sir, i bought a new mblaze connection on 29th june from VODAFONE MINI STORE when asked for formalities to be done by me they said that no formalities are required....i was confused but i purchased a mblaze connection..but the service was terminated shortly and on asking no satisfactory response was found i suspect that sales person in VODAFONE MINI STORE forged my signature and put in the form filled for connection(MTS)...THIS IS CHEATING HOW CAN SOMEBODY COPY MY SIGNATURE IN THE FORM WHICH IS TO DULY FILLED BY ME.

      I am inder bariya from pali rajasthan
      i recently buy a MTS Mblaze USB Modem ([protected]) and after 4/5 days without any notification my internet service is barred, when i speak with MTS dealer they told me due to some ID prof and some paper work they had barred my service,after submit a fresh detail from my side on Thursday 14/07/2011, my internet service is not yet start, when i call the Representative mr.dipak ([protected]) they provide me some other person`s number some mr. Gunwant [protected] ( who was telling me that he is the one who is handling whole MTS in jodhpur division ) they made me wait on phone for almost 10/15 minute without any answer then now they both are not taking my phone, i had tried to call both of them many time does anyone take care for this, is this kind of service MTS is giving to their Costumers, along with some careless people,

        I had bought an MTS Mobile Broadband USB Modem No.[protected] on[protected] from an HCL showroom ( Tel:[protected]) at G-7,Sidharth Building,96 Nehru Place.The salesman named Haider charged to me Rs 888 for the Modem & Rs 248 for the monthly plan.The Modem worked for only 10 days.I complained to the Customer care No.[protected],to the salesman Haider Mob.No.[protected],to the Area Incharge Mr Atul Mishra Mob.No.[protected] a number of times & submitted my documents twice but there was no action taken by them.They are cheating the customers openly.I would request you to take action against the concerned & get back my money.Thanking you,(Sanjeev Dogra,P-86 South Ext 2,New Delhi 110049,Mob.No.[protected])

          when i call in mts customer care [protected] there exucutive some time put in hold & then reply me your query is under process. we will contact to you 4 hours & 24 hours.
          so please i am very harresh this type of conjucted system in MTS mobile.
          so please solve My Problem & Give me real judgement.

            i hereby state that i am unhappy with mts services from mts india.I am tired of calling customer care numbers but they do not satisfy.I wanted to activate gprs on my mobile but they say that u haw to buy new number for that.Why i will buy new.All facilities should be provided on older number only.               I am Rasool Mohammad. I've been using MTS data card ([protected]) for almost 2 months now. While buying, I had clearly mentioned to the sales guy that the main purpose is to work from home and he promised me average speeds of around 2-3Mpbs. When I bought the device, it gave great speeds. I could connect to office VPN and work without problems. I have topped up with a 999 unlimited plan and I have validity till 6th August 2011.

              However, for the last 20 days, the speeds have gone down drastically. There have been highly inconsistant speeds, too much of lag, Frequent VPN disconnections, and average speeds less than 10kpbs. Attached are the screen shots of the speed test that I have taken. The max speed that I got in the last 15 days is 0.20 MBPS. The mode is broadband, I have full signal strength.

              I registered complaints with helpdesk. First JUL/1395 and then JUL/1826.
              The first one, they told me was registered with a wrong UMD number (and thats not my fault I gave them correct number).
              The second they disconnected the call while I was still seeking help and 30 minutes later I get a message that this complaint was closed because I wasn't reachable which doesnt make sense.

              I wrote to their customer care datacardsupport.[protected]@mtsindia.in twice and they didnt even bother to reply.

              Every time I call customer care, they give me some meaningless workaround- To turn off windows updates, to deactivate Antivirus, clear cache. I've done all this and nothing really works.

                Hello Sir.

