i closed my mts postpaid connection in 2013. my mobile no is[protected] i visited mts office from last 8 months and the told me that under process everytime.i also talk to nitin jaipur rajasthan mts incharge and he done false commitment and always my insult.i need my 975 rupees security

    I have got 1 data card from MTS 3 years back, for which I had due and paid it in court. Now after years, the company claim saying i have got 2 connection and i have due on that for Rs.1100/-. Mental torture they give by making some advocate call me and threathen, everyday sms, calls. If MTS claims that I got 2 connection, whey didnt they send me any notice/call/sms for past 3 years??? and why suddenly now! from where did they landed! I walked in the MTS office to enquire about it. The way they treated me when I stepped in to get the connection was not the same when I walked now...!!! Seriously! I will make sure no relative/friends of mine will subscribe MTS from now!!! I will forward all your mails and sms to social media and the public aware of your incompetence.. I am sorry to say that MTS is the most unproductive company and most torturous company I have come across. I will wait for your reply and consult my personal lawyer for further developments.

      I bought an MTS Data Card Connection on 24.12.2015. The MTS representative, Subham [protected], sold me the product on FALSE COMMITMENT. I took a plan of INR 999 which was a roam free plan. It was specifically told coz half of the time I am out of Delhi. (Ref. Image 1). The connection got activated on 26.12.2014. While the customer care was explaining me he informed me that I have to pay .4 paise per KB. Since I now realized that Subham fooled me, I immediately asked for deactivation. The representative asked me to write a complaint regarding the same. On 26.12.2014 at 1310 hrs I wrote an email regarding the same. (Ref. Image 2). Finding no response I called up Customer Care where I was again asked to write an email and the gentleman took 24 hrs time to revert. On 27.12.2014 at 1917 hrs I again wrote an email (Ref. Image 3). Then several email were sent and calls were made resulting no response. On 07.01.2015 I got a reply from MTS that there are unable to provide the refund, as there is no complaint (Ref. Image 4). After repeated phone calls at Customer Care No. +[protected], Finally, one of the representative told me that I get the refund, if the Data used is less than 1GB from any of the nearest store. Since I didn't used the services, on 09.01.2015 I visited the store R&R Communications 2/5 Sarai Jullena New Delhi, where the MTS representative refused the refund. Since I was to leave for Mumbai, I got panic. I immediately called up the Costumer Care and made them speak to MTS representative of R&R Communications. It was to my shock that he fired the Costumer Representative and advice her not to circulate false information. Then he made me speak to Ashutosh Kumar, Head-Customer Operation where he listed to my grievance and took all the information. He told me that an action will be taken against this within 14 hours as he himself written a complaint vide ref. no. JAN/8994. Today dt. 10.01.2015 at 1115 hrs I received a call from MTS representative from +[protected] where he asked me to provide all the information. I briefed him the incidents from day 1. He concluded saying that an action will be taken but I need to write an email again regarding this mentioning the Complaint No. JAN/8994. After completing the call I received an SMS from YD-MTSCOMPL at 1124 hrs saying your complaint has been resolved (Ref. Image 5). While reading the message I got an SMS from YD-MTS saying, we tried to contact but unable to reach you. I was shocked. I wrote an email regarding the same (Ref. Image 6). I called up Customer Care at 1143 hrs to speak to Ashutosh Kumar where bunch of lies were told to me. (Ref. Image 7). One of representative name Mohinder, even disconnected my phone saying that they are transferring the call to their head. I raised my voice and another Head of Costumer Care Operation, Shivani spoke to me. Explaining her all the incidents she told be that someone will get back to me with 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Again at 1156 hrs, I received an email saying; no refund as there is no complaint (Ref. Image 8). I replied asking them to check the trail mail (Reg. Image 9). At 1217 hrs I received an email saying the case is closed where I agreed also (Ref. Image 10). Now I realized there are bunch of liers who are fooling me from last 15 days. I emailed them warning that I will take this legal (Ref. Image 11). Finally I received an email saying that necessary action will be taken as per company norms (Ref. Image 12) Since, I don’t believe in any of the statement made my MTS, I am writing this to you and intervene so that I should not be harassed again and again. I need an strict action against all the people who lied me in the process, my refund and compensation for harassment. Looking forward for a positive and prompt reply.         I ordered Mblaze wifi df800 with ₹550 postpaid plan on 'shop.mtsindia.in' on 2nd Jan. One man came to deliver the dongle and took the documents and money on 6th Jan. Again yesterday Another guy called and said that he came to deliver the dongle and take money.. Should I pay the [censored]ing money again and again.? But till now, there is no response for activation and cust.care says that they don't have any details about my documents or subscription. Is MTS a fake website. I want my money back or I am now going to register complaint in Consumer Court and then will get back to you with the Complaint Case ID. Immediate action required or I'll sue the whole company for this fraud.

