I have purchased an Mts mblaze untra wifi dongle bearing the number [protected], on 14th january 2015 and it was not activated till 19/01/2015 and 20/01/2015 i got a confirmation call and sms stating that my line got activated. and i called the customer care and launched on 21st jan and they registered my complaing and today on 22jan i again contacted the customer care and they are telling it will take another 24 hrs to resolve. I am very much hurted inside due to this incident and i request mts to improove and resolve customers problems asap in future. i would like to mention that my initial validity is for 15 days on that i 3 days have gone already, so this is the meaning and showing how they respect the consumers and also the customer. is mts is going to waive those three days or the upcoming day for non activation of my line. And the mts customer care dont have the facility to resolve some problems over the phone techincally. I really feel heart pain in this regard.

    my data card no is [protected].i recharged the datacard on 24 dec by paying rs 999 for 28 days.my card could not acces the net though it was showing the amount recharged .so i complained, mts customer care told me that the data card failed to accept the recharge due to some technical fault and they also told me after solving the technical issue that i again need to recharge in order to use net .when i again complained, they provided me with 10 gb . but they have not provided me my remaining 10 gb. when i again complained, they told me that your data balance is zero.when i checked on my card, my datacaed was showing that 10 gb are left.this worst company has not given me my remaining 10 gbs even after doing consistent complaints.the validity of my card will expire on 23 jan . i have complained numerous times and have asked them to give me the remaining data but of no use.please solve my issue.

      I bought MTS on 12th Jan.. Card number is [protected].. I was not able to activate it from my end and I called the customer care and raised complaint.. Till today I haven't got any calls or no body has came to solve the issue. I have called the customer care several times and every time I got a 24 hours deadline.. It's 10 days and the issue is still not solved and nobody has called me yet. Pathetic customer service.

        Data card No: [protected] Account ID: [protected] I have bought MTS wifi datacard 1 year back. The executives explained the speed(upto 21.1 mpbs) and futures and i was really impressed and bought it immediately. When i start using it i was really disappointed because speed never crossed 256 kpbs.i have raised no of complaints but no use. whenever i called customer care they replied that the problem will be resolved with in 22 hrs but they never responded after that. after some period of time they closed that without get confirmation from me. So i got irritated and stopped payment then they called me and asked me to pay. I explained everything then they promised me that now the line is deactivate mode so we can not do anything so please make the payment once the line comes to active mode we will resolve your problem within a day. I believed their words and made payment after some day i realised it is also fake. i called the concern person who promised me to collect money and asked him what happened? he replied that if you have any problem you have to contact customer care and raise complaint. He used abused word also. Complaint Nos: JUL/11324 AUG/7893, 11135, 2732, 2938, 3147, 6130 These complaints are closed without providing solution. Now the advocate threatening me that the case filed in Delhi court and i have to go there pay the bill amount so i decided to file complaint against MTS in Consumer court. please guide me

          I took MTS MBlaze Ultra for Rs.999. It worked for only one week after which it started showing a disconnected status. I registered a complaint with MTS customer care on 6-Jan-2015 (complaint ID. Jan2354) for which there was no response and so I registered a complaint in MTS APPELLATE. Still now there is no response from MTS side. And the worst thing is that MTS generated the monthly bill for the same period for which the device was not working. When contacted the customer care MTS replied that I have to pay the bill since the bill is generated and once paid am free to disconnect MTS connection if I was not satisfied with third service. But MTS will not refund the money I spend for the device. From this its very clear what MTS's business is. MTS earns profit by selling their device. I want my money back. Please help me to find a solution for this

              Myself K. Surendar from Pondicherry and my mts data card number is [protected]. From the very first day of activation I didnt get speed more than 30kbps, I have raised many complaints regarding this but my problem is not solved and finally they told that is the maximum speed of my location. So I decided to disconnect it and raised a request to Appellate since I didnt get proper response from customer care. they told me to pay the outstanding bill till date to get disconnected, I paid that bill . but after that I didnt get a single call from customer care regarding disconnection and they simply sent a mail to me stating that I have retained to continue the services. I don get the point how they can send like this without calling me. not only one time, they sent like this two times, its really frustrating for me . so far I have paid Rs.700 for the active days(even I didnt consume much data) and keep on requesting them for disconnection, but no response from their side. please help me to get disconnected.