                I am using MTS data card for past 1.5 months. The speed was very poor. They promised for 2.0 Mbps out of 3.1 Mbps while buying the data card. From the date of purchase i am getting only maximum of 512 Kbps. I called the customer care to raise an issue regarding the speed issue. Following are the complaint details,

                Every 2 day once i will make a call to Customer Care to get the status but till now there are no proper response.
                So i decided to change my tariff plan. I raised one more request number[protected].
                Both my request are in pending state. Customer Care people are not responding properly. They are saying there some technical issue with the server when ever i tried to get the status of my requests.

                Please look into this issue ASAP.

                  Hi, I am an MTS subscriber since quite a long time now. My name is Utsav Chowdhury MTS number [protected]. I was receiving low speed since past 6 months. As I dint use much of internet from home, the low speed dint actually give me any matter of concern as I din't even know what exactly a 3.1Mbps connection is capable of. Lately, I came to know about the speeds others get. I was startled to know that even a 2.1Mbps gives a downloading speed of 100kbps on a minimum basis where as I am getting 20kbps max speed. I raised a complaint of the same on 28th June. Complaint Number: 311c[protected]. Since then, no progress was made even though I made repeated attempts to get the issue resolved, but to no avail. I get a full network still such low speeds. An engineer came to my house tested it but then also there was no update. Tried to get the issue resolved again by repeatedly calling the Customer Care but all I get is a reply that the issue is in progress and would be resolved. Since the past 40hours, the service has declined. I am getting a speed of 8kbps at max. Even a Google page took me 2hours and more just to open. Even this page took me the past 1hour to open. My work is getting hampered daily due to this. I am paying for unlimited subscription for 30days Rs.999 and this is what I get. Before this, just a few months back, I was informed that my Broadband service was deactivated. I couldn't connect via selecting the Broadband mode. I got to know this when I asked the MTS showroom at Viman Nagar. Upon going after them for nearly 2 weeks I got that issue resolved. I am feeling like I was/am being cheated for so many months. I dint expect after paying for a 3.1Mbps Data Card connection, Unlimited (Fair usage:10GB) that I would get speeds worse than a 56kbps connection. I dint even cross 5GB till now.
                  Please resolve this issue immediately. I seriously have no words for this. I think its my fault that I chose MTS.

                    I purchased a data card of MTS no. [protected]. I changed my address after purchasing the data card. Company verified my address and found it incorrect.They disconnected my services. Customer care called me up to give new address proof which I provided to the company but the company has permanently disabled my data card and refuses to activate that. I unnnecessarily wasted 1 month roaming around their dealer, costomer care service and MTS store. After one month answer is that my data card can not be activated. This behaviour of MTS is beyond understanding and belief. These companies pressurise customers to lodge complaints in consumer courts.

                      I recharged my MTS cell phone number [protected] thrice for "MSaver 28" pack on 17th May, 2011 as I wanted to make international calls to US / Canada for long duration. As per the information
                      available on your website, I was expected to get Rs 40/- Talk Time with 7 days validity and all calls made to US / Canada should have been charged Rs 1.99/min. I made 2 calls on 17th May, 2011 to
                      US number[protected]xxxx), 1st at 19:19 hrs for 65 sec and 2nd at 19:37 hrs for 266 sec. Instead of being charged at Rs 1.99/min for above calls, I was surprised to find that I have been charged at
                      Rs 9.00/min and my entire main balance of Rs 49.00 got exhausted. Later I found that the promotional balance which I received against "MSaver 28" recharge which is total of Rs 120/- (40/- for each
                      recharge, I made 3 MSaver 28 recharges on 17th May, 2011) cannot be used for ISD calls. It can be used only for STD and Local calls. This is nothing less than cheating. I am left stranded with zero
                      main balance in my account and MSaver 28 promotional balance also cannot be used to make ISD calls. My important and urgent work to make international calls for long duration due to which I
                      recharged MSaver 28 pack thrice is suffering because of misleading information on your website or faulty system. I want the complete refund of the excess charges applied for above calls made to US.
                      Also I want the compensation or three MSaver 28 packs that I recharged on my cell phone which will expire on 24th June 2011 as this balance is useless for me since your system is not allowing me
                      to make ISD calls and my usage for Local and STD calls is minimum, hence this MSaver 28 promotional balance cannot be used. I immediately escalated my complaint to Mr. Rakesh Keluskar (Nodal
                      Officer) along with the screen shot of the offer displayed on their website but he mentioned in his e-mail that this offer has been withdrawn. He could not explain why it is still displayed on their company
                      website. We wish to inform you that the MSaver 28 pack for ISD calls has been called off since 28th April 2011 and now you get talk time of Rs.40/- on recharging with Rs.28/-. We also wish to inform
                      you that as you have recharge your above mentioned MTS Mobile Number with Rs.28/- trice on 17th June 2011, you have received a talk time of Rs.120/- on your account. The company should stop
                      there false advertisement and should refund my money back as soon as possible.

