Myself mr. Vikas kadam have purchased swipe machine (Application no. Appl[protected] from mswipe technologies p ltd. Sales executive mr. Balu yenkure his mobile no. [protected] fyr. I have issued him cheque of rs.1500 dated 24/04/2017 with cheque no.495382 and the payment got cleared. But still i have not received the swipe machine due to lack of their service. As per their engineer mr. Sachin chavan with mob# [protected] he has promised me that due to non-availability of swipe machine he will refund the amount within 15 days & even told to talk with sales executive mr. Kunal jadhav with mob# [protected] & later kunal promised that they will make the arrangements for refund. But this guy is the useless person i ever met from that day till now he is just making me fool.

I hope that company should take severe action against such employees who are the stigma to the company.

When the employees of such company is fraud i can't trust any more on this company. Yes the amount of my purchase is less but why should i waste on such fraud company. I will do whatever steps required to get my claim settled at any cost.

    I have been complaining from last 2 weeks, trying to cal you people, mailing no response form your end. It's been 15days and still money is not credited to my account and from the customer account its already debited. Where did the money go.. One of the worst service you guys provide, no response for mail or call at all..

      I have made a swipe of 10500 on 28th december 2016 with a car rental company in chennai. First time they swiped it took so long for processing and the merchant had to cancel and reswipe the card again. First time i didn't get any notification so i thought it was a declined swipe, second time when they swiped it was successful and got notification from bank. After few days i checked my statement and found that there was two charges. So i contacted the car rental company and said that i have been charged twice, so they checked their statement and said that there is only amount credited to the account and they needed a week to check the issue with the card machine company (Mswipe). After a week i again contacted them and they were still saying that they haven't received the duplicate amount and that's the issue with mswipe. So i told them that i am going for a charge back from my bank side. I filed a charge back with mswipe through my bank. My back said that it will take 3 months for the process to complete. So i waited for 3 long months and finally my bank said that mswipe have informed them that i have made a purchase for 21000 and not 15000 (Which was a utter lie) so they are unable to refund the 10500 (Duplicate amount). So my bank said that the charge back was not successful as i have purchased for 21000 (I have made purchase for only 10500). So i got a poof from the bank that both the amount was credited from my account and went to the car rental company and showed them the proof, so again they contacted mswipe to release the amount which was on hold for more than 6 months, they exchanged emails and phone conversation, no use, no response from mswipe to release the amount. So i finally had to speak directly with mswipe, when i spoke to them they said the car rental company did not respond to them when contacted. So i asked them to refund the amount which was on hold and they said they need an email from the rental company. Again i had to go to the rental company and ask them to email them and waited for a week, no response and i didnt get the refund yet. So i finally asked the mswipe guys what's the final way to get refund. They said to use the mwsipe merchant app and refund the amount. Again i went to the rental company sat with them and refunded the 10500 (Hold amount) on 8th july through the app (I have taken a pic of the refund notification in my phone). The notification said to wait for 72 hrs for the process to complete. After a week again i contacted mswipe and the representative said that the refund have been processed and wait for 2 more days. I waited, no refund received to my account. Again i called and was informed that the guy will for the request once again and wait for another 2 days. Again i waited. No refund. I lost all my patience and called them and said that i wanted to a supervisor, they said they cant transfer the call, so i asked about the refund the guy said yes it has been refunded. So asked for a refund reference number, he place me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected the call. I called them again and asked for the refund reference number again they placed me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected the call. I totally lost my patience and called once again and after fighting for 15 minutes, i was able to speak to a supervisor. He asked me to send an email and i got a response that my amount will be processed in 4 working days (There was nothing indicating the actual amount of 10500 in the email just an amount). I replied to the email asking for a compensation for the amount which was on hold for 7 months and the disrespect and agony i went through when i called them. Again i got a response that my amount will be processed in 4 working days, and the 4 working days is over and here i am registering a complaint as i havent received any refund or response from swipe.

