My Name is C.Mohana. I have purchased a 3G Wifi Datacard Dongle (Dongle Number is ([protected])in MTS after seeing a Message in my mobile. I have purchased the dongle for rs.999. I clearly asked the sales person to check the feasibility in area where I live (Chennai-Old Perungalathur-Parvarthy Nagar). From the date of purchase p the dongle i am unable to connect the internet in my home PC and also even in my laptop. My plan is 40 GB plan for a month with 3G speed which actually cost Rs.1200 per month. I have raised complaint with MTS customer care.. 13 calls i have raised. Totally 8 staffs had spoken. They replied me that their technical team will call me. Till now no one has called. Daily i am speaking to the customer care for the same issue for the past 20 days. But suddenly 5 days back i have got a message in my cell phone that my complaint has resolved. On seeing the message i went to my home and tried connecting the PC..it is giving me a message of "No Internet Connection" .. How the company can close a complaint without servicing the customer or without taking any action for the compalint..Again and Again i call calling the customer care. Nor their technical team calling me not they transfer my call to their superior officer. I am facing mental torture for this issue. As I am online worker who work daily 3 to 4 hours part time for my survival. Because of bad service of the MTS company i am facing loss everyday.. Kindly do proper action on them and help me to get the internet connection properly and to refund the dongle money which i have paid. -Mohana [protected]

    My accounts no. [protected] and MTS NO. is [protected]. While using of internet dongle disconnected and blinking with red light frequently. I am not able to connect and getting services as per committement. My bill plan the highest amount of MTS i.e. 40 GB unlimited uses but never use fully. I lodgeed complaint an number of times but all is vein. They are not responding. only once or two customer care contacted and i am getting auto repaly bot nothing has happened or i, prove. 26816

      Dear Sir, I am using MTS broadband number [protected] at a plan of Rs.999 per month 40 GB free usage at 7 Mbps connection. But actually there is nothing like 7 mbps and it is not even giving me speed upto 30kbps .the speed is good only at midnight where no body will use. i got frustrated and complained MTS about the issue many times but they have not resolved. please this is kind of cheating customers by providing false information should be taken with necessary action. i am going to disconnect the connection.       I am firing this mail after a lot of headache from your mts datacard.
      My MTS data card number is [protected] It is registered with shivam tomer .I use google for internet in window 8.1 .I recharged my data dated 4th march with 1500rs in which i got 18 gb data for three months.Now my data left is 16gb .Due to speed problem i am unable to use internet.
      I called many number of times to a customer care from number [protected] and wasted nearly 200rs in this .I never got a solution.They had never given me an complaint number every time they say just block cookies, turn off windows firewall.Other internet service are working properly don't know why.
      I am requesting you t o solve my issue as i am student so i cant call you again gain for the same issue.
      Please give importance to this otherwise i will run an campaign of your mts datacard on socila networking about the service which you have given.Just check your database from my number [protected] and please specify a specific solution for this problem.Please call me to provide solution

      BEFORE 5 MONTHS I BROUGHT THIS MTS, WHILE BUYING MTS DEALER TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL GET 3G SPEED BUT I M FACING PROBLEM WITH SPEED. I TESTED SPEED WITH OOKLA(SPEED TEST) IT SHOWED ABOUT 0.60MBPS APPROXIMATELY. WHEN I TRY TO OPEN FACEBOOK OR ANYOTHER SITE IT DOES NOT OPENS IT TAKES LOTS OF TIME TO OPEN AND SOME TIMES TELLS ERROR IN INTERNET CONNECTION. WHEN I CALLED HELPLINE OF MTS THEY ASSISTED ME TO DELETE THE TEMPORARY FILES AND MAY MORE. I DID ACCORDINGLY BUT MY SPEED DID NOT ALTER I REMAINED IN SAME CONDITION.