        I replied them with a screenshot of this complaint yesterday morning and they have reprocessed and reverified the documents and atlast activated the card... Now the data is also activated. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in..😊

          I bought mts mblaze ultra dongle through online ebay i got it submitted my documents to nearest mts shop in khanpur and they said it will take 2 days to get activated when i called again mts khanpur shop person said he cannot activate and will not do that and disconnected the call and not picking up the phone so i am not happy and it is my request to activate my mts dongle as soon as possible.               Hi, I am unable to install my MTS data card which was newly purchased even after 3 days. No response from sales guy. I am totally upset due to this kind of service. Understand from nearest dealer, device which was sold to me is failure model ( R2), it can't be install. if so why the same was sold to customers. Pls clarify.                 Hi Sir/Madam I got new MTS connection activated on Dec 11th 2014.. Initially i was told that i will get 40GB in 3G and unlimited in 2G but during activation it changed.. That i will get only 20GB untill mid night and after midnight till 8AM its 20GB. Now I'm using internet after midnight but after one month I'm not going to using internet after midnight.. Thats your plan but not sure why this was not communicated while taking connection. I never got the speed promised.. When i took the connection they mention that i will get minimum of 2.5 MBS which i don't think so... OK...Now from Dec 30th 2014 internet is not working and i raised ticket(DEC/13886) calling customer care. In the call the representative mentioned that the ticket will be resolved in 24hrs and I was ok ...I called customer care again after 24hrs. Then they said its 24 working hrs and after long discussion i was transferred to TL(Priya)..In the call Priya -TL mentioned that i will receive call by end of the day(EOD) if not we can cancel the connection and i will be refunded with the money. But no one called in the mentioned timeframe. I called customer care many times and they always say we will escalate the ticket and asked Priya -TL to call you after 10AM but I never received any call from priya...Today Again I called customer care on the same issue and after long discussion I spoke to priya but she disagree with what she said and later she is saying she need to check the recorded message.. After a while she check the other department and mention that technical team called me and i didn't pick the call also text me. I check my message there is no message from MTS and never receive any called. Yesterday(after jan1 st), I received one call on the customer survey and I mentioned that This is the worst service I every hadt and the issue is not fixed yet. they were going to forward the feedback to the technical team. I kindly request you to check the recorded message on Dec 31 2014 with priya and go with that.. Priya clearly mentioned if I don;t receive call on Dec 31 2014(Today) we can cancel the connection.. I can only pay for the period i used and not for the device. as your service is really bad and not keeping the words.. If possible please listen to all of my recordings.. that will clear you on many things.. I'm not really happy with your service.. One more thing, Priya also mention 766 rs from Dec[protected].. not sure how is that 999/31=32.22 *21=676.74.. Not sure how my bill is 766.. Can you please clarify it.. My mts nbr is [protected] with the bad service and unstable answers and not reliable I don't want to continue the service .. I request to take the device and refund my money as its less than one month the same priya mentioned. After several email/call Athul called and ended the call to wait and check on 2 items. #1. Let us wait for next 48hrs if the problem is not resolved will refund the 1000rs and i will be responsible for the period i used.. #2 You will be listen to the conversation that had on Dec 31 2014 between me and Priya. Again priya agreed to cancel and refund if no one call me from MTS. If this is true you will be working accordingly. After this again no response.. The ticket is also closed with resolving.. Thanks

                  sir, i will recharge my mts wi fi mblaze. my credit card debited payment to mts but mts say that they can't receive payment and then mts clean my old balance and also don't send new recharge benifit .i complain him but they can't resolve my complain.my complain no- jan-9188 .

