Device No.[protected] activated on 2.12.14. Dhivakaran N Pollachi [protected]. Dealer Acharya services did not attend post installation checking evenafter repeatred call. No client service. It was reported to MTS chennai twice. No customer redressal. Regret much. The assured 3 G data is not available. Poor speed. Often disconnected. Depute your Representative to check the Tower and 3G performence immediately.

    Hi I purchased a data card from MTS on around the 10th December 2014 and still I am not able to use the service. When I connect it to my laptop it never connects to the network however the signal shows full. I tried to connect with the wifi service, it connects hardly however when it gets connected it gives the worst speed I have ever seen before. Average speed is around 10-15 kbps. I called their helpdesk several times, no one helped to fix this. Did talk to a team lead who was very rude and did not help at all, he said to go to a shop he will not help on the call. I took the DataCard to the Kandhanchavadi on 20th December and they told to come back on 22nd December evening. The shop was closed when I arrived at 5pm same happened the next day, I went to the shop at 2.30pm and it was closed. They gave a number to call however they do not receive it. Next day we went to the shop at 6pm and they gave me the data card back saying that it is fixed and will work very good, however it is still not working. This is worst service I have received so far. Not at all happy as after taking the service I was not able to use it properly and will have to pay the full monthly bill. And the worst case is that after submitting the correct id proof they have mentioned my name wrongly in the system. Hoping for a resolution.       I am using MTS postpaid connection. In Nov 2014 my modem was defected which was returned by those delivered after 15 days.He did not given the standby modem. After 5 day regular follow up then give me a standby modem. Now connect the Internet on December 20 at night, then it did not connect. This was too much for the poor service. When I was go the service center Then he said it Okay by our side. call the customer care support. after complaint they send the following message: "Your complaint no. Dec/87116 has been registed on 23-Dec-2014 11:38:57. You complaint will be resolved by 22 working hours. Thankyou." On 25 december 2014 They send again message " You complaint no. Dec/87116 regarding CONNECTIVITY ISSUE/NETWORKING ISSUE has been resolved. for any further assistance kindly cont MTS customer care 955 (Toll Free) My internet has not yet running. I would say just for MTS customer support are the worst.

        The bill No: OTHIND[protected] dt. 01/12/2014 For RS. 943/-.The A/c No.is [protected] & Tariff Plan is Post Paid Rs. 499 MTS. The above mentioned bill shows a charge for Incoming Roaming as Rs. 324/- . There are 92 items shown as incoming calls from 08/11/14 To 30/11/14. All theses Nos . begins with " 91 " as first two digits. As I found that none of these numbers are relevant to my bill, I paid Rs. 630/- on 24/11/14 . My bill will be less than Rs. 600/- as per my usage and past record. All my attempts for clarification with customer care centre went in vain. They were simply kept on reading the bill .Beyond that they expressed their inability to proceed further. It is requested to confirm the correctness of the bill and eliminate the erroneous amount related to Incoming Roaming Charges.Ther are lot of easy ways of confirming that the Nos . found in the incoming roaming list were not meant for my No. Hence I hope that your good office will prudently solve this issue.             MTS Number : [protected] I have registered a complaint (DEC/7660) as I saw message in my phone that the complaint will be resolved within 22 hours. I called several times in call center. I was annoyed by poor service from your side every time I called people were telling it will be fixed by 23rd Dec, one of the service team people haven't called me yet. Today I called 23/12/14, 11.18 p.m (114477 sanju daniel) was attending my call i don't know why you guys keep call center staff like this with bad attitude he don't even know how to talk with customers. I am not able to use my data card. I dont know why you guys are not even trying to call me.

            I have problem in my data card i need to replace.. I called to customer service and complained but they say me to uninstall my antivirus and format my laptop...Why should i format my laptop if i have a problem in data card.. they are not even ready to take my complaint i called them twice but no proper response from ur side

              I have procured MTS data card as MTS committed 9mbps speed ( 3G Plus ) for 40GB. I have take up top plan 40GB. My MDN No- [protected], Activated on 4Nov 2014. There is no speed or signal in Hanuman Nagar, D block, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. I have did complaint on 15/12/2014, Complaint No- 57232. Customer Care called me and ask some work is going on line in Hanuman Nagar and it will be completed by 20 Dec till there will be no signal. After 20 Dec still the problem persist and I am not getting speed more than 2-5 kbps and it will went off within 10 -15 mins. Now MTS send me monthly bill and asking me to pay the invoice although they know there is problem with signal services in my area till date. Why should I pay the bill as it is a MTS problem becuase of which I am not able to use data card. Please take data card back and refund my money I have spent on MTS and also the my time which MTS with this bad service should be back charge on MTS. Regards Akash Kumar [protected]

