The transaction details I will attach .. but still your people are cutting the money from my swipes which I made 21st and 22nd Feb pls call as soon as possible regarding my issue .I hv sent all details to your whatsup no but no use he is not replying this mail I hv sent two days before still my problem is not solved..I Dailly call your mswipe people no one still called back regarding this problem I hv talked with your excutives named raKEsh. And varsha and ajay and some more people no one was replied ...you can check the call record in your system .worst experience of mswipe which is a big organisation.. and last mailing to help desk...

    My Suggestion is for those people who wants to buy mswipe machine or service please don't go for it beause this company is completely new and not good in deal with any services provided by him its waste of money and time.
    Example:
    Transaction settlement is not on time and many excuses while transaction settlement which is not genuine logically
    No proper customer service while contacting him for any error.
    Fake commitment when they are selling their machine or services.
    Hidden terms and conditions which they will explain when you are using service which really headache for dealer.

    Over all my opinion don't go for it, its really big headache to deal with them.

    They are still holding the payment.
    we are waiting for release the payment more than 56, 450/- from 12/02/2017 to 18/02/2017.
    after the submition of all invoices as they asked for invoices.
    they are just giving useless answer that this all payment on hold on security reason.
    we explained them if consumer swiped his card twice in that case we give them refund for the same if second transaction not for therapy.
    All Sukho Thai guest can sort out their problem directly with us they can take refund from us we are genuine service provider in Market and there is no any complaints from guest regarding payment after all this we are suffering this situation that without any proper reason they are holding payment more than 1 month.
    After sent invoice by mail we are getting confirmation mail you will receive after verification and it will take 72 hours and after some day we are getting mail please submit the invoice copy for same which all ready submitted.
    I have all mail and recorded call and submitted invoices but we are still wasting time in follow up for payments.
    We are using POS services from HDFC and SBI but they are not giving us this king payment facility even they are big that Mswipe.

        We are holidaying from South Africa in India for 2 weeks. I pre booked our hotels on Booking. Com bt chose the option to pay at the hotel. We stayed in Hotel Gujrat in Nagpur with now problem paying with Visa. The next two hotels in Pune declined both cards. Fab Hotel Satish and Treebo near airport.This was very embarrassing as we were forced to go to ATM to draw cash. The transaction required an Indian mobile number which we dont have. Punching in the hotel staffs number had the same result. How can you have a device that declines a perfectly valid card???? We bought food at the supermarket without problems using NON MSWIPE machine. Prof JJ Simonis

          Wake up mail

          last 3 months of worst service/ and false commitment
          from mswipe
          i decided to refuse mswipe machine sent by mswipe company...Sales person chetan tambe collected advance 3150 rs from us and not provided any recipt of above amount.That shows how this company collecting huge cash amount without giving proper bill. But as our company policy we maintaine cash record on voucher..( scan copy enclosed)

          after demnitisation mswipe service got worst and worst ( i am searching better word thn worst) customer care is like hell...Every time they hv only one solution to all problems that is " dont wory sir give ur number we will arrange call back within 1 hr on ur number concerned person will call you"..But it never happens ( several call record avlbl)

          besically i feel that mswipe is involved in money rolling bcas as far as my account is concerned i hv enough proof to proove my alligation...
          Bcas after demonitisation suddenely this company working changed to worst to there customer 1000 of feedback at fb pages and several on internet i als personally visited some places where mswipe machine installed they are highly regreting there decision.
          Even mswipe worker not satisfied with company policies..They told me tht company has cut there incentive and salary thts why nobody working with full energy and enthu.

          U must understand that in todays time there are so many banks comming with best offer on swipe machines i already enrroled my company with them bcas time is money and ur worst customer care waisting my time like anything i cant loose precious time like tht and pls understand tht this kind of migratin from mswipe will increase day by day i am sure bcas mouth publicity and social media works faster thn any other media so this my wake up email and pls refund my 3150 rs immedeatly as this amount taken by mswipe area sales officer chetan tambe 14 days before on 3 rd february 2017( signed voucher enclosed)
          as ur past record shows tht u are involved in illegal fund holding ( reference to my account) this time company again doing illegal fund holding for example i[censored] hold 5000 customers money for 15 days it means 5000x3150=15750000 one crore fifty seven laks fifty thuosand rupees ...And where u put this fund tht is matter of investigation...

          Please let me know how many more days u want to hold my cash ( o[censored]r customer)

            My name is narendra tapkir. Mob [protected]. I have surrended machine before 6 month still 350 rs is dedudcted from my acct as rent. Company is not giving refund now what to do.. i have taken swipe machine for business purpose but deu to some problems i have given return along with rent 350 per month as decided. But at 14 feb amount deducted 350 and 15 feb also deducted 350 from my acct. The representative person is not attending call and customer care of company told me that we are not given money return because that person didnt give any info to company.

              Hi Team,

              First of all I am tired of following up the same issue again and again. No one is understanding the issue and just giving lame excuses, without even understanding the real issue. Customer care executives are rude and have no qualification to understand customer's challenge. They are just repeating same thing again and again. I wrote multiple mails but there is no satisfactory reply either. Please look into this issue, otherwise I need to disconnect my mswipe machine.

              I am trying last time to let you guys understand, what I am asking for. Also, please find attached my bank account statement for all the payments, which I got from mswipe.

              The issue is that for 21st, 22nd and 23rd Jan 2017 total swipes were of amount 57081 (21st = 16404, 22nd = 22165 and 23rd =18512) but bank statement is showing I only received amount of[protected], 7685 and 10708) related to those swipes on 24th Jan. Even there is no adjustment in future dates till now. Below are the NEFT details from the bank also.

