I had a small transaction of 2450 on my mswipe machine, the payment has been debited from my clients account, it's with mswipe PPL since last 48+ hours. I call them the agents don't have an explanation. They speak the parrot tutorial that was taught to them during training.
Hold department, so called based in Mumbai with number[protected], the ivr takes the call, puts u in queue for 5-7 minutes n then disconnects.
They take monthly rent, charges on each swipe and still we have to beg them for OUR money, this is disgusting.
I have the last 3 call recording with the agents, how on earth a middle man keep your money, and last 48+ hrs, they are earning interest on my money.They must doing this with lot of people and making huge profits this way too.
It's a shame when the country is trying to progress such people spoil the whole significance.
