I have ordered mts data card wifi in mts website. I received the dongle on 3rd Jan 2015 and I paid the price then submitted my proof to the same person. Till now there is no activation for my data card. The verification is pending for 3 days. Data card number is [protected]

    HELLO, I ORDERED A MOBILE SET FOR MY BROTHER IN LAW FROM MTS ON 29TH NOVEMBER BUT TILL TIME I HAVE NEITHER RECD. THE ORDER AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REFUND, THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE SAME. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIME BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER. SECONDLY, I EMAILED THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO THAT AS WELL. ITS NOW MORE THAN 35 DAYS, NOBODY HELPING ME. CAN YOU HELP ME OR SHOULD I HAVE TO LAUNCH A FIR AGAINST THEM.     I have already done that more than 10 times and same is mentioned in my Complaint. This shows you have not gone thru my Complaint...Again a IRRESPONSIBLE example of MTS. Real Fools!!!

    I have still not received the Mobile set today as well.

    Also, fyi...on 7th Jan one person came with the Mobile set (and I want to tell you, he bought the set whose Box Seal was broken and there was a used set.

    Is this the way MTS works. Seems like MTS want to cheet me.

      mts customer care become funny now, , , , i had already posted my complaint here, , , and they requested me to wait till 5th jan, , , but nothing had hppened, , , only thing some peaanuts from mts called me your problem resloved, , and again the same peanut saying that i m not picking up the phone, , , what a funny, mts guys, , , and other peanut from mts requstign me to give till 6ht jan, , , , , TH E BIG JOKE IS THAT no one vistited home to solve the issue for the past five days now requestign me to give for another 24 hrs, , , pls mts, , , i[censored] running short of technical guys, , PLS STOP UR SERVCE AND DONT WASTE OUR TIEM my sincere advice -pls dont distrurb the customers they have many chioce in this part of the world, , , DONT misguide them, , , , mis lead them, , , till now my problem is not resloved \ MY NUMBER [protected] ..         i have applied for mts on 31st my mts number is [protected].. but i cud not instrall my device, in my desktop or laptop, , , i registereed complaint with them they told me that it shd be dedvice fault, , and wud replace with new nevice, , but nothing had hppened, , no one visitited the plce to solver the issue, , insted i received 3 calls from 3 different person, , first one told me to wit till 5 th, , , second person told me your problem resolved hence they r goin t to cls the complint, , , after i told no one visitied and the problem is still not resolved then they asked sorry and told the sme that the propblem will be rectified and the thrid person asked me to go to near by mts centre mduravoyal, , , to upgarde the device, , , the person at madurvoyal told me we are not supposed to do this but for custome they are doing it and finally tried to upgrade the device, , but filed and agiana he sked me to come late in the evening, , i was totally fed up wht theier serivce, , so pls dont ever think abt mts go for the best one, , ,

          Hello Sir/Mam, I Udit Rana(MDN: [protected]) facing a network and speed problem in my area PIN: 110036 from day one when I purchased MTS blaze. Now the problem is I have filed complaints around 10-11 times but nothing has solved.On 23rd Dec, 2014 I had a talk wiith one of your customer care employee, who said that your problem is serious so we allow only you to get refund of your device by paying your bill on prorata basis but when I approached retail outlet(Adarsh Nagar) it's owner Gaurav Khurana deny the fact. I have also recording of conversation with customer care employee. Please help, otherwise I will take some legal action.

            Dear sir i am using mblaze MTS No. [protected] for internet last 1.5 months. i having a problem with internet speed .i have already submitted my complain many time but they give me some steps to do in system .but still i having same problem .It shows 3.2mbps but I aa getting 0.20 mbps - 155 kbps speed from mts data card.. please sir solve this problem.             I Complaint the company they said it is because tower are far from ur location..

            but the fact is the whole day speed is only 20 or 10 kbps...

            but after 1am speed is 300 to 400 kbps now does towers come closer to my house in midnight or what.. i complaint many times.. no use.. please help me

