From the day of activation(4 January, 2015) of the broadband service, I'm facing lot of problems in using the service. On activation of first day I complained that the speed of the Internet is very slow and I was unable to use the Internet to the customer care representative then I was informed that by next day it will be working fine. Next day also same problem I called customer care again and complained about the issue. They told that concern department will call us. They called me one whole day when I was in my office, so I was unable to pick the call. When I tried to call-back the same number but the call was not allowed from my side. Then I directly went to Ambit It park and what the issue why the service is not good. They told me that there is a problem for that I have to update the software of their product(MblazeUltra Wi-Fi by lava). I returned home and tried to update the software but the update is only available for ZTE and Huavwai products only. I was frustrated about this and called back the customer care and I asked to stop the service and for the refund for the product. They again told me to wait for Monday and they will not refund for the service they are providing. I told them that I no need(cancel) the service and issue a refund. Kindly help in this issue. I'm so frustrated of this issue. Today(29 January, 2015) I called the customer care and asked to stop the service but they told that you have to pay 550Rs. for the usage of the service. From the day of activation the data speed is only 20-30kbps but they told me that the speed will be 14.7mbps for that I already paid 1200Rs. for the product. Now they are forcing me to pay 550Rs. After only they will cancel the service. I was totally frustrated for buying this product.

Hello Sir,
MTS datacard number: [protected].
I also want to inform you that last week Saturday
(31/1/2015) directly went to MTS center at Ambit
It park in Ambattur(chennai).I requested to cancel
the service. But they comple me to pay 550rs. for
the data usage. I refused to pay the money as the
service given is 25-30kbps speed only. when they
came for the demo at my home they promised me
that the speed will be upto 14.7mbps. Its totally
waste of my money paid to bought the service at
1200rs. Finally they temporarily holded my datacard
service and informed that only after paying the
balance amount 550rs service tax only they will
cancel my datacard service.
MTS is not responding for online complaints and keep on sending a email stating March 18 is last date to pay the balance of amount 558Rs. after that a fine amount of hundred rupees is added. First, I need an answer for this complaint. why I need to pay 658Rs. for the such a worst service provided by the fraud company. I already asked you to stop the service from the 10th day of activation. I also attached a copy of that company bill that sent to me. please look into this issue and stop all kinds of service from MTS.

    In Dec month I have received the call from MTS regarding my payment and I asked them to give me a confirmation for closing the account. They gave assurance and made me to pay bill Rs.688. On the bill, the executive from Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd written that 'Line Deactivated' and 'Bill Closed'. Please check the attachment. And now from MTS saying that we cannot accept this as proof (very unprofessional that they cannot accept this as proof which is written and signed by their executive) and asking me to submit any mails that stating that I have requested for disconnection (I have uploaded that mail as well please check) and any recorded voice. Think that how can I record their call (so beware of MTS and guys ensure to turn-on your voice recorder before calling MTS. If you do not have a small phone then they will not accept any proof even which is written by their executive and the mails that you send.). It is really cruel that asking people to pay which they were not used. Please someone help me. Thanks, Subathra G

      This is to bring into your notice that MTS data card I am using from last 7-8 months and conncetiveity from last 22 days is pathetic.
      I have logged the complaint to your customer care department and they have simply replied that connectivity is slow due to high utilize area in Sanjay Place, Agra.
      Have complained 4-5 times to your customer care, also they have taken request for waiver(request no 976013) in bill also, but nothing is happened yet and seems like you guys are really not bothered.
      My point is when you does'nt have capacity to run, then why you have sold so many connections.
      My complaint no is JAN/ 1319 and JAN/ 2248 and MTS no is [protected].
      I am paying Rs 1122 including service tax for 40 GB and cant sit like this, seems like that you guys are taking your customers for granted.
      This is to inform you that first you better correct the speed of my connection and provide me the waiver for those days where speed was poor.
      Other wise I will look for another way to make you understand that if the service provider is at fault then consumer will definitely not suffer.
      Even I email also regarding this on Jan 24 but still not received any out put from MTS.

          Hello, , I recently posted a request for a data card from one of the MTS sites (Bangalore) and they just called me up and I received the data card. But During the verification the service team exchanged the data card numbers then the executive called me up and said there was a mistake and it will be sorted out soon, and sent a executive to get the data card back. But it has been 25 days and am still calling all the people starting from the managers to the executive who delivered me the data card, not even one person replies me, they just hung up their phones giving invalid reasons. And The same mail was forwarded to Customer care as well as MTS APPELLATE KARNATAKA along with all the details of the data card and the employees with whom I was interacting, and it has been 6 days and then they didn't even bother to replay me back. My MTS data card number is [protected].

            This is my 5th complaint. First with online medium. I am located in Chhatarpur Extension near Nanda Hospital ; Pin Code : 110074. I purchased M-blaze in april 2014 after seeing your 40 gbs 9mbps plan for Rs. 999. But from the day I purchased it I am not getting speed above 100 kbps. I never ever got anywhere near your false advertisements. I got an engineer visit once but with no solutions except few confirmation mails from MTS saying the problem of speed has been resolved. I always got the same response from the customer care that I have to wait for 3-4 weeks for solution of speed. I called your customer care every month with never getting any solution. My last complaint number which they fortunately agreed to register is : Jan/16299 which also never got resolved except a mail and msg on my alternate mobile number that the problem has been resolved. I am really doubting my patience now. I have all the mails in my inbox. I have screen prints of the speed test showing poor speed speed with my mdn number on it. I request you again (may be finally) to provide any satisfactory solution and not just a mail.

