Hi,

I have got a bill and legal notice after one year of payment and proper cancellation of MTS Data Card. Our A/C No.[protected] and Mobile no [protected].

The complaint from the MTS is that we have not paid the bill and we did not cancel the service properly.

We do not accept this complaint as it is not true. We got the MTS internet usage data card on the month of September 2011, from Sangeetha mobiles, Ghandi Bazar, Bangalore, with a smart phone. They said that there is an offer as we can use unlimited internet using MTS datacard for one month. And the card was activated on 20th September 2011. We purchased the card from Mr. Anwar (MTS Rep - [protected]). This connection was bought in the name of R. Victor Arokia Raj for my brother R. John Various.

But we got a bill from MTS within 15 days from the activated date stating that we have to pay the amount. We called the customer care and enquired about this and they informed us that there is no offer as said to us by Mr. Anwar but only 200MB was free and the rest they have billed us. And hence we were also not satisfied with the service and planned to cancel the service. But in that one week we got continuous calls from the MTS customer service asking for the money. The bill amount was Rs. 332. Finally we paid the bill (Rs. 332) and cancelled the connection by giving the application to one of the MTS franchise in Bangalore (Address: Arham Hosteries, 3/6 Hari Mansion, Bull Temple Road, Opp. Uma theatre Road, Chamrajpet, Bangalore – 560018). We got a receipt also for the bill paid but did not get an acknowledgement for the cancellation since the person said that the form should go to the MTS corporate office and only they will send the confirmation mail to us. But we did not receive any kind of such mails. All these happened in the month of November 2011. Unfortunately we misplaced the bill somewhere as we thought everything was fine since it happened a year ago. The next month we got a call again from The MTS customer service telling that they got neither the application nor the payment. So I went again to the franchise asking them for the same. They said that the computer had some problem and they could not send it before and they promised they will send it by that week. From then onwards we dint get even a single call from MTS. So we thought it is all over.

Now suddenly after one year we have got a Legal notice from MTS stating that we have to pay the bill amount of Rs.3180 within 7 days by cash or cheque. Again we went to the same franchise where we cancelled the service to get a proof. But the franchise is on leave for 10 days so we couldn’t prove it.

WE got this letter on 13th November 2012. So we sent a reply to the advocate naming Ranvir Vats, Tis Hazari court, Delhi on 19th November 2012. We got a call today (22nd November 2012) from the advocate office for the payment. And we tried to explain whatever happened but they where not ready to listen and they disconnected the call.

Our question is we dint even get a single call from MTS for the past one year and how could they file a complaint on us stating that we have not paid the amount etc ( We got n number of calls from them in the 1st 15 days that we should pay Rs.332 and now not a single call).

Please suggest me a solution.

MTS — MTS give fake offers to sell internet connections

Hi,
I am Akash Sharma and i have purchased one MTS connection in the month of January 2011. MTS charged me 1777/- for Device as well as one month free internet usage and they had one offer of free Reebok shoes. which was supposed to be delivered in 45 days. its been more than 4 months and i have called more than 5 times to their customer care and still no response from them. they are still keep on lying that they will send this free shoe to my home but still no success. I seriously want that some sort of serious action should be there on MTS india services so that they should stop lying to customer for selling products. I am seriously going to stop using this service and will also tell people to not buy MTS ever again..................

My suggestion to all the people who are reading this is not to take the services of MTS. If ever you face a problem and is not resolved within the time period provided initially by the customer care it should be immediately escalated to the nodal authority. If there is no further resolution of the complaint after the time period provided by the nodal authority it should be further escalated to appellate authority. Simply calling up customer care department or awaiting the responses will end your life.

MTS — Lawyer Notice

Hiii ,...
I got a legal notice to my address regarding bill payment of MTS MBlaze .I disconnected the mts one year back and i paid all the bills ...But now they sent a notice to pay Rs 1600 and a lawyer Notice ...What should i do ...Please give some suggestions.....
Dear Team,

I have reported performance issue with MTS data card from the time I have taken the connection on Apr-2014 and it was not resolved for over 4months even after following up with MTS customer care and Appellate Authorities over phone and emails, but they used to reply the same standard email template replies.

