My vehicle no. Is MH03 CR0604-GREEN & BLACK FASCINO BIKE, i have wrongly charged 500/- rupees for without helmet. I am confident about this and there is no such evidence of violations. A NOTICE for chalan for 500 Rs received on 03.08.2019--with a photo, but bike is diffent with same no i.e MH 03 CR 0604. I have yamaha fascino bike but RTO has send me photo of black activa bike with same no.
kindly remove the above charges from my vehicle i came to know about this today because yesterday i got e-notice of fine of rupees 500/- . But the fine in attached image wasn't be on my vehicle kindly look into the matter and do the need full.

I have received a wrong traffic challan from ghatkopar east mumbai traffic police. The challan is for no parking, and is in my name and my bike registration number, i'm 100% confident it couldn't be park no parking area to my bike. The challan is dated for 3th of sep 2019 the challan says my car was parked no parking area. And i'm sure this area is no parking. Im student and im regularly park in this place. And i have video aslo not showing anywhere no parking board.. If this no parking area than before why not claim to last 4-5 months. That mean u not working last 4 months right.. Than u give me challan why u not working and why u giving salary by government, i'm pretty sure that the pic of the bike in the challan is wrong that of mine (Please check if you think the same). Along with the challan, and i need to submit the same at the mumbai traffic authority.
Can someone here please guide me what should i do?

I would like to put following points for your kind consideration regarding issue of wrong challan no. Mtpchm[protected] dated 28.10.2018 for without helmet
1. I was in office at 1708 hrs when this challan was issued
2. Photo uploaded in challan is not mine
3. Vehicle shown in photo is bike where as i am having activa
4. My name is shashikant not rahul which was given in challan
Please note that i follow the traffic rules and wear helmet at all times while travelling on two wheeler.
So it is requested to cancel this challan which was issued wrongly on my vehicle.

Team i have been assigned challan mumcc[protected] in which the pics itself has details where it has been seen my scooter is haulting within the white line and hence this is some mistake at your end.
Kindly cancel the challan.
Both the pics which have been assigned to showcase my violation itself stands as an proof that actually i have not done any violation as in both pics it's enough proof that my scooter is actually standing much within the white line limit.
So kindly please cancel the challan assigned.

I have purchased today itself (2.8.19) The car was parked inside my complex. I was shocked to see my echallan.

The image shown in the challan doesn't show the location of my car. It only shows the number plate of my car.

I feel the charges are wrongly implemented. Request you to reverse my charges.

I have received a echallan issued by mumbai traffic police for the two wheeler no. Mh03cz7858 under echallan no. Mumcc[protected] for a fine of rs. 500/-. You have also attached 1 pictures in support of the violation of certain rules. However, if first picture is sheen, it is absolutely clear that the violating two wheeler is mh01cz7858 which is not my two wheeler.
Kindly take back the false echallan.

My vehicle no. Is mh 01 cw 1228, i am wrongly charged 700/- rupees. I am confident about this and there is no such evidence of violations. May be it was my no. Yesterday morning on the 31st of august 2019, my father got a message from mumbai police saying that i've violated traffic rules, i had to pay rs 500 for not wearing a helmet as it was written in the note which my father had received. I saw the image which they had as an evidence and it was not my scooter at all it was different it's colour was silver and the colour of my scooter is mat grey also, the number on it's plate was mh 04 jw 8280 which the police thought was mh 04 jw 6280 which is my number plate. Unfortunately, i had to pay a fine of rs 500 for doing nothing wrong. I request the mumbai police to give me my refund back as soon as possible. This is so careless from their side.

You have also attached 1 pictures in support of the violation of certain rules. However, if picture is seen, it is absolutely clear that the violating vehicle is tampo mh46ar0885 and this challan is created my activa bike no mh46at0885

I have received a echallan issued by mumbai traffic police for the car no. Mh01ct3440 under echallan no. Mumcc[protected] for a fine of rs. 200/-. You have also attached 2 pictures in support of the violation of certain rules. However, if first picture is sheen, it is absolutely clear that the violating car is mh01ci3440, which is a maruti car, and not the car no, mh01ct3440. Second picture is not clear in any ways.

More so, this car no. Mh01ct3440 which is a honda city car, was all along parked in the lic colony at santacruz (West), s. V. Road, mumbai-400 054, and has not gone to any road today after 09.15 am. However, the incident, for which echallan is issued for, has occured after 11.00 am.

