Dear Team, Refer to trailing mail I was told it will be activated in 48hrs. Now 48 hours passed and it is still not activated.I called up customer cares and the say still details are not entered.I visited the local MTS store, they say only my name is entered.I don't understand what's wrong.I didn't get call from any executive yet. Executive who delivered Now not taking mine calls.. Kindly activate the account as soon as possible.Its causing Lot's of disturbance.     Dear (Appellate officer-MTS), Reminder-15 This is my 15th reminder to you in last 2&1/2 months. This clearly means that you people are killing the time again & again and applying delay tactics. You are promising repeatedly but doing nothing. Whenever I send complaint to you, you just send an email, one of your person (MTS people, your ASC or your manufacturing people) give a call and asks me - Is any action taken or not? This shows you people are not having any coordination and you are not doing anything. Then you people slept and wait for my another mail. Please refer to my earlier mails that I had already visited your authorize service centre(ASC) several times but they are unable to solve the problems in this handset also which is having same problems as in old handset- 1. First is that handset won’t read old messages stored on GSM SIM. Although it is showing the messages of CDMA SIM. 2. Second problem is that it won’t play any sound for calendar notifications. 3. One more major problem has started in handset, now it takes 5-6 hours in charging 60% of Battery. It is not my duty to take rounds to your Area Service Centre and Dealer again & again. Please solve my problem in next 15 days or I have to take action in consumer court and SSTL will be solely responsible for that. Thanks, Sanjeev Gupta [protected].

      I bought the MTS wifi device ZTE AC3633 with the postpaid connection about a month ago. At starting i was facing some slowness that has been resolved. But now after a month the speed is that bad that i can't even open the google homepage. I called the customer they open a service request (NOV/5681) and that they have closed without resolving the issue. Then i again called and opened a new service request(NOV/6593) and they promised to resolve the issue within 20 working hours but its over a week i didnt get any response. Daily i'm making 2-3 calls to the customer care and each and every time they are saying that they will escalate the issue but nothing happening. Please resolve the issue ASAP.       Dear Neeraj, I too had exactly the same problem you are facing. U can view my complaint here in this website for details. MTS will never resolve the speed issue, but simply close our complaints by sending sms "issue has been resolved". You will get monthly bill without fail. If you don't pay the bill they will call you daily 2-3 times. Take this problem seriously as MTS are cheating people with poor Internet speed.

        My MDN no. is [protected], it is a 3G+ Wi-Fi post paid connection which I took in July of 2014. From the inception, kolkata franchise of MTS called me up and ensured that they will send a representative to collect the bill every month. As I have a business of my own I stay pretty tied up and hence I generally forget the last day of my bill payment so I opted for their option, which they maintained till October and a representative always reached my home and collected the money from my other family members. I never failed on payment. But in the month of November, no one turned up and it slipped off my mind and without any intimation on 25th of November I find my internet disabled. When called to customer care they said due to nonpayment of bill, which is only generated in November, 2014 (which means it is not even 30 days from my date of nonpayment of bill), my number is barred from internet usage. I tried to convince them but in vain that no one came to collect it and to restore my line for sometime so that I pay the bill online as I have no time to go here and there to find drop box for bill payment. But their cooperation is the worst in this world and behaviour is more worse. They didn't cooperate and I had to do the bill payment after reaching office using other net connection. At 1.24 pm, I received a mail with the payment bill from MTS that they have received the payment. But in spite of that my line was not restored and when I tried to complain about the same they always showed cold shoulder and said "there are no complaint cell in MTS". When I tried to get in touch with other officer in charge they said they cannot do anything and whatever I have to say I have to say them, but they never cooperated to what I said!!! I tried to meet physically the Customer Care Servie here at Kolkata, but they did not help me with that saying there are no Customer Care at Kolkata where I can go and meet. In a word, I have never seen any service providing company to be so much illiterate and ill-behaved. They never try to help customers and they always try to put their own point. One of the Customer Care person hung off the phone when he couldn't answer our query.I had talked with Shipra from Delhi (that is what she said), and both the times she was a dumb as a plastic and in no way cooperative. I wanted to put in my complaint but they didn't cooperate at all. I mailed about my complaint at [protected]@mtsindia.in, but no one replied to my complaint or addressed to it. I want an answer to the harassment and disturbance of my work. My queries are as follows: 1. Can a post-paid connected be barred without information in a span of mere 7-10 days from the last date of the bill payment? 2. If the company MTS is engaging a franchise in Kolkata who is bearing the logo of MTS, then is it not the responsibility of MTS to ensure that the personnel comes to collect the bill and if not done can the customer held responsible for it? 3. If any customer has a grudge or a complaint regarding service then is there any cell to register the complaint which will be surely handled and will be taken care of wherein the non-cooperation of the Customer Care Executives are the main complaint as they do not guide us properly and their behaviour is dam bad. The worst Customer Care Executives are sitting at MTS. I really want an answer as my work got dam effected due to all these. Earlier whichever service I took, the Customer Care was always more than happy to assist and there were always ways to sort out the issues of the customer without paining the customer but with MTS I am seeing the reverse, they just want to harass the genuine customers who have less time. If this continues, I want to disconnect my line and go for many other providers who are far better than MTS Customer Service.

