[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — MSwipe Device did not delivered | |||
Hi Team, I am an insurance advisor and i have applied for an MSwipe device on 14th Nov 2016. It was told that i will be provided with the device within 10 working days. I tried to contact with Mr. Krishna Kumar, to whom i have provided with all the required document and an initial payment of Rs 3000. He says that the device is getting delayed from Bangalore team. I am unable to understand where are we getting delayed & does this take such a long time to configure a device on customer details. I was not provided with an application number. On 30th Nov I was contacted by Mr Mandar Surve (Sr.Ops Manager MSWIPE). He mentioned that terminal will be installed by EOD 01st Dec 2016. I have not been contacted after that. No one visited me neither the terminal was installed.
I never expected this kind of service from Mswipe. Its been now 16 days after I have requested for the terminal. Now I am totally blank as I am unable to understand with whom to contact. When a Sr Ops manager cannot do anything then who can help us ?.
