I was fined unnecessarily for riding without helmet.
But i was wearing helmet which in duty officer accepted but he refused to he refused to forefeit the fine.
While i accept other charges but i am not ready to pay fine for without helmet.
Which they put forcefully. I am attaching copy of my e challan.
Please look into this matter....

My Vehicle number is MH 01 CX 6880 and I have received incorrect E-Challan as the person driving the vehicle is not known to me as well as the vehicle which he is driving is not mine. I have a Hero Duet but the one shown in the image posted on Mumbai Traffic Police website appears to be another vehicle and as a result I have been wrongly penalized. Kindly assist me at the earliest and resolve my grievance....

I[censored] not giving bribe in cash. Traffic police rabale narayan gajre will arrest your license bcoz u not permit cash bribe. His e machine not working and he is not able to take fine that time. Is this correct way for jumping signal?
Police are for safety or for bribe only???

How can any traffic cop stand their with not working e challan machine. No argumenta against him that time but people who jumped signal he leave...

I've been issued the above mentioned e-challan. The offence has been committed by a vehicle not owned by me but with the same registration number. The vehicle with the registration number which i own is a honda hornet whereas the vehicle that committed the offence is a gearless scooter (Looks like an activa from the photos taken as evidence). My vehicle mh01au9561 has been charged with wrong e - challan on 4 april 2019 under violation of reg. Number and letters not as per prescribed measurement. It had taken me to a total surprise as the letters on my number plate are clear in english and i am not having any fancy number plate. Also i have e challans under no parking, but there is a board stating that parking allowed after 12:00 noon, even then the traffic police comes at 17:00...

The above referred e challan has been wrongly sent to me. I say this because the photo shows a motorcycle parked in no parking whereas i have a wolks waggon vento car. Moreover please check the no plate as i am a owner of only one vehicle that is mentioned above. I own no motorcycle. Hence i am of the opinion that you should remove the challan from my account immediately. And if someone is using a fake number plate action to be taken immediately...

Hello,
I have been charged with challan for parking the vehicle in no parking area. But this place is opposite ghatkopar east station, more than 200 bikes are parked here everyday. There is no "no parking" board anywhere in the vicinity. Dont understand the reason for challans. Kindly rectify the mistake and take corrective actions.

There taxis standing in the no parking at valencia building and 1 taxi driver when we confront him taxi no mh 01 bt 8225 mh01 bd 1075 starts dadagiri and says no one can stop and encourages others to stand before i and our society lodged a complaint but now he is driving another taxi with this no probably to escape charges of old taxis he was caught and warned many times with old taxi. I received sms for above xhallan for over speeding but when i checked on mumbai rto app i can't see any photo nor where i have done over speesing. Because time mentioned on challan 12. 02 i was in my office at baramati maharatsra.
I think it is wrong challan. And remove it or update photo of the speeding and location and time.

I installed mumbai traffic app today (August 21, 2019) and found there are two unpaid challan for year 2017. First thing i dont even remember voilating traffic rules and secondly if i have voilated traffic rules there has to be some evidence (Picture) to identify it was my vehicle. Today i have received an e-challan for my car no mh03cs0524 at panch pakhadi at 16.54 for not wearing the seat belt. I am surprised to see an incorrect challan, since i was seated in the car and my driver had worn the seat belt. Further the image shared is not clear and the driver not wearing the seat belt cannot be seen. I do not expect the mumbai police to make such errors. Bus contractors park their buses on both sides of the busy road called Soares road near Chembur Golf Club. This road comes under no parking zone. The driver and helper leisurely wash and clean their bussed causing undue hardship to moving vehicles and pedestrians. Traffic Police keep their eyes shut for obvious reasons.
