Dear sir, I am a customer using mts connection for past 1 month, (md no [protected]). When I took this connection, they have guaranteed me to have a average speed of 4 MBPS. But when started using them I got a speed of 100kbps which is far slower than the average connection they promised. So I enquired it with my friends staying in vayakala, but they get a speed of 4mbps.but I who stays in kakanad don't get half of it. So I called the customer care about this problem, but till now I cant find my problem solved. Which is a major issue because, people don't enquire about this problem and start paying them monthly. Please give a favourable reply soon.

    Hi Team, I have cancelled my Mblaze connection today, and I have been asked to pay for 5 days (1st - 5th) as a due. Now here I want to let you know that I have paid for the last month on 3rd Feb, and since that day I have been calling you to cancel the connection, and evry time it has been told that cancellation team will give me a call back in 30 mins, though I did not receive any call from MTS. As you say that you record the call for quality purpose so please go back to your database and check the calls coming from [protected] and [protected]. I have sent a mail to you from kashyapi.[protected]@hcl.com. So the fact is due to your process delay I need to pay for extra 2 days Make a bill of 1st - 3rd Feb, I am ready to pay. But no way I am going to pay for 4th and 5th Feb due to your process dispute. MDN No – [protected], Name – Kashyapi Ghosh Email ID – kashyapi.[protected]@gmail.com Contact No - [protected] Cancellation request No - 8451930 Please give me a call back or the email confirmation on agreeing on my billing for 3 days not for 5 days I have sent a multiple emails and chatted with customer care guy, till not no action has been taken, rather than a solution of the problem they speak about unnecessary things. There is no proper support from the team. It is cheating a customer to charge for extra 2 days because of their insufficient stuff and poor infrastructure and all.

      I purchased this MTS MBLAZE ultra WiFi on the recommendation of One of my College Mate. Earlier I was a part of TATA PHOTON family and I left that network because my colleague wanted me to buy this device. Initially, when i purchased this device it worked pretty well and was really happy with it's services. But since past 1.5 Months this device is really pissing me off and i feel that i made a mistake by leaving TATA Family and regret that i became a part of MTS Family. I have tried to contact the Customer Support centre regarding it's Connectivity Issue. Earlier I never faced any kind of Network or Connectivity Problem. Whenever I call them they put me on hold for nearly 10-15 minutes which is not a Good Quality for such a Brand. I have tried to file a complaint in the MTS Customer Support in which one of the agents would be coming at my Doorstep to fix the problem. Now, Instead of Calling me as I was the One to file a complaint the agent rings my Dad and asks him for whether I am available or not ??!! When I have filed a complaint and when my number is so called "REGISTERED" with MTS then why they called my father ?? And even if they contacted him then why didn't he called me ?? Instead of calling me the agent sends me a Text Message saying that your Issue has been resolved !! What kind of Lazy Agents this company has hired who can't even contact their Customers who have filed a complaint ?? I regret being a part of MTS Family who is incapable of resolving my issue which i'm facing since past 45 days. I will never recommend this MTS to any of my Friend or my Family. I hope now they'll take this matter little seriously and will try and fix this Device for me.

PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY ARE FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICES OF MTS. I HAVE NO PROOF OF COMPLAINT OF ANY THING .         MTS is fraud company they don't deliver the services they promise. They gave me a device promising me the speed of 9 mbps but the speed which I got was only 0.4 mbps can you believe it. they are simply looting the consumers on fake promises. I also complained twice on speed but both the time request was closed without resolution and arguments they made was that I was not reachable or the device was not reachable. None of the technician guys came to my house even after multiple calls.. And when I asked for deactivation they asked me to pay the first month bill then only it will be disconnected. Although I paid bill which I shouldn't and deactivated the device as their resolution was not good enough for me. But they have sent me the bill even after disconnecting it.
        Forgot to mention my MTS postpaid dongle number [protected]. This connection was disconnected 15 days back but I recieved acknowledgement today for cancellation with bill amount of 624. First of all there service is really bad and then why should I pay the bill. Also they should refund the amount for the device as device is worth nothing.

          respected sir I am Jagdish .It's really unsatisfactory response from your side .My mts no. [protected] can't able to connect to your customer care no. like 155 or [protected]. I do n't able to believe that a reputed company such as yours delivers such a worst response to your valued customers .You said that you will soon resolve my problem but nothing has been done yet. The reality is that you haven't call me yet. Kindly make it fast without wasting any further time otherwise I will change your connection immediately .I have one more option to take a step forward in the consumer court.contact no.[protected] and alternate no.[protected] thank you

