    Hi Team,

    I have taken 2 mswipe machines through ICICI bank and started transaction from 2nd oct 2023... On 2nd oct our customers made 2 Lakh rupees of payment and that amount is settled on 3rd oct 2023 and Our customers made a payment of 18 Lakhs on[protected] but mswipe kept the payment on hold, When I approached them and asked.

    Me:- payment was not settled until now when it is going to settle?

    Mswipe:- You have made huge transaction so we need to do verification.

    Me:- Already when we received the Mswipe machines at that time you agent was made verification then why again verification is required?

    Mswipe:- You made huge transaction thats why again we need to do verification so please submit the transaction invoice so we will release the funds they said.

    Me:- Next day on 6th we submitted invoices and our company documents.

    Me:- On 7th submitted all documents so requested to release the funds.

    Mswipe:- We can't release the funds as your account is under verification so our agent will visit your location and then we will release the funds.

    Me:- Its not correct you said that you will release funds once you receive the invoice but again you are telling that our agent will come and verify.

    Mswipe:- Sir its our company policy so please wait until the verification is done.

    Mswipe:- On 21th oct they said that As discussed earlier, we have received the field verification report, but risk team did not find business functioning from the location. Visit was arranged in business hours. It was a surprise visit. So, please provide correct address with landmark from where you are operating the business.

    Every day morning 10 am to 7 Pm our office will be open and no one reached our office and they are telling stories just to loot the money, If verification fails then refund the money and cancel the POS machine who gave you the right to hold the funds?

    I invested this money by collateralizing the gold in Muthoot finance and they are charging 24k for month.

    I won't leave this Mswip that easy as I am going to consumer court and will collect each and every penny including Interest and legal changes too.

      We did a transactiion 2 days back with credit card but amountbhas been not credited to the mswipe account holder. There is no proper response from customer service. It always says agents are busy. Kindly help

        I am a registered merchant with your MSwipe machine. My brand’s name is Westlife.
        We have been trying to reach you since last week, but after multiple calls, the only response we got from your end is that you will be giving us a call back but it never happened. We lost over ₹30, 000 due to customers not being able to pay in card.

          In spite of surrender request raised - money is getting deducted from account unwanted continuously
          Mswipe Id:- 42ms[protected]
          Customer of MSWipe from last 4 years-
          Requested multiple times to close the account not using from past 12 months.
          Still money is getting deducted 700-800 monthly.
          This is a clear Scam in financial sector by mswipe company.
          I want the money back deducted from the day the services were not in use Or the request was raised to surrender/close the request.
          I opted for surrender of the MSwipe and INSPITE of COMPLAINTS MANY times - Money is being deducted from my account which is incorrect - the service person has not come to collect machine SINCE LAST
          6 months.
          Money is getting deducted from bank account and when asked to bank accounts even they tell that they can't stop this service as it's with mswipe company only.

              Till date my ECS is being deducted from my account. I have given several reminders to close my account 3 years back but no action has been taken yet. the ECS AMOUNT OF RS.350 Per month is being deducted every month by Mswipe till date, if it is not refunded and ECS is not stopped.
              We will take a legal action against you.
              This is the harrasment to the subscriber of not using any services from you.(Mswipe.)

                    This is the 5th time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

                                  Sir,
                                  I visited a dentist in Mumbai on 8th Dec 2022. For payment he shared a Mswipe link with me. I made payment on the link via mobile using netbanking, on completion message displayed on mobile screen was "Oops an error occurred". So I tried again and same message appeared. I received sms from bank that amount of 8000 is deducted twice.
                                  On checking with dentist he told that he has not received any amount of 8000 twice.
                                  I contacted bank they told that your payment was successful with the biller. So if payment was successful then to whom it has been credited I want to know the account holder and how to contact him.