                    Dear Sir, I am using MTS broadband number [protected] at a plan of Rs.1122 per month 40 GB free usage at 7 Mbps connection. But actually there is nothing like 7 mbps and it is not even giving me speed upto 30kbps .the speed is good only at midnight where no body will use. i got frustrated and complained MTS about the issue many times but they have not resolved. please this is kind of cheating customers by providing false information should be taken with necessary action. i am going to disconnect the connection.                       Hi, I have a MTS data card and i couldnt use it since it was getting very weak signal. I contacted mts customer care many times but no solution. So i stopped using it completely. And I had used it for like 1 or 2 days only. I sent a mail to disconnect. No response for that also. But every month am getting bill without using it.                         We had Purchased one MTS Wifi data Card On Saturday[protected]
                        From Vardhman Communication -F67, Main ROad, Shastri Park, Delhi-53
                        With MDN No: [protected] MEID No: A1000039A467FC IMEI No: [protected] (Invoice Attached PFA, )

                        As per commitment with the sale Executive (Mobile No [protected]) the device will Start in next 24 Hours or Max by on Monday 05-01-14 that is also in MTS Policy.
                        after Visit Verification on 04-01-15 When the Device was not started on Monday we tried to contact Device Sales Person, He asked me for 1 More day, When it was not started on next day on 06-01-14 as well when we called him again he stop receiving our calls. When we called him with New no. on 7th Jan he was not responding Properly and was making fun in his background when we asked for activation of our device he start abusing us and disconnected the call.

                        for Last 6 days we are continuously calling him but he is not picking our call or not responding,
                        When we called to MTS Customer care they are suggesting us to contact Dealer, So kindly Suggest to whom Should i contact or Should i follow him place to place.

                        We are unable to understand why you provide dealership to such type of people who can't maintain your Company as well as service reputation.

                        Today more than 6 days has been passed but our Device is still not activated.

                        Presently in our Company we are using more than 10 Devices but after this case we have decided to Stop using your services, Also we would like to request you to please refund our amount on high Priority Basis,

                          Few month back I received a call for MTS data card fromperfect zone vendor which is situated near Rajeev Chowk Gurgaon, he told methat take plan Rupees 1000 and get 20GBDay and 20GB night and speed will be more than 2 MBPS, I have taken this plan afterhis commitment but I didn’t get speed as commit me by MTS, maximum speedgetting 0kbs-500kbs regarding this I called to MTS customer care number hecalled me and resolved this problem and speed was getting 1 mbps-20 mbps butfor only 2 days, after 2 days again same problem happen regarding this calledup 2 times to customer care no and he called me and confirm about the same regardingspeed and resolved without any resolution

                          I had buyed a MTS Data Card on November 28 th 2014 from dealer.

                          Data card/ Mobile No.[protected] and Account No. [protected].

                          I didn’t used data card / data services due to failure of device the same was handover to Service centre (Trident Technologies – Nungambakkam).

                          Service complaint No# 113870-Nov, 6124-Dec 2014 were raised against this.

                          It took almost more than 25 days to get repaired one & in mean time we received bill, though i diddnt have used the data card. So, i requested MTS customer cell to resolve this issue they said it will cleared in couple of days. There was no data connection provided for data card & we requested again Customer cell to clear the pending payment.

                          Waiver request No# 4556083 was made on Jan-2015 to cancel the bill.


                          For past two months we continuously making follow-ups to clear outstanding / to discontinue the data card & not to send any legal notices further but there is no response from MTS. No proper information was provided & might don’t have proper internal communication also between inter departments. As a customer we made n number calls to customer cell, sales person to disconnect the service but there is no response and further we received next month bill saying total outstanding as Rs. 2067.00

                          Without any usage of data service how come they demand & send legal notice to customers about pending payments? If they responded in proper way & in time definitely it would have solved a month’s back.


                          Regarding this, We got a call from MTS customer service team member on date: 17/03/2014 time: between 2pm & 5 pm saying that MTS gonna Waive Off complete pending bill .