              Hi Team. I have a complaint on sales and call center executive. I have purchased three Wi Fi dongle two on my name and one my friend got it on Wednesday 04 Feb 2015, sales executive promised activation with in 24hrs on which basis we have purchased the connection. and till date connection is not active and when we called the sales executive the number is switched off. I have called call centre [protected] on 6 Feb 2015 1st call was made at near 11:00 AM a lady executive said document is pending and will be activated by end of the day. Second call i made at 6:45 PM executive said its same will be activated by 8:00 PM. Third call I made at 9:30 PM a executive claims senior executive said there is no such device booked and they cant help me in activating the connection and said no help and complaint cant be taken and wont take responsibility. I made the fourth call on 7 Feb 2015 at 8:30 AM, executive informed team has received the documents and will be activated in 48hrs. My question is why there is a miss communication to customer by sales and call centre executive. And say me you will activate the connection or not if you cant take back the device and hand over our money. I don't need service, I require a good and better service if you cant provide don't fool customers. please activate the connection at the earliest i want to use.                 I have purchased MTS post paid connection No.[protected] on 15 Jan 2015 from Hot Nehru Place as per bill attached. I am not able to use it because of network problem as it is not working on my PC. I complained many times but the issue was not solved even after the visit of engineer. I want to return it, so kindly mail us the address where we can return. I have mailed on 1st February but still don't get where I can return the card.

                    i bought mts datacard ([protected]) one month back in erode.And i took it and now using it in chennai.Before this i was using my friend mts datacard with 5device connecting modem.The speed was good.so i bought a new mts modem (with 6 device connection).Am using my newly bought mts datacard in the same location but the speed is worst than 2g.I gave a complaint in mts initially and they asked me to do certain steps to get solved.But the speed remained the same.And later on they took the complaint (complaint no:jan/8197) on 23th jan and they told that it ll be sollved within 29th of jan.i waited till 29th of jan.But inbetween i just got a call from salem asking me where is my locality in salem.I gave a complaint for using in chennai but they called me from salem.i how good they are paying attention to customers.and on 29th i called, they said it will be solved within 24hours.From 29th till today(5th feb, 2015) am getting the same reply everyday.I really regrets for buying mts datacard.and today i got a call from mts saying that in my locality the speed will be only 198kbps.They said like because many are using the speed got decreased.I asked them, how come the speed changed drastically inn the matter of 2days.till i bought my own datacard i used my friend datacard but the speed was so good(download speed was 300kbps).After two days i used with my datacard but the speed is .05kbps in speedtest(download speed is 10kbps).But they are not ready to answer for the question i asked.they just told that my speed will be like this.Really felt bad for buying this.and worst customer support from mts.Even if the uses increase in the locality like they say how come the speed reduce so bad.if the users increase then your service should me even more good but it becoming so worst.I really wasted money everyday by calling mts and no good response and finally there is no solution.and got a message from mts that my complaint is resolved just want to discontinue this bad service and will buy in any other service provider if you cant find a solution for me.and i will return 3more mts datacard which i bought for my family.If you cant help me please discontinue my mts connection and refund me the amount.contact me in [protected]

                      Dear Sir, I was a MTS MBlaze Ultra wi fi user.Due to some reasons i didn't pay the bill and my connection was stopped due to credit outstanding.Then in january i cleared the bill and requested them to deactivate my connection because i have already got a new company connection and my MTS dongle is lost.They assured me for the same. Now i have received another bill.When the company employ checked the details he found i last used the dongle in October 2014, and they send me bill for january month. Is it my fault they didn't deactivate my connection after my request.

                        Dear Team, This is my second complaint registered for this concern. I have been asked to pay an amount of Rs.1779, for month of Nov & Dec, even with out me using the dongle for month of Dec. Its very painful, am asked to pay Rs 830 including tax though I do not use it.For December month I was out of station and the MTS has got deactivated on Dec 25th, I have explained this to customer care team of MTS, they have advised me to raise a complaint. This is not first time, even few other cases, when I was on travel and was not using the dongle, still I pay Rs.850 every month. And during usage also, you say its unlimited, but I do not get even normal speed in my area.I was planning to take a prepaid connection, but ur agent insisted saying postpaid its benefit and the speed is also good. Now am ending up paying 1000 of Rupees every month, which is really painful.I was using your service for last three years, I stick on it expecting some improvement. I have a airtel dongle which my family is using, and that is giving a better speed than my MTS. Please explain me why should I pay such huge amount every month when the customer is not getting benefited with the dongle you provided. Expecting a immediate action from your end.                         MTS is a useless internet service they are mainly earning 2 make money without using the dongle ..Before 2 months my bill generated rs 2192 in that I dint use for 1 month I paid because of their torcher ..After that I called the customer care and told sir your account has been temporary blocked we will wait for tat until you will tell to activate ...I said ok ..but after the next month bill generated rs 616 .I called the customer careand shouted that I cant pay bil for 0 kb usage and I asked to transfer the cal to higher official waited for mre than ten minutes no response. .Now they have called and told sir your bill is rs 1700 ..I have shocked and said I cant pay the bill ...higher officials are not responding properly with the customers .customer satisfaction is very very very poor ...cha ...