I have warned them 2-3times over email that if my issue was not resolved I will not make the payment for my outstanding bill but still they have not looked at the issue and not resolved it.

They have sent a Legal notice, after 2weeks now someone called and said they are calling from Delhi court as they received legal filing against me for non-payment of Rs. 1718/.

I am not sure what to do now so please advise.

    I AM THE SUBSCRIBER OF ABOVE SAID NUMBER SINCE THE PAST TWO YEARS. I RECHARGED MY NUMBER WITH RC 122/- (BENEFITS WITH 30000 SECONDS OFF NET CALLS AND 70000 SECONDS ON NET CALLS WITH 30 DAYS VALIDITY) ON 24/10/2012. UNFORTUNATELY MY PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED ON 29/10/2012 EVENING WITH OUT PRIOR INTIMATION MESSAGE OR SMS. AFTER APPROACHED DEALER THEY REQUESTED TO SUBMIT FRESH ID AND I PRODUCED THE SAME. MY PHONE WAS RE ACTIVATED ON 03/11/2012 BUT WITH ZERO BALANCE AND THE BENEFITS OF RC 122/- EXHAUSTED. AFTER FREQUENT COMPLAINTS WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND MAILS. THEY UPDATED WITH PREVIOUS BALANCE BUT REFUSED TO EXTEND THE BENEFITS AND VALIDITY OF RC.122/-. NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING MY MAILS. AND NOT ATTENDING MY CALLS. NOW I AM AFRAID OF RECHARGING MORE WITH MTS. I FEEL IT IS MAD TO RECHARGE MORE. THEY ARE DANGEROUS.

      On 15th November I purchased MTS MLAZE Dongal from MTS Store,Junction Mall,ground Floor,City Centre,Durgapur-713216,District : Burdwan,West Bengal.The name of the Sales Person is Mr.Biswajit Acharya.
      The details of the same are given below:

      MEID : A10000237DB514
      S/N: 9B1223620B3A

      Amount Paid: Rs1150.00 [Receipt of RS.950.00 only given]
      Proof of Identity and Residence: Signed copy of my Driving Licence No.WB-[protected] was given to Mr.Biswajit Acharya the salesperson.

      In this regard I would like to draw your kind attention to the following
      :
      1. Shri.Acharya was not ready to give me the Data Form receipt [Customer Copy].When I forced then only after much reluctance he gave it to me which is not expected from a Sales person of a reputed Compnay like MTS.
      2. On 15th Nov'2012 Shri.Biswajit Acharya assured me that on 16th Nov'2012 by 12.30p.m the Dongal shall be activated and I can Start using it,but it has not happened.
      3.On 16th November'2012 when I contacted Shri.Acharya in the evening and informed him that my Dongal has not been activated as per his assurance on 15th Nov'2012,then he talked to somebody and said by 18th Nov'2012 it shall be activated.When I wanted to know:
      i] Why he gave me false assurance on 15th Nov'2012, then he simply denyed of giving any assurance and said by 18th Nov'2012 the dongal will be activated.His behavior was also very rude.
      ii] When I asked him that what is the guarantee that on 18th Nov'2012 the Dongal shall be activated,then he was not having any answer.
      iii] Shri.Acharya does not know the basic informations needed by a Salesperson.
      iv] To my every query he was talking to some Senior of his and giving the mobile to me for clarification which is not the right thing.

      To-day is 20th Nov'2012 but my Dongal [Data Card] has not been activated.

      Kindly do the needful so that:
      i] My Dongal is activated immediately.
      ii] I have paid Rs.1150.00 so corresponding plan may please be activated.
      iii]MTS should give Shri.Biswajit Acharya proper training to know the basics and etiquette.

      The same thing has happened with me also in Chennai. Previous Saturday I have purchased my MTS MBLAZE Dongle. But still also it now activated. My sales person is telling that, its stuck because of some junk rules of TRY. I have received activation call also for 2 times. But, still my dongle is dead.

