I had visited at suraj kund mela 2017 at delhi, at ticket counter i used my hdfc credit card & after some ticket counter person told me that unable to acess your card due to connectivity, request you to kindly do cash payment so can i issue ticket for you & he also show me the screen that due to connectivity payment declined but after some time same amount of payment i.e. Rs 300 was deducted from my credit card....

I am really fed up with ur service. I have taken two POS instruments from Mswipe. I am not able to get any service or support from ur end. Since u r saying u r a leading sevice provider but nothing is happening from ur team. I have raised so many complaints about one instrument which is not working for the past two months no use but u people r happy to debit rent alone for that...

Payment not received since 4 days

Hello,

We swiped two different amounts of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 9740/- 4 days ago but payment is not yet received in bank account. This is our new Mswipe machine and first two transactions. Mswipe Android app is also not showing any bank details so we are not sure if our bank account is actually linked or not? This machine is linked with Axis bank.

Fraud for transactions where clients money is debitted but not transferred to our account

Its been such a awful experience MSWIPE is doing is such a big fraud with our company QUIFF THE STUDIO.
The clients money 8000 was debitted from her account on 2nd Feb, 2017but was not creditted to us on 3rd Feb, 2017.When i asked MSWIPE people they said the transaction never happened but when the client contacted her bank she got to know that the money was debitted from her account.

The company has deducted the amount 2 times from my account and doesnt return to me or to mechant yet.
I tried to contact them but they are fool people and thinking us also fool.

Merchant charging extra for card payments

Hi,
It came to my notice that the alpha diagnosis centre in kharadi is one of your merchant (is using m swipe machine for card payments). They are charging the customers for 2% extra when making payments through debit / credit card. As per RBI guide, this 2% has to be paid by merchant. Please clarify the situation.

This kind o[censored]nauthorised asking for the extra payments is illegal and I ask you to contact your merchant...

Money not credited to my account even after 1 month

On 22 December I used the MSwipe machine to swipe the credit card of my customer to deduct Rs 4300/- . However it had to be swiped 3 times as the machine kept saying transaction failed. After 3 attempts it succeeded. However the customer had been charged 3 times by MSwipe. One was credited to my account and 2 were kept hold even though they actually charged her card. After multiple follow ups, they cancelled 1 and kept the other 1 on hold....

Illegal practice to keep money on hold and not refunding to customers

Hi,

Mswipe is doing illegal practice to hold the declined transaction with thier account for almost more than 20 days, i had purchased 2 car tyres from a vendor on 20th dec 2016, and payment was done mswipe and i used my debit card. First time transaction was declined and second time also transaction was delined. Amount of 4980 was debited from account twice.

Latter i could see that one of the declined transaction...
