    I have transacted an amount of Rs. 483/- at Gopi FL on shop on 26th oct 2021 through Phonepe by scanning marchants scanner. But they denying that they did not realized the money also did not offered me the product I paid for. I have raised the dispute at same time. But my bank informed me that the money already sent to marchant's account successfully. Now marchant is saying that they do not have such account which is showing in my e-receipt of payment. They suggest to talk with mswipe. I tried to call mswipe several time they did not responded to my calls. till date my debited amount did not credited to my account as refund . I am sharing the the transaction details below.

        I had purchased m swipe machine around 4-5 years ago and paid rental and machine charges at the time of purchase but after 2 years of non usage I returned the machine and representative who picked up the machine said the security deposit will get refunded within few days but now I am getting call regarding rental due of around 8000 something and they started abusing on calls which is totally unacceptable so now I am filing legal complaint against company I have all the call recordings with me .

I don't given any NACH mandate  for redemption of ECS.  I don't given any signed document. this is fraud . pls stop otherwise I will file case against you . ### why are doing these fraud business???.                   Customer service is very very poor every next day they require new documents & after sending them all document again they are sending new requuirement.

                  I dont whats the problem with Mswipe to release my payment. If they have some proble m for varification of my business just visit our business address...

                  I have to received money from mswipe merchant name Dheeraj Shailesh from mumbai through qr code . I scanned that code and it ask me paid the same amount i have to received .first time it was successful for 100 rs transaction but for 12000 it was stuck and money was not received on any side.

                    I am still getting bills after returning the machine two years back. Few months back I got a mail from Mswipe that if I pay 2500 the account will be permanently settled. I paid the amount but still they have sent again a bill of 1800 after a few months. They are not receiving calls nor replying on whats app.

                        I have done a transaction on 22/09/2021 to SEENA FOOTWEAR via GPAY to Mswipe UPI by scanning the QR code given by the merchant. The amount of transaction was Rs.3770. The transaction was successful at my end the amount got deducted from my account, but not credited to merchant account.

                        Its been three days since I have not received my deducted amount and I am not sure whether the amount will be credited to my account or merchants account.

                        Kindly look into it and please help me with a response.

                          Mswipe is the worst company ever, a bunch unprofessional gathered to loot hard earned money of people.
                          Submitted complaints several times to surrender the device, paid full and final amount twice even without usage but still not sending anyone to pickup the same rather charging me further.
                          No one answer their customer care number, even after a long hold for 10-15 minutes it gets disconnected automatically. Pathetic service. Not only that, they never provided gst invoice since I received the device and paid for the same. I don't know whom to reach and what to do with this fraud company, felt helpless. It was my biggest mistake to apply for their device.
                          It's hard to survive after this pandemic and they are looting us when there is no fault from our side, their executive keep on calling about the pickup of the device but never send anyone for the same and disconnect the call with threatening words "you will be charged for the time till the device is not surrendered/picked up"
                          They are the biggest liars in their industry and harassing thousands of their innocent clients. I could see bunch of complaints here and there all over the internet about their negligence and loot.
                          Please help me someone, please.

                            I requested to surrender my Mswipe machine last year and was asked to pay Rs950 for cancellation after making the payment nobody came to collect the machine and not answered phone also. Now, again after few months requesting for another payment of around 2500.

                            I am not using the machine and want to surrender it.
                            Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            That's what they are doing with everyone, they have charged me even after so many months since raising complaints to surrender and I paid also but no one came to pickup the device instead they are asking for more now.
                            Fraud company.
                            Please some one do something about this.

                              I sent mail to Mswipe on 17.08.21 asking then to collect the machine as I wanted to surrender.

                              We exchanged few mails and phone calls but my decision was final.

                              On 6 th September I received SMS saying that the rent will be collected for September 21 from my linked account. I immediately sent mail to them asking them to refrain from collection to which they sent mail saying they will not collect rent.

                              Now today on 9th September my savings account was debited by Rs. 472.00 as rent.

                              Where should I lodge the complaint ?

                              Please help.

                              Mswipe collected the machine. And now asking for updated bank statement with IFSC code to process further.

                              My question is when they debited my savings account and not business account for wrongfully collection of rent of Rs. 472.00 they never asked any details even though they had committed in email that no rent will be collected henceforth.

                              So why now they are asking bank statement ?

                              Is it just to delay refund process ?

                                This is so bad service I got from mswipe that since I am applying request to mswipe to return machine bcoz it is no use of me since more then one year... But they are just busy in deducting the monthly charges from my account linked... It's just loot of money

                                  I Dr. Chirag Mehta took swipe machine which was told to me free lifetime with all connectivity (sim wifi) which i have a screenshot from your employee mr. Lakhan said to me. On 03rd September 2021 i recieved the card machine with no sim card the the delivery person said he forgot to got. He will get the sim in next 24 hours.. which i didn't received it yet. When i asked Lakhan( Lakhan Varma
                                  Employee ID 6091) regarding the sim he said sir it is chargeble to rs 590/- which is a fraud charges and was never told to me. I want either sim card orwant my money back of my machine by monday.. otherwise this will be reported socially with all the proof and to the police station too.

                                    This is in reference to Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] Asus Laptop for which the payment option was selected as cash on delivery and at the time of cash on delivery wish master from Ekart sent an link on Mswipe regarding the payment collection.
                                    The payment was done and reference number for the same is FMPC[protected] provide by Mswipe.
                                    The payment is not recieved to Flipkart neither it is refunded in my bank account.

                                      I have made a payment for the almost 3 week ago but still didn't get the device.

                                      Please look into this matter & try to solve it ASAP.

                                      Please dont apply for their device, they will strat looting your hard earned money. They are the biggest liar and provide pathetic service ever.
                                      Rather go to your bank and ask for their machine directly, that will be much much better.
