My total bill was 2555 with the vendor. But I was charged for 25555 incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. This was then cancelled. and I paid 2555 again using mswipe.

For void transaction, I received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet.

This was from the vendor M/s Neelam Singh for card xx9006. Transaction date was for 1st April

    Ten days of payment and still not received any machine. Always getting false and different statements from every executive.
    One says its with courier boy, other says its is not received yet from the mumbai head office, third person says there is some bank related issue.

    I dont know what these guys are upto. I guess direct bank provided machines are better then these people.

      I tried for a loan amount of rs 10000 for which i was supposed to return rs10400 /- which i did on 24th march as was my date to make the payment (N[protected] 24 mar 2017 10, 400.00).
      However there was a deduction of rs 800 from my transaction amount of rs 8000 on 25th march ([protected] 25 mar 2017 6, 758.00).
      After a couple of days i got the refund of rs 600/- only (Kkbk[protected] mar 2017 600.00)
      What happened to the rest 200 rs, why i am not getting that back..
      It is case of cheating. Customer care executives dont bother to provide a solution...

        My total bill was 250 with the vendor. But I was charged for 2500 incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. This was then cancelled. and I paid 250 again using mswipe.

        For void transaction, I received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet.

        This was from the vendor M/s AJINKYA ICE for card xx4007. Transaction date was 26th March.

          Hello sir
          As per call from mswipe technologies i take loan of rs 10000 from mswipe for 10 days
          After 10 days on 24th feb 2017 i paid 10350/- via neft to mswipe.
          On 29th may they deducted 10415/- from my account
          Again on 22march they deducted 9219/-so called customer daily but they says that this is loan issue we will forward query to concern team.
          I also mail and whats app several times

          My total receivable payment is 10415+9291=19706/-
          Still. This payment is not received and no one support me

            My transaction is done twice on 22nd december 2016 amt 13000/- with credit card ending with 6000. One 13000 is credited to navdurga gadi center and other 13000 is still hold in mswipe account
            I m very disappointed with ur team so many times i have contacted but they told me just send mail and all i m already sent mail so many times and navdurga gadi center merchant also sent mail so many times but
            Still it's not refunded pls look in to this matter

              After purchasing items from Laxmi Jwellers Warje Pune on[protected] I swiped my SBI debit card. After two hours I got message from Mswipe that transaction failed. So on next day I again paid the money second time for the same item assuming failure of my transaction (due to message). SBI is saying that they made payment to Mswipe on[protected]on same day) Mswipe said that they made payment to jwellers on[protected]After 17 days). Laxmi Jweller said that he has not received the money. From three months I am not getting money back Please look into the matter.

                Debit card Payment made for MSwipe machine of 6700/- for annual charges and machine, collected by Purushottam Kannade [ [protected] ] viz voucher no. sls 0000000000100000024211684 with assurance that the machine will be deilivered at our Goa Superstore within 10 days, till date no response to our phone calls and contact of their AGM Amar Pandey [ [protected]] in Mumbai provided for askind for refund of amount paid. He too simply says drop an email at amar.[protected]@mswipe.com .. despite 2 mail reminders on status of the machine to him, no reply from their end . the salesmen also are in no state to give us the status since they say it is all in these senior peoples hands ...

                No response upon calling their customer care number in Mumbai .

                Hope this is not a fraud company ...if so then they should be banned .

                    I bought a m swipe machine for my clinic few days back. But the machine is overcharging per transaction(almost 3 times). Complained to the dealer several times but not resolved yet. Again one day an executive came and said " madam your machine has to be changed because there is some problem". He couldn't explain what is the problem. Just said " upar se ho gaya". What was the problem I couldn't understand. But overcharging for transactions is still continue. Pls look into the matter or I 'll have to return the machine and take my money back.

                          The sales person Irshanth Ahmed Given a wrong commitments to us.
                          At the time of buying the machine, We have asked, "if we will give this machine after one month means how much you will refund". The person said, "Rs. 400/- per month will be refundable". and he didn't say any thing about the installation charges and all.