      This is with regard to my MTS broadband service: [protected]

      I bought MTS MBlaze pre-paid from Junction Mall, Durgapur in 2012. Initially for few weeks, speed was okay reaching upto 700K (thought MTS claims speed upto 3.1Mbps, which never happened in it's history I guess). Now, I am highly unsatisfied with it's speed which never reaches more than 400K at any instance in a day plus during night it is a nightmare, not reaching even 50K (NOte: I just recharged for Rs 248, 1 GB plan). When I went to the dealer, they keep on beating around the bush. One day they say "today there is problem with network, try tomorrow". The other day they excuse saying "Your area may have weak network issues blah blah...". They also tell to use MTS provided usb cable. How ridiculous, how can using a extra usb cable speed things up.

      I am now fade up with it's service. It takes more than 8 sec to just open up a google page, forget about facebook and youtube.

          Above MTS FM - STRIER handset with connection purchase from ABHINAV RETAIL Enterprise (Phone:- [protected]) at South City Mall on[protected] with proper ID, Photo & duly filled up form and they told me that the connection will be activated within 48 hours, but it is a matter of regret that already 9 days was over, connection has not yet been activated & only one phone call I received from your customer care & told me that it will take another 48 hours. As per their version phone will be activated within 96 hours. As soon as 96 hours was over I contacted your MTS customer care service & they advised me to contact my retailer & over the phone I tried to contact retailer but nobody attending the phone call from me though clear ring tone was heard in their phone. Next day I phoned MTS customer care again & one lady has taken my address & alternate mobile number assuring me that connection will be activated within 24 hours. But it was a false assurance. Again I contacted MTS customer care & they told me to contact with the retailer. Then personally I went to the retailer on[protected] & they have also given a false assurance that the phone will be activated within 3 hours & 3 hours was over on 8:10 PM on[protected]. I'm lodging a complain with you for harassing a senior citizen like me. I want illustrative punishment who deals with me & given false assurance repeatedly. I hope you will solve the matter immediately & activate my phone connection within one or two hours. Please reply me within stipulated time.

            I get cheated by E-Zone Pimpri chinchwad.
            I purchase New MTS Dongle from them,
            They told give Rs1600 we have scheem of 16 GB free for 4 month validity and MTS Dongle free.
            After one month my Internet stop working while I contact to MTS help desk centre they told that you have to recharge as you get only 6 GB free for 2 month vailidity.
            When I ask for shceme in Maharastra they deny and not responde.
            E-Zone also not responde any on same as they told its MTS company decision.

              my name is shanti lal chhalani. I am a customer of MTS. For last few months I am facing a lot of problems with services provided by MTS. To solve this problem I have sent massages to 1900 for porting code but surprisingly my massages are not delivered by MTS whereas balance was deducted for consecutively 5 massages. So I request to solve this problem and get my porting code.

              mts mobile rajasthan — balance deducted is not refunded

              My no [protected] ,The balance of rupees 30 was deducted on 29th nov. for JUKEBOX service which was automatically subscribed by the company.
              I called care center to unsubscribe the service and make the refund ,at that time I was told that the service will be unsubscribed in 4 hours and the complaint for refund was made with no.51440. And after that my no. by which I raised the comlained was blocked means I am not able to call care center .Whichever mobile uses for the purpore was blocked after attending a call.
              Thus I called to nodal officer to resplve the problem resolve both the problem .
              Till today no one from mts side have cotacted me regarding this.
              They are real Cheater I think As making me enable to call to customer care.

                I was committed very good speed of around 1MBPS from my housing location in Nashik. I paid for the device and selected one of the pre-paid plans.. The sales executive showered with good words about MTS and its speed.. And the speed was tested at office location which was quite ok as per the 1MBPS plan.. I had asked them repeatively what about the feasibility from my home location which is 5KMS away from my office.. The sales person told it should be fine and i finally sign-up. And it was shocking to know the speed i received at my home was nothing. Infact i was not even able to browse a single site not even able to download emails. It reminded me about old days modem type of internet speed. I was left trotting in between and there was no customer support and not even a single technician came to my location for any kind of testing or assistance. So in short there was no customer support and finally i decided to cancel the services.

                I went to office and they started delaying the procedure and finally generated another month bill which i have not even used. Then again in next month they raised another bill making it total 2 months bill for 1200 Rs.. I had decided not to pay a single penny for such a crappy service.

