    Sir,
    I visited a dentist in Mumbai on 8th Dec 2022. For payment he shared a Mswipe link with me. I made payment on the link via mobile using netbanking, on completion message displayed on mobile screen was "Oops an error occurred". So I tried again and same message appeared. I received sms from bank that amount of 8000 is deducted twice.
    On checking with dentist he told that he has not received any amount of 8000 twice.
    I contacted bank they told that your payment was successful with the biller. So if payment was successful then to whom it has been credited I want to know the account holder and how to contact him.

      Hi i am writing here about Mswipe Technologies regarding my payment which they hold since a month. Actually payment was split payment into two parts by same costumer and same card. The next day mswipe put it on hold and ask invoices and kyc of costumer. I provided them all the detail like gst invoices, Pod, Aadhar Pan of costumer. But mswipe still manipulating my money. still no positive response from mswipe. Mswipe is sucking blood of merchants.

          Hi,

          My name suriyakala On nov 14th i made a pos swipe at girishwari hospital for rs2000 exact time 12:49:37 PM but that in girishwari hospital swipe machine it shown as transaction failed and no recipt of sale came .

          Since the transaction failed i again paid thd amount throught paytm and waited for reverse of that transaction. But amount not received so raised complaints in rbi now from your end providing receipt how this possible?

          In girishwari hospital they telling we didn't got money . Then who is lieing? If you received the money and deposited to the girishwari hospital but they are refusing and denying to refund my second time money paid by me for same one.

          Can you provide the detailed copy of account of statement of amounts settled from your end to girishwari hospital with details for me and to the girishwari hospital so that it will be helpful for me to get the refund from them.

          I have attached the copy of the receipt for your reference.

          Can i know status as soon as possible for below attached transaction whether successful or failed .
          if failed kindly refund or reverse the transaction from your end .

            Its totally fraud going on Mswipe is holding my amount due to some other fraud dispute transactions of 22Oct 22.

            Never use their swipe machines
            1.I have shared the Invoice of 22nd Oct rupees 50, 000 as an evidence which we give to all our happy customers at the time of purchasing products in our store .If needed i can share all other invoices as well to support this bad situation.

            2.There is no bank seal or stamp in the dispute file that Mswipe shared on this mail thread that a customer raised against our firm.

            3. Kindly, double check the transactions that is 4 digit pin verified debit Visa card that means customer paid after purchasing the products at our store.

            4.In dispute form it is mentioned regarding services that we don't offer any service that is totally wrong and unacceptable but our firm is a jewellery store that means customers purchase physically on their own understanding and belief with mentally present at our store only which clearly means products are given hand to hand on spot in store only after payment. No online shipping & ecommerce shopping are entertained.

            5.We won't be able to provide CCtv footage on 14th Jan2023 because DVR attached with 6 cameras has some limit of recordings as the case occurred on 22nd Oct 2022.

            6.Mswipe can't hold transactions for other transactions, Mswipe don't have right to do so.

            7.We are ready to take legal actions against Mswipe if my amount of 3rd & 4th Dec is not settled in our firm's account.

            8.If Mswipe will defend this case with expertise for our firm there is no evidence received till now to us.

            9.If the dispute gets over then our firm will get a heavy loss of more than rupees 1, 25, 000 because that fraudster will be having more than 10gms of 18k/750 gold and amount settled by the dispute bank in which Mswipe doesn't get impacted .

            i have already checked, in which Mswipe team had shared a reference no./ARN no & complain no with a deadline of 14th Jan for dispute team which are also not helpful with these bank is also not sharing information & co-operating and problem not solved.

            There is no evidence as such like screen shot or screen capture shared by mswipe proofing that Bank had debited Mswipe's financial books on behalf of our firm.

            Pls don't Say Sorry or might be a system generated message its a small firm our business going to impacted by this small amount .

            I am explaining on mail and here as well both i received only reference no./ARN no & complain no with a deadline of 14th Jan for dispute team which is also not helpful with help of these silly numbers bank is also not sharing information & co-operating and problem not solved.

            There is no evidence as such like mail from bank to us or screen shot or screen capture shared by mswipe proofing that Bank had debited Mswipe's financial books on behalf of our firm.

            Our Business is with Mswipe not by bank it was Mwipe only doing settlements for our transactions after MDR deductions so Mswipe had to resolve this fraud.

            It's totally Scam or Fraud goin on in Mswipe Never use their POS machines i goin for RBI complaint, consumer court and case in District court.

            I have shared that it's not possible to undersign undertaking of every cardholder transaction while providing purchase invoice and even not every firm is doing the same while purchasing products.

            transactions happen on 22nd OCt '22, dispute raised on 30 N0v'22 and my fund kept on hold of 3rd Dec & 4th Dec as chargeback ..

            For this i issue I have already shared extra Invoices for both cash & card transaction which is provided while purchasing products along with firm business document details.

