I made a purchase of rs2690 on 11 december 2016, for which my account was debited twice with same amount. Reference no for which are[protected] and
[protected]. When i came to know about the incident, i informed the shopkeeper and for which he reversed the transaction. it has been already 9 days but i did not recieved the refund in my account.Mswipe guys are not taking my mattter seriously and giving me false assurances....

I have been calling their customer care, but all the time, some mechanical guy gives me the same ridiculed answer that the issue will be resolved in a days time.

Payment on hold of 15000 rs sensing as duplicate transaction by mswipe people

Ensing as duplicate transaction.

Mswipe device and payment dispute

We are facing issues with the device. The device is not working properly since last few months. Also we noticed that the last transaction amount 250/- is not credited in our account. We have issues with the monthly charges as well which is debited twice in the same month.