                Now they are sending me SMS to pay the bill and threatening for legal actions. Please let me know what options i have to handle this situation ?

                SERVICE ON 26TH JULY 2011. ITS A POST PAID CONNECTION & MY PLAN IS
                799RS UNLIMITED AT WHICH I WILL GET 6 GB UNLIMITED AT TOP SPEED OF 3.1
                MB & AFTER 6GB THE SPEED OF INTERNET WILL BE 124KB, BUT NO EXTRA
                CHARGE FOR DOWNLOADING. AFTER PURCHASING ON 26TH JULY 2011 MY ACCOUNT
                GOT ACTIVATED ON 27TH JULY 2011. ON 31ST JULY I GOT A MESSAGE THAT MY
                BILL IS PANDING ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN BY MTS. AS A SINCER COSTUMER I
                MAKE A CALL ON 1ST AUGUST TO MTS CALL CENTRE THAT I HAVE GOT MESSAGE
                THAT MY BILL IS PENDING I HAVE HARDLY USE FOR 4 DAYS THE PERSON FROM
                CALL CENTRE ENSURE ME THAT YOUR SCEME IS UNLIMITED AND THAT THIS TYPE OF
                MESSAGE WILL NOT HARM YOUR BILLING CYCLE. THAN AGAIN I GOT MESSAGE ON
                4TH AUGUST 2011 THAT THE BILL IS DUE AND MAKE A PARTPAYMENT OTHER WISE
                YOUR SERVICE WILL DISCONNECT. I GOT SCARED & I AGAIN MAKE A CALL TO
                THEM ON 4TH AUGUST 2011 THAT WHAT EXACT PLAN THEY HAVE START FOR ME
                AGAIN THEY ENSURE ME THAT YOUR PLAN IS 799 UNLIMITED NOT TO WORRY ITS A
                TECHNICAL ERROR, ON 5TH AUGUST 2011 I GOT A CALL ON MY CELL PHONE AT
                NEAR 4:00PM CLOCK SAYING I AM CALLING FROM MTS & YOU HAVE TO MAKE
                PARTPAYMENT OTHERWISE MY DATA CARD SERVICE WILL BE DISCONNECTED. AS
                THAT TIME I WAS IN CLASS I TOLD HIM TO CALL LATER. ON 7TH AUGUST 2011
                SUNDAY AT MORNING 10:30 AM IT COME TO MY KNOWLEDGE THAT MY INTERNET
                SERVICE IS BLOCKED. MY DATA CARD CONNECTION HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, SO I
                AGAIN CALL AT CALL CENTRE ON 10 AUGUST 2011 AT THAT TIME.
                THIS TIME THEY WHERE NOT READY TO LISTEN TO ME AT ALL THEY WHERE ASKING
                ME TO MAKE A PART PAYMENT OF 500RS AS MY BILL IS 820RS SOME THING FOR 4
                DAYS OF JULY WHICH I HAVE USED THEY ARE SAYING. AFTER WASTING NEARLY AN
                HOUR ABOUT 50RUPEES OF RIFILL I AT LAST GIVE UP AND ASK ADDRESS OF MTS
                GALLERY TO TALK FACE TO FACE. ON 7 AUGUST 2011 SUNDAY AT 12:00PM I WANT
                TO MTS GALLERY MIRA RD(EAST) THERE I GOT GOOD RESPONSE AND SATISFACTORY WORDS FROM THE
                HEAD OF GALLERY. HE SPEAK TO SOME LADY NAME KANCHAN HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
                & ENSURE ME THAT AS THAT DAY WAS SUNDAY HE WILL TAKE A RESPECTIVE
                ACTION ON MONDAY. NEXT DAY ON MONDAY I AGAIN WENT ON TO MTS GALLERY, HE
                AGAIN REMARK THE SAME LADY ABOUT MY CASE. THEN HE ENSURE ME THAT MY
                SERVICE WILL RESUME WITH IN 1-2 WORKING DAYS. THEN ON 9TH AUGUST I AGAIN
                GOT A CALL AT 4:00 CLOCK NEAR FROM BILL DEPARTMENT THAT I HAVE TO MAKE
                HALF PAYMENT TO RESUME MY SERVICE. SO I AGAIN WENT TO MTS GALLERY SAME PLACE AT 5:00 PM
                HE AGAIN ENSURE ME THAT IT WAS TECHNICAL ERROR AND THAT MY SERVICE WILL RESUME IN 10 MIN
                & BILL WILL BE REVERTED. AT 8:00 CLOCK I CHECK OUT MY SERVICE WAS RESUME, BUT THE BILLING
                ERROR REMAINS THE SAME. AGAIN I GOT MESSAGE ON 11 AUGUST 2011 THAT YOUR FOUR DAY BILL IS
                GENERATED. AS I WAS ENSURE BY MTS GALLERY GUY THAT MY BILL WILL ALSO BE REVERT WITHIN 3
                WORKING DAYS I NEGLECT IT. ON 13 AUGUST AS I WAS FACING THE DISCONNECT PROBLEM FROM MTS.
                I HAVE CALLED TO CALL CENTRE ABOUT CONNECTION PROBLEM & THAT TIME I SUDDENLY ASK ABOUT
                MY BILL INFORMATION THE GAY INFORM ME THAT MY BILL FOR 4 DAY IS RUPEES 600 SOMETHING FOR
                4 DAYS OF JULY AS PLAN IS ACTIVATED AFTER 1ST AUGUST & 799 PLAN IS NOT THE UNLIMITED ONE SO