The statement you shared with me has no bank transfer details. It just has the swipe details and related payout amount, which is internal to mswipe. I need the bank credit details, which mswipe did in to my account.

              Also share the complete statement details for my account starting current financial year. I need to check each and every statement now as I see there are lot of errors from mswipe side in crediting the right amount.

                I had visited at suraj kund mela 2017 at delhi, at ticket counter i used my hdfc credit card & after some ticket counter person told me that unable to acess your card due to connectivity, request you to kindly do cash payment so can i issue ticket for you & he also show me the screen that due to connectivity payment declined but after some time same amount of payment i.e. Rs 300 was deducted from my credit card. & receipt also send to me.

                  I am really fed up with ur service. I have taken two POS instruments from Mswipe. I am not able to get any service or support from ur end. Since u r saying u r a leading sevice provider but nothing is happening from ur team. I have raised so many complaints about one instrument which is not working for the past two months no use but u people r happy to debit rent alone for that useless machine.

                  I was informed to avail loan which I agreed and availed. As per ur team commitment I have to pay 10350 only. But more than 3000 got trapped. I didn't get statement for that still. Ur customer service people says I don't know what happen like. And everyday I am getting credit which is 60% on my usage. I need a immediate solution for this. Else I will share this issues to the core.

                    Hello,

                    We swiped two different amounts of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 9740/- 4 days ago but payment is not yet received in bank account. This is our new Mswipe machine and first two transactions. Mswipe Android app is also not showing any bank details so we are not sure if our bank account is actually linked or not? This machine is linked with Axis bank.

                    we are not sure which branch is linked to us as papers were taken by sales person. Can you just confirm if any bank account is linked with our machine yet or not?
                    we can't see any bank account details in mobile app. We have provided cancelled cheque of our account while applying for machine.

                      Its been such a awful experience MSWIPE is doing is such a big fraud with our company QUIFF THE STUDIO.
                      The clients money 8000 was debitted from her account on 2nd Feb, 2017but was not creditted to us on 3rd Feb, 2017.When i asked MSWIPE people they said the transaction never happened but when the client contacted her bank she got to know that the money was debitted from her account.
                      Again i called MSWIPE people they assured me that money would be trasferred to me by Friday but it never happened.
                      Again today 6th Feb, I called them and they are still raising some request, dropping mails but they are not transferring our money.
                      I dont know how many times this might have happened as this was a big amount so we got to know but otherwise we would have never come to know.
                      Please do something against this company as this is a big scam and god knows how many more victims are there like us who are getting victomized by MSWIPE company.
                      We lost our client as she was bewildered by the tranactions .Its a shame on MSWIPE

                        We have purchased Wisepad model mswipe instrument POS about 15 days back. It worked for two days and started malfunctioning from third day itself.
                        We have been taking up the matter with your customer services almost daily since a week.We were told that your service team would visit us to solve the problem and till date none visited us to resolve the issue. Please note that such poor after sales service will affect your company reputation.Kindly arrange to depute your service personnel to attend the problem immediately.We purchased this unit to ease our and customers problems - but instead we are suffering now for choosing such brand.

                          I have send my request to deactivate and take back the machine since nov 2015 I have given the same request more than 5 times through the mail. Phone they keep taking rent every month their customer service team is hopeless and their accounts team is in invisibal mode please help us from this issue and give money back what they have taken has rent please take that machine as much as possible

                              I my self Ameya ankushrao, i am using mswipe machine id no:[protected].currently its connected to my an saving ac but now i need to change the account details .so i dont know act how to change the account details. please guide me ..i appeal to change the account in which the payment must be debited.i hope and want to change the same has early as possible.thank you

                              I done transaction on 7th day of January 2017 through my debit card.my account has been debited wid sum of Rupees 500, but the party is not credited through M swipe machine n company.my account number is[protected].

                                Try to release the hold amount which is swiped multiple times you mean twice for that we have sent invoice copies also one week completed .every day we use to call u i[censored] have any clarifications please contact customer directly and we merchants doing buisness from last two years now a days its demonitization so some customers they prefer to go cashless so we are behind the card swipings if it happens like this its difficult to do the buisness morever atleast for merchants if you dont give a contact numbers its very very difficult.

                                  Mymistriwala is your existing customer & we used Mswipe MACHINE from last 1 year, but on 30th Dec 2016 we made a transaction for Rs.2, 00000/- form our customer credit card (Last 4 Digit - 7173) but amount was not credited in Mymistriwala account. We continuously called in Mswipe customer care but no anyone help us regarding this case.

                                  So, we kindly request you please revert the same amount in our customer account ASAP, otherwise We will take legal action against M-SWIPE [protected]

                                    I have purcased few good from Vimal saree emporium on 7th jan 2017 amount was Rs 10900.
                                    The payment was done via HSBC card using mswipe machine.
                                    The company has deducted the amount 2 times from my account and doesnt return to me or to mechant yet.
                                    I tried to contact them but they are fool people and thinking us also fool.
                                    This compnay doesnt have any proper support from customer.

                                    So i want you help in issue resolution

                                    It cost me an addition loss of Rs 2600

                                    Iam hearing same thing from this company since last week.

                                    I make a call to customer care they give me mobile no of niraj gupta : [protected]

                                    First thing they didnt pick my call and later he message me on whatsapp and after knowing my concern he block me.

                                    So i request to kindly take a strict action against them.
                                    As they dont know the basic rule of transaction .
                                    They are frustrating us with there service.

                                    As it seems to be like that my rs 10900 is just gone is air and disapears
                                    That my 10500 hold from this Mswipe service for more than 30 days worst customer service cutting calls Everytime I faced it.. if you are having any idea buying this it is bad plan. Every person in Customer care is rude I don't know how they are behaving like this in a cash type of transaction and they are having no rights to hold my money.
