i just got mts mblaze data card last month and i just faced a lot of problem in the connection I filed complaint to the customer care several times I just got a call from the technical person of mts so that will be visting my house the next day morningi was just waiting for a long time and just give a call to the person who called me in the morning and he answered that he's too tired and he's not permanent employee of mts He is getting stipend amount which is too low so that he could not rome a lot he just said me that he will be coming next day but he hasn't come i just gave this same complaint to the nodal officer of mts and i just replied persons will be coming and solving a problem Again filed complaint after 10 days that none of the person have come to my premises to solve this issue then after giving lot of pressure and mails to the nodal officer technical person arrived to my home and check the signal strength and said there is no signal in your house and will forward to R&D department then after several complaints registering a person call me from mts and said he will be coming tomorrow but he hasn't come to my home The next day i got message from mts that my problem has been resolved i just mailed to the nodal that i will not pay the bill due to no signal in my house every time i'll be taking the data card to another location to axis my laptop so i just had to solve the problem or else refund my amount After 3 or 4 days i just got a message to pay my bill 1050 and i mailed again to the nodal that give me some depreciation regarding non usage of data card in my house they have disconnected my data connection due to non payment of bill and i just gave a complaint to customer care how to resolve my problem. They said i[censored] pay your bill u can talk strongly regarding this issue. I don't know that time I was being cheated. I paid my bill on 24 september 2014 and my card has been activated in 2 minutes and got deactivated the next day 25 feb 2014 my card does not work and just called customer care and ask what's the problem in my data card they said that your card has been disconnected due to your request but i haven't given any request regarding the disconnection I just gave a mail to the nodal that if you did not solve the problem just refund my amount and disconnect the data card but they have got the payment from me and they have disconnected without my request Do you think every customers are s*** and do you think how to get money from the public and improve your company's reputation Really this is too bad if you want to do a business and increase your company's reputation to the business properly and don't cheat customers Mail details: From: [protected]@gmail.com Sent: Wednesday, August 27, 2014 03:39 PM To: Appellate.[protected]@MTSIndia.in; nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in; Cc: Subject: Poor service Dear sir, This is Rajesh Kannan.S, the one who is suffering by getting into your product. Your R&D employee came to my home and said there is no signal and he will convey this to technical department and they will call me in 2 days But till 17th Aug 2014 this problem has not been rectified and raised another complaint, Complaint No : AUG/6611, but this has been cancelled as the prior complaint is in open status. I got a call from your technical department that he is visiting my home on 18th AUG 2014 at 9.00am but i waited till afternoon at my home by making a holiday to my office. After my call in the evening he said he couldnt come as he is tired and he is not a permanent employee as he is a trainee he is getting not getting salary for his job in training period. But what is the need to hear all these stuff from your employee. Still my problam has not been solved and i could not use WIFI in my mobile. I just got this device to use in WIFI for my mobile and its waste getting such type of card. When i purchased i said the dealer that i will be getting 6 more connection to my company employees if its good. How can i pay this month rent as i havent used this card still. Upload speed : 0.32 mbps Download speed : 0.54 mbps If this problem is not rectified in 2 days kindly make arrangements to take return of the device or i will post this message in social sites recommending my friends not to go for it.     13 september i am activate post paid 875 + 2.5% tax = 925 per plan .. but thats plan not speed above 15 kbps. this months is tottaly wast MTS money. 3 time i am complaints in customer center 1 - SEP/2440 2- 3835 but problem not slove... refund dongle amounts 1600rs. because mts data is useless..