              Hello sir

              this is Surendar from Pondicherry and my MTS number is [protected].
              As per My complaint for disconnection, my service got disconnected since 20/1/2015 and I got the same from MTS appleate also stating that my service is disconnected. And I am happy for the solution. even I paid the outstanding bill till 20th jan. there is no due further. I confirmed twice with the customer after deactivation . they said it is deactivated .

              But Yesterday I got a bill from MTS for the perios of 15th jan to 15th feb.(non active period) I don understand how can I be charged for the non-active period. They said my service is disconnected and now how can they send me the bill for that period?. please take necessity steps for this and solve my problem. this is so frustrating to be asked to pay for the deactive period. please help me on this.

                Mts no - [protected] Mob no - [protected] Email - [protected]@eim.ae The speed is not fast as advertised and promised by them. Im just getting a speed of half or maximum 0.70 mb. This is my first month and its a Postpaid plan. So how can continue paying for it when I dont get the proper speed. Its just a little more than 2g thats it. Another problem is, I am not able to check my usage balance. I dont know is this a way for tricking customers for charging money or is there really an issue. Please Mts solve this problem for me. I had already contacted your customer care regarding this for the user id and password so that i can check my usage through selfcare. I got a reply saying that the password for selfcare has been reset and sent to the registered email id - [protected]@gmail.com. This email id doesnot even belong to me. I contacted mts for correcting the email id, they said that the registered email id is [protected]@eim.ae which is correct. So how come they can send the password to a different email id? i.e. [protected]@gmail.com. Is mts having 2 difrent database for each customer?1 rong 1 right?

                  I got cheated by MTS agent. They promised me telling that its a high speed Wifi -5 connections of 5Mbps-9Mbps. I never got a speed more than 1Mbps. Night I was not able to even Browse the Internet due to low Speed. I suggest you never get cheated by MTS agents. They come and give promises on high Speed and less charges. Never BELEIVE !!! Even the dongle they tell which gives 5 wireless connections doesn't give high speed... After I realized that I got cheated, I requested for the cancellation, but they cancelled it after 15 days, so that they could charge me another months Bill.

                  Again they Promised me telling that outside Karnataka, very good network, it will link to IDEA, AIRTEL etc.
                  But I was not able to use outside Karnataka...
                  NEVEr get trapped by MTS AGENTS!!!

                    Hi Team, I bought MTS ultra MBLAZE wi-fi (With speed upto 9.8 Mbps) in Dec 8th. They took 5 days for activation. After that, they suggest me to upgrade the device (ZTE) for speed issue. I called MTS BR (Madhavaram, Manali, Sowcarpet, Parrys, Kandanchavadi) but there was no response at all. I personally visited all 5 BR's and those were closed. Atlast, I managed to get that device upgraded. But still there was no improvement in speed and disconnection issues. I've raised an escalation and that is being worked upon for past 1 month. Complaint Number - DEC/11423 After that, Whenever I called them, they would say they will arrange an call back within 24 hours and that 24 hours has never come. None of the technicians had visited my place for checking the complaint. Regards, Arun Kumar K