      Very poor internet speed

      I'm experiencing very poor speed. my allowed limit is 64 Mbps whereas i'm getting only 40bps. Kindly rectify

            Hi Sir/Madam I have been cheated by MTS. For me its become MTS (Mental Torturing Service) I have been their customer since last 4 years. October-2014 first week i have moved to their new 3G plan and bought one new 3G dongle. After the activation i have been getting very low speed and poor signal, so i have reported complaint via their customer care. I have got response from their technical team and offered they will visit the place and fix the appointment. Instead of their presence i used to get SMS which say my issue has been resolved and complaint is closed. Again i have called customer care and put up complaint. This time also experience was the same. Oct month itself i have called more than 15 times and made complaints. Each time i used to get same response from them. When i have reported regarding this foul play by their technical side, they told that whenever their technical called me i never used to reply the call. I don't know how a responsible company make these kind of lies each time. In between these days i used to take my dongle to my office (which is near MG road, Bangalore) or friends room and i will get enough speed, which is around 1mbps (Actually MTS offer was 9Mbps). And nov month i wrote detailed letter to their customer care officer and applelete officer and they offered issue will be resolved soon. But the real drama from their side starts then. Next day they have sent one technician to my home. He came along with his laptop and checked the signal and speed. He was checking 10-15 min from their but didnt get signal level more than 10kbps. Later he went to top of my home (i am staying ground floor he went 3rd floor) and return after 20 min and informed me that hardly getting 400kbps signal in this area. Same will inform to higher end and increase speed. We told him that inside home we are getting only 10kbps which is not sufficient, cant check my gmail also. Later he offered he will inform higher end and will do needful. I was waiting their response, and i have got SMS which saying i am getting 1mbps and closed the issue.Again i wrote mail to them but response was not positive. They were sticking with this 1mbps lie. In between i have paid Oct month rent and they have already sent nov month bill also. When i asked for decrease the nov month bill, they refused it. Now i am deactivated the service. I lost money spent for device, oct month bill partially and going to loss nov's fully. I don't know why they were not trusting their customer ? If MTS's signal level only sufficient for particular area then why they were selling their product in all places?             Today[protected]:07PM) I have got one SMS from MTS, says complaint no. DEC/325 regarding speed issue has been resolved.

            My connection got deactivated 24th Nov. If there is no connection then how can they resolve issue?

            This shows their responsibility towards customer.
            I have received on mail which says "MTS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint." but nobody called regarding this. And sure I am getting call from their billing section and saying to pay the bill.

            Everyday I am seeing lots of cheating complaints from MTS in same page. Is this will resolved ?

            Repeated lie wont become true sir. What basis you are saying that i was getting 1mbps ?. I had explained all experience which has been faced and also send screen shot to your top officer, here also i have uploaded same screens. Till now i was thinking all happened because of your irresponsible technicians. Now i think that you cant give proper services and making excuses.

            I used to get 1mbps if I bring dongle to MG road (my office) or other main posh areas. Its true that i had used dongle from those areas. But I need service to my home not any streets or public road. Even if MG road i was getting 1mbps so you can imagine what would be the signal you were providing the area like jeevanahalli where i am staying. Whole city you are added your ad boards which saying 9mbps. Is it only a marketing technique for cheating people ?

            More than month I was keep on writing to your customer care officials and they reply same 1mbps story. Is this your servicing style. If you needs then I can submit all those mails.

            After that I have contacted Airtel personals and they have said particular area don't have their signal. If your answer like this then i could have try other options. After i have taken service from other vendor . Now i am satisfied the service (Don't think they were giving 1000mbps). I have checked their speed now i am getting 1mbps only but its more than enough for me.

            Anyway I am not at all interested in your service.

            I have got one more mail from MTS Team which says I need to pay bill with in 7 days. From consumer court do I get any justice from them. I am ready to hand over useless dongle to them to anytime. Every day I am seeing lots of new complaints against MTS and seems no solution has been given.

              Dear Sir/Ma'am, We have a MTS Land line connection since Aug.2009, with Phone No.[protected], Jodhpur. We have paid regularly bill amount on due date from starting but we have not received bill from June 2014 to till date. We have security money deposit with MTS of Rs. 1000/- date[protected], Cheque No. 177003 by Sangeeta Devi Chopra, HDFC Bank. Our connection was cut without any prior information / email/ or communication to us from June 2014. We have informed your executive Mr. Sumit Tiwari ([protected]) through telephonic many time but no positive response from him, after that We complaint to Mr. Sharad ([protected]) regarding above matter and he told us that the number is hold at any NODE. So this no. is not working and he suggested us apply new number. We have inconvenience because of above problem so Kindly start our Land Line no.[protected]. Please look into the matter and let us know whether any email was communicated to us prior to cut the phone connection and how can we solve this matter.