        M swipe has illegally hold the 50000/- of mine from 19/07/2017 and are not paying back. Last 17 days i am calling to executive everytime they told baseless and different stories. I have submitted each and every transaction but they are not paying back either to me or to the customer, if this will go on beleive me you will not exist in market going forward. Even they dont bother that customer is having trouble becuase of this. They put on phone hold, neither transfer call to senior, nor he exclate the matter

          I have done two approved transaction rs-53, 000/ and rs-67, 000/ on dated 19th july and 21st july respectively. But, yet the amount have been not credited into my account. Also i have done one more approved transaction on 29th may with rs-15, 000/ but yet this amount have been kept on hold.
          This is worst company. This company used big amount customer's money and runs on market as my opinion.

I am sending my yes bank statement certified by yes bank employer that will show clear picture that you are saying lie that you have transfer my money.

            Hello,
            My company develops the apps and website package.
            I have one of my client given me two project each costing around 24000.
            So while payment the client made the payment for each invoice separately on mswipe on 14 july 2017.
            On next day i got a message that due to duplicate transaction rs. 24000 is on hold. I contacted the support team and they told me to submit the invoice on the app and contact us.
            I attached the invoices and contacted the customer support after that they told me to wait for 72 hours.
            From last 8 days i am getting a reply to wait for 72 hours.
            Very fraud company.
            Please cancel my account and refund me my money.
            Or else i will sue you in court and you will have to pay interest for the money used.
            Such a fraud company using my money from last 15 days.
            Dont go with mswipe.

              There was a customer payment received for rs.13478 more than a week against and payment put on hold for no fault o[censored]s or the customer... If the card is not allowed in our machine, why did mswipe allow it in the first place? Pathetic customer care too which promises 24, 48, 72 hours over multiple calls and email but all times have been busted. Absolutely pathetic and non-empathetic service. Has made us think twice about continuin with their services...

                Sir,

                On[protected]:53 pm i wrote to you

                We have obtained the information about holding an amount of rs. 10260.00 in my honey flower consultancy services - mswipe account through our customer care executive mr. Imam.

                Also we came to know one of customer mr. Kannadasan (Ph no. [protected]) no. 47, annai sathya nagar, ctc back side, ondipudur, coimbatore - 641 016 who used his karur vyshya bank visa card ending with 1201 for payment transaction of rs. 10260 against our company bill no. 86 dated[protected].

                On the[protected] that customer had some other debits in his karur vyshya bank savings account from unknown manners. For claiming that unknown debits he wrongly complaint about the transaction done with us by him through our mswipe terminal.

                This information we have collected from mr. Kannadasan on[protected] and he said sorry about this claim which he also dropped the claim from his bankers also.

                For your immediate reference we herewith attached the bill no. 86 dated[protected] for the value of rs. 10260.00 billed to mr. Kannadasan.

                Please hope as we are very proper in our financial transactions and belief we never used any immoral transactions in our mswipe terminal.

                  I've raised complaint in march to return the device. Till june no response. Atlast machine collected on 30th june 2017 (After 3 months) and till date my money not refunded.

                  I raised complaint to customer care, there no one knows anything expect we will forward the request to concerned team.

                  No proper reply to my mails, even written mail to ceo manish patel.

                  Till date my amount not refunded, in turn today they have taken my money rs.1500+ rs.4200/- from my account using the cheque which i've provided to them at the time of placing the order.

                    Mswipe technology has cheated with us for transaction amount which is done with them. They are charging more amount which is not in their deal. If we ask for refund they are playing game with us since past from 15 days if we call us to contact with head department they are ignoring us.                       With mswipe device when i use my mastercard it says "do not honor" this is happening with only mswipe device. When checked with bank it says device is offline state and check with merchant they say mswipe says all good i am not able to find the issue and whom to contact to get the issue fixed. One thing is clear that device has some issue as the card is working on other devices.