                          I PURCHASED DATA CARD POST PAID CONNECTIONS AND ON 1ST MONTH EVERY THING WENT ON SMOOTH BUT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING THE CARD SALES EXECUTIVE Mr.AMAN, TOLD THAT I[censored] EXCEED THE LIMIT ALSO UR DATA CARD WILL NOT BE DEACTIVATED TILL DUE DATE IS OVER, BUT AFTER M0NTH GET OVER THEY DIS- ACCTIVATED MY SERVICES AND WHEN I ASKED THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE THEY TOLD THAT THE CREDIT LIMIT IS ESCEEDED AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY THE AMOUNT WHICH I PAID. AGAIN THIS CONTINUED IN MY NEXT MONTH WHERE I PAID MY BILL BEFORE IN DATE MY BILL AMOUNT WAS Rs.1200 BUT I PAID Rs.1500 ON 22.04.15 INSPITE MY PAYING MY BILL THEY DISCONNETED ON 23.04.15, WHEN I KEEP CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THEY TOLD IT IS NOT THERE WORK IT HAS TO BE UPDATED BY BACK END OFFICE. NEARLY I HAVE SPENT Rs. 209 TILL TODAY. STILL THEY HAVE NOT ACCTIVATED. NOW THE NEW STORY HAS NARRATED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE TO PAY Rs.300 FOR THE CURRENT MONTH BILL. HOW DOES THIS BILL ARISE. WHEN THEY HAVE DIS-ACCTIVATED MY DATA CARD SERVICE FROM 23 0F APRIL TILL TODAY HOW DOES THEY CAN GENERATE THE BILL. WHICH IS THERE FAULT. FROM 25TH OF APRIL TILL 22 OF MAY I KEEP CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE AND I ALSO GIVEN COMPLAINT TO Mr. AMAN EXECUTIVE AND Mr.RIZWAN KHAN AND CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE FOR NEARLY 8 TIMES, Mr. SATISH THIS PEOPLE SPEAK IN VERY URGLY LANGUAGE AND THEY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MANNERS HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER IN POLITE WAY AND THEY USE ALL BAD LANGUAGE WHICH IS IRRITATING, THIS GREAT PEOPLE SAY THAT ONCE MTS DATA CARD IS SOLD TO A CUSTOMER THEIR WORK IS END, IF CUSTOMER SUFFER OR DIES THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED THEY SAY THAT BEFORE BUYING YOU SHOULD ENQUIRE AND BUY . I REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO BUY MTS DATA CARD BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN AFTER GIVING COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES, THEY ASK YOU TO KEEP ON HOLD FINALLY THEY DISCONNECT. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT 8 TIMES TO ACCTIVATEMY DATA CARD TILL TODAY NO ONE FROM MTS HAS CALLED TO ME OR RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT. IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER AS SERIOUS IAM GOING TO FILE A SUIT IN CONSUMER COURT, WHERE BY THEY HAVE TO PAY ALL MY CHARGES AND FOR ABUSING ME AND MADE ME DEPRESSED AND SO ON.

                            Dear Sir I m customer of yours no- [protected] and I was using plan of 750 from the starting but somehow it was changed and turned into the plan 249. It is changed by your services but without any information and I complaint so many times since 3 months and your executive does not take this seriously.I paid excess of my bill so many times as according to your service plan i just have to pay 850 rupees monthly but I paid much more than this.I got order number for my complaint from your executives. But your executives did not solve my problem since 3 months.Now you just have to solve my problem or I take consumer courts help and i got enough from you to solve my problem. Thank you.

