Dear sir i have been charged on two ocassions where one charge is in[protected] and other is on[protected] where i dont know what i have been charged.

On[protected] i have been charged for no parking... But i am not able to know where was the board where this photo is been taken.

On[protected] i agree that i have been charged for without helmet, but then why have i been charged for driving without license, i think it is creating a bad impression to others that mtp is unecessarily charging the people.

Please look into the same, and request to please waive this charges accordingly i can make payment for remaining fines at the earliest.

On 09.09.2019 i was following an ambulance (My relative was in the ambulance as a cardiac patient) from airoli to kalwa (Chatrapati shivaji hospital)

Due to heavy traffic from airoli towards thane, the ambulance driver started driving from wrong side, i followed him on the wrong side, as we wanted to reach chatrapati shivaji hospital and all medical documents were with me.

I was stopped by 3 different traffic cops for driving from wrong side, but i requested all three cops that i was with the ambulance and was following the ambulance.

Two cops understood my concern and let me go.

But one cop charged me e-challan for driving on wrong side and not listening to the cop.
I requested all of them.
Please under stand my medical emergency reason. My relative had massive heart attack and i had to be with the ambulance.

Hence request to cancel my e challan.

I have received one chalan today that my bike was parked at illegally but real thing is that i don"t have bike, i have scooty (No mh 03 cw 8881). The picture they have sent which was clearly visible that it is bike but vehicle no is clearly not visible. How can you send such type of challan to other person who has not done anything wrong. Really it is very ridiculous. Please rectify your mistakes. And do the needful at your end at the earliest.

Gokul anand flyover is suffered from potholes due to which heavy traffic occurs all the time. concern authority please do needful at very urgent. concern authority should also rebuild service road which is also caused for traffic jam . metro work also going on so in peak hour it takes 30 minutes to cross the Gokul anand hotel flyover please do the needful at earliest

Yesterday on 8thsept 2019, i received an e-challan on my scooty mho3ce0227. The time mentioned was 6:53 pm. I really don't know how can i be fined a challan when my vehicle was at my residence and none of my family members used the scooty at that time. Infact i have not received any evidence from the police as well regarding the location and the wrong side driving and signal jumping fine that i have been charged for, neither the driver name, gender, license has been mentioned. I request the authority to look further into this issue and provide necessary help.

I have been charged for wrong lane driving and signal jumping. Total 1200 rs fine.

My bike number mh01 w 3158. I have been challaned for breaking signal in jogeshwari/goregaon area.in my life i have never been to that area. I stay in south mumbai. So pls rectify it.
I do not know how system works but pls share this automated method creates lot of trouble. Also how can this system of wrong echallan be stopped. Can u please explain how to resolve this.

My car no. Mh01bu4558 i have been issued challan for not wearing helmet. Helmet is not compulsory in four wheeler. So i would request you to kindly remove that challan from my vehicle. Please look into the matter at earliest as i do not wish to have a pending complaint in my name as it creates a lit of harassment for me. And please check why this kind of errors gappen so no one else goes through same. I was atopped by traffic police and let go but he also understood the mistake.

There is no point that i didn't shown documents as if you see in e-challan there is no relevant information provided like photo or video for evidence, not also the location where the fine was imposed. I always carry all documents with me for both my vehicles.

Was stoped for my broken number plate but was fined with wrong side entry along with unable to produce licence with hefty 1200 fine.

Instead of managing worst traffic situations in mumbai they are more interested in collecting fines or rather would say good bribery.

Do they have pressure of achieving big targets so the reason they are unlawfully issuing such hefty fines to most of the public.

This is pure misuse of technology done via traffic policemen with e-devices.

This is my second complaint since last month for unlawful e-challans.

Please help in this matter other wise have to approach judiciary for repeated nuisance by public servants.

I ms. Bhagyashree rashinkar owner of wehicle num mh47af6086. Did not break any rule which comes under rto act, one of the rto police mr. Yogesh sayaji shinde captured photo nd uploaded online chalan of rs 1000 on basis of wrong way driving that allegation is fully false. After getting msg of online chalan i meet him he told me yes that chalan is taken by mistakenly even the photo captured by him is also right way. He guide me u should wait 2-3 days chalan will be cancel. I waited 2-4 dys there is no changes in chalan. I again contact to miss rajni salunkhe she told me mail on multimedia. [protected]@mahapolice.gov.in they will help you.

1000 rs is not small amount for me.
I did not break any law any rule then why should i pay fine.
There is nothing any evidence against me then hw can he impose fine on me. Rto police_ taking advantage of online chalan and trapping innocent person in between this.
It is heartly request to you take further enquiry as soon as possible and please cancel that fine which wrongly imposed on me.

This is to bring to your notice that an e - challan (No. Muccm[protected] date and time: 02-sep-2019 11:50) was issued in the name of a driver called narashing kotakvar to vehicle number mh01ac5070 is wrongly issued.
The image attached with the challan is of a two wheeler, whereas my vehicle with the number mh01ac5070 is a four wheeler. I, jignesh thakkar, am the sole owner and driver of my car and i can assure that i have not taken the car out on the mentioned date and time.
I have attached the image of my four wheeler vehicle - maruti suzuki swift - clearly showing the number plate. I am also attaching the image that i have recieved with the e-challan link.
I would request the maha traffic challan service providers and maharashtra traffic police to seriously look into this matter. It is a clear misunderstanding and a mistake. I hope to receive a response and a correction of the matter by the mumbai traffic police.

Hi,
I have really good image of mumbai traffic department but today i have received intimation first time on traffic violation against challan no. Mtpchm[protected] and mumcm[protected] dated 2017 and 2019.
How is even that possible when i am not in mumbai from last 2 years and that is completely not acceptable.
Pls check and correct the records immediately.

I was fined twice for not wearing helmet and the picture which is uploaded is the same for both the fine
1st fine is charged at 4:49pm at Ghatkopar East Singal
And 2nd one is charged at 8:50pm at the same spot Ghatkopar East with the same picture of my bikes number plate
And the address which is mentioned on the fine is the same
And the picture which is attached in both the fine is clicked at the same time that's at 4:49pm

This has been wrongly charged as my vehicle was not been used at that time. Also there has been no evidence and the details are also not correct. Please cancel the challan

The chalan number pnccc[protected] is not liable to me the cop dint have any reason to put any chalan he just took a photo and put this fake complaint about parking on the footpath and my bike was on the main road the road. I was with my friend seeing that the cop just stopped and started asking questions and made me sit on the bike and just took a photo like that it's a fake e chalan registered towards me.

On 30th august i was fined for not wearing helmet which i agree. However at that time according to 129 of the mva act i should have been fined for inr 100. However i was fined for inr 500 for not wearing helmet (I had all the papers and license). And thus i was forced to pay 500 e-challan when the fine should have been only 100 on that day. The police officer who fined me was polite and informative but i don't why i was fined 500 instead of 100

I have been charged wrongly for no parking in ghatkopar east. I am 100% sure it was parking zone. There was no "no parking" parking board anywhere. Nor my bike was parked in front of gate. This is inappropriate way of charging fine nor the photo depicts its a no parking zone. If there is no sign board how do you expect citizens to understand that this is no parking zone.
