I opted for switching from MTS to Airtel. In this regard I got the porting code on 9/10/11 and applied to airtel retailer on 10/10/2011. Till now (18/10/11) MTS has not deactivated my no with MTS . They called me up thrice and I made it clear that I am no longer willing to take their service. Still they are holding my no and I cant go to Airtel with the same no as long as they choose to do so.

    some girl came to our door selling magazine subscriptions. My husband payed 63.00 in cash for 3years of "Shape" magazine. When I got home I was furious and cxled the subscription by having my husband sign the back of the receipt and sending thru the post office back to Mts Circulation. They sent me a letter and said I need a copy of the cxld check. The receipt says it was paid in cash. How do I get my money back from this scam.........

      Greetings!

      This is to inform you that I have a connection of MTS Broadband under the name of Vikas Sharma and the connection number is [protected]..I have been informed by the executive who have provided me the modem and connection that my connection is discontinued because of the wrong varification.

      But; the truth is that; no one called me up for varication; more over no one reach at my home; I have given all the documents and address proof; but it was shock to know that they are saying that I have not meet at home; I have requested them to reach at my home and meet me immediately; but their way of behavior is so disgusting and their is no solution from their side.

      In fact I have got a great mental harashment due to their poor service; I can not able to sending all my official mails for which I am facing a great finacial loss also.

      You are requested to look into the matter personally and do the needful; so that no other cunsumer will be cheated by those frauds.

        I Had purchased an MTS data card in vijayanagar area of bangalore on 10/07/2011.While purchasing the vendor had assured me speed o[censored]pto 3.1Mbps and on an average i will get atleast 1 to 1.5Mbps speed.but when i started using i realised that the speed was just 80-120Kbps.When i complained to the MTS service section they said that there is no tower near my place and the problem will be rectified in 20 working days,but after 20 days they said they needed even 20 days more and asked me to recharge saying that i will be compensated but till now nothing has happened and i feel cheated to a big extent even though their manager had personally said that my problem would be solved.Now i have no use for the data card i purchased at the cost of 1800rs.If i try to contact them they say the problem is solved.To make matters worse MTS has launched a recent advertisement drive saying that they are No.1,this is absolute cheating as the people who go for new data cards will face the problem.I kindly request u to penalise MTS in such a way that they should never make a false claim ever.

          wants to inform you inform you that i am very heart by one of the the mobile recharge retailer today i.e 09/10/2011. i was gone to to the mobile recherge shop for recharge my MTS mobile with Rs.100. when i told him to recharge my MTS card he told me "wait" after this few people was came to same place and asked for the mobile recharge and he has been rechrge them immidiatly. so i am told him that "i am came here first so why you dont recharging my mobile. after this he told me that he cannot rechrge my MTS card. and he has been abuse me a lot when iwas prevent him to stop abusing me then apart from him some other peole also abuse me with very salng language one of the Boy in those people try to hit me. so please suggest me what sould i do ? .sir, this have painfull request to you that cancel the shop's liecence of those people. i don't know the exact name of the shop but i can tell you the locality of this shop. shane tipu sultan road near Shiv prasad hotel, juhu gully andheri west mumbai 400058. please do the needfull as early as possible please contact me when you wants to find that shop. contact number : [protected]

            I am using MTS Mblaze with No [protected].

            On[protected], I recharged the same but after recharge it could not be activated. I called Customer Care and only then I came to know that it was wrongly recharged on the number [protected] which the company's own number.

            The executive verified the mistake and asked me to recharge the same again and the money (Rs 999/-) will be refunded to my bank account within 10 working days.

            I did the same. But I didnot receive the refund dispite of more then 20 calls, email (Scan copy of receipt and bank statement)

            At last I made a complaint again on[protected], and the excutive assured me that it will be done within 8 hours.

            Today, on[protected], I received a call from the technical department (No [protected]). The gentleman straightway declared that this was my mistake and not of MTS company.

            I AM REALLY SHOCKED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR !

              without any prior notice the service provider is disconnecting our connection
              Provider is MTS we are using pulse on 1,500 pm plan
              we have two connection, because of their proposal we have disconnected all our other connection.

                As a bought MTS data car on 8.09.2011 in gundy, chennai post paid office marketing executive Mr.Sudhakar, by submitting right proof, with in 4 days it has been deactivated after that i inform to Mr.Sudhakar but didn't give any response to me. even though i submit by right proof to Mr.Sudhakar. past three weeks i try to his no, but did't him any proper solution till now. so please try it is my valuable request that leave activate my MTS data card. thanking you.