              Till date problem not resolved. Now despite of supporting me by providing services,
              MTS have sent me a legal notice to pay the bill for the month of Nov & Dec 2014

              " Where as due to poor services I was not able to use the services from MTS "

              I have make several calls to customer care and also visited MTS Local Office. Not a single person from MTS proved signal and services of MTS at my Location till date. For this the Sales person " Sai MTS Store " also logged complaints
              on MTS.

              Please make justice and do the needfull.

                I bought MTS MBlaze data Card on 6th Nov 2014 and they commit that u'll get 3G speed but there is no such speeed at the time of connecting to the internet. Past 6 days i'm getting PPP link control protocol terminiated i registered my complaint to MTS customer care on 18th dec 2014. They're only saying that is some Location(Shivpuri, Krishna Nagar delhi-51) network issue. Now i tried it on another location(Lajpat Nagar-110024) but there is also i'm getting same problem, then i called to customer care now they're saying that there is also location network issue. I'm very frustrated from MTS MBlaze Data card i'm not connecting to the internet so i return my money back.

                  I had purchased the MTS dongle and I was told that this Dongle will remain active lifelong (up to 2020) and there is no compulsion to recharge it every month and still it will remain active. Since I keep travelling abroad and I do not re-change this dongle every month or for few months and it has been working fine for the last 3+ years and I have been topping up the dongle as and when required. But this time after returning from abroad, I discover from customer service agent that this dongle has been de-activated. MTS has not denied the that this initially the dongle were given with lifetime validity. But they it has been deactivated now with no valid reason. There was no communication (e-mail) cautioning me or warning me before deactivation. At least I would have known when I was abroad. This is the violation of the promise and is cheating. Now they are not ready to activate the dongle and forcing me to buy new dongle from them. Need your help. Regards Ravinder Gulati Bangalore

                    Sir, I bought the MTS Blaze mobile no. [protected] with 100GB offer and I am using it for the past three months. Earlier two months I am recharging with Rs. 198 for the balance carry forward of the data but this month i.e. on 21/12/2014 when I recharged with 198 it accepted but the balance data was 0. When I contacted the customer care they mentioned that I have to recharge one day before whereas hundreds of messages i.e. after each connection it shows valid till 21/12/2014 if I have to charge one day before it should be shown as 20th December why it shows till 21st. From two days I am contacting customer care they say that they have intimated to the complaint department and the company will contact you. Since two days I am very much upset as 80GB+ data was there on my account. I am awaiting for the call but no one contacted me. My whole family and many colleagues use MTS and I have purchased the MTS mobile for the data but in vain. I have many messages sent by the company indicating the validity of the date i.e. 21/12/2014 and I have recharged 198 on the mentioned data (21/12/2014) Please sir help me to recover the balance data at the earliest.

                      A few months back I bought a MTS wifi dongle from a service provider in surat. After a month, the connection was cut off, the reason being cited as incomplete documents. I resubmitted my documents but nothing happened. The staff at the service center then refused saying nothing could be done and that I should contact my service provider. He was unable to resolve the issue and I now want to return the dongle and get refund.

                      I am using MTS, while any problem in signal, they will refund. try it dude they will the refund full amount..
                      I dont think so that thy will refund ... I am also having the same issue and made more than 10 complaints. And in signal issue they will lie that customer getting enough signal.

                        I am billed with huge amount, the agencies which supplied me the M blaze dint told me the Roaming charges applicable, they said that the scheme is applicable to all networks entire India. So i am not going to pay the excess amount and I am stopping to use the MTS blaze. I will pay only the applicable charges which I was used to pay before.