                Hi, This is Pradeep Kumar from Jalladaiyanpet, Chennai. I taken the MTS postpaid data card connection (40 GB WIFI with 3G and 9.8 Mbps) on November 2nd and it get activated on 5th 2014.They collected Rs. 1000 for the data card and they promised for upto 2mbps speed in my area while buying. Datacard Number is [protected] Name: S. Pradeep Kumar Registered Mobile Number: [protected] E-mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com From the date I taken the connection, the connection is very slow (dead slow). I checked my connection in http://speedtest.net site, it showing only 0.02 KBPS as download speed and 0.05 KBPS as upload speed. I made a call to customer care, they informed the MTS tower is in my area, that is nearby my home. So their customer executive will boost the connection. But I'm not getting any signal strength in this. I keep on calling to customer care and informing about the speed issues, they informed like the issue will get resolved within 2 days. Each and every 2 days I will make a call and ask for the speed issue. And again they will ask me to wait for another 2 days. I send a mail to MTS concern team but they informed it will processed as soon as possible. But it really not. So I asked for WAIVER option atleast for 4 days that also they rejected. There is no rule of providing WAIVER option in MTS I think. I got frustrated and inform to MTS to disconnect my MTS connection on 26th Nov 2014 and I informed the customer care please generate the bill what I used the internet so far. Customer care promised that I will get the bill what you used like that. But I got Rs. 935 for (Nov'5th - Nov 29th) 2014. I was shocked and informed to customer regarding the bill payment, they informed that they charged for the daily basis. I filed a lot of complaints but they are not bother about that and they informed once the bill was generated whatever it may be we need pay the bill without any choice. I'm ready to pay my bill its not a big deal, but without utilized internet properly why should I pay the bill. Bill payment team called me to pay the bill. I informed I will pay. He is harshly saying I need to pay my bill. I paid my bill. Money is not big deal, MTS don't know to give services to the customer and I dont know the customer care team they trained properly or not. They are not talking in the professional manner especially bill payment team. User who is reading this complaint I humbly suggest you please dont take any MTS postpaid data connection any more. They are giving the false promise and they are not servicing properly but they will generate the bill and harshly inform to pay the bill for that month. They will not bother about your complaints, concerns but need to pay that month bill. So please be care ful and dont go for MTS.

                  sir, i pay my bill till oct. month after that i complaint about speed of mts mblaze . when i purchase mblaze they told me internet speed about upto 9.8 mbps but when i use it give only 10 to 15 kbps . and i complain abot that but they dont react on my complaints. then i pay my last bill and after oct i dont use mblaze data card but now they told that you use data card in dec month . but i dont used it since last month . now they call me n told that my bill is due but when i dont use data card then why i pay bill. they call me many times and i told them that i dont use . so they told its ok if you dont use we dont charge bill. but after 10 days again they call and say . you still use so you have to pay bill . but i dont use my dongle after 9/11/2014 name- mohit bindal contact num. - [protected] mts mblaze numbr- [protected]

                    I bought postpaid usb modem on 1.12.2014 till date it is not activated if I ask the shop where I bought they said they have updated my documents but when u call customer service they say your documents are not updated then what should I do now. More than 50 times I called the customer service and the shop no proper response. Modem no is [protected]

                      I am seriously frustrated and hate hate hate this stupid ever service provided by MTS. My last 3 complaints ‘AUG/3311, SEP/3360, NOV/13167’ are created for the speed issue, and none of the executive visited my place to resolve the issue but I get a message to my mobile saying that the compliant is closed. Do you believe the net speed is less than 0.2mbps most of the times when I use this datacard, and their customer service does'nt even bother for all my complaints. I do NOT recommend it for anyone, dont get cheated by MTS.