                          But now we are trying to give back the machine, The CRM manager saying that Rs. 2, 400/- will be deducted for installation charges and the remaining amount only will be refundable.

                          We said, "your sales person didn't give any information like this". The CRM manager said that sales persons are not responsible for further services and quries; Their work was over after you booked the machine and gave the Payment for the machine.

                          This is not fair. We didn't expect from a organization such as you.

                          Each and Every persons saying different different answers for each person.
                          We need a correct solution.

                            I do transactions with value more than 10000/- they say processing automated but it takes 3-4 days to get cash in account that is also after begging them several times... pathetic service and charges are high at same time... use paytm instead...

                              Your employee mr. Vinod have made a false commitment of 3-6 days installation on 20/02/2017.

                              Now he says, go to office ask for installation!! moreover his senior mr. Manoj is also lying,
                              everyday he gives new excuses...But so far no installation has been done.

                              You hire these kinds of frauds...Shame on u...As a professional.

                              When the system is showing my request at approval stage then how come it has not installed...

                              Either the whole company is fraud or these representative..
                              I want a prompt result or please refund my money...Will take some other machine..

                                I have Made a transaction yesterday sum of Rs.99, 500 normally the amount will be credited next day to my account by 1pm but still amount not credited yet, further I have already sent the Invoice copy through Whatsup to Mswipe Technologies but still no response kindly release the amount at the earliest.I keep on calling the customer service but no response so either release the the amount or cancel the transaction.

                                    I effected 2 transactions with a merchant Chanchal Medical, Dahisar- west
                                    Both got declined at the pos terminal (Hand held unit).

                                    However, there were confirmation messages from your system and my bank that they were successful.
                                    The merchant insisted he didn't get the payment.

                                    Now my transactions are in dispute. Rs. 350 x 2 = Rs. 700 to be resolved.

                                    Below are the transaction details. Please reverse these transactions immediately and revert the money.

                                    It's annoying to have an argument with the merchant when I know that money has been deducted from my account but he claims otherwise.

I had taken a loan of ten thousand from mswipe AND I Made The Payment On 21st Feb. The transaction details I will attach .. but still your people are cutting the money from my swipes which I made 21st and 22nd Feb pls call as soon as possible regarding my issue .I hv sent all details to your whatsup no but no use he is not replying this mail I hv sent two days before still my problem is not solved..I Dailly call your mswipe people no one still called back regarding this problem I hv talked with your excutives named raKEsh. And varsha and ajay and some more people no one was replied ...you can check the call record in your system .worst experience of mswipe which is a big organisation.. and last mailing to help desk...

                                        My Suggestion is for those people who wants to buy mswipe machine or service please don't go for it beause this company is completely new and not good in deal with any services provided by him its waste of money and time.
                                        Example:
                                        Transaction settlement is not on time and many excuses while transaction settlement which is not genuine logically
                                        No proper customer service while contacting him for any error.
                                        Fake commitment when they are selling their machine or services.
                                        Hidden terms and conditions which they will explain when you are using service which really headache for dealer.

                                        Over all my opinion don't go for it, its really big headache to deal with them.

                                        They are still holding the payment.
                                        we are waiting for release the payment more than 56, 450/- from 12/02/2017 to 18/02/2017.
                                        after the submition of all invoices as they asked for invoices.
                                        they are just giving useless answer that this all payment on hold on security reason.
                                        we explained them if consumer swiped his card twice in that case we give them refund for the same if second transaction not for therapy.
                                        All Sukho Thai guest can sort out their problem directly with us they can take refund from us we are genuine service provider in Market and there is no any complaints from guest regarding payment after all this we are suffering this situation that without any proper reason they are holding payment more than 1 month.
                                        After sent invoice by mail we are getting confirmation mail you will receive after verification and it will take 72 hours and after some day we are getting mail please submit the invoice copy for same which all ready submitted.
                                        I have all mail and recorded call and submitted invoices but we are still wasting time in follow up for payments.
                                        We are using POS services from HDFC and SBI but they are not giving us this king payment facility even they are big that Mswipe.

                                        Waiting for solution from long time...