                  dear sir , i am using mts connection for last 10months , for last 8months i couldnt send sms , i had complain many time but those are useless, now i plan for mnp to bsnl but mts block sms send to 1900, dnt know how suddenly got my upc number , i have collect sim from bsnl but on 16th oct2012 i have received sms that due to wrong upc code bsnl reject my porting , ,MY PORTING CODE IS" YK453944" DATE ON 12/10/2012 , MY MTS NO IS -[protected], actually mts block my porting , bolck 155 calling , block sms . please do needful

                    This saisuhaag korbu, I have purchased the MTS MBlaze data card from connectindia, but the same has not activated yet. At the time of purchase they told me that it will be activated within 24 hrs but its been four days now and its not yet activated.

                    I tried to call their sales person who delivered me this device mr. Sachin nearly 100 times but he is not picking my phone. The sales person's contact number is [protected].

                    I also tried to contact the connectindia office [protected] but they are also not picking my phone. If the company does not respond they I will file a police complaint against them.

                    My mblaze device number is [protected].
                    I request the MTS officials to please look into it and let me know asap.

                      I am customer of MTS mobile Company I regularly recharge of Rs.103 and get bal Rs. 115 lifetime validity now the company change the plan without inform the retailer & customer and even on his web site . yesterday I recharge for Rs.103 I receive massage fund has fill in your account but no balance showing in account When I / retailer contact customer care about they have told that we have change the plan now you get 50 local minuts + 150 STD minutes I am surprise with their practice to cheat the customer . They should stop the Rs.103 recharge and create another amount like 101,104. so that the customer can check the new plan . I here by request you please bring the matter on your channal so that the company cannot cheat the customers by mislead these type of funda

                        I requested for MTS mblaze datacard to ConnectIndia with postpaid plan and got it delivered on 8th Oct 2012. I made a cash payment (Rs. 899/-) to the person who delivered the product and also handed the documents to him. After 1 week the service is deactivated by MTS. When I contacted the customer care of MTS, he told me that my documents are not submitted and I have to resubmit the documents to the nearest MTS outlet. After that I went to the MTS Outlet in Hinjewadi, Pune. The person in the outlet refused to accept the document and told me to submit to the same person from whom I bought the datacard. Since I couldn't find any ConnectIndia Outlet in Pune, I don't know where should I go. Since, I am using an MTS product it is supposed from MTS to hear my plea.


                        My datacard (MDN : [protected]) is registered with my name and address (as confirmed by MTS web portal). I am supposed to get bill by the end of this month of Rs. 899/- plus Service Tax as per the MTS postpaid plan. If MTS didn't allow me to use the product, why I will pay the bill (I have used the product for 1 week which MTS has charged Rs. 207.34 for which I already paid Rs 300/- with Transaction Id of[protected] on 16th Oct 2012 of Rs. 100/- and Transaction Id of[protected] on 20th Oct 2012 of Rs. 200/-.)