                          Hi Team, Today I called on customer care number:[protected] for worse speed issue.I have spent Rs. 30 on customer care number. Bhanupriya Agent helped in this matter. We are facing worse very very very very slow speed because of which we were not able to use the internet. Bhanupriya checked the speed and she informed me that yes you are getting negligible internet speed because of onsite work.She also informed me that it will take approximate 5 to 6 weeks to resolve this problem.                             Dear MTS service provider, Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] for above MTS no. and Account Number service is to be stop from today and whatever the bill is due (for 15/11/2014 to 03/12/2014) please send me i will pay that amount only. if further other than that mount or any bill if generated for this account i will not going to pay for that a single penny. i have already given a service request to your costumer care service for the same but yet now i haven't get any information regarding my request. And no need to be further any clarification is required or i don't want to change my MTS plan from this or that i am totally unhappy with your service and cheated by your MTS agent as he told me he is giving 10GB unlimited plan in Rs 500 (575 including tax charges) package but they given me 3GB unlimited plan in 562(including tax charges) now need not want continue my MTS data card if service please deactivate the service and (for 15/11/2014 to 03/12/2014) only i am liable to pay for this period of bill if any further bill is generated then i am not responsible for any due amount or going to pay for that Another reason to stop the service because i am moving from this place to another state or may be out of the country, to just coming month so do the settlement of bill as soon as posible or tell me the procedure.                                 I took a new connection MTS WI - FI 5GB+GB.
                                My number is [protected].
                                First month I got normal bill.
                                Second month I boosted two times Rs. 50/- paid for 1GB Extra.
                                Even though My bill exceed. When I crossed the 3G data
                                I cannot send e-mail existing speed.I felt Boosted 3G speed
                                is also very slow. My Present Bill Rs.729/- I don't interested to continue
                                so kindly disconnected or changed into pre-paid.

                                  I am using MTS M-Blaze Ultra ([protected]) since last three months and
                                  from the date the connection started am having terrible speed issue from
                                  the 1st day, I was getting reasonable speed in late night till morning
                                  and negligible speed from morning onwards till 11.50 PM night hence I
                                  lodged a complaint SEP/51481 dated 21.09.2014 and I was assured that it
                                  will be rectified ASAP, then after 4-5 days, they told me that they are
                                  having some updation in my area and it will be rectified in 4-6 weeks.
                                  MTS marked my that complaint as resolved, due to this speed issue I was
                                  not able to use my quota free data..

                                  I waited for 06 weeks, then next month the speed I was getting in night
                                  has too gone negligible and coming on its wish that is now the speed is
                                  good only for late nights from Monday to Friday and in all days its
                                  again negligible including Saturday, Sunday nights also then I again
                                  lodged a complaint NOV/19252 dated 11.11.2014 and again it was confirmed
                                  to me that the issue shall be resolved by same day. But again same
                                  words comes from MTS that some updation is in process and MTS shall
                                  revert shortly and marked my complaint as resolved. This month too my
                                  lots of GBs expired unused.

                                  Now again they come with same excuse and provided a new complaint
                                  DEC/2876 dated 02.12.2014.

                                  I had approached to their Appelllate Authority as well, but nothing has
                                  been done.

                                  Alo I had been charged late fees on fault of MTS, I had made all billed
                                  amount payment online at theie site link well before 02 days i.e.
                                  01.11.2014 well in advance (due date 03.11.2014) but it got failed and I
                                  just came to know about this failure after repeated follow-ups for the
                                  payment from MTS, I told them that payment has been made and I provide
                                  them the proof also which I got in my mail from CCAvenue dated
                                  01.11.2014 Order Number: P66336801b14 and told them once I get the
                                  refund from your payment gateway partner I shall pay the bill and they
                                  confirmed over phone that there will be no late fee charge in this case
                                  reference mail 467885. Later I made payment on 06.11.2014 after getting
                                  my payment reversal in my account. But MTS billed my late fee charges
                                  for the same after so many facts given but it is denied that they don’t
                                  have received any complaint for the same- reference number for this
                                  e-mail is 500535, I don’t understand what type of complaint and facts
                                  MTS wants even I had sent them various speed test results date to date
                                  basis along with proof of the failed payment made well in advance.

                                  Help me or tell me, I shall surrender my connection.

