We have placed the complaint before also, but not receiving any proper response from the concerned person Mr.Amol Talarwar (Area Sales Officer - Mumbai - Mswipe Technologoes Ltd).We are facing many issues regarding the swiping machine in almost all our shops.Few machines are found defective, we have put up request 15 days before to replace, but no action has been taken yet. I made a purchase of rs2690 on 11 december 2016, for which my account was debited twice with same amount. Reference no for which are[protected] and
[protected]. When i came to know about the incident, i informed the shopkeeper and for which he reversed the transaction. it has been already 9 days but i did not recieved the refund in my account.Mswipe guys are not taking my mattter seriously and giving me false assurances....

It service is like chutiya giri...when we snag help from ur company...U never helps...now m calling on ur head office no
BS no one lifting the Call...what the heck is this...is this called service!!!???
Or waste of time...Or else...N even ur toll free no is also not proving service to me...

However, there were confirmation messages from your system and my bank that they were successful.
The merchant insisted he didn't get the payment that i pay cash to resolve this.

My mswipe is connected with my saving a/c. And now i have opened a current acount with united bank of india now iam facing a problem to connect my mswipe with my a/c. I have not any check book yet now and by your custumer care sugession i have to submit ifsc code and a/c detail. I have epassbook to submit please help me what should i do? And another problem with my mswipe machine also in the card swiping....

We regret to inform you that the the machine is non operational...

I sameer sachdeva installed mswipe machine on 12-12-16, but i am not getting any message on my mobile number after swipes. Money is being credited to my account. But i am not getting any message on my mobile number after swipes. This is creating lots of problem on my medical shop. How can this problem can be resolved as early as possible.

Kindly change ur company name from mswipe technologies to fraud technologies. That desired name exactly suit's you, fake commitment. Fake contact nos, no proper tracking system for tracking the issue, very worst support centre, very worst support executives there is no higher level of escalation. For 10 days i have been follow for the same issues simply ur representative saying technical failure can't trace ur email. More than 20times i raised...

On 14/11/2016 at 6:17pm, I have made transaction of Rs 2000 through Mswipe machine. But in first attempt transaction error occurred and payment is not received. But amount has been deducted from customer bank account. When I contacted m swipe through WhatsApp, reply came that payment has been on hold and I have to send invoice copy to them to refund...

My merchant ID is [protected] and it is almost a week the swipe machine is not working.

I have been calling their customer care, but all the time, some mechanical guy gives me the same ridiculed answer that the issue will be resolved in a days time.

I have lost some serious business and I hope that this loss is paid by MSWIPE! Please help....

On 8 dec 2016 had done two different 15000 rs transaction.
Got a sms from your end as one 15000 rs transaction is on hold
Ensing as duplicate transaction.

We are facing issues with the device. The device is not working properly since last few months. Also we noticed that the last transaction amount 250/- is not credited in our account. We have issues with the monthly charges as well which is debited twice in the same month.
We tried to call their help-desk numbers[protected] /[protected] for multiple time however; we are not able to connect on the same and call gets disconnected....

I used my sbi bank debit card for a purchase of rupees 1100 at sham lal krishan kumar mswipe pos machine.
I tried one debit card twice but both times the transaction was failed, then i tried another debit card of sbi bank, again transaction failed but this time amount was deducted from my bank account.
