[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — Amount on Hold for 14 days

I made 2 transaction on 19 Dec 2016 for 30000 each. Mswipe has released one 30000 and put the other one on hold saying that it was a duplicate transaction and wanted me to send the scanned copy of the 2 invoices. I had already sent it 1 week ago and i got an sms on the 26th Dec stating that invoices are verified and the amount will be credited in 24 hours...

Its already been 4 days since the last message and when i call the customer services they just disconnect the call and wont give proper response.I wanted to cancel this connection and have already placed a request to cancel this idiotic device for the second time.1st time they said it was an invalid no and i had do it again.

.Kindly please look in to the matter and release the payment...

I just received a call from some guy with the no [protected]..He said he was calling from mswipe from Patna.and was asking all my personal information Bank account number and credit card number of the account holder...i got suspicious and asked him which office he was calling from and couldnt tell me and i told him to confirm my company name he couldnt confirm...

People are using these types of complaints as benchmark to do fraud.

Mswipe if you listen to me now..I will file a case against you and will keep share my worst experience with all the social media as i have someone working for the media aswell.

You look in to the matter immediately. I have filed several complaints and the issue is still not received.

Hello What is going on ...i got a response from you on the 26th saying its all verified and why is it taking so long to give me the money...PLZ plz dont hold...its the starting of the month

This is to inform that since so many days I am calling in m swipe customer care but i am not getting any response. They are not even bothered to receive any call.
On 19 Dec 2016 one of our Coustmer made a payment of Rs 20000 twice because the total amount was made 40000. From that 2 transaction 1 was not paid to my account.but both transactions were showing successful.
I don't know how many times I would have to do this.

Again payment put on hold due to duplicate transactions, sent an email with invoice copy and explanation and no revert since last 2 days

If I do not receive hold payment by friday, I am afraid but I will have to take legal action this time