      I had bought a MTS blaze([protected] ) dongle in the month of March. I had some connection issues from June. I had called the customer care and quoted my problem. The representative said the problem will be solved, nothing happened over a month even after several calls to the customer care.Then I went and gave the data card in the MTS store in T Nagar they said it is hardware problem and they will get it replaced. After a week I went and checked the datacard was still in the store with no action. I got the data card back and browsed Internet to find out the hardware manufacturer to go for replacement. I gave the data card for replacement on 9th August, the manufacturer(zte) service replaced the motherboard and gave the data card back on 18th August. However, after the replacement i was not able to install the MTS Mblaze software in any of my computer to use the service again i raised a compliant with MTS customer care the representative said the problem will be solved in 12 hours and however to most of the surprise I received a message stating the compliant is closed and they refered the previous compliant is already opened. Since the MTS customer care seems to useless I went to manufacturer service centre again trying to solve the software installation problem even they could not solve the problem. Finally decided to close the connection however MTS has billed me for a entire month and i raised an concern about the bill and asked to close my connection and i can make the final settlement once the bill is waived with MTS Appellate Authority which seems to the problem solving team in MTS on September 6(reference no 4132380). Before they gave me an answer MTS charged me for late payment fee for non payment. After several reminder TS communicated the bill will be waived by 321 and to make payment with late fee which is so unrealistic and i have been receiving calls for MTS everyday at least twice asking for bill settlement which is so pathetic. In the waiver they have not include the days the datacard was lying with the MTS store Also, they didn't consider that i was never able to use the connection after replacement as well. The most pathetic of a lot is asking me to pay for late fee when i queried them about a month ago. After all the pathetic service MTS rendered i wonder how they expect a customer to pay them first, forget the late charges.It even to ask a customer for payment when he or she cant use a service. I wish the service provide must be penalized for torturing the customer for collection when they cant provide a valuable service.

