There is a lot of traffic at kalwa naka and kalwa bridge.
We know there is some limitation to solve this problem.

But what i do not understand is why are tempo, thrucks and heavy commercial vehicles allowed during peak time?

The traffic issue can be less even if these trucks, tempos and heavy vehicles are not allowed to travel via kalwa bridge at peak times in the morning and evening when most citizens travel to offices and schools.

The truck drivers and commercial vehicles take this route to escape the toll charges at airoli and mulund toll naka. But this creates a nightmare for normal working and school going people.
Also there is a govt hospital on the road where abmulances have to wait in heavy traffic,.

This is a veru obvisious case of negligence by traffic authorities.
I have seen this issue not being resolved for the last 32+ years of my life.

This is to drag your attention to wrongly issued e-challan to me, i have been doing follow up with you since 10th july, 2019.

I own swift dzire mh03bs4027. On 9th july, 2019 evening at 8:51 pm i had received a text message from mhpech stating that an echallan: mumcm[protected] has been issued to me while i was at my home at kharghar, navi mumbai as i am resident of navi mumbai.

When i checked the echallan in detail it stated that the vehicle was causing obstruction to traffic, police manual signal violation and signal jumping and a charge of rs.600/- is unpaid against my car number plate. Which is highly impossible as vehicle was in my building parking at the same time.

Further, as i checked the image attached to echallan it does not show my vehicle in it but it shows pedestrians and auto rikshwas. I am enclosing copy of echallan and image for your ready reference.

As it is evident that the echallan is wrongly issued, i request you to cancel the echallan.

In anticipation of prompt and positive reply from your end please.

Hi i have been wrongly charged 200 extra for no helmet which is should be 100 as per sec 129/177. Specially lady officer was too rude being an public servant i think this is not the way officer should behave as well as she was not even ready to listen what i was saying she just wanted me to in cash n i said i was just going 100 min away to take medicine but she refused to listen at all

I received a message for e-challan for a fine of rs.500 for my vehicle no. Mh04kc3282. It shows 1 evidence found that is the image of tvs vehicle (Mh04kc3292) and there is a address that is thane-belapur rd, indal colony, vitals, navi mumbai

The time of the challan is 16 - agu-2019 12.09 and i was in my shop at that time.

I have a scooter of suzuki bergman and this challan is against the tvs

Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake of reading the vehicle number.

Wrong vehicle the images attached is not of my vehicle. My vehicle is mh03bs7311 which is an maruti alto k10 where as vehicle picture attached is of mh03bj7311 i cannot even see the number plate number plate is of toyota vehicle as its broken wrong vehicle has been charged.

I am attaching vehicle...

I have been receiving messages on my mobile phone ([protected]) about echallans issued by mumbaitraffic police. All of these challans are in respect of vehicle no. Mh12ff6532, a toyota innova suv, mostly about parking in 'no parking' zone. Driver's name is most challans is taizun n hassonjee. All challan (There are many) are still unpaid.

Please note that i do not own this vehicle, nor have i employed any driver by the name taizun h hassonjee. It is clear that driver has deliberately been giving a wrong mobile number (Mine) in the belief that he can escape fine. While i am not liable to pay the fine (Since i don't own the vehicle), i am afraid i may come in trouble if mumbai traffic police decided to follow up with me (On the basis of my mobile number) for collection of find.

I request you to please remove my mobile number from these challans and collect correct mobile number of owner of this vehicle.

For police stop violation,
Signal was green and i just vertake to vehicle and was trying to cross signal but on duty officer stopped me and said that it is lane cutting done by me,
If it is right i am agree with the officer and i will also pay fine as per challan
But as per me problem is different and only i was targeted behind me there was 3 vehicles all of them were excluded why?
If there is same rules for all indiansthen what about 3 vehicles behind me,
They were also done same as me.

I totally faith in indian constitution and hope may be get right justice...

Even if there is no place for best passengers to wait for bus, still there is always some or the other car parked in iit market gate bus stop. This makes us difficult to stand on bus stop. Further, people always drive from wrong side, so it is getting more risky to stand in this bus stop. So, i request you to please take action against such car parkings in bus stop, so that we get enough place to stand on bus stop.
Sir please check the attached image, car no. Mh03 bw 8188 is most of the parks his car on this bus stop.

I've received an echallan whereas that is not my vehicle.in evidences of that challan we can see that the vehicle is mh 14 gu i. E. A tempo truck but mine is motor cycle.
I think there has been some mistyping while entering the vehicle number.

Please check and remove this challan from my vehicle.

Reason : "without helmet"
The reason is absolutely wrong. I was wearing helmet you can check the cctv footage.
Also the violation time mentioned is also wrong, the time mentioned is when i was not riding and working in office.
The challan address which is mentioned is not where i went the same day.
Please check expecting correct justice.

This has reference to sms received by me on 12/8/2019 at 4.15pm which is as follows

Maharashtra police traffic police echallan# muccm [protected], fine:700. For details mahatrafficechallan.gov.in. Pay within 15 days to traffic police or website for offence of plying vehicle without helmet and manual police violation.

On receipt of sms i hereby strongly object for the same and delay be condoned for replying today as i was on bed for the last 3 days for severe backache.

I say that the echallan issued for the offences committed on 12/8/2019 in bad in law and is not binding on me, as it was bakri eid holiday. Secondly, i was bed ridden for severe backache thirdly the rear tyre of my vehicle was punctured and it was not in used, fourthly how the police officer came to conclusion that it was me who was plying the vehicle, fifthly the echallan is not supported with any image and lastly the police might have committed an error in noting the wrong vehicle number and/or some of my opponent might have used his good office with the concerned police in order to harass me and to mentally torture me, therefore no image was attached.

I hereby strongly object and say that the said e-challan either be rectified for the error committed by the officer concerned and i may be exempted to pay the fine of rs 700/- for the reasons mentioned above and i reserve my right to challenge the same as and when the occasions arises.

Hi i have been charged extra for not wearing helmet as per section 129/177 it should be 300 and not 500. Kindly look in to this matter as i will not bear any extra money. I was just going for medical purpose and i explained to officer she agreed but don't know today morning i got its completely wrong to charge extra money. Kindly reply with correction for charge.

With great sorry, i have to submit this complaint for unauthorized parking in our locality. There has been a lot of nuisance at night due to the same. Vehicles are parked right in front of our building gates making it difficult for us to draw our vehicle from building when we come in reverse position. Also there has been a lot of drinking & some young couples doing vulgar activities inside the vehicles parked in the colony. Many vehicles like cars autorickshaw, tempos, small buses are parked right from maddona colony till river valley colony & inside river valley colony. We request the authorities to kindly take a note of the same & take strict action against the vehicles parked in those area.

I (Shruti pant) received an echallan receipt today in the morning (Challan no. Tnccm[protected]) against my vehicle number mh 05 ds 9034 (Maruti suzuki baleno) for violating manual traffic signal at ambernath. My car is at dombivili and has not moved out from there.

The photo attached against the challan is of a truck number mh 04 ds 9034.
The slight change in the registration number has perhaps caused the confusion in giving the challan.
Kindly direct the e challan to the proper vehicle (Truck - mh 04 ds 9034).