                          I have paid my bill through online. It almost more than one day over from bill payment date.The bill amount was debited from bank account and one mail also came from MTS people stating transaction details.But that bill payment is not updated in my bill payment details and my data card service also not resumed.

                          After paying bill also, i am unable to access internet.

                          Just to make you aware about MTS Data card /Cellular service.One of the worst customer service, all are blunt and uneducated. No one tries to understand the problem or concern. They just speak like parrot. This the worst part of MTS. Never ever go for it!!
                          I was using the mts service from mar2014 its really a worst service before taking this mts they asked me to deposit an advance money of 1200 + activation charges of 500 and said you will not get bill for next month but I got bill for next month but fine I paid and was using the service and I have complaint about their service is slow but there is no response from them and didn't took any action and in the month of Jan 2015 I stopped using the net since it was damn slow and very hard to use that when mts people called for bill payment I asked them to deduct the money from my advance and if there is any balance I will pay and again they raised a bill of feb 2015 again I said the same thing deduct the money from advance and will pay for what I used not for what I didn't use after that there is no call from them and all of sudden there is a call from Delhi asking me to note a mobile number and a file number I didn't get for what it is and when I asked for it he is shouting like anything and asking me to call that number bull man and again he called for asking I called that number or not and when I said no I didn't he again shouting what a way to speak he was blasting disgusting and when I called that number he said we have filed a case since you have not paid the bill of mts and that man too was talking with manners less this people was bull year no proper way to intimate anything he was saying to pay the bill or fight in court .. ???? MTS people are palying a very nice game when i asked them about my advanced they are not ready to tell that details and found a new way to get money from me ... and the biggest thing is that the vendor from where we took this MTS wifi has been closed and they took my advanced and the bill payment too and went off...????????????? where is fraudulent will end...
                          Dear Sir,

                          This is my Data Card No- [protected], This number is not getting connected invariably and I have been complaining since November 2014 but no response. I am paying my bills unnecessarily . My registered complain number is as follows…. NOV/10885, DEC/12095, JAN/340, FEB/428, . I am loosing my business because of your poor service. My billing cycle is 16th of every month and the due is payable before 3rd of next month. In between this period there will be 30 to 35 bill reminding calls and 40 SMS for the same. But they don’t pay heed to the complaints and I have not yet received any single call concerning the complaint which I have given.

                          Last Wednesday i.e 11.03.2015 I have given an application for changing post paid to pre-paid and the till date bill was also settled; but they have not yet changed the plan. I regret to say that there is no single responsible person to attend my complaint in MTS customer care. In customer care one of the call attender says that “your area is very congested that is why you are not able to get the connection “ and she advises me to change my work place to elsewhere. Is that you advise all to your customer?

                          Even now i.e. 17/03/15 another bill has been generated and I have paid that too. Once again I humbly requested customer care service to change my plan to Pre-paid . they say that I should pay further bill of post-paid till they change the plan. Because of this I am undergoing severe pressure and restlessness. If you are not able to attend the customer’s need properly please disconnect and give back my data card money so that I shall take some other company’s card at least I can prevent unnecessary expense and avoid tension.I need immediate response after this mail.

                          Its beyond my patience that I am going to complaint and take this to TRAI

                            I am using MTS prepaid connection from last 10 months, they deduct my balance from the starting without any reason, when i do complain in their customer care then they tell me that you have subscribed that service and the service they told me, that services are not available in my mobile phone.                               I have got an sms from MTS was as follow "Dhamaka offer for u, Recharge with Rs 121 & get Rs 121 Full Talk time instantly + 50 Locals mins Free in 24hrs. offer only for today. Free mins valid for 5 days From:Mbonus20/10 13:43". And I recharged this amount at 10:30p.m. of the same day. on 22/10 I call customer care and they replied that as it was sun day on 21/10 I have to wait and see for one day.I call again in 24/10 this time they took a complain & number was C[protected],and next day on 25/10 they also took a complain(i don't know why?)& the number was C[protected].on 27/10 I asked customer care for assistant they answered me that this offer is not send to me and i am lying.I have still this sms on my inbox.is there any way to case on them for unwanted harassment to customer.I too cheated before.