                        I have a MTS connection with number [protected]. First 2 month it's speed was good. After that every month I used to recharge 999 and from last 4 month speed is 0kbps-30kbps and every time it got disconnected. I have send more than 100 mail to customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in and they didn't reply. When I called customer care every time they set me on hold for 15-30 minute and didn't pick up the call. Finally one of them called me from [protected] and asked my address and they told that they will resolve it soon. After 1 hour I got 2 SMS in my mobile from MTS saying that your speed issue has been resolved and second SMS is for sending the feedback. When I try to send feedback message sending failed. Again I send lot of mail then one Asok called me from [protected] and again asked my address and after that no one contacted me and they didn't resolve my issue. When my validity date is going to end that time they used to call my number every time. Yesterday also I have recharged and still facing the same issue. Please find the attachment and help me to solve this issue.

                          I Bought MTS Mblaze Modem with Reebok shoes offer in November 2010. I registered the details online (see attached the receipt) for the free shoes & was informed that, I would get my shoes within a month. However even after N numbers for visit to the MTS dealer their branch office, phones calls & many email too did not result in receiving the shoes. I am now tired of all this mails & phones.

                          Please guide me accordingly and can something be done so that these companies wont come up with such fake offers. Even the service of the MTS is too bad no network & very slow speed. I am feed up of all this crap & m forced to lodge compalint against them.

                            I brought MTS broadband in Feb 2011, I recharge it with 999 Unlimited plan(i.e. 3.1 mbps speed for 15 GB, then 256 kbps speed for another 15 GB) but it is not mentioned in any terrif plan showing at online recharge. The speed mentioned 3.1 Mbps is fake as it will go to only upto 1.7 Mbps atmost.
                            In first month it will show down only 40 kbps speed for almost 30 days, I logged complaint but it will not resolved for this month. Now again i started using it i got good speed in May month after logging complaint about "Not able to connect in broadband mode" but now the speed the speed is still slow. I recharge it on 21 June with 999 broadband but it still showing speed of 0-130 kbps.
                            No Wireless broad band will give speed of 3.1 mbps, but all companies misguided customers.

                            YES. It is correct. I am also having MTS 799 unlimited plan. I can get speed in first week only. After first week they are telling that you have utilized 6 GP, which is free limit with SPEED. After that speed will reduce. I think they are SETTING the meter as they wish and giving false information to the customer.

                              Hi... I am using MTS blaze datacard broadband for over an year now.. since it is the only option available to me as reliance and tata photon does not provide broadband coverage in bahadurgarh. From past two months the data card speed is pathetic. I am using 999 unlimited plan with 15 GB download. In whole month I am not able to use even 2 GB due to very pathetic download & browsing speed in bahadurgarh. I have opened regular complaints with MTS and most of the time they close my complaints without entertaining in proper way. Recently I opened a complaint in MAY 2011 with complaint No (MAY/971). They sent an engineer to my place to fix the problem and he just gave me run around that there is some maintenance going on and the problem will be fixed by tomorrow but nothing was done and the complaint was closed without any resolution. Even when I called customer care a person named "ADIL" highly unprofessional give me an excuse that we are planning to develop a new site/tower in my area (sector 9A) and then the problem will be resolved. However I was not given any dead line. Again when I opened a complaint yesterday with complaint no JUN/856. it was also resolved without any resolution. This time also the same person called me and spoke in a very rude and bad way stating that "UNTIL THE SITE IS DEVELOPED THE PROBLEM WILL NOT BE FIXED, YOU OPENING COMPLAINTS AGAIN AND AGAIN WILL NOT FIX THIS" and hung up the call. Sooner I got an SMS on my registered phone that the complaint related to SPEED ISSUE resolved to your SATILSAFCATION..!!!