I have been cheated & I request you to take action if not I will file a case in the consumer court against MTS. On 23-01-15 I received a sms from ([protected]- MTS High Speed Internet 3G+ WiFi ( 5Users ) Datacard Very Excellent & Economic Plan 40GB+unlimited 999 only Limited period offer Hurry Up make fast 30Min Immediate Free Home delivery ph [protected] I called the number [protected] & gave my details & address I was told after checking the feasibility they will call back & they told me that there is a feasibility of 4-5mbs. After 1hrs a delivery man named Ganesh([protected]) came with the data card he told that the bill is in the packet but no bill was there I called him back he told that he will send the bill by e-mail but till date I didn't got the mail. As I was told that there is a feasibility of 4-5mbs but the it is not more than 10-25kbps. If I am calling the dealer they are not receiving the call these are the four numbers([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) of which the last number is always switched off even the delivery person ganesh([protected]) is not receiving the call. Every time I am calling the customer care they are saying for these things they can't register these as a complaint. So I am asking you to take action .

                            Respected Sir/Madam, Today i have received a call from the no.[protected], a lady told me that someone has filled a suit against me at delhi court, i can not understand what is the matter then the lady gave me a no.[protected] named Vikram Rana.After that i came to know that i have a outstanding in at MTS No:[protected] of Rs.755/- so the company has filled a civil case in my name. But neither i have received any legal notice from court nor i have received any outstanding bill from MTS. So i just cannt understand what is the matter of bothering someone in this way.                               Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] Bill Number: KLKIND[protected] Bill Period: 25/12/2014 to 15/01/2015 Recently I have purchased MTS rental plan 550 - unlimited 5gb day and 5 gb night, in the billing part additional roaming charges has been incurred, but was told roaming free in India...I am not ready to pay for that . My due date for payment is today (3/2/2015) and I shall not pay any late payment charges as well if query not solved before time. The same was mailed on 27/01/2015 .No reply related to it, I got a call from [protected] and was told not to pay the roaming charges and pay only the rental + tax and still the due amount is showing 998 /- . I want to surrender the same and shall pay only the rental charges .                                 I hve MTS connection, but sim got damaged. So i went to MTS outlet gave ID & address proof, old sim card and purchased new sim, paid the charges. For more than 24 hrs the sim is yet to be activated. I asked customer care, they say ask outlet, I ask out let they say ask customer car. Lously, Irritating service by the Russian company MTS. -sam

It just worked for a day and from 14th Jan onwards I could not access internet I had been lodging complaints almost every day . Initially they took me through some procedure and it did not work. There after, I was told that some software has to be installed and I was asked to go to a nearby MTS Customer care centre. We went to a centre at Velachery Chennai and they installed the software and showed it working, But when we reached home, it did not work. I tried in two different laptops and I could not access internet I kept calling and I kept getting a response that your technical team called me up.                                     The above said bill ref. Reg. - we had complained mts customer care as well as we had written many emails regarding the non function of mts portal - we had been repeated via mails at least for 109 times - if required we shall forward the same'
                                    There was a call from number [protected] - stating that he is a police of noida and he will even kill me if i do not pay him the balance amount.
                                    Please tell me if the service is not been used why should i pay the amount.
                                    Please find out the phone number and location ---it is urgent and very often i get threatening calls from this number

                                    FIND OUT THE NAME OF THE MOBILE PHONE USER A NOIDA POLICE CANNOT GIVE A FAKE CALLS AND THREATEN TO KILL ME.I HAVE TRIED TO FIND OUT THE AREA OF THE SIME CARD AND FOUND IT IS ISSUED IN DELHI AREA.

                                        I had purchased MTS MBLAZE Ultra WiFi Dongle, Postpaid connection on November 2014 with 550 rs.per month plan.
                                        When I bought, they told me that I would get up to 9 mbps download/upload connection speed.
                                        2.5 months passed but I didn't get even 256 mbps download/upload speed.

                                        Tried contacting customer care by phone many time, it's waiting...
                                        I don't know for what I am paying for to MTS?

                                        from last month i have to face very poor connectivity of MTS 3G connection at last i registered my complaint . still no progress and i lost my 1 month data and lots of time behind dongle and at customer care. i done speed test as per their instruction and i got speed 0.2 MBPS instead of 6MBPS please solve this problem

                                        very slow speed comparing to other networks . not reaching even 100kbps
