We the residents of khar west 5th road are fed up of traffic issues in the night due to clubs and illegal parking and nuisance of auto rickshaws both day and night we have done complain to the local authorise one day the come n next day there’s the same issue we want a way out that also in residential area how can the have clubs and commercial vehicles parked and create nuisance club names khar socials and gupta auto centre...

In the circumstances, i request you to please withdraw the e - challan, under advice to me.

After going through the complaint pdf i found that in pdf my honda activa number is (Mh01bq9814) is mentioned but in the evidence images it is an car with number mh02bq9814.

This vehicle does not belong to me, whereas the owner of this car has put my mobile number on your record. It seems he is regular traffic law breaker. There are almost 10 e-challan against his vehicle. Most of them are at irla junction.

I checked online with echallan number and download the pdf file and check my vehicle number was right on pdf file but, when i clicked on the evidence images was blurred...

We have revised every kind of fines
But there isnt any fine for abondoned vehicles
Specially if you see for eg.. Dominos pizza takes an area for rental of minimum 2 years in versova and then they shift to a new place but what they do they leave their old vehicles which are useless and park it on the roads which creates a nuisance
Many vehicles are lying abondoned close...

On 7th august i have park my bike in front of my buliding premises. There was no no parking board. I am staying in balaji heights which situated near to gaondevi road in bhandup west. Entrance to my building is a narrow road. As a result only one car can go at one time. One auto - rickshaw was parked on this narrow road on 07taug19 around 10.15p. M because of which i couldn't entered the building and waited 30 minutes so that driver or anybody could remove that rickshaw from road. Since nobody turned up, i with the help of near by people...

I visited bandstand bandra on 4th aug 2019. I parked my bike (Mh20fc8818) on bandstand at valid parking area (As there was no "no parking" board) and was satnding next to my bike.
Suddendly traffic police came and clicked the pics of my bike and other bikes next to me. So many people gathered there and asked traffic police "why are you clicking pics as we have parked our vehicles in valid parking area??" so he just replied with "yaha...

This is about the junction of andheri western express highway signal (Below the metro line)

Every day in the morning, it takes an average of 15 minutes for the traffic to be opened.

Policemen keep the andheri side closed for 15 minutes at a stretch. This is more than the normal 2-3 minutes.

From the attached image, it is clear that it is a rental car. I request you to please check with the actual owner of the car, and find out who exactly was driving the car that day.
