    I have been complaining since 20 days regarding a payment dispute kept on hold by mswipe... The customer has not recieved any kind of refund in his bank account as said to me by mswipe earlier ..But there is no reply from mswipe since 25 days after mailing them...verry very poor service by mswipe...thinking to switch on more a reliable service provider...

      1.मैं यज्ञदत्त prop आर्य स्वर्णकार, गली सुनारों वाली, रेलवे रोड, रोहतक, हरियाणा का हूँ ।
      2.मैंने आपकी कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि श्री अरुण शर्मा mobile [protected] क़ो 2.12.2016 को NEFT द्वारा आपके खाते में 4000 रूपये भेजे थे ।जो कि आपकी m swipe मशीन के लिए थे ।
      3, आपके प्रतिनिधि ने मुझे 7 दिनमें मशीन लगाने का वायदा किया था । लेकिन आज 21.2.16 तक मुझे मशीन नही लगी ।
      4.मैंने कई बार श्री शर्मा जी से फ़ोन पर संपर्क करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वो फोन उठाते ही नही
      5 आप कृपया इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करें व या तो मुझे जल्दी से जल्दी मशीन उपलब्ध कराएं या मेरा आर्डर कैंसल कर के मेरे राशि वापिस करें
      6 जिस प्रकार का व्यवहार आपके प्रतिनिधि मेरे साथ कर रहे हैं, उससे मैं दुखी हूं व् मुझे लगता है कि आपकी कंपनी ग्राहक को सेवा देने में बहुत गलत व्यवहार करती है ।

            We have placed the complaint before also, but not receiving any proper response from the concerned person Mr.Amol Talarwar (Area Sales Officer - Mumbai - Mswipe Technologoes Ltd).We are facing many issues regarding the swiping machine in almost all our shops.Few machines are found defective, we have put up request 15 days before to replace, but no action has been taken yet. We are facing network issues also in all our shops, due to which our business is getting affected badly and we are facing the losses. We want to please settle all your outstanding amounts towards us till 31st December and take back all our machines, we do not want to continue with mswipe any more now. If no action has been taken from your side shortly then we are forced to take the legal action against the company.

              [protected]. When i came to know about the incident, i informed the shopkeeper and for which he reversed the transaction. it has been already 9 days but i did not recieved the refund in my account.Mswipe guys are not taking my mattter seriously and giving me false assurances.

                  Would like to mention that a MSWIPE machine was installed at our store - M/s Shree Balaji Cashew & Dryfruits Hub, Mathuradas Road, Kandivili [West], Mumbai - 400067 on June 19th, 2016 by a team of MSWIPE representative and other.

                  We regret to inform you that the the machine is non operational both for swiping and also the chip reading since Dec, 2016. WE have tried calling the concerned person who had installed this machine however neither they are picking up the phone nor they are calling back when we are calling them .

                  We also tried your Tollfree number- [protected] & your Mumbai no[protected] yesterday and today with success to contact you.

                  OUR REQUEST
                  To get out above mentioned MSWIPE
                  1.terminal rectified immediately as our shop is installed in a major junction . Secondly customars are facing lot of problem due to non availability of cash and ruckus gets created when our swiping machine does not function.
                  2. Not Login properly.
                  3. PL. also take up with Myour representative as to why they are not responding now when they had been after us before installing tech machine.
                  Expecting your immediate reply and correction of the above mentioned terminal.

                    Dear m Swipe,

                    As per above subject, please find the attachments, in 1st attachment - m Swipe transaction of my card in which it states that merchant received my shopping amount through his m Swipe POS machine, in 2nd attachment - is my bank statement where it reflects that desired amount of shopping is been debited from my account. Also find attached herewith the sms as received in mobile phone (1st image - failed transactions & 2nd image is of the successful transaction of the amount)
                    Now the issue is that the merchant is saying that he has not received this amount so he is not giving the product. So please look into this matter seriously and arrange for refund of our amount at an earliest.

                    Note: Through the transaction id or RR no you can track that merchant details, also name of the shop or merchant name is reflecting in the message as well as in statement.

