MDN [protected] I have requested disconnection/termination of MTS data card before Aug 14, However they closed the ticket. When I call them to find out the status of the ticket, I got to know that the ticket is closed as they could not able to reach me. If they feel I should be available 24x7 for their call then not possible. They should text me or email me. Finding no other way I raised one more request for termination and asked for final bill. No one send me a bill, finally I got a mail from one of Advocate on their behalf to pay the amount. During the time of termination request I was supposed to pay around Rs 800/- however according to the mail of Advocate I paid around Rs 1200/. Now after couple months, I am surprising seeing they are started sending me bill of that card which was terminated. I have escalated the matter to MTS APPELLATE TAMIL NADU, however their is no use of it. I told all these stories to the lady who called me to understand the case.But still they are saying it is been deactivated on my request. That mean it will get reactivate in future without my knowledge and they will start charging me the same way they are doing now. Their mail is still stating that they have deactivated my account on my request, however I have been continuously telling them to terminate the account. Now I do not know which language I should be able to convey this message. So beware when you are terminating your MTS card, make sure they terminate it. Otherwise you will be paying like me for the service which you never used. I am waiting for final solution on this from MTS. This is enough now. PLEASE DISCONNECT/TERMINATE THE ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.. Mobile#[protected]

After escalation they finally permanently disconnected the service and asked me not to pay any amount. Call center support needs to be improve. Calls takes too much time to land.

    I took a plan of 7GB+ unlimited for Rs-699 and suddenly the net was dead slow 10 days..!! Then I recharged for Limited pack i.e 499 assuming that may be 7GB was limit, but, the performance was even more slow...! when called up customer care people they told me recharge for 100Rs again to get the 499 Rs activated !! That was WORST !! NO PROPER RESONPENSE FROM THE TEAM !! WORST PRODUCT

      Sir, i was using one MTS Data card. number is [protected].I was not getting gud servise thats why company itself told me to close this connection. I gave the request in customer care on August 29, 2014 and they told within 24 hours your servise will be deactivate. I already paid the bill till July 2014 month and i paid 1000rs security deposite too. They told about august bill that it will be adjust with security deposite.Like it my all dues over with MTS.Iwent in MTS office too and i conform for my service deactivation. They too told that its terminated.But till now i am getting the bill with fine. when i am contacting in customer care.. they are telling to me to pay all the money immediately.Sir. this is not a matter for money.. its just like a mentaly disturbence..

        I have got the MTS datacard 3 months back, the device was working fine for 1st month from past month the speed has decreased to 20kbps according to the plan i should have 2mbps. I have raised the complain thrice but the customer care is not responsive they reply back with a series of steps or call me at odd times and say that we need to resolve it online i.e while using the datacard. I had given them a time at which i can be there online but they never called me at that time.

          I brought this MTS wifi datacard almost 30 days back with 40gb unlimited plan of 999INR. Begining 10-12 days i was getting good speed but later on it got #Reduced countably to 10-12kbps, even lesser than my cellular data! I called the customer care several times and even raised complaint w.r.t speed issues which i am facing from almost 20 days. One of the executive said that there's no HSD network in my area. Then how the hell in the begining days it was working perfectly fine?! I was MTS net user 2 years back also, same location and it was really fast that time also, as it was in the begining of this connection's forst 10 days. Well, you can't even say that i consumed my 20gb data within 10 days as i spend most of my daytime outside my home. Another executive said that it will get sorted within 2 days and nobody knows when will those 2 days come. Infact, today is 1st of Nov. I mean begining of new month and i am still facing the same issue. LISTEN, MTS, I won't pay even a single INR bill amount if this is not sorted ASAP!             Hi my name is Himanshu Aggarwal I am using Mblaze data card with no.[protected] and facing lot of problem with the speed of connection. It was really too good before when i bought it but now it is not even working. I was appreciating the product and service when i bought it but now it is completely worthless feel with the product and service.               Hi, I am Nagarjuna am living in cheenai, i have purchased the MTS MBLAZE ULTRA WiFi datacard for high speed Internet on 25th October 2014. i realised after using that MTS datacard, it is dead slow and i have tested the Internet speed using Internet speed tracker it shows only0.39mbps. I have raised a complaint regarding Internet speed at MTS customer care still now they didn't take any action still am facing the problem. Could you please solve the issue for me.                 I want to close MTS post paid DATA CARD connection no. [protected]( AC NO. [protected]). I have try for this by going MTS service Centre, by doing MTS live chat and by talking on mts customer care no. [protected] and [protected]. they are not responding properly my balance is being deducted and time is also being wasted. I just want to close this connection and do not want to pay for one more time for next month