          MTS THE GROUP OF CHEATERS BELIEVE ME FRIENDS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE NETWORK, SERVICE. THEY WILL COLLECT FULL BILL EVEN SERVICE LAPED DUE TO NETWORK ISSUE. TECHNICAL TEAM IS ZERO. CALL CENTER STAFF IS GANG OF FOOLS. APPELLATE OFFICER BEHAVE LIKE MAFIA. BEWARE FROM MTS. THIS IS TOTALLY 100% FRAUD GROUP. PLS SUPPORT TO COMPLAINT IN DOT SO FROM FUTURE PEOPLES CAN SAVE FROM FROM THIS TYPE OF TRAP FRAUD GROUP. I HAVE ALL PROOF MY FRIENDS I HAVE ALL THE PROOF.

            MTS agents came to my home for installing MTS Dongle in my desktop computer. I paid money for the Dongle including the Installation charge. They took the required documents for me. Now they refused to install the dongle giving alibi that the document is "Negative" without explaining what is negative. Now they are neither installing the dongle nor refunding the money.               Dear All, I placed my order (#[protected]) by making the payment of Rs.3199 on 24th October 2014.Till now it is showing as In Progress and it is not delivered. Contacted customer care multiple(13 ) tiimes, but there is no response and not taking the ownership. Then i raised an compliant with Appleate authority, now they are saying item has been delivered, that is not true because i have not received my phone yet...                 I have bought MTS postpaid data card before 2 weeks and I am using it from 10th of November month. Till today I have not received the minimum speed you have assured. I am getting just 100kbps where as they promised 9.2 Mbps.. Real PATHETIC . Please look at the screenshot attached. I am getting 50-100kbps only. I have raised 2 complaints NOV/3927, NOV/4735. I have not recieved any call so far and I can see that MTS team has closed the first complaint without fixing the issue.I have already called MTS customer care at least 10 times without any one looking at the issue. I expect better customer service from MTS. It is 15 days with 50 kbps

                  I have been writing to this company since August 13th that I am not able to use their data card at all. I bought it for travel..due to non working had to borrow another data card. Now they say you have to recharge your data card..your balance is depleted. Whereas they agree that it was never used at all. Funny...I lost all the balance while their network or device had issues and they asking me to recharge the data card again...to loose money with them again? RKB [protected]

                    I am holding a MTS Data Card for more than 6 Months now, they are providing very slow speed on Internet Services but they assured me as I will get more than 3.2MBPS always during the Demo. Now I am getting less than 200KBPS of speed, I have sent several complaints to MTS team. They are not responsive and not sure how to fix this issue. My Data Card number is [protected] Very poor customer care not addressing the customer complaints. Please escalte to MTS Management to get this fixed. They are cheating the people of India.                         Date: 22.11.2014 To, The Controller, Authentic Authority, MTS Prepaid Network. Sub: Complaining against the absurd vanishing of my prepaid a/c of MTS connection no: [protected] Respected Sir/Madam, This to bring to your kind notice that I had been using MTS connection since one year. Last month I recharged it with ₹ 248/- and it vanished with 15 to 20 minutes of Internet Face Book usage without any downloading or video chatting. Again this month the same incident happened but this time the usage was only reading and cancelling my e-mails. I was shocked to talk with the customer care as the blamed me all the facts which I had not done at all. This to bring into your notice again that my connection is prepaid and I had no intention to change it into postpaid. I was very satisfied with MTS service but this unwanted vanishing goes on it would be impossible to use this connection any further. Hope for your kind cooperation.                           I am Sathish Kumar from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. My datacard number [protected]. I have been using it from the month of August 2014. During the entire first month I received 1 Mbps speed. From second month onwards the speed has gone down to 150 Kbps. Wifi is not even getting connected. I spoke with customer care regarding this and they simply suggested some stupid troubleshooting steps. I did all that and finally I even tried formatting my pc. No improvement. I checked the connection speed of my datacard with my friends computer, still the same speed problem prevailed. So finally I lodged complaint to customer care on 29/9/2014 complaint number SEP/12376. Nobody contacted me regarding this but they closed the complaint saying I have not answered their phone call 3 times on a single day. So I again lodged a complaint on 07/10/2014 complaint number OCT/2022 for which no action has taken and complaint has been closed stating customer has not picked the phone. Again I lodged a complaint on 07/10/2014 complaint number OCT/2022. Again they closed the complaint with the same old reason that customer has not picked the phone. I can't use the allotted 40GB data (for which I pay for) completely because of the poor speed issue. I got fed up and so I purposefully neglected the bill payment for the month of September. Since then they keep on calling me to inform about bill payment. I want to ask you how the hell you can contact me for the sake of bill payment issue and not for speed issue?? Do you guys think me as a fool to accept your lame reasons? Because of this useless internet I lost lot of my online projects and forced to close my partime data entry business. My datacard has got disconnected on october third week. But they have sent me the bill for the month of october-november usage. I want to know the reason why you are not taking the customer complaints seriously but asking us to pay money even though we are unable to use your stupid useless network. I don't want your service anymore and I will not pay even a single rupee for an unusable internet.