                          Hi, My MTS Data Card Number is : [protected], Account ID: [protected] I owned this MTS Datacard for more 6 months, I resided in Sholliganallur . I was using 999 Internet pack, as its decently Good speed.Recently i, got Shifted to Thoraipakkam, Where MTS datacard was not working at all, when i keep on calling the customer care, i was getting some irrelevant informations, like, wait for 1 week, try restarting, i waited 10 days and decided not to waste paying Rs.1000. So called the Customer care and asked them to deactivate the account, That customer care representative asked me to pay 880 rs (I have used only 16 days). I cut the call and called other customer care, He ld i have to pay 925. I asked, on what terms this is calculated, he old 30 per month, i asked him, if so, i have to only pay 750 /- Something, he said Ok and asked me to Pay . I Dont Know why they asked 925 and 880 before.They took the request and told me i would receive a call for confirmation. I didnt got any call from anyone. After 10 days, i again called called Customer Care again and asked the status. This time, they said i am put on hold for 3 months, as per my request, I told i havent requested any one to put on hold, i asked to deactivate permanantly.She is keep on telling i requested, (I AM NOT SURE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY ARE TELLING I ONLY REQUESTED, I DIDNT GOT ANY CALL FROM ANYONE-I DARE THEM TO SHOW THE RECORDED AUDIO OF MY APPROVAL) That Customer care girl asked me to wait and i waited 15 min, She didnt turned up, I cut the call and again called and that representative took a new request and agin told i will be reciving the confirmation call. On 16/1/2015 2.35 PM, i recived a call from :[protected] He asked what is the reason for deactivating i said i shifted to new location and, there speed is very slow, He is telling this is not valid reason, you cant deactivate, Then he is telling If you dont have money tell that directly, So that i will close your MTS Account, he started abusing that, i cannot close your Account, He started shouting in some time. I am not Sure are they Proffesionals. I am raising this Complaint, because i am depply hurted by the harsh abusal from the guy who spoke and i have lost around 2000 Rs without using there service. Please take neccesary action, So that this should not happen to anyone. Regards Manojkumar 10 days before, I requested MTS Customer Care to deactivate my MTS Accound

                            Fed-up with MTS service I was purchased MTS postpaid data-card on 10th Jan 2015, before purchase they said within one hour data-card will get activate but after purchase they said it will take 24 hours. Still now my data-card was not get activated, feeling bad in starting stage o[censored]sing MTS. Still now i didn't receive any voice call regarding activation. Don't know how long i need to wait for this small activation process. Yesterday they closed the issue ticket without solving the issue.

                              Dear Team, My name is Ranjeet Kumar Padhi from Bangalore, Friday (12.12.2014) I brought one “MBlaze Ultra Wi-fi “ devise MDN: [protected] and told the sales Officer Mr. Zabiuallah (Cell: [protected]) very clearly to activate Rs. 444 plan, he has written the same in the form and before activation during my verification call verifying authority Mr. Salman[protected] told that I am under Rs. 999 plan. I told him very clearly to don’t activate the devise under Rs. 999 I require the card to be activated under Rs. 444 plan, also I placed the request to change the plan, request no: 8333825 on 14.12.2014 and complaint number is: DEC/5604 before activation, despite that MTS has activated my data card under Rs. 999 plan. I have been cheated by MTS and enforced to use Rs. 999 plan which I can’t effort. I have raised so many complaints finally they have changed my plan effective 01.01.2015 to 444. But, Still they are not passing any waiver and denied to waive the bill. Pls help me to close this. Waiting for your early reply. Thanks Ranjeet [protected]

                                I had a problem with my new MTS MBLAZE Ultra Wi-Fi [no.[protected]]. The signal strength was very low. I called for assistance in customer care on[protected] first they gave me some instructions which i followed but it did not work, then i called them back on[protected] they told me that they have registered my complaint and they sent the technician before[protected] but no one come to check this. On[protected] i called them, then they told me that there was no complaint registered and they again registered my new complaint with complaint no. JAN/10794 and told me that within 22 working hours the technician will come to check it but still no one come. After all this happened i received a SMS tomorrow on[protected] that my problem was resolved. I can't understand how can this be possible if no one has come to check and still my signal strength is very low. Please resolve my problem.

