    I received the product, paid via mswipe, delivery person did not receive the payment so i had to cancel it. Product has been taken by the person back and i'm waiting for the refund.

          I had applied for a POS machine for my shop through local rep of MSWIPE Govind Khadse at Aurangabad and made a payment of 11800 on 30 June 2022. I was promised by company rep that I will get my machine within 3 days post payment and other formalities however company have failed to issue me any POS machine neither communicated any reason for delay.
          I had follow local rep Mr.Govind K and company helpline as well but none had cared to resolve my issue till date.
          Local rep has stopped receiving my calls and failed to respond to my text messages as well.

          This case shows how careless and useless a company could be and what made them thing that customer will do business with negligent and irresponsible company and its employees.
          I am seriously considering to take this case to the consumer court in order to get justice.

            Hi m chandresh shah from Kurla east mumbai 400024.i have store in kurla e nehru nagar..store name upload link to future (Gift store).i want to file a case against this company.they company is cheated with me.I had taken swipe.machine of this company 1 of its transaction of Rs 645.have been doubled from there Network issue so .customer had filed complaint against it.mswipe team called me.i told only 1 time i taken payment.and i have customer recipt also sincerly all i told.i even told if 2 Transaction has been done please refund to customer as.1 time only customer paid how 2 times your company accepted..they told its network issue and all.but network and all isue Mswipe company should handle not my side.there system fault.Then why they charging me Double amount Of rs 645 i.e(1236) after there commison..i want my money get refund from this fraudtster company as they told they will not give any moneyy to customer.because this was there system charge bt they charging me Help me out and charge heavy from this fraudster company .i wish you will do it i trust on this complaint my contact no [protected]..

              Hi, I had a small cloth business where I was using Mswipe device in 2019 and due to some financial issues, it was shut down in the same year. I called the person who gave me that device and returned it to him in Oct'2019 however I'm receiving calls from Mswipe team for deducting the penalty amount from my bank.

              It has been three years after returning the device and I'm not doing any business but still receiving the calls and Mswipe team is threatening me to auto deduct the charges from my bank.

              Since I'm not using any service then how any company can deduct the amount. I'm going to file a police FIR for these issues.

                I have made payment to vendor who is using mswipe QR code machine on 8th june. I made a payment of 5300 rupees. Vendor confirmed that he has not received the payment in his bank. My bank has confirmed that the payment is successful and is received by mswipe. I and the vendor has made multiple calls to mswipe but they are not helping.                 I have made a payment to a vendor who lives in Pune, I ordered macbook pro from him the amount 65, 600 have been debited from my account but the vendor haven't received yet .Vendor confirmed that he has not received the payment in his bank.                   I tried calling customer care number but automated system said our engineer will call after some time.

                  Please try to understand we are running our business using your terminal for card swipe. In these days, if customer wont get swipe facility, they move to another shop.

                  So please look into this as high priority as i dont want to...

That person return back my new machine. And he is fixed a old machine. That machine working a trial only one swipe for demo. but next day not working.

                        Hello,

                        I want to escalate the issue that I'm facing currently and would like to have a look on it ASAP as I'm getting a deduction from my bank account through auto-debit option from December 2021 till May 2022 with the total amount of Rs. 2330.99 (300 each month + debit return charges) which I was not a part/holding any of your products. I tried contacting your customer care number to escalate this issue and it is telling me that my mobile number is not registered in your database. If I'm not your customer then how comes MSWIPE have rights to auto debit the money from my account?.

                        I have attached my bank statement showing the deduction in the email that I sent already and I request you to kindly look into it and do the needful and return my money back to my account at an earliest.

                        If you need more details please let me know and contact me at my mobile number.

                        MSWIPE customer care team, I already sent multiple email's to your helpdesk email address, but haven't received any PROPER response from your side. Refer to the ticket ID (MSW-275678) for more details. I also mentioned in that email to contact me through my mobile number to discuss further, but NO RESPONSE. Is this a way how your customer care team treats customer's query and try to resolve?

