I have a Mswipe machine # [protected] (purchased by paying approx 2000/- INR) which was deactivated back in June 2015. Suddenly out of nowhere I have been charged for Rs. 1350/-.

The customer reps tell me that the ECS bounced but the fact is that the same was cancelled & here the proof:

Now I am being told that the recent 'theft' of Rs. 1350/- is for the machine which I have 'purchased'. Why should I pay for it. Rather if you need the machine back, gimme back my money 7 take the stupid thing with you.

This is certainly not done. I have paid approx 2000/- for the device & so basically I have purchased the same for M-Swipe. What the hell is this payment for??????
Dont you tell me that the device was free of cost to be used until now.

Also what ECS bounced. Help me with the details for the ECS that was bounced!! Show me screenshots or whatever that you have.

I need someone to call directly to me. Enough of this email thread.

Who is the higher authority who has the rights to handle the case in an appropriate way once & for all?
Help me with the mail id.

Thank you for writing to Mswipe Customer Service.

Further, this is inform to you that, as confirmed by our concern team, the amount deducted from your account is towards the device cost, however in this case we have not received the amount as the ECS bounced, the debits in the bank statement are towards bounce charges which were levied by bank and not by Mswipe.

Total amount deducted- Rs.1350/-

Once device is returned we will reverse the same.

Trust you guys are doing good!

I 'was' using Mswipe machine # [protected] & user id [protected] long back in 2015.

The same was disconnected for use under ticket # Tbk00133171 long back in 2015.

Out of nowhere, suddenly an amount of Rs. 1350/- (One thousand three hundred fifty only) in the pattern 350+350+350+300/- has been debited from the account.

I had asked to de-activate the ECS facility then, to which I had received the below email:

      I have swapped my card on 1St may 2016 of rs 35000 twice but one transaction is settled but another was put on hold due to same amount then I called their ccc they asked me to do this and that after all things done by me they simply says this transaction is not settled on 10thmay 2016 after passing 10 days but still no settlement done by mswipe team.
      They provide Watsup no of account department but they are unable to help the query.
      Very bad feedback from me.
      Never suggest to anyone to take mswipe instruments.

        Compalint no tbk 00320198 . I had taken mswipe machine on[protected] and cancelled the machine on 15-02-16 we surrendered the machine but I had found 4700 was deducted from my account as acr chargees for no reason. On calling their call centre they say we are taking complaint and we will refund the money. I had given 3 times complaint against this. After closing the machine they charged me unnecesarily.

          Two transactions of amount rs. 2040 each done on mswipe device at merchant outlet named "impress foto express" located at wakad pune, for which merchant has already requested redund and mswipe confirmed that they have forwarded the refund request to concerned department is yet to be processed and refunded. The customer who swiped his card and awaiting refund is following up with both merchant and mswipe to get the refund. Merchant has already sent a reminder to mswipe yet no solution.

          Attaching refund request sent by merchant to mswipe and the email responses from mswipe.

          After logging the complaint, I got a call from mswipe after few days that they have initiated the refund and it'll get credited to my a/c in 2-3 days. The refund was credited back in 2-3 days.

              We had a customer booking for which we swiped for 50, 000. We have done twice a swipe of 10, 000 of which one was on hold. We have called customer care 10 times. Everyone s giving different answers. Moreover one executive is ready to face police complaint. No leads a fee available to provide proper info. All we're busy throughout day. I really fed up. I sent acceptance letter as per instruction. But no response. I didnt receive any SMS or call regarding complaint. I am receiving SMS to provide feedback. Worst customer service.
              Kindly take action to release the amount to us. I have given details for reference.

                I used mswipe for one of transcation for Rs:50, 000 on-11-Apr-2016. I have received only Rs 40, 000. I have called customer care for 9 times for releasing on-hold money. I gave acceptance letter to customer care before 7 pm. No respeonse
                Very poor guidance regarding the und release. Every customer care executive were not giving different statements.
                Very worst customer service. One of customer care executive is ready to even face police complaint. He gave permission to raise complaint against Mswipe. All customer care team leads are very busy in meeting. No time for customer.

                For the past 2 days, I have through so much mental agony. I have to register a case against to create so much mental agony to a lady.

                hoep any one notices this message and take corrective action. Otherwise, I am going to register a police complaint.

