Hello,
I have purcased few good from Vimal saree emporium on 7th jan 2017 amount was Rs 10900.
The payment was done via HSBC card using mswipe machine.
The company has deducted the amount 2 times from my account and doesnt return to me or to mechant yet.
I tried to contact them but they are fool people and thinking us also fool.
This compnay doesnt have any proper support from customer.

So i want you help in issue resolution

It cost me an addition loss of Rs 2600

Iam hearing same thing from this company since last week.

I make a call to customer care they give me mobile no of niraj gupta : [protected]

First thing they didnt pick my call and later he message me on whatsapp and after knowing my concern he block me.

So i request to kindly take a strict action against them.
As they dont know the basic rule of transaction .
They are frustrating us with there service.

As it seems to be like that my rs 10900 is just gone is air and disapears
That my 10500 hold from this Mswipe service for more than 30 days worst customer service cutting calls Everytime I faced it.. if you are having any idea buying this it is bad plan. Every person in Customer care is rude I don't know how they are behaving like this in a cash type of transaction and they are having no rights to hold my money.

      Hi,
      It came to my notice that the alpha diagnosis centre in kharadi is one of your merchant (is using m swipe machine for card payments). They are charging the customers for 2% extra when making payments through debit / credit card. As per RBI guide, this 2% has to be paid by merchant. Please clarify the situation.

      This kind o[censored]nauthorised asking for the extra payments is illegal and I ask you to contact your merchant and ask them to not charge this unnecessary fees.

        We have process 15300 payment which was declined later we have tried the same and which was also declined. customer got the approval message even I have received one for approval. Kindly check and confirm one payment and cancel the other one which is on hold. The payment was process 12.01.2017 time 11.02 and other was 11.11 AM India timing.

          On 22 December I used the MSwipe machine to swipe the credit card of my customer to deduct Rs 4300/- . However it had to be swiped 3 times as the machine kept saying transaction failed. After 3 attempts it succeeded. However the customer had been charged 3 times by MSwipe. One was credited to my account and 2 were kept hold even though they actually charged her card. After multiple follow ups, they cancelled 1 and kept the other 1 on hold. Because I did not want to inconvenience the customer, I gave a cheque for that payment and asked MSwipe to credit the money to my account. However even after 3-4 weeks and multiple follow ups, this has not happened. This has inconvenienced me and my customer. They dont even reply to my emails. I called their help line multiple times and each time they said they will get back in 48 hours but nothing happened. They are cheating customers and have horrible customer care. Please do not use their machine as they have a pathetic service.

            I am a customer who swiped my card for 105000 at one of the merchant who offers tuitions for UPSC exams using their fraud device. They have put the money on hold and asking to produce the receipt. When produced they fail to talk to customers to know the status and they copy paste the exact same message every time we send an email or WhatsApp. It's been 3 days now and no one has responded to my concern. The institute does not want to take this further as they have not received any money in their account and no one is here for me to help.

            If this continues I am filing and FIR against them. Please support me whoever want to.

            Cross check you records once again the issue is not resolved until the money is in our account. You say that it was released on Friday 13th and it's Tuesday - 17th we still don't see any money in our account and there is no one to raise this concern for us over the call Consumer Complaints is not a right platform for a company like you for communication.
            We have ordered for mswipe machine and paid the money too but the company inform ed that they could not able to proceed with the account which we gave.So finally we decided to refund our money but after 2 months alos My money has not refund .No response from the office.

              I had surrendered machine on 02/10/2016 but still rent r deducting from my acc since three months
              Company sales man osama in pune told me that there is an offer of machine of without rent but from next month they deduct rent from my acc. Then i had surrendered machine after 2 month technition came.but since three months they r deducting rent from my account
              Several times i called to customer care but result is zero . they can recieve complain but they cant do anything.
              This money was earned by hardwork.
              This company is totaly fraud & police have to take action against them

              I have registered a complaint but as of now they not replaced the machine. at the time sale they told whenever the machine if having problem the same will be replaced within 24 hours but now the chennai office does not pick up the phone and even the customer care toll free number they are not responding and even they have not replied for the mail.

                Hi,

                Mswipe is doing illegal practice to hold the declined transaction with thier account for almost more than 20 days, i had purchased 2 car tyres from a vendor on 20th dec 2016, and payment was done mswipe and i used my debit card. First time transaction was declined and second time also transaction was delined. Amount of 4980 was debited from account twice.

                Latter i could see that one of the declined transaction got approved and was paid to the vendor and one transaction was on hold.

                Repeated emails to proper authority was sent by my vendor for refunding my hold amount of 4980 rs, but since 20th dec 2016 till today i did not get any refund. I feel this is illegal practice to hold customers money with the company account as the transaction was declined.

                It is a shame to the company like mswipe to do such practice, and thier customer service is also very pathetic, they don;t care about the customer grievances and also do not repond to the emails sent to them

                I feel they should be stopped to give services and should be banned and company should be closed.

