur in the month of October 2018.
After passing of 1 ½ year time faced problem in all 4 tyres due to manufacturing defect. Visited at MRF FASST Service Center at Nagpur in Atrey Layout area in the month of September 2020. Technician inspected the tyres and found 2 tyres are defective. It was asked to get the replacement of defective 2 tyres under warrantee period within 7-10 days’ time but neither got the replacement nor received any feed back from the service center even after continuous followed up over phone as well as personal visits to the service center. Email was sent to [protected]@mrfmail.com on 24/10/2020. Mr Vivek from MRF Nagpur called over phone on 26/10/2020 against complaint lodged. Whole story was narrated to him and he promised to replace the tyres at the earliest.
I have kept my patience in place although the response is not retting from renowned company which we believe and again reminder email was sent on 2nd November 2020 but in vain.
I again visited to service center at Nagpur on 5th November 2020 and handed over 2 Nos defective tyres for replacement.
I got a phone call from MRF Service center Nagpur on 18th November 2020 for collection of replacement of tyres. Attended at service center on 20th November 2020 for taking replacement of 2 Nos tyres. But while replacement MRF Service Center told that the valuation of 2 Tyres is Rs. 2200/- after depreciation cost. There is no question arise to deduct the cost as there is manufacturing defect in the tyres which resulted endangering the life of the vehicle owner while driving and uncalled damage being caused to the vehicle due to defective tyres. I incurred huge financial losses due to these defective tyres.
You are requested to look in to the matter seriously and resolve the issue within 7 days’ time otherwise there will be no option left to lodge the legal action.
