System halt error message on terminal

Dear,
i am facing "system halt, ikek tamper" error message.

I tried calling customer care number but automated system said our engineer will call after some time.

Please try to understand we are running our business using your terminal for card swipe. In these days, if customer wont get swipe facility, they move to another shop.

So please look into this as high priority as i dont want...

Payment not received for 1400090120044371@kotak

Hi,
I did two 20K-20K transactions on 20 December 2021 to [protected]@kotak. The money for the first transaction got credited. But the credit of 2nd transaction did not happen.
But 40k got debited from my accounts.

I have been taking followup for the last 4 months, but nobody is responding. So please help...

Fraud ECS Generation For Inactive Devices

As i am not using the mswipe machine anymore from past 4 years and also i have surrendered the device last 4 years back itself.

Swiped own card, Amount not returned

I have a Mswipe Machine, I swiped my own Credit Card for Ra. 15000/- by mistake. I requested thru app to refund back the amount in the card but its over a week now but neither the amount is returned back in the Card nor Credited in my Savings A/c. The request submitted is also removed from the app. Customer care people said it will be refunded back in account with in 7 days but now its over a week but still amount is with Mswipe only....

mswipe machine smart card reader

Machine shows reset on the screen.. Reset sign is switch off sign... With doing that nothing happens.. Machine can’t be reset nor be switched off... Machine is stuck.. I have already raised issue with the connectivity of the machine with the mobile phone earlier also... This happens most of the time..

international card transaction not activated

I have been in contact with one of your executive (Rohit) and had spoken with him a couple of times regarding our issue which is we are unable to do any international transaction in our mswipe machine.
I was given a false promise that a callback will be arranged to resolve the issue on the same day but never received one.
Also tried reaching out the service centre in the toll free number provided but line keeps...

settlement amount till date not credited to bank account

I have settled 20000 rs on 23rd Feb 2018. The Settlement amount is not credited in bank account till date. There are so many mails sent and they simply replying we have forwarded to the payment team and then no reply after then.

Need to take this serious. We are into business holding such money is not good. I have to pay my debts in business. If anything goes wrong what happens. Please someone help me whether we can file deformation...

mswipe machine error

This is the 5th time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

change in bank account number

I was trying to change the Bank account details corresponding to my mswipe device. Dropped a mail to [protected]@mswipe.com with all the necessary details so many times. They dont even have a courtesy to reply to the emails. The sales person who sold this device to us is also not answering the call.If you are not able to complete the request at least tell me the way to surrender the device.

transactions on hold

My name is sandeep from profit guru research pvt ltd. On 18th nov my 5 transactions were on hold with total amount of 2, 07, 000 and your co neither releasing this amount nor refunding this amount to customer.. Whenever i called to customer care they told that your amount will be release soon.. Kindly do some needful asap else i will have to go to lodge a f. I. R. Against your company for this kind of fraud.

Mswipe is a fraud in payments to the vendor

Recently a customer paid 2500 rs via mswipe device by hdfc debit card.
And when i checked the transfer amount by mswipe into my current account. They only transfer rs 1766. This is completely cheating to vendors..

On given toll free number, no one is picking, very poor customer support, i want to cancel my account and refund my amount of 2 terminals of mswipe.

I do not want to continue with fraud company...

Mswipe not doing settlement

I got complaint on ₹1000 from cyber cell. Mswipe didn't gave me information about complaint location and any details like acknowledgement number even after talking to local cyber cell.
I tried by myself and arranged cyber complaint address and Withdraw complaint and got NOC
After NOC Mswipe still not doing settlement. mswipe verified all my documents from capital small finance bank and Mswipe authority both the parties approved my documents

But the monitoring team member Sharaddha Parab madam making manual issue +91 [protected]

Now I have no way to get my fund bank from Mswipe team please help me

I have provided all proof to trasaction and bussiness and also provide TDS proof again Day by Day manual issues create by Sharaddha Parab madam. [protected]

I have provide all Document valid with NOC of my payment. my 392000 amount Hold and not settle my account. please help me, i have take loan from Indusind bank. Due to overdue loan the bank always call me and weekly visit my home. please help me.

The last option for me- I will commit suicide. i have no more money to pay my loan. i will take a Term insurance than i will commit suicide. The entire response to my suicide will be given by the Mswipe technologes company.

This company is a total scammer, transaction monitoring Shraddha Parabh does not have the manners to talk, how does one talk to customers. He has been holding my money for the last 5 months without any reason. I have given him all the documents but he is still acting.

1. I have taken all Business transactions valid under the bank approval. I have been doing transactions for the last one year and have not faced any problem.

2. The complaint that I received did not come to me directly. A complaint of Rs 1000 had come to the 8th layer from the cyber cell. I got the complaint withdrawn and also provided NOC to the bank and Mswipe, but till now my money has not been settled.

3. Banks also email the mswipe technology to settle the payment. Mwsipe ignores their email and does not respond to anyone.

4. I pay 1% TDS and 30% profit of my business to the government and then I am issuing this.

5.I took QR from a bank, so my entire connection is with the bank. I had already informed the bank about all my business activities. I had started my business with a loan, but the overdue loan is still unpaid due to a payment hold.

6. The Mswipe company (shradha parabh) called me to refund the source of funds. But I want payment in my account. I talked to my buyer about payment regarding some buyer agree to refund but many buyer ignore these condition they never refund my money because of 4th month already done

7. If I had taken approval from the bank then the bank is emailing Maswipe, otherwise the bank does not email.

8. I have requested that you please settle my payment. I have taken all valid transactions with the bank. Neither the bank nor Mswipay ever explained their terms and conditions. Only after the payment was put on hold did they begin explaining their rules.