You may verify the picture yourself, and find that its a typical case of issuing echallan to wrong car.

You are, therefore, requested to withdraw the echallan issued to me as above, forthwith, re-issue to the correct violating car, and confirm the action taken.

The car is registered in the name of lic of india.

I have received a wrong echallan aganist my rikshaw no (Mh02ct9388) i received a msg on 04 feb 2019 21:13 stating —

In this echallan the picture of the rickshaw is not of my rikshaw my rikshaw number the driving license number in the echallan is also not mine in the echallan the time of crime is 21:13on 04 feb 2019 at that time my rickshaw was parked near by home and i was having lunch with my family

I, have been wrongly issued with an echallan dated 22nd june, 2019 (Photo attached) where the images are those of an auto while my vehicle is a private car. Furthermore, i wish to state that on the said date, my vehicle was parked inside my society premises the whole day and there is no scope for any traffic offence.
I also wish to bring to your notice that as on 30/08/2019, i have received an sms from im-mhpech asking for online payment of another e challan (Photo attached) which doesnot pertain to my vehicle at all!
Please do the needful to reverse these mistakes in your records.

Would like to seek clarification with reference to the challan.

Image taken by traffic police is at panvel railway station, inside railway premises, which does not come under the perview of state govt, as railway property is central govt property. Manned by railway authorities

Railway authorities has not defined any no entry area, there are no such sign boards, so why i should be challaned by traffic police.

Point two, of the same challan mentions trafic manual violation, infact the same is contradiction to the first charges, since i stopped at the instructions of the lady cosntable, she patiently took photo, i asked here where is no entry mentioned to which she did not respond & also informed her my dl is under renewal, since she asked for it.

After that i left the spot.in front of me there were two vehicles, one was a small pickup tempo who was not charged & a local passenger auto who was also not charged.

This challan is not related to my bike because as per image provided, it is different bike model i. E. Activa which is spotted for rule violation.
I am owning bajaj discover150f bike.

Seems some mistake while reading the last alphabate of activa number from image captured.

I request to please check again the verical number in image and model registered and send echallan to correct person.

Today i received an e challan dated 29/08/2019. I was shocked to receive the message of e challan with a total fine of ₹800. I was at home at the time i received the message and my bike was parked under my building. When i checked the website with the e challan number it shows no photos of my bike or any evidence. I am not looking forward to pay fine for something that i have not done.. I am requesting you to please look into this matter and do the needful asap. The challan number issed to me is mumcm[protected]

I got echallan vide number mumcm[protected] for rs.200 on 27/08/2019 for "parking the vehicle in no parking area on 27/08/2019" at 12.25.

I want to state that at 12.25hrs i was inside sbi bank mahul road branch, and my two wheeler was parked just out side the bank along with other 15/20 vehicles.
I want to say that bank is on r. C. Marg near fci post office. That area of road is not marked as "no parking" so i have parked my vehicle along with other vehicles, over and above the parked vehicles are very inside of the road near to one small cycle shop and hence it is not obstruction to moving vehicles.

So i feel the echallan is totally wrong and request authorities to confirm the facts and cancel the above mentioned echallan.

Got a challan for my number plate with the violation of rules I didn’t commit. They filed an echallan on my number plate which starts with MH01 while the image they provide has an Activa in it whose plate starts with MH02 while the rest of the numbers and letters combinations being the same. Please resolve this asap. As they have fined me ₹200 for something I didn’t do.

I, avinash kumar Singh have got transferred from Mumbai to jharkhand in march 2018. I also transferred my bike MH05DB5804 from Mumbai RTO to Dhanbad, RTO Jharkhand in March 2018. I have been living in jharkhand since then.

By some misinterpretation my bike no has been noted for traffic rule violation on 29th August and I have received request to pay fine for challan No NVMCM[protected] My bike is in jharkhand and not in navi Mumbai.

This fine has been put by mistake.
I humbly request you to please cancel this fine imposed on me as I have not been living in Mumbai since 18 months.
I shall be very grateful to you.

Seems some mistake while reading the last digit of car number from image captured.

I request to please check again the car number in image and model registered with mparivahan and send echallan to correct car owner and requesting to cancel this echallan on my car number.