        Mblaze Ultra Wi-Fi [protected].Complaint First Email: Wed, Sep 17, 2014 at 5:38 PM I am not getting any satisfaction for the money that I pay MTS for the past 2 months.I have been calling your customer care people and they are not there to fix any customer issues I guess.I liked your MTS ultra wifi which is why I didn't complain before. But now it is gone beyond a joke I reside at karnataka 560077.My need is just average speed of 2mbps and uninterrupted service. Which I found mts to be good at. I always recharge for 999 Rs . Last month towards the end of July and start of August you had some technical issues here in karnataka and your service did not work at all.Which was confirmed by your customer service people. You can see that on your records.I had called many a times to MTS on those days and it started to work after 8 days and I was promised additional days of validity on my recharge done on that month by your customer care people but didn't happen.But I let go of it because my mts resumed service. You can listen to my calls from Mob:[protected] and from [protected]. Now this month I haven't been able to use it at all.Too slow due to some of your network or Bandwidth issues.I had pasted a copy of my speed test results. I had reported the issue to your customer service and they have informed me that a technician will come tomorrow at last.Lets hope he fixes the issue. My question here is why am I paying you for something that I am not able to receive.Your customer service didn't give me any compensation. They lied to me on top of that. I am looking for that 8 days plus over 15 days this month to be given a compensation. Like extend my validity for another 23days once my issue is fixed or refund. This is the last time I waste time on you and your customer service. This is India we have customer grievance and customer court here. If you don't compensate for my loss I shall make sure that I will make you pay a huge compensation and all over Internet this will be posted. So contact me on [protected]. I rung customer service to ask why my services was cut off when I was assured an extension of my validity. He explained that they don't do such things and it was a wrong information and for more help I need to complain to your email address and he cannot help.He failed to explain that at karnataka your services were down and there is no point in me trying and troubleshooting when it was your services down till the next day. He said if I recharged it would resume to work.Same day I recharged with Rs 999. But to my surprise there was an issue that day with your network and this was explained to me by the next executive who informed me that it was a network issue and there is no use trying and the following day 27th August 2014 in the evening it started to work again. This is why I say your customer services are ignorant.If they would have just given me a hint that they are having a downtime then I would not have recharged you instead I would have recharged my airtel which was a little more expensive than you. It would not have pissed me so much. The call that the promises was given may have been between 24th July 2014 and 26th August at Noon time when my wife called from [protected] and a lady customer care person informed her that for all those days that we had trouble she would give us additional days once the services are restored in karnataka. My wife failed to fetch her details and since we were informed of compensation so I didn't pay attention to it.Didnt have the patience to contact you again because she said our validity will be extended. Now the progress of the issue. I was promised a technician to my house today I got 3 calls at different time today asking my speed and I didn't see any technician come today.Waited all day at home till 6pm no one turned up. Don't know what you guys think. If you say something. 'KEEP UP YOUR WORDS'.This is like moaking at customers and trapping their money and not providing service. I understand a one off downtime that happens to all service providers. But your downtime is days and days for which I guess you need to provide compensation without me calling into you itself and it is indecent for you to ask me the details of your customer service people to whome we have no contact with. We speak to them over the phone we don't know if they are lying or sending us off by pretending to be a dum person until we call again the next time to check why your promises were not kept. I am not going to recharge again on 25th September 2014 again until my services are restored and competition given for the above said. And all this is going to be on media like Facebook, Consumer help website and many other places where new subscribers and existing customers get to know how you deal with customers and how open your customer service people are at lying to customers and how pathetic your services are when something goes wrong . This is year 2014 life is going too fast and if you are still that old stone age this is the time to look back and apologise and correct your stone age. Your adds(The baby coming out of mothers womb and doing a youtube search and doing everything himself and so on) are very modern as that was what compelled me to take mts in the first place, now don't let me regret my choice and take BSNL fixed line. Third Email after waiting: Sun, Sep 21, 2014 at 10:52 PM I called MTS to check the status of my complaint Sep/7405 which was ensured a fix my maximum 19th sept 2014. "MTS informed me that my issue was closed and they said that i was satisfied with a speed of 0.6mbps." This is a complete lie.They are lying. My issue is not fixed and my speed is below 0.5mbps itself. So I want the person who closed my case to call me and tell me why he lied about this. I want all his details and I want to put a complaint against that person who is not wanting to work and spoil MTS experience. Call me on [protected]. I want to know what he has to say. All lies at MTS. I am going to consumer court and going to show all this email to them and then let them decide what penalty should be given to MTS. Since I paid you for so long and this is the response that I get from you.I should say to all MTS new and old subscribers that there is no use of calling or Emailing MTS or raising a complaint on MTS it is never going to fix.All they will do is say a 1000 sorry and keep closing your case or disconnect calls or just ignore it or just trash it. Since for the past 2 months I didn’t get proper service I am going to consumer court and keep them informed of the way how customer are given false promises and nothing done. 2*999Rs/month=1998 which is approx 2000Rs. I am not going to leave you alone. You guys made me pay for something that you knew would not work and made customer a fool with fake promises and I had to call you guys around a total of 30 to 40 times over the past 2 months when the services went bad. To Consumer court: Please make sure we get MTS to court of law and put fine on them for all the above said. I had enough so I shall make sure no one takes MTS and no one falls under this trap.

          Hi, I got MTS connection couple of months back. Details: Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] Initially, I faced a lot of connectivity issues, and tried contacting the customer care but was not able to get through the number they provided because it did not work and also I did not get any response from their customer care. Later, after too much wait, I mailed them again stating that I wanted to quit the connection. I again raised the issue of bad connectivity. Obviously, no step was taken by them. Post that i told them that I would not pay the bill since I did not get the service that I was promised of. Now, I am being harassed by their recovery department.

            I have taken the plan of [protected]@999.I was promised that i will got 3G+ speed which will be upto 8.2 Mbps. But now i am not getting 3G speed even 2G speed is not there.I asked customer care 3 weeks ago he told me there is problem in step it will take 2 weeks and now after 3 weeks I again called customer care and again he is repeating the same and exact words. This is the worst service I have experience in my whole life I will discontinue the plan.