                              I am having really bad experience with MTS. MY data card number is [protected]. Please help me as it is really affecting my official work. I work in an IT company and have to connect to many applications in other parts of world.

                              I would appreciate if someone can fix my problem.

                              Today.. morning at 8 AM, I tried connecting to VPN to to my official work. I was not able to connect. After half hour try I gave up and used my office provided Tata Photon which works in 1X speed in bahadurgarh and it was much faster than MTS BLAZE (Broadband, speed upto 3.1 MBPS...!!!)


                              I called MTS at 9:30 and after 20 mins when I was connected to technical support.. they hung up on me..!!!
                              Is someone there who finds pity on me and can help me here...

                                My name is Krishanu Nandy, from Kolkata and i want you to spend a few moments here, especially if you are planning to get a new USB Portable Internet Connection for your laptop or PC. You have a lot of options in the market but trust me, never ever go for MTS MBlaze. It is a pathetic service that they provide and no value for money at all. I had purchased MTS MBlaze in the month of Sept or October last year, in 2010. It promises or s[eeds upto 3.1 Mb/s and unlimited downloads. My MDN no is [protected]. I had purchased the same under my mother's name, Mrs.Krishna Nandy. MTS MBlaze promises unlimited downloads and high speeds for the montyhly rental of RS.999. ABSOLUTE LIES AND FALSE PROMISES to fool you and rob you of your hard earned cash. After I started using the same, the first month went nicely. From the second recharge itself MTS MBlaze started showing its true colours. Each time I would recharge, the browsing speed and download speed would be high, but just for 3-4 days. After 3-4 days speeds hardly reach upto even 128Kbps. And that too the connection would not last for more than 10 minutes. So if I am downloading a big file, it would not be done. Frustrated, I sent an email at their site for customer problems. The reply came back, but there was no solution to the problem. Next called up their helpline numbers a hundred times but no one took any step to genuinely help me out. It was like passing the buck to another saying that I need to contact the 'RIGHT' person. Nowadays, even Police Stations in West Bengal work more effectively. But these people were effective in one particular thing. And that was to start reminding (or disturbing) about the month's recharge twice or thrice everyday, more than a week prior to the due date of recharging. So much so that i got fed up and even changed my mobile number.
                                Better sense prevailed in me and i have stopped wasting 999 rupees behind such a trash of internet service. Nowadays, they have come up Rs.99 for a day unlimited high speed internet offer. Tried that one out as well. People reading this will be astonished to know it took 33 minutes to download an audio file of 6.2 MB!!! For god's sake, you can learn the lyrics of 2 songs by heart in that time.
                                At the same time did an internet speed reading test from

                                1)www.speedtest.net at 11:40 at night and it showed ping speed of 402ms, download speed of 0.09 mbps and upload speed of 0.03 mbps as compared to speeds upto 3.1Mbps as promised falsely by MTS MBlaze.

                                2)www.internetspeedtest.in gave bandwidth reading of 6.60 kbps and download speed of 0.83 kbps at 11.59 pm.

                                I would like to say that MTS MBlaze is a truly unprofessional, dishonest and shameless internet service provider. If this website can truly help me in spreading this message forward about the thief-like ways of MTS MBlaze so that another person does not have to suffer like me, I would be really grateful.
                                As for MTS MBlaze, I am going to tell as many people as possible to stop them from falling prey to such bad and unprofessional business ethics.