                      Sub: Swiping Machine Serial no.[protected] / IMEL [protected] Purchased by Picxy Sea Resort, Gorai Mumbai.
                      With regret we wish to inform you that since the day we have purchased your system we are facing major problem and there is no response from your company.
                      1) The moment we complete Card Swiping procedure many time we get message on the screen Card Declined, hence we request guest to pay the bill in cash but however after some time our guest gets sms on mobile that their A/C has been debited of respective amount.
                      2) Here, prestige of our Picxy Sea Resort is at stake, our guests are under impression that we are cheating them.
                      3) Your Area Sales Officer Mr Pankaj Patil (cell no. [protected]) was briefed who requested us to lodge complain with call centre
                      4) Complain no. TBCK 00712347 dtd. 03.12.2016
                      Till date no engineer has turned up and whenever we contact your call centre we get standard reply system failure kindly call after some time.
                      While selling the card swiping machine your Mr Pankaj Patil had shown us rosy picture about the system and service after sales.
                      It appears that Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has failed to provide us good service.
                      Hence, therefore we kindly request your good self to depute your best engineer just now and solve the problem immediately, by doing so reputation of Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd will be saved. (We don’t want to hear standard reply about 48 hours)

                        I effected 2 transactions with a merchant neelakanta reddy, bangalore - phone #: +91 [protected]
                        Both got declined at the pos terminal (Hand held unit).

                        However, there were confirmation messages from your system and my bank that they were successful.
                        The merchant insisted he didn't get the payment that i pay cash to resolve this.

                        I had to pay cash with him and move out. Now my transactions are in dispute. Rs.668 x 2 = rs. 1336 to be resolved.

                        This is annoying that i have to wait in despair for this

                          My mswipe is connected with my saving a/c. And now i have opened a current acount with united bank of india now iam facing a problem to connect my mswipe with my a/c.                               Would like to mention that a MSWIPE machine with serial no.[protected] and IMEI no -[protected] was installed at our chemist shop - M/s Shree Krishna Medicose inside NIDAAN HOSPITAL Sonepat Haryana 131001 on 12th Decembber 2016 by a team of MSWIPE representatives comprising of Mr Amit Sehgal ( Mobile no - [protected]) and other.

                              We regret to inform you that the the machine is non operational both for swiping and also the chip reading since 13th December 2016. WE have tried calling the concerned person who had installed this machine however neither they are picking up the phone nor they are calling back when we are calling them .

                              We also tried your Tollfree number- [protected] & your Mumbai no[protected] yesterday and today with success to contact you.

                              To get out above mentioned MSWIPE 1.terminal rectified immediately as our shop is installed in a BIG Hospital . Secondly pateints are facing lot of problem due to non availability of cash and ruckus gets created when our swiping machine does not function.

                                Since 10 days we are trying to contact your support and no one is available. REALLY VERY POOR AND UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

                                We have not received the credit for the below transaction and its been debited from the customers account.

                                We tried the transaction using our M Swipe machine and the it clearly showed failed, we also have a screen shot of the same. After few hours got the message that transaction is successful.

                                  Our payment is on hold since the past 4 days. We have sent your original vat invoices also.

                                  Who gave mswipe authority to use our legitimate funds without our permission.

                                  The amount is rs.30000/- and the customer has also spoken to his issuing bank honor the payment.

                                  This the first time we have seen such a company doing this.
                                  The limit of the customer per transaction was 10000 thus we were compelled to do multiple trasaction

                                    My bangalore kundanhalli area sales officer muneer - [protected] booked my machine but not delivered on commited time. I have tried to call him but now he is not taking my calls.
                                    I have tried mswipe all office no even customer care also but nobody pick up the phone.
                                    Very fraud... Pls. Don't buy this machine...

But i am not getting any message on my mobile number after swipes. This is creating lots of problem on my medical shop. How can this problem can be resolved as early as possible.

                                        Kindly change ur company name from mswipe technologies to fraud technologies. That desired name exactly suit's you, fake commitment. Fake contact nos, no proper tracking system for tracking the issue, very worst support centre, very worst support executives there is no higher level of escalation. For 10 days i have been follow for the same issues simply ur representative saying technical failure can't trace ur email. More than 20times i raised the invoice. Not even get an acknowledgement mail from ur end. Kind attention: please government has to take immediate steps to close this kind of fraudlent companies
