    On 22nd February 2020, I was contacted by MSwipe representative regarding the card swiping machine from Pune office. I was being offered G2 machine at 4400/- for 14 months. He provided me with the following bank details :
    KOTAK MAHINDRA ACC : [protected]
    ifsc KKBK0001765 under the name of MSWIPE 2TECH PVT LTD PUNE.
    I have made the payment through instant transfer on 28th Feb 2020. After that the representative had not shown up. Nobody distributed the machine when I enquired about it I came to know that my application was not uploaded /profile was not created by that person and so I dont hv anything like application number or registered mobile number.
    Since last June 2020 I have been sending emails to their helpdesk but they always regret saying they are not able to track the transaction reference number. Is it so difficult to track and refund the amount when the company is dealing in those services!!! I need my refund. Please help me with this

          I was DSA-185 (VENDOR) in 2017-18.mswipe higher management told me active some device on our name for demonstration purpose.I have activated some device.but with multiple mail n remider not closing device.even i have left vendor ship in 2018.kindly look into matter.otherwise only option to go RBI ombudsman.as per government of India payment and settlement Act 2007.

            I hold a swipe machine device of Mswipe Technogies for accepting payments from customers.

            On 24/12/2020 and 25/12/2020, I had swiped the payments of Rs. 12000 and Rs.5500 respectively. Usually Mswipe Technologies settles payment the next day but they failed to do so. I called up their customer care and they said that the amount was deducted towards my loan.

            In fact, the loan which I had availed was cleared in August 2020 and this was confirmed their team lead of POSLoan (Ms Ashwini Goshi ([protected]). Attached are screenshots of our conversation. The conversations confirm that my loan has been closed in August 2020.

            On September 8, 2020, I received a message from Happy Loans (lender of Mswipe Technologies) that there is a pending amount of Rs. 7048. I informed the same to Ms. Goshi and once again she confirmed that my loan was closed on August 19, 2020 (attached is screenshot of her conversation of Sept 8, 2020)

            I raised a complaint to Mswipe Technologies and my case was handed over to Mr. Bala. [protected]. It's more that 5 months and he is still not able to settle my case. He has just been giving me vague replies, majority of times ignored my calls and messages and pretended being in meetings.

            Today, June 16, 2021, my transactions of December 2020 for total Rs. 17500 is still not settled.

            Mr. Bala sat on my case for almost five months, left it unresolved and now he says Mr. Neeraj [protected] is looking into my case.

            I called up Mr. Neeraj several times today but he did not reply. I kept calling and finally he answered and said he was in a meeting and would call me back but he failed to call back.

            Attached are screenshots of conversation with Ms. Ashwini Goshi confirming my loan account was closed on August 19, 2020, so there is no reason for Mswipe Technologies to hold my transactions of December 2020.

            Request you to kindly do the needful.

                There is unauthorized charges that has been charged from Mswipe Technologies pvt ltd for the last 2 years which we figured out last month.
                I had borrowed Rs.10000, and it was deposited in my Karnataka bank account, but the very next day when I checked my account Rs. 5600 was deducted without any intimation or email, when I checked with my bank, I was told that Mswipe Technologies Pvt Ltd. has deducted this money, I was shocked and confused, so contacted my bank manager, with his help I was able to get the ECS report and bank statement of my account and figured out that, there is an unauthorized EMI which is deducted from 2019 September, and the total amount was not 5600 but Rs 10720. I immediately called the helpline number[protected] and we had escalated, but they were convincing me telling we'll offer life time free service instead of refund. But I was clear that am not suppose be charged and there was no reason for them to deduct money from my account, then wrote an email to ([protected]@mswipe.com, [protected]@mswipe.com, and to the CEO manish.[protected]@mswipe.com) and within few hours I received a call from head office and they promised that they will look into the matter, it took more than 2 weeks for them to refund the total amount of Rs. 10720/- and was promised that there won't be any such deductions in future. They acknowledged by email and call. During this 2 weeks period my family and kids had to struggle cause the money I borrowed was to buy grocery. since my business was totally shutdown. However, this month 04/06/20 again they have deducted amount of Rs 4720 without our knowledge and when I checked with my bank it was again Mswipe Technologies Pvt Ltd, wrote email, sent them the statement, called them, but I was told that they will call me, but never received a call from them or a reply for my email. My CIBIL score is very badly affected because of the bounces that has happened due to insufficient funds in my account. I was in a verge of applying loan but now my CIBIL score is affected and for next few years I'll not be able to apply for loan as well, I have no Job, lost my business, unable to pay school fees for my son, am on a survival mode, during this time they have deducted the money and no response from there end..
                I Need Help..
                I have all the email they sent, complete proof..
                Seeking for your help.. as I have to take care of my family..

                    I have speak to one of your representative hence he did not reply back...tried to call help desk but it is said that it is not a registered number...I am not using mswipe from last year but I have been charged every month with 479 rs..I want to surrender the service.. please stop deducting money from my account send any of your representative to collect the machine kindly process it fast

                          I have made a payment of Rs. 8150 on 11th May 2021 to a merchant using Mswipe. This payment was done through UPI. The amount got debited from my account but not got credited to the merchant account. In such cases settlement is done within 5-6 working days but it's been 17 days settlement is not done. I tried to contact customer care through all the mediums but didn't receive any response from them.

                              I made a payment of 3400 rupees for an online product from Ekart on (May 11 2021) using mswipe amazon pay transaction upi. The delivery guy mentioned that the mswipe payment did not reach their account and refused to deliver the item. And didn't return the amount paid. The amount neither processed into instakart nor reverted to my account. Customer care is not at all responding and disconnecting the calls in middle of the conversations

                                Yesterday, one of my customers swiped an amount of Rs 2, 20, 000 on my POS machine but the amount has been put on hold by Mswipe stating that it is a high value transaction. But before taking the POS machine, I had clearly informed the bank that all my transactions will be of more than Rs 1, 00, 000. Also, yesterday night at 12.20 am the transaction was showing successful and not showing in my hold transaction. Today morning, when I didn't get the money in my account, I called the customer care and shouted, only after that they raised a ticket asking for my invoice copy. Now, when I have uploaded my invoice copy, they are asking me to wait for 72 hours. Why should I wait for 72 hours for my money. This is not acceptable..

                                  I have made a payment through one mswipe link provided by the delivery boy. The money 44999/- has been deducted from my account on 22/04/2021 and was not processed to the seller untill today. I got a sms from mswipe stating that the link sale approved with a link showing the customer copy on 22/04/2021.Next day I gave The delivery boy cash. The money was not reverted back into my account. The customer care people are not even responding to my phone calls.

                                      I ordered iPhone 11 from flipkart on 8th April and it was delivered on 9th April as it was COD the delivery boy gave an sms link to pay for the product which was mswipe (46, 999)I paid and it was debited but it didn't show successful so he took the product back and till now I the money has not reflected on my account as well as flipkart.
                                      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Transaction proof given below.