                                    MY DATA CARD VERIFICATION HAS BEEN SIGNED NEGATIVE WITHOUT SENDING A VERIFICATION TO MY HOME. THE USB MODEM HAS ALSO BEEN DEACTIVATED WITHOUT GIVING A PRIOR NOTICE. WHEN THE MODEM OR THE DEVICE COMES WITH A WARRANTY CARD FOR ONE YEAR WITH NO CLAUSE ABOUT BEING DEACTIVATED DUE TO VERIFICATION PROBLEM THE COMPANY COMPLETELY DENIED TO REPLACE THE DEVICE OR REPLACE THE SERVICES WITH ANOTHER NUMBER THROUGH THE SAME DEVICE ON ADDITION TO THE THE STAFF OF MTS HAD A HUMILIATING BEHAVIOR. THE BEHAVIOR WAS RUDE AND ACCORDING TO ME WHEN THEY COULD NOT PROVE THEIR POINT THEY TOLD US EFFORTLESSLY TO COMPLAIN TO THE CONSUMER FORUM. AS IF IT DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THEM.                                     Here I have a complaint of your staff of Tata True shop of Ganpti plaza, all are irresponsible, my case was of 16 March but still I have not received replacement of modem.
                                    They are not customer friendly, they are not giving any type of receipt copy of my complain, today was my third visit in your TATA True shop on your staff request, They gave me Bad modem, with out any type of hardware detail which also was opened, saying we are not responsible for any type of Hardware fault,
                                    How could they say that word, they are Behave like cheater, who will be responsible, every day I am wasting energy. Your modem is very costly for me, and other side still I have not received reply from your staff, The staff of your Ganpti PLAZA TATA True Shop are Very careless and stupid. Still they are not feeling,

                                      I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE DATA CARD FROM MTS. SINCE LAST 8 HRS THE SPEEDS ARE WORST THAN 100 kbps.
                                      THE PLAN I HAVE CHOSEN IS 12 GB DATA UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD WITH SPEEDS UPTO3.1MBPS AND THERE AFTER UNLIMITED AT 154kbps.
                                      HOWEVER DUE TO VERY LOW SPEEDS MY DATA IS BEING CONSUMED OUT OF THE 12 GB.
                                      I FEEL THIS IS SOME SORT OF INTELLIGENT PLANNING BY THEIR TEAM MANAGERS TO LOOT MONEY FROM PEOPLE . THE DATA USAGE SHOULD BE SEPARATE FOR 3.1 MBPS AND RECORDED, AND AT LOW SPEEDS THE DATA USAGE RECORD SHOULD BE SEPARATE.

