Dear sir
I am from Om opticians, Mansarovar, Jaipur. User id: [protected].

On 14/11/2016 at 6:17pm, I have made transaction of Rs 2000 through Mswipe machine. But in first attempt transaction error occurred and payment is not received. But amount has been deducted from customer bank account. When I contacted m swipe through WhatsApp, reply came that payment has been on hold and I have to send invoice copy to them to refund back the money to customer account. Therefore I immediately send invoice copy but till date amount is not refunded. Customer is so annoyed that he gave me warning that if amount is not refunded early he will take strict action against me.
So I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible and refund back the amount holded my Mswipe to customer account. Transaction details are:

    My merchant ID is [protected] and it is almost a week the swipe machine is not working.

    I have been calling their customer care, but all the time, some mechanical guy gives me the same ridiculed answer that the issue will be resolved in a days time.

    I have lost some serious business and I hope that this loss is paid by MSWIPE! Please help.

    I had to eventually write to their CEO to get the issue resolved. However, the overall service experience was pathetic! Would not recommend MSWIPE to anyone ever in my business fraternity!

      On 8 dec 2016 had done two different 15000 rs transaction.
      Got a sms from your end as one 15000 rs transaction is on hold
      Ensing as duplicate transaction.
      Ince then i had mailed and also done whats app with 2 different
      Bill payments as it is 2 different transactions.
      Yet the payment of 15000 is not yet credited from your end.
      Coming to customer, not even once i got in touch o[censored]r care exe...
      Is now 13 dec 2016. Do the needful soon.

        We are facing issues with the device. The device is not working properly since last few months. Also we noticed that the last transaction amount 250/- is not credited in our account. We have issues with the monthly charges as well which is debited twice in the same month.
        We tried to call their help-desk numbers[protected] /[protected] for multiple time however; we are not able to connect on the same and call gets disconnected. We have used whats app number to connect ; send several emails on [protected]@mswipe.com regarding my complaint but no use of it.
        Its really pathetic company in terms of customer service, i suggest peoples - do not avail their services. Don't waste your time and money."

          I used my sbi bank debit card for a purchase of rupees 1100 at sham lal krishan kumar mswipe pos machine.
          I tried one debit card twice but both times the transaction was failed, then i tried another debit card of sbi bank, again transaction failed but this time amount was deducted from my bank account.

            I am bhaskar. M from "wood n leather in design", this is regarding the swipe amount of rs.500/-.
            On 5.12.2016, i sold an product for rs.500/- on basis of card sale in mswipe machine.
            The machine showed failure massege. But, the amount was deducted in customer account and approved message sent to my mobile no.[protected]. I have an printed copy of mswipe receipt. Still now the amount is not remitted into my account and either the swipe detail is reflecting in my mswipe history account.
            I have compained the same through mail and customer care no is not responding or mr. Gopi ([protected]) & ms. Suman ([protected])_from accounts dept. And assistant manager of karnataka ([protected]) is not bother about the customer and not responding to the calls.

              As on 19/11/2016 customer perchesd worth rs 3700 material in our shop first customer given standard charted debit card for swiping when we swiped we got decline massage costumer given another card which is syndicate bank debit card far same amount 3700 in that also we got same decline massage. and we taken cash from customer next day customer given a complent that in both account amount is accepted . standard charted amount 3700 credit to our shop account .we return 3700 to customer . what about syndicate bank account .customer having a statements . please look this and transfer back 3700 to customer syndicate bank account.asap.                   I appleid for pos machine on 18/11/2016 through bharat bank. I was told the machine will be given within 7 days. Now its 10/12/2016 almost 22 days but havent got the machine. The amount of 6500 has been debited from my account. Now your executives dont even pick the phone call. Mr sajid +[protected] and mr. Sadanand [protected] are your executives who dont even bother to pick the call. I dont need your pos machine now as i m totally unhappy with the service you have provided. Please return my money soon or i have to take strict actions.

                    I had done a transaction from the same card twice which is valid.but it's been kept hold and there is no reply when I messaged through the customer care wats app number and to the email id.
                    I have sent all the details regarding the transaction and still there is no reply.
                    I have been trying to contact the person through whom I have bought the machine.
                    I tried contacting the customer care number, but it never gets connected.please revert.

                          I have ordered one machine from mswipe two month back. One of the agents took the money from me that day only and he had committed that I will get the machine in 4 - 5 working days. Its been 2month that I have not received any response from their end. I am tired calling their team and customer care again and again but customer care disconnect my call again and again There is no proper response. What I got from their end is fake commitments and fraud. Please do the needful asap and retern my money.

