This is my second complaint registered for this concern.
I have been asked to pay an amount of Rs.1779, for month of Nov & Dec, even with out me using the dongle for month of Dec.
Its very painful, am asked to pay Rs 830 including tax though I do not use it.For December month I was out of station and the MTS has got deactivated on Dec 25th, I have explained this to customer care team of MTS, they have advised me to raise a complaint.
This is not first time, even few other cases, when I was on travel and was not using the dongle, still I pay Rs.850 every month.
And during usage also, you say its unlimited, but I do not get even normal speed in my area.I was planning to take a prepaid connection, but ur agent insisted saying postpaid its benefit and the speed is also good.
Now am ending up paying 1000 of Rupees every month, which is really painful.I was using your service for last three years, I stick on it expecting some improvement.
I have a airtel dongle which my family is using, and that is giving a better speed than my MTS.
Please explain me why should I pay such huge amount every month when the customer is not getting benefited with the dongle you provided.
