I had visited at suraj kund mela 2017 at delhi, at ticket counter i used my hdfc credit card & after some ticket counter person told me that unable to acess your card due to connectivity, request you to kindly do cash payment so can i issue ticket for you & he also show me the screen that due to connectivity payment declined but after some time same amount of payment i.e. Rs 300 was deducted from my credit card....

I am really fed up with ur service. I have taken two POS instruments from Mswipe. I am not able to get any service or support from ur end. Since u r saying u r a leading sevice provider but nothing is happening from ur team. I have raised so many complaints about one instrument which is not working for the past two months no use but u people r happy to debit rent alone for that...

We swiped two different amounts of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 9740/- 4 days ago but payment is not yet received in bank account. This is our new Mswipe machine and first two transactions. Mswipe Android app is also not showing any bank details so we are not sure if our bank account is actually linked or not? This machine is linked with Axis bank.

Its been such a awful experience MSWIPE is doing is such a big fraud with our company QUIFF THE STUDIO.
The clients money 8000 was debitted from her account on 2nd Feb, 2017but was not creditted to us on 3rd Feb, 2017.When i asked MSWIPE people they said the transaction never happened but when the client contacted her bank she got to know that the money was debitted from her account.
Again i called MSWIPE people they assured...

I have send my request to deactivate and take back the machine since nov 2015 I have given the same request more than 5 times through the mail. Try to release the hold amount which is swiped multiple times you mean twice for that we have sent invoice copies also one week completed .every day we use to call u i[censored] have any clarifications please contact customer directly and we merchants doing buisness from last two years now a days its demonitization so some customers they prefer to go cashless so we are behind the card swipings if it happens like this its difficult to do the buisness...

Mymistriwala is your existing customer & we used Mswipe MACHINE from last 1 year, but on 30th Dec 2016 we made a transaction for Rs.2, 00000/- form our customer credit card (Last 4 Digit - 7173) but amount was not credited in Mymistriwala account. I have purcased few good from Vimal saree emporium on 7th jan 2017 amount was Rs 10900.
The payment was done via HSBC card using mswipe machine.
The company has deducted the amount 2 times from my account and doesnt return to me or to mechant yet.

It came to my notice that the alpha diagnosis centre in kharadi is one of your merchant (is using m swipe machine for card payments). They are charging the customers for 2% extra when making payments through debit / credit card. As per RBI guide, this 2% has to be paid by merchant. Please clarify the situation.

We have process 15300 payment which was declined later we have tried the same and which was also declined. customer got the approval message even I have received one for approval. Kindly check and confirm one payment and cancel the other one which is on hold. The payment was process 12.01.2017 time 11.02 and other was 11.11 AM India timing.

On 22 December I used the MSwipe machine to swipe the credit card of my customer to deduct Rs 4300/- . However it had to be swiped 3 times as the machine kept saying transaction failed. After 3 attempts it succeeded. However the customer had been charged 3 times by MSwipe. One was credited to my account and 2 were kept hold even though they actually charged her card. After multiple follow ups, they cancelled 1 and kept the other 1 on hold....

Mswipe is doing illegal practice to hold the declined transaction with thier account for almost more than 20 days, i had purchased 2 car tyres from a vendor on 20th dec 2016, and payment was done mswipe and i used my debit card. First time transaction was declined and second time also transaction was delined. Amount of 4980 was debited from account twice.

Latter i could see that one of the declined transaction...
