    Hi This Is Bharat From Mafiaa Western Outfit (Garment), Bhayandar East.

    I had requested the Mswipe in Nov 2015 the issue was Mswipe Salesman Mr. Vishnu told that pay cash today and on next day he will install the mswipe machine...
    and if we give cheque so it will take about 1week, so we had given cash to vishnu.

    Now we wait for the next day but he didnt bring that machine... and
    than go on... Than After 4/5 days another salesman came and bring that
    machine after a week. so we cancelled this deal at the same time wen the salesman bring that machine we
    return the product and he given us the return form...

    NOTE: Vishnu taken cash from us.

    Wen we returned the product and ask for refund than he told to talk to
    sadanand sir.

    sadanand told me to watsp him my bank details so i send pic of my
    cheque and he replied that he ill get refund in 2days...
    after 2/4 days we called to sadanand he did not ans my phone calls and now its almost 3months.
    still didnt got anything now he is saying he will not give refund..

    They raised a complain no. TBK00202879 & mentioned that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs & the amount will be refunded too. Its almost a a 3 months now & i havent heard back from them.

    1) The problem solved but wen i posted on web...
    2) The Problem Solved After 5months...
    3) What about the loss are company suffered from MSWIPE..
    Pathetic service, please do not take MSWIPE as a banking partner for your transaction. GPS is pathetic it doesent show any signal while transaction. CUSTOMER CARE is nor responding.

      We brought the mswipe device but its not allowing the SBI and Kotak Mahindra credit cards we have registered the complaint for the same but none of your people rectified it pls try to rectify it else I ill go with consumers website

        I have send my request to deactivate and take back the swiping machine since Nov 2015

        I have given the same request more than 5 times through mail, phone.

        Mswipe customer care registered the complaints and provide complaint number through mail.


        They keep taking the rent every month.


        Their customer service team is hopeless and their accounts team is in invisible mode

        Please help us from this issue

MSWIPE Machine ID :[protected] Registered Mobile no :[protected] Here with I'm pasting the complete transaction credit history of payments for your ref, I'm sending all these details after the communication with Mr. IRFAN (MSwipe Representative) and ref no is TBK00192223. 25 Dec 2015 : 410000 : Swiped 28 Dec 2015 : 244561 :Credited On 28th Dec I have received a message that 160000 was put on hold, which is of 110000 + 50000. 28 Dec 2015 : 110000 + 50000 Hold After sending both invoice on 29th 110000 got credited after deducting commission from your side. 29 Dec 2015 : 107606 : Credited 30 Dec 2015 : 55000 : Swiped 31 Dec 2015 : 53803 : Credited 31 Dec 2016 : 90000 : Swiped 02 Jan 2016 : 88042 : Credited However the 50000 which I swiped on 25th Dec 2015 is still pending with you. Hence I'm sending the Invoice of both 50000 (One is credited and one is Pending) and bank statement along with this for your ref.               I have been giving them the request to deactivate and take back the swiping machine since January 2015 (I must have given the same request atleast 4 times). They have taken back the instrument as yet. They keep taking the rent every month. Their service charges against swiping costs bomb especially if it is a Amex card and they take 4 days sometimes just to credit the amount. They trouble you requesting several documents before credit the amount to your account. Their customer service team is hopeless and their accounts team is in invisible mode. Back end doesn't know what's happening with the front end team and vice versa. They do not update anything in their system and do not follow up. They always tell me that they ll call back but I never get a call back. Worst service. I got another swiping machine provided by HDFC bank which works best and their system is very straightforward. I have like 3 or 4 request numbers which are not resolved. Please take back the swiping machine. Please refund the rent you deducted from the time I gave a request to you to deactivate my account. Also refund the security deposit of Rs 2500. In case you fail to do the above I will file a complaint against you in the consumer court. I have all the documents with me pertaining to the questions I have raised.

                I had requested the Mswipe in August 2015 to stop the payment against the machine [protected] as I have not been using it. The issue was processed successfuly & there were no deductions against the same. Somehow 2 months later they deducted the 2 months monthly rental & by the time they resolve the issue the rent for the month of October 2015 has been deducted as well. Upon calling them, they raised a ticket Tbk00133171 & mentioned that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs & the amount will be refunded too. Its almost a week now & i havent heard back from them. The CSR executive is pretty lame to not even answer my emails.

                  Mswipe is a credit card swapping machine provider s we have swipe the amount of 125000 / - one lack twenty five thousand rs on account of tour package. . And money has been already debited from customer account on thursday 20 aug and leing with mswipe till date. . After so phone calls and reminders they are not responding. .

                  Apologies for the inconvenience caused, due to a local election our banking partner was shut on the 22nd of August and could not make the payment to your account. Also 23rd being a Sunday, we have made payments on the 24th of August. Once again we regret the inconvenience caused and going forward you expect a T+1 settlement from our side