                                I purchased one MTS MBLAZE data card from the company on 22-09-12 for Rs. 1099/-
                                (As MRP OF Rs 2199 shown on the company cartoon ) For which they had provided me a
                                data card no MDN [protected] But no cash memo for value of data card was
                                provided , after 2 days o[censored]sing its speed is not coming properly as given by the company
                                on their cartoon (photocopy of cartoon is enclosed ) i.e. 3.1 mbps
                                I checked the speed of data card from www.speedtest.net so I found
                                downloading speed is 0.23mbps, so I lodged a complaint against the lesser
                                speed on 28.09.12 vide complaint no C[protected] DT 28.09.12
                                After so many reminder their engineer visit my place on 08.10.2012 for checking
                                the speed and given a report of 450kbps download speed as 6 times lesser speed
                                as claimed by the company (Report of company engineer is enclosed herewith )
                                To see the poor after sales service and lesser speed the divice is useless for me
                                I had asked the company to either give me a card having a proper download speed
                                as promisse by them or to take back the card and refund my money back .
                                The company has acceded to any of my request I pray your honour to instruct the
                                company to refund my money i.e. Rs. 1099.
                                I am also enclosing a email recd from the company in which they admit that
                                speed is very low

                                  I am Arpitha from Mysore. Me and my friends have bought a datacard from MTS under corporate offer (details of the card no and connection date will be updated soon). We have paid the first month bill amount also for which a genuine bill has been sent our respective postal address.
                                  But for the second month onwards, although there was no browsing session going on we could see in the log and in the connection window of the "MTS Connect software" data usage being shown and hence billing for even not using the internet at all. On top of this I specifically didn't receive my second month bill but instead received a chain of calls from MTS executives asking me to pay the bills. I kept on insisting to provide a bill so that I can really look into my actual bandwidth usage and find out the discrepancies in the bill amount. The calls from MTS executives continued for 2months and then suddenly I have recieved an 'Advocate Notice' to clear the outstanding bill amount including the losses incurred by MTS to send this legal notice to me which amounts to 1600/- INR. I have also received a call from the advocate threatening me to clear the bills or else I would be subjected to attend court hearing in Delhi. Finally I have decided to approach the consumer forum expecting a relief from all these nuisance.
                                  I need to know how I can proceed with this further. Please assist me. My friends have also received the legal notice asking for the payment of outstanding bill (a bill which is not genuine and wrongly made).

                                    I has Rs.1500 plan on my no.([protected]) with this plan 1500 Minutes,1500 SMS, 1500MB free usages.

                                    But there is no facility to get update about that free usages status. so I have to call on 955 through my Mobile.

                                    then customer care executive give me information regarding remaining balance like Free SMS,Minutes,Internet data.

                                    but they are not provided exact or current status so when bill going to generate at that time it exceed from actual information which was given by customer care executive.

                                    kindly help in resolving this.

                                      I purchased a mts number and recharged it for rs 73 in which the benefit is 30 paisa local national roaming and isd calls. Validity 90 days. I was informed by the customer executives and the seniors that isd calls to slab 1 countries can be made at 30 paisa for 100 minutes per month. I confirmed with the customer care more that 10 times before making a call to australia that whether i can use this benefit even in national roaming. The reply was yes from every executive that 30 paisa would be charged for a isd call even in national roaming for the first 100 minutes after which standard roaming isd charges apply. When i made a call for 33 seconds to australia i was charged rs 12.28. I called the customer care to complain, nobody took a complaint giving a reason systems are busy. I was informed a Team leader will give a call back. I never recieved a call back till date. I also got connected to a team leader he put the call on hold for more than 14 minutes and disconnected the call. I tried calling the nodal officer and the apellate officers. Both the number come busy till 6 pm till fridays and switched off on saturdays. I also filed a online complaint on their website, but never hot a call till date. Please look into this issue and refund my amount for the incorrect information given more than 10 times. Mobile number [protected].