                                    I am using MTS M-Blaze Ultra ([protected]) since last three months and from the date the connection started am having terrible speed issue from the 1st day, I was getting reasonable speed in late night till morning and negligible speed from morning onwards till 11.50 PM night hence I lodged a complaint SEP/51481 dated 21.09.2014 and I was assured that it will be rectified ASAP, then after 4-5 days, they told me that they are having some updation in my area and it will be rectified in 4-6 weeks. MTS marked my that complaint as resolved, due to this speed issue I was not able to use my quota free data..

                                    I waited for 06 weeks, then next month the speed I was getting in night has too gone negligible and coming on its wish that is now the speed is good only for late nights from Monday to Friday and in all days its again negligible including Saturday, Sunday nights also then I again lodged a complaint NOV/19252 dated 11.11.2014 and again it was confirmed to me that the issue shall be resolved by same day. But again same words comes from MTS that some updation is in process and MTS shall revert shortly and marked my complaint as resolved. This month too my lots of GBs expired unused.

                                    Now again they come with same excuse and provided a new complaint DEC/2876 dated 02.12.2014.

                                    I had approached to their Appelllate Authority as well, but nothing has been done.

                                    Alo I had been charged late fees on fault of MTS, I had made all billed amount payment online at theie site link well before 02 days i.e. 01.11.2014 well in advance (due date 03.11.2014) but it got failed and I just came to know about this failure after repeated follow-ups for the payment from MTS, I told them that payment has been made and I provide them the proof also which I got in my mail from CCAvenue dated 01.11.2014 Order Number: P66336801b14 and told them once I get the refund from your payment gateway partner I shall pay the bill and they confirmed over phone that there will be no late fee charge in this case reference mail 467885. Later I made payment on 06.11.2014 after getting my payment reversal in my account. But MTS billed my late fee charges for the same after so many facts given but it is denied that they don’t have received any complaint for the same- reference number for this e-mail is 500535, I don’t understand what type of complaint and facts MTS wants even I had sent them various speed test results date to date basis along with proof of the failed payment made well in advance.

                                    Help me or tell me, I shall surrender my connection.

                                      My MTS NUMBER IS ([protected]) i paid my dues, after i called customer care number 3 times before paid, customer executive said me you will pay your balance amount your wifi data card will start immediately i paid, after i called three times on customer care for same thing my net was not start pls help me they assuring me after one day they disconnect my wifi connection must important thing i paid more acutual bill amount but till date i have nothing in my hand, i lost my money, my time i request mts pls resolve my problem as soon as other wise i put my case in court legal. i have three voice recording for the proof against. MTS THE GROUP OF CHEATERS BELIEVE ME FRIENDS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE NETWORK, SERVICE. THEY WILL COLLECT FULL BILL EVEN SERVICE LAPED DUE TO NETWORK ISSUE. TECHNICAL TEAM IS ZERO. CALL CENTER STAFF IS GANG OF FOOLS. APPELLATE OFFICER BEHAVE LIKE MAFIA. BEWARE FROM MTS. THIS IS TOTALLY 100% FRAUD GROUP. PLS SUPPORT TO COMPLAINT IN DOT SO FROM FUTURE PEOPLES CAN SAVE FROM FROM THIS TYPE OF TRAP FRAUD GROUP. I HAVE ALL PROOF MY FRIENDS I HAVE ALL THE PROOF.

                                        I have bought MTS MBLAZE ultra Wi-Fi connection|Modem from Solution Unlimited, AA245 Saltlake, Sec-1, Kol-64 worth Rs.1500 on[protected]. It was promised that using MTS WiFi is free for 1 month for [protected]@9.8 mbps and afterwards @3.2 mbps unlimited downloading & browsing. The connection was started from[protected]. So the free tenure was from[protected] to[protected] and the bill for first month should be from[protected] to[protected]. But I have been sent a bill of Rs.487 for Bill Period: 23/09/2014 to 15/10/2014. The connection was disconnected on 13/11/2014 and a bill of Rs.1026 was sent charging Rs.539.31 for Bill Period: 16/10/2014 to 11/11/2014 where as the 1 month tenure should be free as promised, also I did not get speed of @3.2 mbps afterward 3GB usage I got upto 144kbps only. There is in discrepancy in bill amount in MDN: [protected]. i am gating calls from mts they are forcing me to pay the bill of rs 1026. Please suggest solution to this problem.