I am very very disappointed about this data card.if you are not increase my internet speed am going to broken with help of big stone. I was called lot of time to your customer care but nobody take as serious..the were simply said it will increase... Let us know when will increase after getting broken?????????????               Hi MTS is cheating, I have purchased MTS connection last year November what they have promised were. 1. 40 gb unlimited plan 2.Speed will be up to 14.1mbps 3.Constant speed will be always 4 to 5mbps 4. If we are not satisfied, they will refund the dongle cost. Above promise has been made my MTS agency. But after I got dongle. I was struggled like anything to activate the MTS connection itself. very poor response, no technical knowledge . I used to call daily thrice . they have not following proper procedure. Nearly 4 or 5 complaint raised to activation problem . The one complaint was to surrender a connection. I have clearly told them I dont want to go with them. Because its poor service but they have not accepted . Then I finally fought with for placing my call to their floor manager. With his help it got resolved first time manual activation. Then I tried using, the speed is very slow, I checked consistency of the speed .The speed not even 512kbps. So I called them and asked refund the amount because I am not satisfied. Then Customer care informed me its not possible because, criteria would be, I should use 900mb of data then only they will refund. This data limit I heard from customer care officials time to time different value- 900, 500 and now 200kbps Now how we can identify the speed and consistency of speed within 200kbps. who is deriving all this policy. In market big cheating is happening . they are taking people money to their pocket without providing any service and quality service. TRAI should bring some guideline for all this kind false promises This class would not communicated when i procured the connection. All hidden classes. So never use after that. Now they are asking bill for two month Rs 2036, which no where worth, they have not provided any quality service not even customer care. Why I should pay the money which I have not used.                 I was promised a minimum speed of 2Mbps. I receive a speed about 150kbps. I am totally unsatisfied, i had also complained to MTS in the feedback page. If this continues i would surely think twice before i pay the bill. i really think it wouldn't be worth to pay 1000rs for the useless services.

                  Dear team I recived a massase my mts number [protected] have offer the offer is if i recharge of rs-499 i get 30%extra that is 6.5 gb . i recharge of rs-499 and get 5gb after complainvia complain no-JAN/78156 . I RECIVED A CALL FROM YUOR REPERSENTATIVE AT6.48PM THAT YOUR 1.5GB DATA IS CREDITED but when i cheack i am not recived the data please look into the mattaer. and also i recived a massase from your end that your complain has been resolved . but the fact is no complain resolved data not credited. please look at the matter.

                    MTS Company is cheating people very badly, I am really frustrated with them. I am without Internet from more than 1.5 months and no one are ready to help. I am doing follow up since 10th December as my data card was not working at all, with 0 speed.. Calling to the customer care started like this (at least 4 calls everyday for more than an hour/call) and I used to hear all non-sense explanations. Almost 10 - 12 days later when I started blasting them, Finally they sent a technician to house he checked with some software and said i will give the report to MTS team. Now everyday they send me one email with same email format and ask to pay the Bill. They said they have barred the services in December and now they want me to pay 2127rs when i did not use any service after 10 December and after all why i should pay the charges. This matter is already with TRAI however no response so far. Please assist me with this frustrating matter.

                        my mts mblaze data card no. [protected]. my name is sukanta roy. I am complaining several times for the speed issue that they are promissed to give but they are not giving the minimum speed most of the tine of a day. I am facing too much difficulties to work with very poor internet speed.I complained severral times to the customer care but they are not showing any responsiblity .my complain no. is jan/18579, jan/16861.

                            I bought MTS blaze 2 months back. The promised speed was 9.2 mbps, it didnt even cross 1 mbps. Fraud people. I registered a complain. Worst technical people sitting in MTS doesnt even know how to troubleshoot the issue. I just sent them an email saying deactivate my connection or else i m not going to pay your bills. :P wasted my money bbut dont want to waste more. Fraus company. Dont buy MTS. It is of now use. Trust me or try it

                                Sir, I purchased one MTS MBLAZE ultra Wi-Fi on[protected] in Navalur MTS Store Chennai, In Navalur, all others using MTS data cards are getting speed upto 3MBps while i am getting only 0.2 to 0.5 MBps. So I made a complaint to MTS CUSTOMER CARE [protected] and complaint ID was JAN6216. On Jan 21 evening a technician visited and checked my data card, still the issue was persisting and told that there is problem with the data card. So i visited MTS Store, Navalur, 603103, the store room persons were not at all treating customers good. It is highly disgraceful. In that MTS Store ALONE i got Speed upto 1mbps because tower is nearest to the shop. Yet the solution is not resolved. Again i made complaint in MTS customer care, ID given is JAN7702. Worst service from MTS. Kindly take necessary steps.

                                  Getting the worst possible speeds during the unlimited data service plan on MTS.Paying 1000 /- per month is not easy, though we do. The speed during the unlimited is so slow that even to open fb it has to take up to 15 mins.even during 20 gb data max speed that can be achieved is around 834 kbps.so thats annoying.

                                    I was told by MTS marketing people that 3Gplus speed is 9.8Mbps and in my area, i would get from 2 to 6 Mbps speed. My location is Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamilnadu. But i, am not even getting speed of 0.5 Mbps, Most of the time the speed is around 0.25 Mbs which is almost 1/8 of the promised speed and 1/40 of the advertised speed.
