Hi Team,
Today I called on customer care number:[protected] for worse speed issue.I have spent Rs. 30 on customer care number.
Bhanupriya Agent helped in this matter.
We are facing worse very very very very slow speed because of which we were not able to use the internet.
Bhanupriya checked the speed and she informed me that yes you are getting negligible internet speed because of onsite work.She also informed me that it will take approximate 5 to 6 weeks to resolve this problem.
This is really pathetic with us.
Even in meerut also the internet speed was negligible.We tried in gurgaon as well as in meerut from last three months but speed was negligible.
At the end she promised us with the refund of last three month amount.
Recharges which we did: Rs.999
Rs.approx Rs.700
Before two days Rs. 999.
Please refund the complete three month amount as soon as possible.
I hope you will do within short span of time.

This is really pathetic with us.