All Documents Submitted on same date (DL, Electricity Bill & 01 Passport Size Photo). MTS Device Details- MDN no.-[protected] Rajesh Kumar Meena Registerd Phone no.-[protected]. Tele Verification done on 07/01/2015. Physical Verification Done also on 07/01/2015. Till Date Customer Care is Replying Your Physical Verification is showing Negative. MTS Office Jaipur Representative (Mb no.-[protected]) is Replying your Physical Verification is positive and sent the same on 07/01/2015 to your MTS head Office. Your Physical Verfication Representative ( Ph no.[protected] Replied also that your Physical Verification is positve. But Till Now My Data Card is not activated.                                 I abhishek trivedi, mrs no [protected], got my data card activate on 20 of this month.But to my horror from that day itself m facing severe speed issues download 25 KBps and upload 30KBps. I got the complaint registered but the response from your cc was severely disheartening. No one :/ the cc knows the nature of complain and every time without any proper resolution and or treatment they send an sms saying complain is resolved. They haven't even sent a technician to look into the matter regarding data card problem or network problem. They don't even have senior cc representative available at any time to talk to customers.today around 1400 hours I talked with ms. Priya she was really very disappointing, telling lies to customer upfront, this is how she treats your valuable customer, giving false promise that their senior manager navenwill call me by 1600hrs. I hope that you would sincerely look into the matter and if your company can't provide me with solution then at least in good faith o[censored]s you would take your data card back by being honest about the service that you providing in gujarat. For your reference m attaching all three complain sms that I got from your cc. All complaints were closed without any intimation to me and every time the said solution was that your card is activated. Your complaint no. DEC/4890 regarding SPEED ISSUE has been resolved. For any further assistance kindly contact MTS customer care 955 (Toll free). Your complaint no. DEC/6150 has been registered on 25-DEC-2014 18:41:22 . Your complaint will be resolved by 14 working hours. Thank you Your complaint no. DEC/6150 regarding REQUEST CLOSED NOT FULFILLED has been resolved. For any further assistance kindly contact MTS customer care 955 (Toll free Your complaint no. DEC/6528 has been registered on 27-DEC-2014 13:25:44 . Your complaint will be resolved by 22 working hours. Thank you. The last complain was automatically taken while out call was disconnected. That's how things are functioning in MTS. Service enigeer also visited the site and escalated the issue to be reolved by 7/01/2015 but no one called on 7 and upon calling a new complain number has ben assigned to us. More than speed its the compian number thats piling up in my inbox. Didnt knew that after sales service of this so called MTS Co. is so pathetic.

                                  i had purchased an MTS MBLAZE ultra wifi on 29 sep 2014. After a few months the same dongle stopped working. i went to the customer care at Bikaner, Veena Customer Care, and after examination they said that the dongle is getting heated. This needs replacement. The same was deposited with them Job No is VAISCRJ009J755. Till date the company is not being able to provide me with a replacement. I am speaking daily to the customer care as also to the office at Jaipur. I have contacted the helpline number also. Till now no response from them also. They are trying to put the blame on one another. Jaipur is saying that they have dispatched the replacement. The customer care at Bikaner says that they have not received any replacement. Helpline is non committal and say that you have to speak to the customer care only to resolve the issue. I am facing extreme hardships. I wish one was aware of such response from MTS. I would never have purchased any product.

                                    i have been using an mts postpaid data connection from almost an year now.. I have encountered pathetic customer service from them all the time.. They have a non existent customer care. They dont follow up and simply give lame excuses. Now to my complaint, i have paid the monthly bill of 1123/- for the month of december on 29/12/2014 using their online web portal. After the 3D secure authentication from my bank, i received an error message on their website. However, the amount was already deducted from my bank account. My 1st interaction with the executive on dec 29: it takes 6hrs for the data to be updated. So no resolution Dec 30: called and no notes of the previous interaction was available. I explained all the scenarios again. Registered a complaint dec/12368, told that will be resolved in 12 working hours I waited hoping that someone will get back to me. Since i dint get any response i followed up on 4/january. The response that i got that was they simply closed the ticket!!! And the technician opened a new complaint jan/1363. At thetime of writing this, i still havent receieved a resolution on the same. To make matters worse, i am recieving constant calls from their some billi collection teams who are very rude, and always asking to the pay the bill which i have already paid!! Ridicuolous.! Now they have deactivated my account stating nonpayment of charges and generated an another bill of 1122 rs for the month of jan which i haven't used till date. Kudos to MTS india for such an awesome service!!! Guys if anyone is reading this, please dont never ever go with any of their services. Please.

                                      I am not getting alert message on my registered mobile number [protected], regarding due date of MTS Data Card ([protected])recharge.Because of this 8GB of data got lapsed and could not carry forwarded to the next month. Since the issue is from ur side, that I didn't get alert message, I missed out to recharge before due date and lost 8gb. Therefore kindly refund the 8GB to my account. Earlier also when I purchased the data card, after lot of follow ups with the customer care team, my activation issue got resolved(was facing port issue with connecting). I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with the MTS services.Please answer me why this is happening with me.