            Find this solution of this issue other wise raise this to District court.

            We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, as mentioned earlier as well we have already rejected the cardholder claim on the basis of documents received from your end and the tentative refund due date is 14th January 2023.

            Further, we took up with the card issuing bank for early closure against which we are awaiting a response from the card issuing bank.

              Hi,
              I have been in contact with one of your executive (Aditya) and had informed him him a couple of times regarding our issue which is we are unable to do any international transaction in our mswipe machine.
              I was given a false promise that a callback will be arranged to resolve the issue on the same day but never received one.
              Asked him multiple times to activate the service ASAP but now he has stopped answering my calls too.
              Today I had 2 international patients but had to send them back without service as the transaction didn't go thru. It was very embarrassing.
              Also tried reaching out the service centre in the toll free number provided but it is of no help .
              Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible or please arrange a call from someone who can really help.

                          Here is my last conversation with Mswipe customer care through email

                          Mswipe : As checked, your device [protected] is still with you. Hence, it is active in the system.

                          Customer : What is the last transaction date ?? On this device I stopped using the device 2 to 3 years because it stopped working and Mswipe failed to provide support.

                          Mswipe: Request you to surrender the device to avoid further charges.

                          Customer : I told to cancel the device 2 to 3 years ago when your customer care failed to provide support and replace it they said they will arrange a pickup but failed to arrange it. When I am asking for refund of charges you are speaking about further charges ??? Why further charges in the name of monthly support fee when your company is not providing any support????

                          Mswipe : INR 1000/- will be charged from the transaction against the Diwali offer

                          Customer : Who made this transaction??? Why your company charged me for that???

                          Mswipe : As checked, under the Diwali amnesty offer we have converted your POS device into rent-free for a lifetime

                          Customer : Whom your company asked before doing so ???

                          Mswipe : Also, we have waived off the pending outstanding rent.

                          Customer : If there is outstanding rent why your company never deducted it from my bank account monthly ??? Since the past 2 to 3 years

                          Mswipe : Request you to share the call recording wherein our team has mentioned that the device is not active,

                          Customer : The reason I emailed the issue is because they are unable to trace the device. If you really want it I will surely share it. If you company assure me that I will get refund of charges within 24hrs after sharing it.

                          Now i request Mswipe to Please understand I have been charged 3186 INR for the first time only on[protected] because of the mismanagement of Mswipe Team

                          Kindly reply to my questions. And refund me the amount

                            Hi

                            I made a payment to a vendor using mswipe QR code scanning from Google pay on 24 August 2022. The transaction failed all 3 times for my credit card. So I made the payment throught another bank account. After sometime my credit Bank statement showed all three transactions have took place and the.money has been debited . The money is not recieved by the vendor.
                            I also contact the credit card bank and the bank says its already settled with merchant.( screenshot attached)

                            Mswipe is a Fraud Company and you have fallen into trap and now it will take you really a hard time to get a refund better stop using their service if you see any vendor using Mswipe just boycott that shopkeeper and recommend your friends also to do the same

                              1.. We have TWO LOCATION for our business in Pondicherry, under the same COMPANY. At each location we have ONE MSWIPE DEVICE. Since the management is separate for each location, we have been REPEATEDLY asking Mswipe to SEPARATE THE ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NO. CONTACT PERSON for each location but despite submitting all documents, THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO THE SIMP, E PROCESS O[censored]PDATING THEIR RECORD.
                              2. Every time we reach out to them, we have to deal with a NEW PERSON, who is usually a SALES representative. There is no one in authority or in customer service that one can talk to.
                              3. Every time the Device stops working, which is often, we have to wait for a minimum period of 5 days to get someone to come and check.

                                Yesterday i did a 100rs transaction to check whether money reflects on my account or not...but it did not reflect & status says on hold for what purpose...such a pathetic service i ever saw

                                    I have done online payment of Rs 635 for one of my shipment over the mswipe link shared by Wish Master when he reached for delivery, but as per delivery person he didn't received payment and same is not showing in his mobile however amount got deducted from my account.

                                    Kindly get this check and proceed for refund as my order got cancelled by courier person due to payment not received. I have attached payment receipt and confirmation.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have made 2 payments using mswipe link on flipkart. The amount was debited but the payment doesn’t reflect at flipkarts end.

                                      Transaction id1: IPG[protected]
                                      Transaction id2: IPG[protected]

                                      Its been More than 2 weeks and i haven’t received any refund
                                      Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000103". This happens now because i refuse to pay any amc which is said free at the time of purchase. Rental Free & No Amc is told at the time of my purchase of device in june2021. now after 1 year they start asking for amc everytime & i told that it was free as you said at the time of my purchase but they deny now i talked with some other merchants too who are facing the same problem & this issue comes only when we are refusing to pay amc. Kindly help me in this matter as i paid around Rs7000 to buy this device & now after 1 year they have stopped device just to take amc which was said free at the time of purchase.