                        Also, since I have no connections with your products, your toll free number is not allowing me reach you out and telling me that to contact again with the registered mobile number. That's why I mentioned in my email to contact me again, but none of your customer care agent have guts to contact me back as they don't have any original data to provide and to avoid hearing my questions.

                        After I sent an email, on 21th May'22 (Saturday), another 600rs got auto debited from my account. I believe this is something that your company is doing as a scam. If you don't have any proper answer to provide me, just confirm the same and I will go legally with your inputs.

                        I have no trust on you guys as I escalated this query on 4th of may 2022 through email. But till now I didn't receive any fair response. Each and every time I need to send a follow-up email to get your response and that too a fake promise from your side that you are looking at the issue and need more time. This is unacceptable at all as you guys are doing a fraudulent transaction in my bank account. I need someone to contact me through my mobile number. But you guys don't have any guts to do the same.

                        My only question is why you guys are not contacting me?

                        And my another question is why your customer care number allows only for the registered mobile users rather than allowing all the users to resolve the query on their own?

                        When I have not registered with you, then how comes you can debit the money from my account? Who gave you the permission to do the same?

                        I need an answers for all my above questions.

                        I just can't believe that an amount of rs.300 got debited again from my account today (27th May'22 around 10:30 am) morning after I got your refund email. I don't know what is happening there right now. Is that someone is playing in my account and I feel so which is making me irritating.

                        I sent an email stating the same attached the bank statement and message screenshots in that email for your ready reference.

                        Can someone quickly look into this ASAP and remove my bank account from the ECS right away as mentioned in your email and return my money (rs.300) back.

I don't know what you guys are still looking at the issue since you were told earlier that I didn't not get any deductions anymore and it's your fault. Otherwise share your chennai, tamilnadu main office address and I will go there and get what I want.

                        This is very serious and I'm lossing my patience. If any health issue happens to me, you and your team are the only responsible.

                          I closed my mswipe machine and faced loss in 2017, now still they are charging 350 rupees every month as auto debit from my current account however there has been no machine and services used by my business because of their auto debit my one of the party cheque got bounced and i have face hefty charges and bad name of my business, I want action against the company mswipe as how they can auto debit my account for closed services after 3-4 years

                            Even after 3months, there is no one to listen to our agony. Due to swelling of battery the battery cover isnt getting fit into niche. Also the keypad isn't working. it's 3 months and yet there is no one to attend the complaint. pathetic Service

                                Sir I m mswipe customer since last 4 years but due to covid 19 business goes slow so I requested to company close and surrender of my swipe machine on 8th april 2022..And after that many times I called companies help desk and also mail them. till April I was paid rent monthly to them but they debited rs.2189.80 trow ecs to my bank account without any intimation on 24th april...This is absolutely cheating and fraud.with me i want my money back so pls help me

                                  Hi,

                                  With reference to the cancellation of your service card swiping machine which I have already done on 21/12/2018.

                                  One of your executive had come down to my place for this cancellation and i personally did visited your location to return swiping machine.

                                  Now the issue has been arised from past few weeks and my account is frequently getting debited every minute.

                                  I am looking for the refund for all my transactions which got debited from my account kindly do the same.

                                  It is so unethical to charge someone's account without any notification after so many years, kindly remove all my banking records and my information from you records.

                                    Recently I have purchased an item from Flipkart and the delivery of the item was of today 28/04/2022 and the payment of the product was done via UPI Payment as the payment link was provided by the Flipkart delivery executive after the whole process the transaction was successful from my side and the money was also deducted from my account and also deduction sms was received by me from my bank and also the receipt was generated by mswipe technologies named after the successful payment BUT it was showing that the TRANSACTION IS FAILED in the Flipkart delivery executive mobile screen and then he didn't received any money at the time am confused that where the money has gone ??? Pls look into this as soon as possible, here am attaching the screenshot...