                            Its been over 2 weeks i have applied for an Mswipe machine i was commited that i would be recieveing the device within 5 working days. the sales guy "Ranjeet Sawant" from pune used a sentence 20 times " sirji 101 % friday tak machine aajayga" i did a followup for next 2 days just to check the things are on track or not for both the days he was singing the same song of 101% it will be done. 3rd day onwards his phone is swithoff & no contact on the 5th day i called up customer care number the second set of scam people & discussed my issue & they commited me that you will get the device tomorrow by 12 in the afternoon. the next day i waited till 2 in the afternoon but no response i called back again but no answer. because of their fake commitments i had a huge loss on 6th & 7th day. i called them back on monday & luckly i was able to speak to one the reps & question why they have not deliver for thier commitments I requested to put me across to one of the senior manager but they refuse. I got a call from head office from Mr. Rohit Wankhede & he also commited me that you will get the device in the evening & all that face story. i waited for whole evening but device was not deleivered to me i call him back on [protected] but these people just pickup & hangup the calls I called them numbers of time but same scenario. I have paid them in one shot. I have decided to sue them for thier unprofessionalism & running the such scam & bluffing people to remove the money from the people pockets.

                              We hv a swipe machine from mswipe.
                              it is changed on 26th nov due to non working of old machine.
                              there service person changed it and now since 26th nov it is not working.
                              we contact all related persons, call there toll free numbers, complaint about this problem.
                              there customer care number cn not b connected too many time. it is almost not working.
                              when i talk to there customer care executive they response that machine will be working within 2 -3 hours.
                              but it is still no response from company.machine is not working.
                              they did not care for there customers.totally worthless company. no one hear ur problem.
                              i contact all the ways available, call, email but all in vain.
                              plz no one should use there swipe machine.

                                My client had done payment from his credit card on 05/december/2016 at 17:37 pm of 150000/- rs on mswipe machine (Pos) which the mswipe company had provided us but still today i have not received the payment in my bank which usually gets credited next day. I have also submitted the invoice copy but still no reply and no one is answering on any number. Sir i request you to look in this mater as earliest as possible. This will never happen again in future so please eighter credit it in my account or cancel it and return it back to the card holder account.

                                  Since last 3 days we are facing issue with system and there is no response from m swipe team.We are trying to call them in all possible ways but there is no response from there side.One of there executive is trying to mislead us and using very arrogant language. We are helpless without any support and we have paid full year fees.This is POS service company and strict action need to taken against them as they are fooling customers and can be dangerous as this is related to finance.

                                  I am loosing my customers as swipe system not working and your team is not responding (Mr. Usma Khan -sells person from our area, who had provided the machin is the only person we know and his response is just ridiculous.I hope you will resolve the issue by today or else I am lodging the FIR by tomorrow morning.

                                    I have had several issues with Mswipe - technical, non payment process of a credit card payment, unable to collect payments and so on . I have tried since past 7 days non stop to call all of the phone numbers they have provided and NOT A SINGLE Person reply's back to resolve any issue.

                                    This is a very poor;y run company with absolutely no concept of quality of customer satisfaction. So how is one supposed to get any issues resolved if no one bothers to pick up a phone or call back ?

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am an insurance adviser and i have applied for an MSwipe device on 18th Nov 2016. It was told that i will be provided with the device within 10 working days. I tried to contact with Mr. Jiphesh, to whom i have provided with all the required document and an initial payment of Rs 3000. He says that the device is getting delayed from Bangalore team. I am unable to understand where are we getting delayed & does this take such a long time to configure a device on customer details. still Now I haven't receive the device and I am totally upset. Can I have an update please.

                                      Thanks for the responds, Seriously I am not happy with your service, I tried to call your marketing executive and he inform the item will deliver yesterday but still now I haven't get any update from your end, after that no call and no follow up from your end. In such case if I took this provide I am not sure how much support I will get from your end.

                                      Can you please let me know when I get the product. this is not a good customer service. I am not expect these type customer service from your end.

                                        I paid 4500 on 25th nov fir a swipe machine to mr abhinav. I am based in noida sec 26. I was comitted that by 7 days the machine will be delivered. But no ststus till date.
                                        After a series of calls the fellow abhinav did not respond.
                                        Just now today he replied on whats up that he doesnt have any details of the status of my case. He gave gave no of rsm anu ranjan, and asked me to speak to him
                                        Highly unprofessional network.
                                        I demand avp refund from the company along with mental harrasment charges. I am a lawyer and will be filling a case against both the concerned persons for flaw in the services under mrtp act. So be ready or deliver the product.