                        We swiped our customer card on 22nd june 2016. unfortunately the product has been cancelled so that we given request to redirect the payment to card holders account but today the date is 07.07.2017 the payment is not yet credited and no answer from mswipe. they are cheating. if called means it will take 48hrs or 24hrs telling bu no response. mswipe ur cheating the public. if you not reply to this complaint and not solved our problem means it will go big. please dont believe mswipe

                        We swiped our customer card on 22nd june 2016. unfortunately the product has been cancelled so that we given request to redirect the payment to card holders account but today the date is 07.07.2017 the payment is not yet credited and no answer from mswipe. they are cheating. if called means it will take 48hrs or 24hrs telling bu no response. mswipe ur cheating the public. if you not reply to this complaint and not solved our problem means it will go big. please dont believe mswipe

                          With out any reason mswipe kept amount on hold (6th 7th 8th june transactions) customer care keep call on hold and simply disconnect call after 30 mins.
                          All the documents has been sent trough mail no reply from u people.
                          No one bouther about customer even @ hyd branch office.
                          If i had called mumbai ofc even no response.
                          I had sent documents to hold, hold response, hepldesk, carddisputes all the mail ids provided by swipe but still no response.
                          When i had visited branch office they make customer to wait for hours.
                          I had very very bad response with m swipe.

                              We had taken two transactions on the mswipe machines on 13/06/2017.

                              Both were above Rs. 1 lakh. In the app both transactions showed approved.
                              After not receiving the money in our account for 5 days and no intimation or coommunication in any form from mswipe, we started inquiring as to why this was. Found out our transactions were held for " high value " The company never told us this when we bought the machine and never sent us a email or sent us a message that this was being done. Only after we inquired they told us that we have to submit invoice copies for both these transactions.
                              On 19/06/2017 both invoices were emailed to [protected]@mswipe.com.

                              Today is 04/07/2017. We have still not received OUR MONEY. I call the customer care daily and every single day they say we will process your case in 72 hours.

                              I finally got a email response from [protected]@mswipe on June 29th, saying
                              "that we have received your invoice & same has been forwarded for verification purpose.Further just to inform you that the verification would be done within 72 hours.Once verification is done will release your payment in your account and will intimate you through relevant media channel.Your patience & cooperation in this regards will be highly appreciated."

                              Now it has been more than 120 hours since that email also and no sign of my money and no response from mswipe team.

                              it is 15 DAYS since i submitted the invoices. What kind of business is this? What kind of arbitary requirement is this? Why should anybody have to provide proof of transaction after it is approved. Holding money that is rightfully ours for more than two weeks AFTER SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THEM

                                My Pos machine service was transferred to you from Payumoney. The International card payment was enabled while the macine was under Payumoney. International payment was found deactivated since you took over the service. My request is pending for long time to activate international card payment, but your customer service is horrible.                                   I have done one transation worth of 2lacs in three transation as per the suggestion given by this call center people but even though they kept my payment on hold... We have submitted invoice copies too... These people will take 72hrs to validate the invoice... Y it takes that much time to validate... And there is no concern team to take up the complaints... This call center is no 1 worst service in the world... We can go to the consumer court for holding the payment with out proper reason... We can raise damage suit too on this worst swipe technology..

                                    I'm using mswipe machine for quit long time. Earlier my axis account was linked to the mswipe. But recently i have changed it to federal account and i have received the payments also. But on 25th june 2017, due to technical error from mswipe they have transferred my amount of rs.5400 in axis account which is not accepted because i have bad account relation with axis. This is breach of someones account. The got got into minus. I have lost my money due to their error. I want my money back from mswipe. If i have updated federal account then why did they transferred to other account. I need a higher hierarchy from mswipe to resolve this issue and give me my money back.

                                        I gave my cancellation request last month after that i called so many times to your customer care but they are only saying that we will process your request with in 48hrs and from another team they will call u... but u people are doing nothing.

                                        I asked them that i want to talk to your supervisor, senior or manager but they are saying that we cant connect to them .

                                        Nearly one month completed but for my complaint no step has been taken and i didn't received any call from your side and no person came from your side is this u will behave to your customer very very worst customer care

                                        After my cancellation request u are taking rental from my account how can u take rental from account after my cancallation.