                  Compalint no tbk 00279182 . I had taken up an mswipe machine on trial basis about 2 years back. This was used for a montha nd due to technical glitches we had asked them and surrendered the machine after 2 months of partial use. No won the 28th of march 2016 suddenly my account has been debited by 350*17 =5950/- for no reason. On calling their call centre they say your machine is not disconnected and we have debited monthly rental charges.
                  The sales person had explicitly mentioned no monthly fees. Only transaction fees.

                  This is pure cheating. Need to look into my legal options

                    Fraud company - suspicious dealings

                    Today I had complained about how they had charged my account even after one year of discontinuation of service suddenly without any reasonability.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I had applied for your mswipe product last year on Feb. However, I had applied for discontinuation of the same last year after three months o[censored]se (payment of rental for 3 months were already paid), itself due to lack of considerable swiping transactions.

                    I see today (28/03/16) that my bank acount has been charged 13 times in a single go for Rs.350/- totalling to Rs.4550/-. Since the service was already discontinued from my side and properly intimated to you, I am shocked to see this.

                    I have called your customer service and Mr. Ashish on the line confirmed that my request for discontinuation was made last year itself. He therefore said that he has forwarded my complaint to the concerned department and refund would be made soon. He also requested me to send a mail regarding this also.

                    Since, it is year ending, kindly look at this matter urgently and provide refund. I have attached screenshot of my bank account.

                      From 8 months, we are requesting to close the swipe machine but they are not taking any step.We called many a times but there is no response from the mswipe company .And suddenly on 11th of march 2016, Rs3500 were being cut from my account without any notice.And there is no response when we try complaining.If they are not doing as we say then we will complain in the consumer court.

                          An amount of rs. 1903.34 has been deducted from my account on 09/09/20 by mswipe after 2.5 years of surrendering the POS machine . Please refund the deducted amount within 3 days otherwise I have to go to consumer forum for this cheating/ fraud.

                          Myself Elumalai, I have surrendered Ms swipe machine 4 years back but last few months they continuously deducting Rs. 350 from my account. For jan 2022 alone they deducted Rs 2000 kindly acknowledge this and provide proper response

[protected], I made a transaction for 50, 000/- on march 9th 2016, they put my payment on hold, asked for some documents, even after submitted the asked documents the payment is not released yet, they promised me the payment would be released on 14th march, but I Dont receive even a single SMS from their side, in the name of RBI rule, they are cheating the innocent poor people, kindly take necessary action, thank you.

                                  Hi This Is Bharat From Mafiaa Western Outfit (Garment), Bhayandar East.

                                  I had requested the Mswipe in Nov 2015 the issue was Mswipe Salesman Mr. Vishnu told that pay cash today and on next day he will install the mswipe machine...
                                  and if we give cheque so it will take about 1week, so we had given cash to vishnu.

                                  Now we wait for the next day but he didnt bring that machine... and
                                  than go on... Than After 4/5 days another salesman came and bring that
                                  machine after a week. so we cancelled this deal at the same time wen the salesman bring that machine we
                                  return the product and he given us the return form...

                                  NOTE: Vishnu taken cash from us.

                                  Wen we returned the product and ask for refund than he told to talk to
                                  sadanand sir.

                                  sadanand told me to watsp him my bank details so i send pic of my
                                  cheque and he replied that he ill get refund in 2days...
                                  after 2/4 days we called to sadanand he did not ans my phone calls and now its almost 3months.
                                  still didnt got anything now he is saying he will not give refund..

                                  They raised a complain no. TBK00202879 & mentioned that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs & the amount will be refunded too. Its almost a a 3 months now & i havent heard back from them.

                                  Pathetic service, please do not take MSWIPE as a banking partner for your transaction. GPS is pathetic it doesent show any signal while transaction. CUSTOMER CARE is nor responding.

                                      I have send my request to deactivate and take back the swiping machine since Nov 2015

                                      I have given the same request more than 5 times through mail, phone.

                                      Mswipe customer care registered the complaints and provide complaint number through mail.


                                      They keep taking the rent every month.


                                      Their customer service team is hopeless and their accounts team is in invisible mode