                  Hi i am Manish Tiwari proprietor of Orion infotech i bought a mswipe machine from a sales executive of mswipe technology sales man name is vishnu yadav. Sales person told me that sir if you are paying advance rental of 7 months your machine installation and machine charges will be free as per company's new offer but mswipe didn't fulfill his sales person commitment after that i contact customer care for stop my mswipe services and take out your swiping machine then they told me that sir please continue our service we will give you rental free till December 2016 and from jan 2017 rental will be deducted. I just swipe rs. 1000 from my customer and company didn't transfer to my account and customer care executive saying sir we cut 1000 for your previous rental charges. I dont understand what's happening exactly with me. The company is totally fraud cheater and lier so i will request everyone who is using mswipe kindly return their machine and stop services of this BS company.

                    I have ordered a swiping machine from mswipe technologies. Mr mohit subordinate of Mr. Mohit kumar Singh Team leader-Delhi (mswipe technologies ) attended my call and subscribed swiping device for 2 years tenure for ₹9000 full payment paid in advance. He told me it will take 10-15 days now it's been a month and there's no response from him his senior neithe There is customer support from mswipe.                         I have purchased of 1500 rs. on 22nd dec., 2016 at 1 PM. Due to network issue, merchant has done multiple swiping through my debit card. 1st transcation got failed and 2nd went successful.

                        When i checked the statement, i can see 2 transaction has been made on 13.47pm & 13.48pm on 22nd dec. for the same purchase.

                        As suggested by axis team. I am sending you Cardholder Dispute Form with required information filled. Also find the supporting Screen shots of SMS and bill eSlip of Merchant and Amount deduction SMS screen shots of my mobile.

                        I want my refund of extra amount. please acknowledge the issue and update the same.

                          My shop name is bhairav fancy hardware. My device id is [protected]. On 15 dec 2016 i hade made two transactions of 2600 each. But your company has kept 2600 rs amount on hold. They are not releasing it. I had even sent 2 invoice copies of 2600 each to your mail id. Even the risk verification has been done on 24, 26 & 28 dec 2016, but my amount of 2600 is still not credited to my account. Now what more do you want. Dont force me to speak rude and complain your higher authorities. On what basis you are keeping my money on hold.Does it take 20 days for your company to release my hard earned money. 2600 is not small amount. If you don't credit my money to my account i wil go for legal proceedings. Your customer service is worst. No 1 cares to pick up the call and reply to query. Just shut down your company. You are not eligible to run a company if you cant solve such small issue.

                              I made 2 transaction on 19 Dec 2016 for 30000 each. Mswipe has released one 30000 and put the other one on hold saying that it was a duplicate transaction and wanted me to send the scanned copy of the 2 invoices. I had already sent it 1 week ago and i got an sms on the 26th Dec stating that invoices are verified and the amount will be credited in 24 hours...

                              Its already been 4 days since the last message and when i call the customer services they just disconnect the call and wont give proper response.I wanted to cancel this connection and have already placed a request to cancel this idiotic device for the second time.1st time they said it was an invalid no and i had do it again.

                              .Kindly please look in to the matter and release the payment...

                              I just received a call from some guy with the no [protected]..He said he was calling from mswipe from Patna.and was asking all my personal information Bank account number and credit card number of the account holder...i got suspicious and asked him which office he was calling from and couldnt tell me and i told him to confirm my company name he couldnt confirm...

                              People are using these types of complaints as benchmark to do fraud.

                              Mswipe if you listen to me now..I will file a case against you and will keep share my worst experience with all the social media as i have someone working for the media aswell.

                              You look in to the matter immediately. I have filed several complaints and the issue is still not received.

                              Hello What is going on ...i got a response from you on the 26th saying its all verified and why is it taking so long to give me the money...PLZ plz dont hold...its the starting of the month
                              This is to inform that since so many days I am calling in m swipe customer care but i am not getting any response. They are not even bothered to receive any call.
                              On 19 Dec 2016 one of our Coustmer made a payment of Rs 20000 twice because the total amount was made 40000. From that 2 transaction 1 was not paid to my account.but both transactions were showing successful.
                              I don't know how many times I would have to do this.

                              Again payment put on hold due to duplicate transactions, sent an email with invoice copy and explanation and no revert since last 2 days

                              If I do not receive hold payment by friday, I am afraid but I will have to take legal action this time

                                Here is the email chain with no reply from your team.
                                I have uploaded all the proofs. Uploading Voice Recording is not an option otherwise I have that too. If you call their customer care #[protected] then it is exclusively for new sales. You need to write an email like I did if your payment is put on hold and you would be surprised by no reply from them.

                                It's been 7 days I sent the first email and still no confirmation or credit of balance in our account.

                                    At the time of demonetization, people who made money by fraudulent activities are mswipe. It is the mistake of the common people to trust blindly of the new entrants like mswipe. While we have got a restaurant in noida sector-62, one amit (Contact number [protected]) from mswipe contacted us and offered us to provide swiping machine and collected rs.6000/- from us on december 7 2016 saying that the machine would be delivered 10 days. Despite of many follow ups neither mr. Amit or anybody from mswipe provided us with any positive answer. Most of the time they avoid our calls or if at all they attend the call, they give lame excuses. We would have left out with no other options, but to file a complaint with the police or with the court of law.

                                    I would urge people to avoid dealing with mswipe - they are big time cheats!!!

Please file a complaint with the regional consumer redressal forum and claim for your mental agony and other troubles you faced.