                                        Most pathetic customer service I ever experienced in my life. Just a big brand and classy commercial’s but when it comes to reality the customer service term has been insulted.
                                        Since 17 days I am trying to seek assistance for a so called high speed prepaid dongle from MTS and am being ignored. Even after multiple calls to their so called “customer service” dept and waiting for hours to speak to a supervisor who is always busy no matter what time of day it is my issue is not yet address.
                                        I was sold a high speed (3.1 Mbps) MTS dongle by a sales person called “ Surya – [protected]” who came to my office and promised that MTS has started a new Tariff with its high speed dongle which includes up to 3.1 Mbps of Hi-speed internet with “Unlimited Download” without any reduction in speed to 1x.
                                        Since I regularly keep mysel[censored]pdated about broadband tariff’s with different providers I am aware about the fair usage policy which all companies have due to which the broadband speed is reduced to 1x after certain amount of internet usage. With MTS after 12GB of internet usage with high speed the speed reduces to 1x (which is around 154kpbs).Hence I re-check the same with sales person Surya and he gave me false assurance time and again about this tariff having unlimited download without any effect on speed. Before deciding to switch to MTS I did check online for the same Tariff of 999/month and about their fair usage policy details which clearly mentioned that the speed would reduce after usage of 12GB.I did call the sales guy and informed him about the same who in turn informed me again that it’s a new tariff for corporates and the speed of internet will not reduce no matter how much data is downloaded. Since he was assuring me time and again about this I did believe his words and paid Rs.730+999 for the dongle and one month subscription. The service was immediately activated and on the first day I got the speed of 1.6Mbps at my place. I was quiet happy about the same since the speed was more than 1Mbps and it was portable. However after 2days of minimum usage the speed dropped to 100kbps which made me call the sales person and check the issue with him. After repeated calls he answered my phone and said he would revert after checking with his team. Even after 2 days when I did not get any response from him I tried calling customer support. After being in IVR for long time I reached a support specialist who did advise me that his Tech team will get in touch with me to check the issue.
                                        Even after waiting for days when I did not get any call from MTS’s so called tech team I called them again and got the same answer to wait for another 2 days since the complaint has been registered. On the same call I was told that I have used 5GB of high-speed internet and I have around 7GB left. I was shocked to hear the same and advice the agent to reconfirm since I was so called sold a unlimited download plan. The agent reconfirmed that the plan is unlimited but the speed will reduce to 1x after 12GB usage. I then realized that the sales guy had just sold me this device to meet his targets by giving me false information even after reconfirming the same with him. I did request for a supervisor /manager to address this issue with him since customer were cheated by these sales team just to sell their products. However even after waiting for long time no supervisor was available to take my call and I was offered a called back within hours. After 2 days I did get a call from MTS who wanted to address my slow internet connection issue. I informed him about the sales person who sold me the dongle with false commitments and wanted a refund for the same. I was then transferred to a Manager (Girish) who conferenced the call with the same sales person Surya and made me speak to him. When I asked about the same he just denied about any such options and told me that he has sold many dongles but has never come across any such issues in past from any customer. Since the manager was also in the same 3 way conference I informed him that I need a refund and do not want to continue with a company with such service. I was offered a callback again from the sales team with regards to the refund. However like always no one bothered to call and I had to call again and explain the same story asking for a supervisor since no one actually knew what my issue was. I had to explain the entire story again to the supervisor whom I spoke and he was called “Prashant” .He gave me assurance and told me that the previously supervisor might not have escalated the issue properly hence the complaint is in progress .He again offered me a call back within next 4 hrs. Since I did not have any option other than waiting I opted for the same. Again to my agony no one bothered to call for 2 days. Today when I called them again I had to provide the same story again to the agent then again to a new supervisor who is called “Arvind” who like others offered a callback within 4 hours but no one has yet bothered to call me.
                                        I have made one of the biggest mistake of my life by opting for MTS high-speed internet service. Which has only resulted in worst customer experience, Slowest possible internet speed in all area’s which I have tried and careless commitments from so called “Supervisor’s” who are hired to resolve customer’s issue.
                                        I have been without internet for about 17days now. Thanks to the evil/cunning sales person “Surya” , That I had to disconnect my existing broadband service and opt for MTS. Nor Surya have bothered to receive my calls neither any one from MTS has tried to provide me a simple refund which every customer is entitled for if the service is not satisfactory.

                                        This is to inform you that I, Sharmi Chakraborty, a customer of MTS broadband internet service is totally dissatisfied with the kind of service they are offering. I am staying in Chennai and I have taken the data card connection of the said service provider in the month of August 2010 after giving much thought about it. I am a musician and basically a student by profession so a speedy economical connection was the thing I was looking for. The respective sales personnel of the said service provider offered me a lot of freebies (free laptop bag,game n britanica encyclopedia cds) coupled with the speedy (with speed upto 3.1 mbps) yet economical connection. I took the connection in August 2010 by paying Rs. 3000/- (1999/- for the datacard device and 999/- as the unlimited plan). Later on I discovered much of my surprise that the same datacard can be available at a cheaper cost and till date I have not got the promised freebies after making loads of request n complains to them. And most importantly the connection speed is awfully bad..I keep on refreshing pages to get the clear view of it and doing some serious job in this condition is next to impossible. I'm sick n tired with MTS internet connection and want to get rid of it asap but before that I request to to kindly look into the matter n do the needful. It's the hard earned money of father which I simply cant allow to be wasted like this.