                                  I bought mts data plan and within 3 months of the issuance of new data card, company was not able to provide the specified speed as per the plan.I told them to solve the issue. The engineer told me that you can''t get more speed than that as company don''t have speed to provide to you. Then i told them to disconnect the connection and refund my money Rs 1500 for the data card given by them. They disagreed for it and sent me extra bill for that month. I send them mails and on phone to solve the issue, but then they started threatening to me on phone.I am heart patient and if anything happened to me, mts will be responsible for it. I have the recording and the mails sent to them to solve the issue but they just send the threatening call to pay the bill.I asked them to return your device of Rs 1500 in place of bill as they made fool o[censored]s by just selling their device to us without the service availability. MTS Mobile no- [protected] Now they said me to submit Rs 1000 and they will send the person to return device and will provide a cheque of Rs 1500. I submitted Rs 1000 online, and again from next day they started threatening me to pay additional amount. I have all the recordings of all instances and mts team. I haven't seen a false brand as mts. My No- [protected]

                                    Hello last month i buy take a new MTS broadband connection at that time that agent told me 9.8Mbps but i am not getting even 500Kbps also, i made complaints more than 20 times from last month onwards they are not responding. my connection number [protected], please resolve the issue.i submit the proof also that 400kbps also not constant connection disconnect for every 30min.

                                      For several times there has been deduction from mobile account (mobile no- [protected]) stating I have opted certain services, which i certainly haven't, and don't know about. When i call customer care services to resolve my issue and refund the amount, they decline stating i have self activated the service. But i knew something was wrong . So i dont use the mts mobile except when i have to make a call . But again on[protected] when i check my balance after making a call there is a deduction of Rs. 25 . I want this issue to be resolved once and for all.

                                      its good to see that MTS has resolved my issue quickly. Hope they keep up by not causing any more trouble to their customers by such unwanted problems

                                        Dear All, I have been a loyal and regular customer of MTS for past more than 2 years. I have never faced any issues with services untill last night and specifically what made me write you is degradation of customer support services. You will get a fair amount of idea what i faced after you go through following sequence of events :-- 1. On 10th Jan in evening, i found my internet speed very slow. I called your customer care to find out reason. 2. Got weird responses, like there is too much public in my area or population is high then the same fellow told me my device is of poor quality. Then at the end got to know that i have exhausted my data limits. The fellow asked me to recharge again and the call ended. 3. As always i did a recharge of 449 to continue using the services. After the recharge was done successfully, speed still remained same. 4. I called customer care to ask about the reason and to find out if the recharge has been done. They confirmed the recharge and to my surprise they told that since i have done a limited period recharge over a previously done unlimited recharge, my recharge is not valid. Now, that meant i have paid but still i am not going to get the services. I asked for the resolution, fellow kept arguing first then kept saying sorry. After several requests my call was transferred to his boss and i hoped i will have some solution. Now the second guy told me this is the policy. I asked where is it mentioned on portal or public forum. He put me on hold and searched of few minutes and said it there internal policy. Now - internal policy for consumers ?? Then he too started saying sorry and said i can neither use services nor i am going to get back my money. I asked for the senior again. Then came Mr. Gurneet, who is a senior team leader. He too kept saying the same sorry and policy thing but no concrete proof or resolution either way. He did not disclose his emp id, official email id, his immediate boss name nothing but kept saying sorry. I asked for the boss and said he is the boss and nobody else is in office. Some how he gave me reference number:-- jan10900 (i doubt it) but no ticket number or case id. By that time i knew i am not going to get a solution and disconnected the call. I made two calls to your support, one lasted for 40 minutes and other one for 11 minutes. After spending almost 1 hour 15 minutes in all this what i got in return was -- Dissatisfaction Sorry (that too from three of your team mates) A loss of 499 And felt like a fool who has been cheated. I made the call from :-- [protected] (in case if you need). Please see if you can either refund my money or provide me publicly available link mentioning this policy of yours (which i have not been able to locate as of now). Waiting for your response.