              I bought an MTS MBLAZE ULTRA wifi Postpaid connection 45 days ago. I enjoyed the speed in the first billing cycle of the datacard. But as soon as the second month/ billing cycle began, the speed dropped merely to 8 times to what i was getting in the first month. Sometimes the downloading speed is around 30kbps and sometimes around 250kbps while it is supposed to be atleast 5Mbps(as they offer upto 9.8Mbps). I have complained regarding this at to the customer care and i got calls in return saying that a Person would visit my place to rectify the issue, but NEVER TURNED UP. This drama has been going on since the past 23 days and i am highly disappointed by their service.

              Hence i am complaining that if the issue cannot be resolved soon i want a refund for the device or if the issue can be solved by this month, then i need a bill waver for not being provided the service for which i am PAYING.

                I purchased MTS modem 7 days back.From the day i purchased i am not getting proper speed.Suddenly speed is around 1.8 Mbps and suddenly it is very low around 30 Kbps.I am utterly disappointed.Please look into this matter or refund my money of Rs.1400/- back.My data card number [protected]...

                      I Recently purchased a plug and play device from MTS. I was promised to get speeds upto 9.8 Mbps at the time of purchase. But I didn't even get speed nearly 512 kbps. I raised complaint to resolve the issue with complaint number 1904 and 5606. The Complaints were not resolved even after 3 - 4 weeks.

But every time we call customer care, different persons attend the call and they tell same options as technical suggestions. Even though we insist to register a complaint. They are not registering

                          i have activated my plan on 16 august of rs 799 but due to network problem and voice quality problem i want to deactivate the service . when i called on coustomer care i told them my problem and they said u can deactivate the services i[censored] want but u have to go to mts office sriganganagar . i went there and they clearly disagree for closure of connection i want u to help me in the closure of connection as iam not satisfied with the services my number is [protected]

                            I am writing to express disappointment with my whole entire MTS experience. I don't have a complaint number with me but I am sure that will not stop you from lending an ear to a dissatisfied customer. Here are the points I am detailing about my entire experience. 1. Product Purchase: My troubles with MTS began the moment I stepped into the shop to buy the product. I visited the Sangeetha Mobiles retail outlet at Forum Mall, Koramangala on 11 Aug 2014 at 7:30pm to buy the MTS Mblaze Ultra Wi-Fi dongle. The person at the MTS counter (Mr. Thamothiran as he told me) appeared like he was hell bent on selling the product rather than explaining the features and plans. Secondly, I was told by him that the dongle would be activated within 12 hours after my documents are submitted to MTS. That is it should have been activated latest by 7:30 am on 12th August. But, the actual activation of the product took more than 2 days. I made repeated calls to Mr. Thamothiran but he gave vague answers. I also checked with the MTS customer service if my documents have been received but was replied in negative. Finally on the morning of 13th August, when I made another call to the customer service, I was told that my documents were received and my product was activated. Mr. Thamothiran never bothered to follow-up about my status. 2. Speed/Product Performance: You mention that the MBlaze Ultra Modem delivers speeds "up to" 9.8 Mbps. I understand that the speeds are averaged and cannot be expected continuously. However, I have been getting pathetic speeds throughout my plan (10 GB limit data limit, provided after first purchase). I have been receiving average speeds of 100-150 kbps and facing problems with streaming videos and other websites optimized for high speed connections. Why advertise when the company cannot live up to its promises? 3. Customer Service: This has to be the worst aspect of MTS. During my numerous calls to the customer service, I have been given an impression that the people providing technical support are "technically" incompetent and unfit to handle queries. The most disappointing aspect is that whenever I complained about speed, I was either put on hold and the person never got back to me or the call was disconnected from the other end . In one case, the person even acted as if he could not hear anything, despite me being in a good coverage area. 4. Lack of Transparency: Recently, after my the data limit of my second recharge of Rs. 599 got exhausted, I recharged with the Rs. 499 plan which offers 3 GB of high speed data with 21 days validity. I observed that I was still getting the same 64 kbps speed I used to get after my previous plan expired. Through the customer service I got to know that this plan would be activated only after my previous plan reaches its expiry date (28th September), no matter if I recharged with Rs. 499. So, essentially I had to live with tortoise speeds for another 10 days before my new plan kicked in. Moreover, the 10 days would count towards the existing plan's 21 day validity. Why is it that life is made so difficult for the customer? Moreover if so are the rules of the plan, why isn't there a focus on educating customers? There are so many better managed companies providing excellent customer service out there. There is not one reason I would prefer MTS. In all probabilities, this would be the last time I am using an MTS product. If you can take some action that would be good. However that does not change my prospects of choosing MTS. Thank you!