              Hi, I am using MTS Mobile with data pack of 1 Lac MB. I recharge every month for RS198 to carry forward my remaining data.I recharged for Rs 198 on 29 Dec 2014 to carry forward my data and the transaction Id is[protected], but data was not carried forward as expected. 1. When contacted Customer care they said the Data plan expired, since you did not recharge yesterday to carry forward the data.Why should i recharge one day before? Is MTS planning to not allow customers to utilize 30 Days of their recharge plan, and making to recharge one day before.i have validity till 29th Dec 2014, 11.59 PM so i will recharge any time before 29th Dec 2014 11.59 PM. 2. If customer has to recharge one day before? Why didn’t you inform the customer well in advance or while getting the MTS services or in "conditions apply" ? it is only mentioned that RS198 has to be recharged every month to carry forward.This is a great tactics by MTS to cheat the customers. Why you did not inform customer about this? Have any one heard that any telecom operator/service provider will ask to recharge one day before the validity end date.Making the customer to spend Rs10000 to buy the phone and plan after 3 months trying to cheat them? 3. Why customer care team is not willing to take formal complaint and give me the complaint number? i have recorded the conversation with customer care team and they are not willing to take this as formal complaint and put us on hold saying his team lead will talk to us and his team lead did not answer for 30 mins- This is MTS smart way to ignore customer complaints?Why should team lead talk to us? take a formal compliant and take enough time to resolve the same. Second call to Customer Care team: the team said that we have to call the customer care before recharging - how come customer will call the customer care team every time and get a permission from them to recharge? that’s what he is expecting? Ridiculous resolution provided by customer care team. Even after argument he didn’t not take a complaint he just again forwarded the call to his team lead as usual I waited for 30 Mins and call dropped again. 4. What is the status of Rs 198?Do not cheat the customers. My Data pack validity supposed to expire on 29th Dec 2014 at 11.59 PM and i recharged before that on 29th Dec 2014 at 6 PM. kindly activate my data plan and credit the remaining data in my account. 5. When contacted MTS they said we can only escalate to Appellate since "We would like to inform you that Appellate desk is the highest level of escalation" and No nodal officer cell is in place. As per TRAI if we didn’t get proper resolution from Appellate we can appeal to Nodal officer- Why MTS Nodal Cell is not functioning? Can you please let me know?I just need you to update my data plan and credit the balance data in my account. MTS is prone to these type of cheating and providing ridiculous resolution. I'll post this in all the social networking sites FACEBOOK, MTS Facebook page, twitter, Consumer complaints portal to help other friends /other customer to not buy this MTS Phone and Data Plans(1 Lac MB Data) and get cheated. I was adviced not to buy MTS and to buy a well and good service providers like Aitel/Aircel who follow ethical procedures. now i really regret buying a MTS service. Regards, VJ

                  Company MST sale a network connection with wifi 999 and on box company have been mentioned this will support XP SP2/SP3 (other operating system). When I purchase the connection we had discussion on it with Dealer too. After activation the pospaid connections when i am trying to use it, facing some issue and Complaint to customer care no. DEC/52606. Now they are saying it's not supporting to XP SP2/SP3 you have to upgrade your system. I asked customer care then why they have mentioned on 3G Plus pack also if it's not supported. They are saying you have to upgrade your system; even they have not verified the issue at customer end and closed it without any intimation. Thanks Rajat Tyagi

                    Hi sir my name is Deepak Sharma & my data card number is [protected]. My complaint is, I registered my complaint 2 times just after 2 days purchasing mts datacard due to slow network but they resolved the ticket without rectifying my issue. Then I had a word with their executive & she told me if I'll stop my services before my due date so my next bill will not generate. I done the same thing but my bill generated again. I made calls sent mails to MTS & tried to explain but now they are not listening to my concerns. Can you please help me in this case. Please find the MTS ticket number for reference.                       Hi, I brought MTS datacard number [protected] in october. It was not working in my home area as well as office area so i raised a complaint on 25th Oct 2014. They told it will be fixed. Still no call or no person came to check that or rectify the issue and the bill of Rs 1904 is generated for 2 months now. They are threatening me for pay the bill, but my point is why i should pay when i have not used and when the complaint is not resolved. Please help :( Regards Nishant

