Hi Team,

I am an insurance adviser and i have applied for an MSwipe device on 18th Nov 2016. It was told that i will be provided with the device within 10 working days. I tried to contact with Mr. Jiphesh, to whom i have provided with all the required document and an initial payment of Rs 3000. He says that the device is getting delayed from Bangalore team. I am unable to understand where are we getting delayed & does this take such a long time to configure a device on customer details. still Now I haven't receive the device and I am totally upset. Can I have an update please.

I was not provided with an application number. I have given my mobile no as

Please help me to get the device delivered to me asap.

Thanks for the responds, Seriously I am not happy with your service, I tried to call your marketing executive and he inform the item will deliver yesterday but still now I haven't get any update from your end, after that no call and no follow up from your end. In such case if I took this provide I am not sure how much support I will get from your end.

Can you please let me know when I get the product. this is not a good customer service. I am not expect these type customer service from your end.

    I paid 4500 on 25th nov fir a swipe machine to mr abhinav. I am based in noida sec 26. I was comitted that by 7 days the machine will be delivered. But no ststus till date.
    After a series of calls the fellow abhinav did not respond.
    Just now today he replied on whats up that he doesnt have any details of the status of my case. He gave gave no of rsm anu ranjan, and asked me to speak to him
    Highly unprofessional network.
    I demand avp refund from the company along with mental harrasment charges. I am a lawyer and will be filling a case against both the concerned persons for flaw in the services under mrtp act. So be ready or deliver the product.

      I am mukund zaveri from navratna jewellers my cell number is [protected] & my client had done payment from his credit card on 02/december/2016 at 12:43pm of 150000/- rs on mswipe machine (Pos) which the mswipe company had provided us but still today i have not received the payment in my bank which usually gets credited next day. I have also submitted the invoice copy but still no reply and no one is answering on any number. Sir i request you to look in this mater as earliest as possible.

        I have an existing account with mswipe. Paid the amount t of 2500 on nov 1st 2016 to a team leader called sreenivas from bangalore. Its been more than a month now and more than a hundred calls to mswipe my issue is still not resolved. This is pathetic service and the worst ever. Everytime they say they will resolve but to no credit. I am extremely frustrated with the number of follow-ups i have to do yet with no resolve to the issue
        When i ask for a floor manager the executives refuse to transfer the call or give excuses that there is no floor manager. Worst they will disconnect the call. And to get thru to the mswipe contact is another ball game... It takes several attempts to get thru as the call keeps dropping... Once connected. I don't think anyone cares for customer service or resolving the queries.

          On 25 nov 2016 had done two different 10000 rs transaction.
          Got a sms from your end as one 10000 rs transaction is on hold
          Ensing as duplicate transaction.
          Ince then i had mailed and also done whats app with 2 different
          Bill payments as it is 2 different transactions.
          Yet the payment of 10000 is not yet credited from your end.
          Coming to customer, not even once i got in touch o[censored]r care exe...
          Is now 1 dec 2016. Do the needful soon.

            I am Ramakrishnan from coimbatore bought the machine last month with one year subscription for 6700 rs... No proper settlement of money, waste customer support, they are sending fake messages stating the amount is credited in your account however money is not credited to our account... Most of the time they are saying technicaL issues.. please friends don't purchase this machine it's my humble request ... If you have any clarification on reviews pls call me.. [protected]

              Hi Team,

              On 30th Nov I was contacted by Mr Mandar Surve (Sr.Ops Manager MSWIPE). He mentioned that terminal will be installed by EOD 01st Dec 2016. I have not been contacted after that. No one visited me neither the terminal was installed.
              I never expected this kind of service from Mswipe. Its been now 16 days after I have requested for the terminal. Now I am totally blank as I am unable to understand with whom to contact. When a Sr Ops manager cannot do anything then who can help us ?.

                I hope this forum works for the company, but we have been facing extreme difficulties reaching out to MSwipe people. MSwipe sales person Mr Santosh sold us the machine and service taking our documents on 17 Nov charging us 4900 in Pune. We were given a promise to deliver the device in 2 days and its been almost 10 days no one has reached us. We have been calling the office number, toll free number, sales persons number but none are reachable or picking our calls. This absolutely fraud, and we want the full refund of our money.

                My Mswipe device has been deactivated a year ago and i have not received any refund and again this year they have debited 3000 from my account.

                  Kpr rice mundy and garments coimbatore... No proper contact or response... Customer service number is not working since i purchased the machine.. Always network busy.. Amount is not crediting properly.. Very dissatisfied with this mswipe company.. Am getting false messages from the company...                     ⁠⁠⁠This is SRIRAM. I am using mswipe for almost 8 months plus.. I faced an issue recently..

                    my customer paid 19, 000 through his credit card towards our sale on 17th November 2016.. even after two days I didn't received the payment.. When I contacted the customer care through phone they requested me to send invoice copy of the sale

                    I had mailed them whatsapp them on 18th November 2016... But no reply for my emails till now[protected] ..

                    But they replied me in whatsapp on 21st Nov after 3 days the reply was
                    "We have received your invoice. We are sending it for verification.We would like to inform you that the verification would be done within one working day.Once verification is done payment will be released and we will inform you by SMS/E-mail."

