Amount kept on hold (A month ago)

With out any reason mswipe kept amount on hold (6th 7th 8th june transactions) customer care keep call on hold and simply disconnect call after 30 mins.
All the documents has been sent trough mail no reply from u people.
No one bouther about customer even @ hyd branch office.
If i had called mumbai ofc even no response.
I had sent documents to hold, hold response, hepldesk, carddisputes all the mail ids provided...

Payment Held despite providing invoice for two weeks

We had taken two transactions on the mswipe machines on 13/06/2017.

Both were above Rs. 1 lakh. In the app both transactions showed approved.
After not receiving the money in our account for 5 days and no intimation or coommunication in any form from mswipe, we started inquiring as to why this was. Found out our transactions were held for " high value " The company never told us this when we bought the machine and never...

My Pos machine service was transferred to you from Payumoney. The International card payment was enabled while the macine was under Payumoney. International payment was found deactivated since you took over the service. My request is pending for long time to activate international card payment, but your customer service is horrible. Transaction is in hold

I have done one transation worth of 2lacs in three transation as per the suggestion given by this call center people but even though they kept my payment on hold... We have submitted invoice copies too... These people will take 72hrs to validate the invoice... Y it takes that much time to validate... And there is no concern team to take up the complaints... This call center is no 1 worst service in the world... We can go to the consumer court...

With out any reason these cheaters will hold money and asks for unavailable documents and if we call customer care they will say its in hold department and if we ask for phone number they will say u can only contact through mail, if i sent mail there wont be any reply. As per there terms they should transfer the swiped amount within 24 hours....

Mswipe is a fraud in payments to the vendor

Recently a customer paid 2500 rs via mswipe device by hdfc debit card.
And when i checked the transfer amount by mswipe into my current account. They only transfer rs 1766. This is completely cheating to vendors..

On given toll free number, no one is picking, very poor customer support, i want to cancel my account and refund my amount of 2 terminals of mswipe.

I do not want to continue with fraud company...

At the time of activation of this service i was not told that there would be any charges for activating this service.
On 12june 17 i did a transaction of rs 1200/-and transaction was approved
On 13june 17 i got a massage from mswipe that rs 704/-has been sent to my bank account i was shocked to know this.
Rs 500/- was deducted...

I had a small transaction of 2450 on my mswipe machine, the payment has been debited from my clients account, it's with mswipe PPL since last 48+ hours. I call them the agents don't have an explanation. They speak the parrot tutorial that was taught to them during training.

Is this the way you are treating the merchants? After having repeated calls and also done with the verification of the receipts, you are not even releasing my amount.

This is so pathetic and worst response from mswipe.

Do you think we don't have any other work rather than running behind you for our money???

As per the bank statement it is about so many transaction took place in my account as a result of Rs.8000 detected, just because of this immoral activity my cibil score & my reputation is highly affected. Though i have cancelled your Mswipe account a year before, Even after cancellation you have charged Rs.900 rent fees too these activity shows chilly behavior of your company. Totally its about Rs.8900 you have to refund me back....