                        I had a connectivity issues with my MTS at my billing address . I had made a complaint for it.                           Please find below my account details: Tariff Plan: M BLAZER HSD REV B 700 BVD 100. MDN: [protected] Account Number: [protected] MEID: A[protected]B225 My name is Kamal Hasan and my email id is: kamal.[protected]@gmail.com My account services was deactivated since 12.09.2014 and full and final settlement happened on 8th Oct 2014 when i have made payment of Rs.292/- for the period of 1st Sept to 12th Sept 2014. Now due to some technical issue at MTS end at different time service activation and de-activation is happening and corresponding bills are getting generated for which they are providing waiver. But as the technical issue is happening at MTS end they are not sending any clear mail mentioning that "from my end there is no any outstanding bill amount that i have to pay now and in future and not further bill will be generated in near future as well." Which i am asking for a long time. In each new mail you are providing me some new interesting wrong information which does not have any meaning without resolving the issue. Here my only request is that MTS should resolve all of their issues at their end without involving me and do not expect that i will monitor each billing cycle and write mail again and again for the waiver for their fault.                           I have received below mail today from MTS Appellate Authority. So, it looks the issue has been resolved.

                          Dear Customer,

                          Thank you for writing to MTS.
                          We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
                          You have expressed your concern in the email dated Mon, 29th December '2014 regarding MTS number [protected] about bill, as per our record the services of your account has been permanently restricted since 30-Dec-2014 hence, no bill would get generated in your account in future.
                          We would like to inform you that we have checked and not found any due in your account and we have also posted the waiver of Rs.149 in your account on 18-Dec-2014.

                            This is in regard to the payment reminder you have sent me for the MTS data card number [protected] I have taken the connection in september 14, from the date of payment of first deposit of 1000/- there have been many false promises, below are the list of complaints i have with your horrible service: 1.the day of payment made of 1000/- the executive has informed that my service will be activated i n two days, which is activated after 9 days of payment. inspite of repeated calls the sales executive didnt pick my call, you people dont have courtesy to even inform the customer, forget about courtesy he didnot pcik my call i must have called more 28 times, mind you i have detailed call list on my mobile which I am going to furnish whereever requried in this case, 2. Immdiately post activation I was on roaming to andhra, during my travel i have enquired in customer care whether i will be charged in roaming for data usage they have informed me that the plan i am in is free of cost for data usage, i was charged .40 per mb and i got a huge bill of 2000+ which i have cleared for the only reason that I have used the srevice, 3. After reaching back bangalore not a single day i could even connect to internet, I have called customer care number and given complaints, my complaint numbers are Nov 4596 which is closed from your end saying spoke to customer problem resolved. I waited for another two days called up customer care again they said someone from network has come and visited my place- No one has visited my place and they have closed complaint saying problem resolved. If you are guys are happy closing your own cases saying network problem resolved, what type of resolution is this 4. I have raised another complaint vide number Nov 6814, saying i am unable to connect to internet they registered complaint and closed it again saying issue resolved and your customer care executive has admitted that there is weak coverage in our residential area and when I have asked for solution he informed me that there is no resolution. from the date of my complaint registration till date not for a minute it is connected to internet which you can check from your records and now you send me a notice to clear the outstanding, without my issue resolution I will not pay the amount.                               I had a previous balance of 4Gb and before the due date I recharged for 499 plan which is to provide 5 Gb data + balance carry forward and now its showing that the balance to be 2048 Mb which is incorrect for the MTS dongle numbered to be [protected].

                                I have called customer care and disconnected MTS due to network is very slow. As per customer care i have paid the last bill online. And never used the data card. But after 2 -3 months they waited till reaching the credit limit & said i should pay 2 months bill for zero usage. They sent a notice warning me to pay it or else they will move legally. What should i do? Customer care did not told me that i should go to there office & cancel it. Why should i pay extra money? Is this the right way? This is really cheating the customers. They have called me & mentioned that if its zero usage & have disconnected i should not pay the bill. Same time i am getting information that i should pay bill. This is really embarrassing about the systems they follow & cheating the clients. I really wish to raise against this. So i request help from all. Thanks

                                  This is with reference to my Order Confirmation No. is [protected]. fom the MTS eshop site. I had ordered MTS M blaze ultra Wifi DF800 through the MTS website on 17th Nov, 2014. On 19th Nov, I received a different product . The product which I received has a local adapter with no MTS name on it given to me separately and not in the same packet. I received this product from the retailer "think o[censored]s" (the invoice is also attached). This is a clear case of cheating from MTS India. At the time of receiving the product I thought that the DF800 product might be having this kind of packaging but later on I realized that this is a different product and not same that I ordered.I had ordered A data card which is from Lava company by which one can connect 6 wifi devices however I got a product which is from Zte company that can connect only 5 Wifi devices.I have made the complaints to the customer care of MTS several times and sent them more than 30 reminders with no solutions yet. I sent messages on thier Facebook page where they agreed to their mistake and assured me that I they would replace my product but its been more than 3 weeks since then and nobody yet contacted me yet for the replacement or refund. I even wrote to their MTS APPELLATE DELHI <appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in> but without any respite on this. Please look into this. Please contact at [protected]@gmail.com, or at [protected]