                    Now it's 24th November 2016 till now I didn't received my money.. when I contacted through phone is simply telling me to hold the line that's it

                    18calls has been made on 23rd&24th November 2016 till now not a single call picked and no response till now for email sent on[protected]

                    I am having tons of words to scold this idiots... For almost 8days they hold my money with not even a single response such a waste fraudulent company

                      I have installed swapping machine from Mswipe. One of the sales executive one mr Dharmendra came to my shop and canvassing abouy their servicess. And receive my all documents needed. Then he received 1500 for each two machines. Mr Dharmendra sales executive told only the monthly rental about 300 rupees only will cut over the service and will repay the amount 1500 i[censored]se not satisfied with their service. Use about 2 months after they beginning to deduct service charges. Now iam decided ded to cutoff the service. I informed their customer service representative about disconnect this service. Then they are informed me that one of the representative will contact you and they will give you a solution. After a long time about two months of my wait mr. Dharmendra came today and left without any response . I talked to him about what he had been explained about their service before taking the service. Now he is not an answer and loosely take a smile and told me that make a complaint over Mswipe technology. I have lost a bout 2000 rupees by their service. Now i need the money and deposited amount of 3000 over the device

                        I had paid for obtaining a mswipe terminal on friday, 19 november, 2016 by paying a sum of rs. 4500/- through cheque. The cheque cleared the same day itself. I had spoken to ashish and pooja working in mswipe regarding all the details before paying the amount such as credit card rate etc.

                        After they received the payment they stopped attending my calls and have neither contacted me for the terminal nor provided me any reason for it. It was a big mistake trusting these goons.

                        I have contacted them on their whatsapp number, their branch office number, their helpline support but all in vain.

                        This is the worst customer support i have seen in all companies. You cannot get through to any of their numbers or get a revert.

                        I want my money back and i would suggest everyone to not purchase mswipe terminal or your payments might get stuck up.

                        This is a fraud company trying to loot innocent citizens post the demonetization drive.

                          I would like to bring into notice of the fraud happening by Mswipe technologies with its vendors. I run a restaurant by name Indian Tawa in Bangalore, i opted for mswipe machine for my restaurant. when I checked my account everyday there is less money credited into my account by mswipe, when i called mswipe customer care it took 30 minutes for me to reach them and then when i said my problem they said that they dont have data and it will take time to get resolved n it never get resolved. these people are cheating and duping our hard earned money. Cheaters they are.

                            Hi i am sandeep jaiswal i make a request on 7 th of november 2016 to reactivate my mswipe machine my register contact number is [protected] and my mswipe machine id is [protected]. Now the problem is today is 18 th of november and my machine is not activitated yet as you can see it passed the 5 working days also, i am calling in your helpdelk daily from last 5 days and every days your executive promising me that the maching will activacted in the same day. Last day (17 th of november) when i call at your helpdeck one executive named mr. Yogesh kaddam promissed me that my machine will get activated in the same day at any cost, i asked him many times that what if it wont activated in the same day and he replied continuesselly that it get started in the same day and guess what it wont activated yet, you can also go through our call record. Now i just get frustrated by your service and praud promisess and i want my machice to get activated now or i have to take leagel action against you and i also want you to take a step against those fraud executive, for profe you can hear my all call records. Now i am requesting you to reactivate my machine today as i suffered very much by your service and your people thank you.

                                  His name is M/s Zaheer Shaikh.

                                  For a 91 rupees bill he charged me 100 bucks. I bought cigerattes woth Rs. 91 and he charged me Rs. 100, this is not right as he is straight away charging almost 10% as transaction charge. MSwipe is good but m afraid people like these might take off trust from you guys

                                  Please look into this or else I would take this issue to a higher level

                                  Just wanted to aware you that he is utilizing the current economy crisis of general people who are running out of cash in ATM's. To be precise he may be earning almost a 1000 bucks in a day just by swiping the customers card and charging them more than standard transaction charges of 2%

                                  So many multiple attemp my phone is nt pairing with mswip machine . Custmer care nt picking cal .if pick then unable 2 help .last 4 months this devise is like a waste for me .but now i need is very urgently .please help us .

                                    Mswipe is fraud co and they are not providing service properly from bangalore team and it's very difficulty to connect the call to service centre.
                                    From bangalore two senior executives are totally waste (Laxman and rakesh)
                                    Please don't but such a waste product.
                                    They informed that gps will connect every where in india but in delhi pragathi madian not getting gps, dnt waste money and dnt believe waste waste waste totally waste

                                    Really harassed by ur poor service. i dont think u respect customers niether ur helpline nor ur mswipe support team have the coutesy to reply to the customer.
                                    Please do not purchase M swipe products as they are useless and services are very poor. They are fraud and harassing customers. No services at all, so my sincere request to people will be, go for known products but not for Mswipe.
                                    M swipe are useless and services are very poor. no customer services. no working helpline no mswipe support team. no response from them.no reply of even landline numbers of any office.helpline number always out of reach.

                                      I just bought mswipe machine, machine so tiny and I tried to swipe credit card of my client but system keep on rebooting
                                      I given complaint but they saying it is because charge problem but still not resolve, I asked them to replacement but they keep on saying some stories but they didnt solved the issues nor replaced my machine, so decided to surrender anothet reson to surrender machine is, i cant able to accept international visa or master card, I asked them to enable but they told me to give some pics of shop and asked me to produce sme docs, I produced but still not yet enabled to accept intl card, further in the machine itself they showed acceptance of Amex card but unable to swipe Amex card, sometime they charging more than 3%, really it waste

                                        My swipe machine is not working since yesterday evening. Yesterday at 8:15 p.m.i complained about the same. Your company members said that their technicians would look into the matter. But there has been no response from their side till today.
                                        Right now you all also understand the market conditions and the importance of Swipe machine has increased due to this. I have been incurring huge losses since two days due to the non working of machine.
                                        Tomorrow is Sunday which is a peak day for our business.
                                        Hence you are requested to kindly look into the matter and kindly send your technicians as soon as possible.
