My merchant ID is [protected] and it is almost a week the swipe machine is not working.
I have been calling their customer care, but all the time, some mechanical guy gives me the same ridiculed answer that the issue will be resolved in a days time.
I have lost some serious business and I hope that this loss is paid by MSWIPE! Please help.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had to eventually write to their CEO to get the issue resolved. However, the overall service experience was pathetic! Would not recommend MSWIPE to anyone ever in my business fraternity!