                  hi.. friends its a very poor...plz dont buy any one, bcoz .mts ka excutive mujhse bola ki bhai sahab ye speed achi deta hai le lo agar nahi diya to refund kar dena ...maine le liya aur ek bar bill bhi pay kar diya ...its a very poor..mts speed is poor than 2G speed in delhi, maine 10 bar complain ki but kisi bhi complain ka resolution nahi mila..maine use kiya only 2gb but bill liya ja gya pura..1150 rupi..ye costomer ko full bnaya ja rha hai es 999 plan se..aur to aur maine complain ki ese dectivate karane ki to bola gya speed slow ya ye meri prob nahi hai..aapko pura bill pay karo tab aap band karwa sakte ho use na kroge to v agar band ho jayega to bill pay karna padega...aur bahi refund nahi hoga...jyada ke lalch me aake mts mat le baheyo plz plz plz mai to tang aa gya hun abhi bhi band nahi ho paya hia...mera mts no.[protected]..and name radheyshyam verma agar aap le rahe hai to mat le ..mts agar apka koi friend le rha ho to mana kare plz...kyoki ye costomer ko full banaya ja rha hai mai to ban gya plz ise aage farward kareke ke apno ki help kare taki wo full na bane, , , , plz

                    I recharged my MTS data card on 23/10/14. of Rs. 299. of 1 GB. In this data card the remaining balance got transferred to the new one if recharged . But when i recharged it the old balance did not got transferred to new one. The old Balance was 3663.39 MB and when i recharged it of 1 GB the new balance was supposed to be 4687.39 MB which was not so . The old balance did not got transferred to the new one and it was showing 1 GB as the remaining balance. Every time before this i Recharged it the old balance got transferred. The Customer care also were also not cooperrative. They disconnected the phone every now and then. They did not resolve the issue instead they were arguing with us. They were rude in their behaviour . I used the same internet to recharge it . really want my old balance back

                      I have asked for help on numerous occasions and get no where. Your staff said that someone was stealing my points and I should get a password to login. After that I have not gotten any help to setup a password. My usage points keep missing and this is frustrating. I am here with 5 thousand other residents that like MBlaze but some are begining to have the same problems. If this does not get fixed we will be forced to go to another company and get a universal internet stick. Thanks I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com

                        Sir, I am Hemraj. MTS no-[protected] is facing the problem of slow download and surfing speed.I have recently purchased mts mblaze ultra wifi dongle on 22oct 2014. I am provided with 10gb data for 15 days but the download speed is 2 kb/s(min.) And 20 kb/s(max.) And sometimes it gives max. 50 kb/s (once in 2 days). The surfing is so slow that fb login page takes 10-15 min. to load. These 2 are the main problems i am facing. Please help me.

                          My dongle number is [protected]. And my name is Nagraj. I took the 999 40 gb plan. But i am getting a speed of not more than 50kbps to 180kbps. some time get 1mbps, but its only 15min to 40min. then it will start a 40kbps like that. Even a 1mb file is taking several minutes to download. I gave many complaints to the customer care, but was getting no response. I would like a disconnection with immediate effect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DURTY MTS TO ANY ONE. It is a fraud service. 100kbps is nowhere close to 9.8Mbps.

                                Hi, My Name is V Sriram. On June 10th 2014 I took MTS connection (Data Card number [protected]). However on 3rd day itself I called and raised a complaint(NO-JUNE/7243) for slow speed which was ( 0.2 mbps whereas MTS claim 9.2mbps). After 3 days when I called the customer care they CLOSED the ticket without asking me or informing me and more over they took the complaint for installation issue whereas I clearly mentioned SLOW SPEED. Finally I lost my patience with the slow speed and Lethargic service quality, I raised cancellation request on 23rd June (req no[protected]. However even without using their service I started getting the Bill payment mails, SMS and calls. Even after Complaint( No - AUG/4909) and explanations they were not leaving me alone. Finally I paid the amount (please see attached). Now after a Lull of 1 month they come back again to me stating that I have to pay Sep-14 bill, eventhough I have broken the device and threw it away. I am being harassed by MTS for a long time time and REQUESTING HELP.