                              I took MTS MBLAZE 3G connection 2 weeks before, which promised they will provide Upto 9.8 Mbps speed. But from the 1st day I am not getting speed more than 0.5Mbps. I complaint to MTS customer care but still they not able to resolved the issue. Even without resolving they closed my ticket. Even they told our technical person will visit to my house but no one came to visit as of now. This is simply a case of cheating the customer. And if they not able to resolve, I want they should pay Rs 10000 for this harassment and the lose which I suffered.

                                    Hi I bought an MTS Mblaze wfi Dongle in August 2014(06 Aug), since i had heard about advertisement which boast of speed of 9.83 mpbs, through newpaper, Tv and through sms and other sources, I decided to try it.The main reason for this was that my daughter was preparing for her Cat and Gate exams and a fast internet was required.So after disconnecting the bsnl broadband wifi, which was giving me a speed of around 1.8 mpbs, (problems in Telephone line will render broadband useless and since metro work is going on in our area this was a frequent problem.And Trusting MTS, I went in for WIFI Dongle.The Technician came and tested the speed . it showed 3.25 mpbs.I was satisfied. But after a week, the speed came down to 1.84, then 1.6 and to my dismay now i am getting 0.16 to 0.62. My house is near lulu Mall, Cochin and just 1/2 a km away from the MTS tower. I complained several times and they accept the complaint and send you a complaint number, the very next day i receive another sms that complaint has been resolved.This is done without my knowledge.I understand from inside sources that MTS after advertising a speed of 9.83 mpbs speed, got so many customers, they are not able to cope with, now they are not bothered.But still they continue to advertise of this 9.83 speed to lure in more customers. Is this not CHEATING the Public.High time someone took them to court and settle this issue once and for all. No One should be allowed to fool the customers this way Jacob Cochin

                                      hi, i am Mohsin Patel from Bharuch Gujarat .. i bought MTS Dongle with Rs999/- high speed(up to 9.8 mbps) 40GB plan . but i got average below 1mbps speed . i am complain too much time MTS Customer Care . 2 time MTS Person Mr.Mitesh Prajapati visited my Location he was agrred with my problem .. after that some called me From MTS and said in their obesetvation i got 1.5 to 2 MBPS speed ..i mailed applete but they also said that i got decent speed ...but till date i cant getting more than 1mbps Speed ... i trying to contact MTS person Mr. Kalpesh Barot and Mr. Sailendra Pandya they not receiving my call from lasst 1 week ...nobody can take responsibilty ...

                                        Hi..This is Md Ali Masud from 24 Parganas, West Bengal and my cell number is [protected]. It was last night till 6:38 p.m. my available balance was 14.26 rupees. After approximately 1 hour my balance suddenly decrease to only 4.26 rupess. When i contacted to customer care personnel they told me that i downloaded some data from internet. I asked him told the exact time and they told it was 7:00 p.m. I shocked caz i even really did not use it for internet and it is not internent enable phone too and if it is so, the downloaded things must be there in my phone. I find it nowhere. They have given me wrong information other than resolving the problem. If it happens to anyone, i think the service provided must send message before deducting any amount from one's account. It is petty that MTS did not do this. The same things happened to me with my MTS Mblaze service. Though i have been using MTS for the last 4 years, i am sorry to say that the customer service is really worse. Would u like to please tell me when the deduct balance will be refunded? Though it is not a huge balance, but u know once it is getting started, who can assure me, next time the same thing will not happen to me or with anyone?