                          I have raised a ticket with MTS as the speed is very slow (200 kbps in the day ... and less than 700 kbps in night ...) during the month of Aug-14, based on which the customer care person replied me that issue would be resolved in a day or two. However no action has been taken till this point and I have been keep on calling the customer care person and they only have one answer “Issue will be resolved in a day” and no action has been taken till this point of time. As I have bought the data card, I had no other option other than using this data card in the midnight slot where the speed is tolerable and used it for two months, later which I have settled my outstanding amount of 1908 on 23-Nov-14 and requested to deactivate my account. However all of a sudden, I was shocked, when I received a SMS on bill payment of 861 for the month of Nov-14, where I haven’t used any data. I really feel that it’s high time someone should take action on the way MTS is working. Ticket # AUG/12008 was registered on 30-Aug-14 pertaining to the slowness in network, called the customer care executive more than 30 times after such to check for the status and no action taken till this point of time. I even called the customer care today to discuss about this issue and the call prolonged for more than 25 mins after which the customer care executive replied stating his manager will give a call to my mobile and I haven’t received any call till this point. It’s very evident that most of the time, CCE is trying to give follow up solutions, so that customer gets convinced and they doesn’t know, it’s creating a very bad name to your brand MTS and someone has to take care as I don’t see any escalation level followed or else, customers are not aware of. I have already spend enough money 1500 + 1908 (Device cost + bill amount for Sep & Oct) for nothing and received bill amount of 861 this month for no data used is not at all tolerable. However all of a sudden, I was shocked, when I received a SMS on bill payment of 861 for the month of Nov-14, where I haven’t used any data.

                          I really feel that it’s high time someone should take action on the way MTS is working.

                          Ticket # AUG/12008 was registered on 30-Aug-14 pertaining to the slowness in network, called the customer care executive more than 30 times after such to check for the status and no action taken till this point of time.
                          I even called the customer care today to discuss about this issue and the call prolonged for more than 25 mins after which the customer care executive replied stating his manager will give a call to my mobile and I haven’t received any call till this point. It’s very evident that most of the time, CCE is trying to give follow up solutions, so that customer gets convinced and they doesn’t know, it’s creating a very bad name to your brand MTS and someone has to take care as I don’t see any escalation level followed or else, customers are not aware of.

                          I have already spend enough money 1500 + 1908 (Device cost + bill amount for Sep & Oct) for nothing and received bill amount of 861 this month for no data used is not at all tolerable. Please exclude the billing amount and disconnect my device ASAP.

                          Can some one please help me to resolve this case.

                            I Recharged my mts no. on 29th nov, 2014 with amount 699. and when i tried to connect, i didn't connect and when i called to customer care, they told me they had given this no. to another person so the amount i recharged went into his account . Customer care refused to help me further more . Then i went to mts office to complaint and they told me the person with my mts no. has already used half of the data so they can't do anything about it . They gave me his no. and when i contacted him, he told he was already using 999 unlimited plan. So first of all there is no process on internet through which we can check either our mts no. is deactivated or not and when we recharge this no. we are asked about details like name, surname, e-mail address . So if they had already deactivated my account then why that mts no got accepted with my name and e-mail address . That's huge fault in their online accounting system that has to be improved . I want my money back otherwise i am going to consumer court as i have a valid case to fight. [protected] & say Your connsume data is over so speed nill show when i say what is my paln he say 5gb paln but when i say him i purchase 999 plan 40gb & i regullary pay the bill amount then he say him u call last 17 nov & change the plan i say him i agrred i called but i only confirm the plan not chnage the plan, so he give me complaint is DEC-4823 asked your complaint resolved within 14 working hours . but till date & time no problem solved out i request to all u MTS time member please resolve this issue immediately

                                  I Called customer care & ask for disconnecting my MTS data card as it was very slow. He guaranteed that they have done the request for disconnection. They also said I should pay that months bill. I paid that months bill extra even if i am not using the data card. Still they send other 2 months bill.And now have sent a notice that if i am not paying the bill they are moving legally. Why should i pay something even after the customer care conformed that the connection is discontinued? Why should i pay money for not using? I have mentioned this matter many times still they sent a notice. I need JUSTICE.

                                      This is direct fraud by MTS in indian market, please stop this. MTS is advertising that they provide 9.8Mbps but they actually could only provide 1mbps. Once they get money from customer and their customer service is very poor and if they ask for speed issue, each time they give us a complaint numbers and which will be closed without solving it.                                         My complaint pertains to the device numbered [protected] which I bought recently, i.e. in November 2014. The service has been exceptionally poor and the speed remains limited to 15~25 kbps maximum. Unable to browse or download anything at all. Despite residing in south Delhi, the red light keeps blinking and after having completed all formalities like activation and recharge, no change has been effected. It has been a wasteful endeavour to buy and use this device. My complaint hasn't been paid heed to, up-till now. Please I request either complete termination of connection or resolution of my issue/change of device at the earliest and in earnest. Thank You.