                  I have purchased one MTS Data Card on 07.09.2011 from Pinzpc shop as per attached details but after 10 days is it not working after that I called customer care they told that my Kit has blocked by the customer care due to documents not yet received I have already handover all the documents to the shop keeper then again yesterday(Sunday) again I have submitted all the documents to the shopkeeper but till today it is not working it is my humble request if it is clear within two hours then I will be oblige to you but if it not just I am going to consumer forum to deal the matter because it is not my fault to stop it is the problem of the shop keeper and the MTS company so this my request I have attached my details.

                  MTS is a fraud company cheating their customers by selling Data cards which don't work ( even their engineers have confirmed this in writing). They disconnect the connection for wan't of documents which I'd already given at time of pourchasae of Data card from their dealer "Sam computers & peripherals". No mattrer how many times u give them docs the reply from the customer care is that they have not received the docs. Fraud company and their pet replies./In one month of my purchase my connection remained closed for 22 days and on other was giving a ridiculously low speed of 20-50 kbps (world's slowest). Ultimately I had to get my connection terminated and bought a TATA photon. Their engineer who came to inspect my complaint confirmed officially that the data card was not working and also unofficially that this was a common complaint. Now these have sent me monthly bill even though they should have refunded my purchase price of Rs.700/- (I am stuck with this junk data card).A warning for those who are thinking of buying MTS data card: DO NOT EVEN THINK BUYING A MTS DATA CARD IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BECOME INSANE".                     My worst experience began with MTS when I firstly activated MTS PULSE 1500 mobile connection July 2011. After making a request to activate it very first day itself I realized it’s having Battery Backup problem and too costly failure model as compared to the other branded CDMA EVDO mobile phones in the market. So, I wanted to deactivate it. But the MTS sales manager saying there is no option to deactivate. Their having my cheque leaf and ECS Confirmation copy so that their forcing me to use mobile phone. There are so many peoples observed the same problem and their also posted to the web forum. MTS Pulse Battery talk time was only 2 to 2.30 hours only. Per day I use to charge 3 to 4 times charging time is also more than 3 hours. Then I called customer care to deactivate CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY COMPLAINT ON THIS ISSUE. My bad Experiences with MTS underlines:

                    1) I have repeatedly escalated the above issue with MTS, but yet to resolve the problem or they are not even responding
                    2) Now I would like to cancel the service, but they are forcefully asking me to continue in using the service.

                    3) MTS CUSTOMER CARE IS CLEVER, EDUCATED, INTELLIGENT SO THAT THEY WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER ALSO.

                    4) Sale Manager promised at the time of delivery the handset purchase bill and one year contract copy will give to customer within week time. But after full 2 months I have nothing received from MTS.

                      I was so disappointed the MTS PULSE Mobile Phone. Since the time I have bought I was facing the battery backup problem. Battery is so terrible it was hardly 2 to 2.30 hours talk time maximum. USB charger won’t work at all it take more then 4 hour to charge from USB, Processor is so low speed. But the sales peoples saying 4 hours talk time totally wrong. Battery backup is not supporting to use handset features in proper manner. I was escalated to the sales manager and Customer Care on time. But the result was very bad experience very worst Customer Care service. MTS sales peoples initially talking with agreement copy will provided to customer by signed both the parties but they don’t give agreement copy. Purchase Invoice of MTS Pulse not provided. Service aspects were not in HTC service Center. Actually I was totally disappointed the MTS HTC pulse Phone. Please anybody having the same problem plz. Call me. My phone is [protected]. I am hardly trying to come out of the issue. But the MTS is forcing me to use the phone. What to do? How to pay monthly bill without using the phone. At present my phone was MTS HTC Pulse service centre.

                        i have purchase a MTS M Browse Data card on[protected]. it worked for 10 days then it was gone, out of service for 5 days.. i have got that issue that my ID has rejected then i have submitted new ID then it was accepted , now before 4 days it again Our of service.

                        And i have recharged for 3 Month Unlimited Internet Access.

                        Now in this month i have submitted my ID 2 Times.

                        If Company not able to manage large Consumer please . don't sell their products.

                        and i have talked many times to Our Local MTS Distributor.

                            my MTS mobile number [protected] h. jisme 16 september ko 20 rupees ka balance cut gaya hai . maine customer care ko 18 september ko complaint ki to usne complaint nahi banai ki 24 hours tak hi complaint bana sakte hai . maine mere number par DND start karwa rakhi hai . phir bhi company ke sms or call aate hai. DND start 18 august ko karai thi . maine 1 september ko call karke kaha ki sir maine DND le rakhi phir bhi call or sms aa rahe isse koi service activate hui to mera balance kat jayega to mujhe kaha gaya ki sir aesa nahi hoga hoga to aapka balance vapis mil jayega wo hamara falut hoga lekin uske bad balance kat liya or ab yah kah kar ki 24 hours me hi complaint likhwani chahiye thi kah kar complaint nahi bana rahe hai. yeh service nahi to mere dwara lagai gai hai or nahi company ka koi call or sms aaya hai . mere paas DND chalu hone ke bad aaye company ke call or sms ki details hai . kaya to mera balance vapis de kar DND ko puran rup se lagu karo nahi to mazbhoran mujhe consumer court me complaint karni padegi. .