                            I am facing speed problem in MTS Mbalze Ultra Wi-fi since the day I have purchased, I got only 1 or 2 network bars inside or outside home. I have complained about this 3 times, every time I got a reply your area (i.e. Dwarka Sector-14) is not covered in high speed area and our network team is working on it, please wait and problem resolved. Is this way to resolve an issue.

                              MTS Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] Dear Sir, I am using MTS Data Card from past six months and also paying thier bills promptly, but from last 5 days the Data Card is having problem and i am unable to connect it.. When I visited MTS Outlet at COllege Road, Belgaum, Karnataka. They done some R & D with my DataCard, and when when they were unsbale to get it connect, their executive told me to go to some other outlet. I mailed all this matter to [protected]@mtsindia.in and appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in, on first day I didnt received any reply from them, so I told them to Solve my Matter (start Data Card) or else return my deposit money and disconnect it. Without no time they just disconnected my Data Services, , and they are telling now that Deposit for Data Card will not be refunded.. Is this how a customer is being treated by these Cheap Services COmpanies?? Sir, I request you see in this matter, , and kindly Either start my Data Card orelse Return my Deposit Money

                              Sir, I am sick to visit MTS outlets from one place to other place
                              from last 20 days i m doing same as MTS executives told me to do.. BUT NO USE.
                              Their executive had done something R&D with my data card and now he's
                              telling that its been damaged and needs to be replaced...and i have to pay again for the same... is it a joke???????

                              AMAZING Service from MTS..

                              Sir, , kindly do something to get my datacard working for my business orelse please arrange them to refund my deposit money for Datacard.
                              Its been 20 days passed sir, i have also lodged a complaint, even though MTS didnt care about it.

                              MTS guys are telling us to go and visit to thier different outlets in belgaum, , , even after doing it, , we are getting no response

                                sir, my datacard no. is [protected]. this is post paid card. bill payment date is 18th of every month. from three month .your man is not comming to home to collect bill payment before 18 th day of the month. When i asked him, he has answered that it is order to not collect the bill before 18 th day. I am not able to pay online as I am not using the cradit card. So send the person for bill collection before due date please. because I cannot go to your bill collection centres also. You should not impose penalty charge also. Please answer proper way.                                   i have raised a complaint on 6-Nov-2014 and has not received any solution yet. My mts postpaid datacard number([protected]). After raising the complaint in the customer care with query no: 4371778 they told me that the tech support team will reach me for a solution and there was no feedback from their side.Since i wanted to know about the remedy and invested on the data card. I tried calling the customer care a couple of times whereas they say the complaint status is still open and the tech support team will get back to me and is two week past. Mean time I heard I can invest a security amount to retain my connection, but don’t know whom or where or how much to pay. Now I am provided with a bill of Rs.1122 for my previous month usage(may be usage of 10 days).The customer service desk([protected]) is very poor, the worst i have ever come across in terms of their assistance towards customer(not in terms of politeness or sweetness of their voice but availability and the communication skills of representatives). From my experience i understand that MTS only wanted to sell a datacard for the above said price and dont want the customer to be retained.

                                    I had bought two MTS dongles on 8th November 2014. I got the televerification call on 11th November 2014 and I asked the executive to start the 999 40GB postpaid plan on both the dongles. He took down the numbers and all other details. But he activated the 12GB plan for the dongle with the number [protected]. After a week I get a message saying that I have exhausted the 12GB and the speed was being reset to 64kbps. I called the call center on 19th November 2014 at 7PM and I had to keep waiting till 7:30PM and still I got no reply. I exhausted my talktime balance on my phone waiting for them to answer. I recharged my phone and again called then at 11:30PM and then they answered.I told them the problem. They said that they cannot change the plan in the middle of the billing cycle and I had to keep the 12GB plan till 1st DEC 2014. After realising that the plan could not be changed I asked him to check what my usage on the 12GB plan. He checked and replied it was 8GB. So now MTS is not letting me even use the wrong plan they have activated on my phone. They have raised a complaint to their IT department now who said they will call in 22 working hours. And solve the speed issue. I do no think I will get any assistance for another 3-4 days at least. I do not understand why the customer service at MTS is so bad.

                                      my mts data card no. is [protected], i m very sorry to inform you that your data card is the worst that i have ever used . As i have purchased an mts data card on Diwali initially it was working fine for 10 days but after that the data card is unable to fetch the network & it is showing 0 signals i have registered my complain with your customer care on 16/11/2014 and your executive told me that my problem will be resolved within 20 hrs but sorry to inform you my problem is not resolved yet and now when i m trying to contact with your customer care they dont have any answer and keep on disconnecting my calls. my complaint no.                                         dear sir, My data card number is [protected], my contact number is [protected]. in my data card speed is not coming so i requested them to resolve problem and they checked and they said they need to put booster in my house but still dint put and no reponse