                                  I have been following up for this with you for more than 3 months now with no resolution yet.Just look at the number of follow-up mails, I have sent you more than 80 reminders with a hope that, the product would get replaced or refunded.
                                  The Name of the model is

                                  What a pity. On January 20th an MTS person came to me to replace the product with the same product. He told me that he does not have the lava product which was supposed to be handed over to me in exchange of the zte product which is with me.
                                  Then after continuous follow up and waiting for many days, on Feb, 19, 2015, an MTS person, Dinesh, came with a post-paid dongle to replace with my pre-paid dongle. He tried to convince me to accept the post-paid dongle and told me that he would convert this post-paid dongle to a prepaid dongle after 3 months to which I did not agree as I needed replacement of prepaid dongle with prepaid dongle only. Then he promised me that by next day 12 PM, someone would visit me to replace my prepaid dongle with prepaid dongle only. However, nobody came to me from that day. Can things get any worse than this?
                                  On 22nd Feb, 2015, , an MTS person, Atul called me up to understand the situation. I clearly make him understand the entire situation. He assured me that, on 23rd feb, 99% chances are that, my dongle would get replaced . But nobody has come to me yet.
                                  I have written many mails to you with a hope that, It would get replaced but no resolution yet.
                                  Please replace/refund on urgent basis

                                    I have two Data cards with MTS [Old No. [protected]] & [New No. [protected]]. I have lost my old data card, without knowing this, I have recharged an amount of Rs. 600/-. I have called customer care and they refused to replace my old Datacard and also not refunded my reccharged amount. I went ahead and purchased a new data card for continuing my service. This happened 6 months back, this month i accidentally recharged an amount of Rs. 500/- to my old account instead of new one. I have called MTS customer care and requested either to refund or transfer the recharge amount to new number. Again, they refused to do so and the wierd answer I got from the agent any 10 digits you punch in, it recharge that number. I shouted at them finally they created a case on 24th Dec at 10 PM [Case No: DEC/12121] and got a message it will be resolved within 12 hours time frame. Now, it almost more than 24 hours and I have called more than 4 times no concrete rsolution on this. I was very disappointed about this pathetic service.

                                      I got my wifi broadband from MTS in the month of AUG'2014. The sales executive promised that if the speed is upto the plan then full refund will be given. I took the wifi broadband connection and the moment it got activated the speed was below 100kbps.but where as per the plan it should be 9.5Mbps. I called the customer care then i came to know that their is no refund on the device and i asked them to send the engineer as the speed is low. After multiple follow-up that engineer came and he also confirmed that speed is low. I kept on telling to the customer service i should not be charged for this and they kept saying yes you will not be charged. but still bill got generated and i again called them saying i'll not pay the bill they said its okay and second month again bill got generated and finally the service got stop for non-payment of the bill. I also kept quite and today i got a call from Police station from Delhi saying that case will be filed for non-payment of the bill for which with no option left i paid the bill today of 2000/-. This company is just full of cheater starting from sales executive to top manager's. Now the manager's saying if its register on your name you have to pay and they can't do anything about the speed of the service as my house is out of their coverage area. I kept on opening the cases and they open the case and next day it will get closed and i only receive sms saying that incident is resolved All in MTS are cheater never believe them never trust them worst service. If anybody wants any more details then what i've typed here please reply to this post.

                                        MTS data card failed to get installed. It has been connected with desk top computer with Win XP and Laptop computer with Win 8 as O.S. In all cases an error message DF 54783.tmp.exe, Application Error has been flashed on the screen. I have Emailed several times to MTS authority in their prescribed format. Once the contacted me and subsequently on20.12.14 send a SMS writing that the problem has been resolved. But the problem remained same. After that I send 2 more email. The last one today 26.12.14. I am receiving bill and regular SMS requesting payment of bill.