                            pahle kata balance ki complaint to 15 din bad solve hui thi . ab phir balance kat liya iska kaya hoga.



                            18 september ko kiye gaye call jin hone complaint banane se mana kar diya.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              i have taken an MTS poatpaid connection on 25th of june from an agent with full payment of RS.2100/-. But till date i.e 17th of september the connection is not activated. we have made 1000s of phone calls to the agent but the person either do not pick up the call or when pick up always says that it will be activated in 2 or 3 days but its been around 3 months and it is not activated yet.

                              With such problem i had suffered a loss of around RS.25000/- of my tution coaching, as all my classes are satellite classes. This use of device for coaching was already intimated to that agent before buying the device.

                              I have also received a bill from the MTS regarding the connection, plan and usage, which i didnt used at all.

                              Sir/madam, it is my request to please take some strict action against the company and such agents, as i'm sure i'm going to fail in my exams, and also to this not happen with others.

                              i have taken an MTS postpaid connection since 25th june with full payment. but since 1st august this connection is not working, despite of making 1000s of complaints this is not corrected by the salesman company, and they have also stopped picking our calls. since 3 months i'm suffering and had suffered a huge loss of my tution classes which costs more than 25000Rs.

                                  MTS mobile connection ,although provided at lower call rates,but this company activates VAS on its own and deduct heavy charges .It is very difficult to chase company everytime ,because of scarcity of time.My connection [protected],I have made two complaints SEP/1077&3113 about unauthorise deduction of Rs25 but everytime i get reply that I will get refund in 24 hrs from 4 sept but still I did not get,Now company is saying go any where and complaint
                                  Hi, I am using MTS in delhi from number [protected]. I am charged for music unlimited which I never subscribed for. Can you please check. Also can you please start DND service on my number.

                                      MTS speed is 3.1 mbps. but i am getting very low speed even for open the site it will take more time youtube and all not opening . what is the problem i dont know. try to make ur customers happy.this is my number [protected]

                                      MTS told me 3.1 mbps. but i am getting speed only from 300 kbps to 500kbps. what is the problem i dont know. try to make ur customers happy.

                                      i take new mts internate connection which no. is [protected].MTS told me 3.1 mbps. but i am getting speed only 50 kbps to 60kbps. what is the problem i dont know. this is cheat to me.try to make ur customers happy.
                                      try to improve ur speed otherwiwe i will complain in consumer court
                                      mts internate is totally bogus.
                                      download speed is only 2 or 3 kbps.its a height and big example of worst service.
                                      Dear sir/Madam
                                      i have purchased 3gplus MTS WIFI connection while purchasing this i was told that there would be nominal speed of 1.5mbps but maximum i am getting 25kbps please help me out in this and they are not giving any time frame when it would be fixed.
                                      I bought an MTS MBLAZE ULTRA wifi Postpaid connection 45 days ago. I enjoyed the speed in the first billing cycle of the datacard. But as soon as the second month/ billing cycle began, the speed dropped merely to 8 times to what i was getting in the first month. Sometimes the downloading speed is around 30kbps and sometimes around 250kbps while it is supposed to be atleast 5Mbps(as they offer upto 9.8Mbps). I have complained regarding this at to the customer care and i got calls in return saying that a Person would visit my place to rectify the issue, but NEVER TURNED UP. This drama has been going on since the past 23 days and i am highly disappointed by their service.

                                      Hence i am complaining that if the issue cannot be resolved soon i want a refund for the device or if the issue can be solved by this month, then i need a bill waver for not being provided the service for which i am PAYING.

                                      40gb 3g, but the average spped i am getting was lower than 100kbs. cure my issue or refund my money.

                                      i have just bought mts mblaze ultra wifi a month before and is dissapointed because i've tried evrything but not recieved what you call 3g plus speed .speed is even less than 200 kbs where your plans claim about 3.1 and more than that.till now i haven't recieved good speed. help me nd try solve my problem as soon as possible or tell me any scheme to return it back.

                                      I have balance deduction two times without any information by mts rajasthan . My balance deduction two times 21 rupees in date of 03/05/2014 and again 21 rupees date of 04/05/2014.

                                      I recently bought the MTS wifi dongle. no. [protected] . The person who delivered got extra Rs.50 for activation. Its been two weeks and I am keep on reaching customer support but no response.Its a fraud company.

                                        MTS Data Card — very poor service

                                        I bought MTS Datacard 3.1 Mbps But Still Working 800 Kbps .
                                        how to we contuct. No custemer service in Tamil. I recharge in MTS Datacard that day Only Working 3.1 MBps . So They Cheating.
