Updated by sukhothai They are still holding the payment.
we are waiting for release the payment more than 56, 450/- from 12/02/2017 to 18/02/2017.
after the submition of all invoices as they asked for invoices.
they are just giving useless answer that this all payment on hold on security reason.
we explained them if consumer swiped his card twice in that case we give them refund for the same if second transaction not for therapy.
All Sukho Thai guest can sort out their problem directly with us they can take refund from us we are genuine service provider in Market and there is no any complaints from guest regarding payment after all this we are suffering this situation that without any proper reason they are holding payment more than 1 month.
After sent invoice by mail we are getting confirmation mail you will receive after verification and it will take 72 hours and after some day we are getting mail please submit the invoice copy for same which all ready submitted.
I have all mail and recorded call and submitted invoices but we are still wasting time in follow up for payments.
We are using POS services from HDFC and SBI but they are not giving us this king payment facility even they are big that Mswipe.
Waiting for solution from long time...
Please arrange to service the same at the earliest.