                                  Dear MTS, data card No: [protected] Your guys sold the MBlaze Ultra Wi-fi data card with a promised speed of 9.8 Mbps for 40 GB data per month to me on 4th Oct'14, activated the same on 6th Oct'14. And I have not received It's been a week since I bought this and even for a second I could not see at least 1 MBps on my screen during speed test. Though I gave a complaint on the very next day of the activation i.e. 7th Oct'14, nobody has responded or called at least to enquire about my problem yet and today is 16th Oct'14. If i called your customer care they are simply begging my apology and saying once again i put a request, your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. You just sold me a plastic item for Rs. 1650/- using your sales technique and you are going to charge me Rs. 1125/- at the end of the month for not using your bloody service. In addition to this looting, now in your receipt mail, you say, 40 GB cannot be used at our discretion i.e. 20 GB during day & 20 GB during night. Your sales person(siva: [protected]) did not inform me. he offered 40Gb unlimited for 999/-.& the same advertisement palm-let was there in my dongle package & i bought the same. Later at time of activation also no body informed the plan as 20D + 20N. Really i dont need single MB in daytime. This also very disgusting. While i asked your customer care caller, he was saying apology instead of changing plan or taking complaint about this.I didnot understand are doing business or begging public money. My final conclusion is Yous MTS Service is not up to your advertisements or promises. All are issues in your product. ( Activation Delay, No proper intimation of plan that you are activating, no Network finally no Internet. Dam sure, once check the google or in consumer complaints. all are simple resolvable problem. but not looking after those. This showing your interest in business. Simply selling gives money at present. but sure with in 3 or 4 Months you will be vanished in industry. Not even "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" was not responding towards the isssue. I gave complaint to appellate before 2day-16-Oct. Regards

                                      Putting Down a Reference Mail which I sent to them : Hi To whomsoever it concerns, First of all I know even writing to appellate will not work because everyone in MTS is having the habit to ignore the customers still writing just to make you realize that there is a word called customer satisfaction and honesty. I took a MTS dongle around 20 days back(unluckiest day of my life), the representative came in and said it will give upto 9.8 MBPS speed and at min it will give 5 MBPS no matter which area you are using it, I took the dongle and then I faced trouble while getting it activated (Already have contacted you regarding that in the past) . Now after it got activated I am getting a speed at most .75 MBPS and once or twice in a day it goes to 1 MBPS when I was assured I would be getting 5 MBPS, I raised a complaint in MTS, MTS person called OMKAR came in at my place, after he opened my windows and he told me a specific place to sit in my room he showed me a speed of 1.2 MBPS and that too just for time being, it never be continuous, he said there is some latching problem and he will come back with the technician and get my issue resolved but what he actually did was he went back and closed my complaint without asking me . After that I again raised a complaint for the same and the customer care again closed the complaint without asking me and saying that the issue has been resolved . Then I again raised a complaint and to my surprise they again closed the complaint saying the issue has been resolved without asking me . I again raised a complaint saying why are you closing the complaint again and again without asking me, so they said they called me and my phone was switched off at 4 PM, which was totally a lie because my phone was never switched off for a single second . Not only this then I again raised a complaint mentioning everything again, they again raised a new complaint and then a person from technical team gave me a call and said he will send a person to my home, I asked him to not send the same person who came before (OMKAR ), HE SAID OK I will send someone else and then what happened is nobody came to my home to check what is the issue and the complaint is again closed without asking me if my issue is resolved . Now at this point I think there is no use even raising the complaint again and again because everyone in MTS is fraud, they dont even care what the hell is customer is going through, I pity Indian government who even allowed a company like MTS to provide their services in INDIA . Having said all of that I already wasted Rs 1600 which I paid to your representative while taking the dongle but you taught me a great lesson and I will try my level best using all of my network, social forums and every possible means that you people are not able to fool anyone else in my country . I guess writing to you also will not make a difference, still writing because I wanted to give at least a chance because honest and good people also exists . MTS Dongle number :[protected], You can check the details that how many times I raised a complaint and they closed it without asking me. I am pretty sure that even I will not get any positive resolution from your side because I lost all my hopes from MTS side, you will ignore the mail as well. No Hopes, Samrat Even After sending the above mail, they did not take any action and also replying again and again with there fake and false mails, I think it is the time when we all should unite and take action against these kind of dictators who fool us and act like we cannot do anything against them, I request you all to come together because nobody can just fool and fraud us and just escape away whoever they are .Please connect with me all the people who faced this kind of fraud from MTS, connect with me at samrat.[protected]@gmail.com so we can take a unanimous action against MTS people who are Responsible to fool us .Under the leadership of a person like Shri Narendra Modi ji, we will not tolerate this kind of behavior anymore in our country.                                         To whom so ever it may concern I have an MBlaze internet connection, number [protected]. I am experiencing slow connection for a few months now in Alappuzha near Railway Station area. As a gentle customer I contacted your complaint's cell, [protected] on 11/10/2014 at 09.29 hrs and 0.37 hrs. As per their instruction I also conducted the speed test and communicated the result to them. Further they regd my complaint and assured that my complaint will be looked in to within 48 hrs. I am happy to say that till now no body did not attend the matter or even sent a message. Why this type of exercises.
