Compalint no tbk 00320198 . I had taken mswipe machine on[protected] and cancelled the machine on 15-02-16 we surrendered the machine but I had found 4700 was deducted from my account as acr chargees for no reason. On calling their call centre they say we are taking complaint and we will refund the money. I had given 3 times complaint against this. After closing the machine they charged me unnecesarily....

Two transactions of amount rs. 2040 each done on mswipe device at merchant outlet named "impress foto express" located at wakad pune, for which merchant has already requested redund and mswipe confirmed that they have forwarded the refund request to concerned department is yet to be processed and refunded. But till date i have not opened the machine but rental of rs 300/ has been cut

They told 4 months of rental free but now cuting 300 from my account

Compalint no tbk 00279182 . I had taken up an mswipe machine on trial basis about 2 years back. This was used for a montha nd due to technical glitches we had asked them and surrendered the machine after 2 months of partial use. No won the 28th of march 2016 suddenly my account has been debited by 350*17 =5950/- for no reason. On calling their call centre they say your machine is not disconnected and we have debited monthly rental charges....

Today I had complained about how they had charged my account even after one year of discontinuation of service suddenly without any reasonability.

I received call from them after posting complaint here. However, the so called executives are now telling me that they can't reverse the money on my original account and want me to give them an ICICI, HDFC etc bank account. When I said that I dint have an account with these banks,...

Hello, our firm name is Shanku's Academy of Further Education. We have received 2 trasnsactions of 100000 and 150000 on 7th March from one of our customer. Unfortunately, even after sending all required documents through email and whatsapp, our payment has still not been released.

I had requested the Mswipe in Nov 2015 the issue was Mswipe Salesman Mr. Vishnu told that pay cash today and on next day he will install the mswipe machine...
and if we give cheque so it will take about 1week, so we had given cash to vishnu.

Now we wait for the next day but he didnt bring that machine... and
than go on... Than...

We brought the mswipe device but its not allowing the SBI and Kotak Mahindra credit cards we have registered the complaint for the same but none of your people rectified it pls try to rectify it else I ill go with consumers website...

Mswipe customer care registered the complaints and provide complaint number through mail.


They keep taking the rent every month.
