This vehicle does not belong to me, whereas the owner of this car has put my mobile number on your record. It seems he is regular traffic law breaker. There are almost 10 e-challan against his vehicle. Most of them are at irla junction.

While further checking through your sms system, there is no record of registration of this vehicle found.

I checked online with echallan number and download the pdf file and check my vehicle number was right on pdf file but, when i clicked on the evidence images was blurred not even identified by cleared number plate and vehicle as well.

Also the said vehicle was parked in my society premises on 10/08/19 10:49 am at same time mentioned on pdf file.

You are requested to reverify the vehicle and cancel the above mentioned echallan no nvmcm[protected] issued against my vehicle.

Respected sir, i subhashchandra nair, having a 2 wheeler vehicle, suzuki made burgman model having reg no. Mh02-fd-7073 is a 2 wheeler and the vehicle had not been gone to mumbai as its in vasai naigaon and i for the information if rto is not having that i have got a 2 wheeler of this registration number and not the 3 wheeler which you had sent with the e challan having registration number with mh02-fr-7073 which is registered in some other persons name and not mine, the image what rto had sent on my telephone number as a proof is of 3 wheeler, i really dont understand how this kind of mistake is been done by the rto department, how can you accuse a person who is innocent and have to pay a penalty.

I would definitely would like to bring this issue front of the transport minister and minister of law and enforcement.

I received a message on 8th August, 2019 from IM-MHPECH as follows,

" Maharashtra Traffic Police Echallan No. MUCCM[protected] Fine: 700 Pay online: http://mahatrafficechallan.in/p/419b766f5 (within 15 days)

I wen't and checked the link and found the following attached below. It says that My motorcycle with registration number: MH03CC4386 was found being ridden with someone without helmet and also a police manual signal violation. The violation date and time is 08-Aug-2019 at 09:03.

Please note that I was at this exact time in my bed sleeping. No body has touched my motorcycle or taken it out on the road since the last 3-4 days. It has been parked under the building since then.

Furthermore, there is no evidence photos attached in the challan and also no description of the location where this has happened.

Please look into the matter urgently.

Hello sir actually this is for mumbai police
We have revised every kind of fines
But there isnt any fine for abondoned vehicles
Specially if you see for eg.. Dominos pizza takes an area for rental of minimum 2 years in versova and then they shift to a new place but what they do they leave their old vehicles which are useless and park it on the roads which creates a nuisance
Many vehicles are lying abondoned close to lokhandwla back road joggers park where you will find plenty of fox vehicles parked
You should implement parking charges on every part of the road
Bikes rs 10 for 2 hours
Cars rs 30 for 2 hours
Commercial vehicles small rs 30 for 2 hours
Big size buses n trucks 100 for 2 hours
Trust me there will be lot of improvement
People who dont pay just take away thier vehicles
Like near mhada telephone exchange you will see vegetable vendors have parked thier tempos which is used for storing stock
Givernment should implement gst on all these hawkers as well
How much does a hawker pays for rent
I think it will be very nominal because they sont even pay gst and all the benfits they get
Hawkers all around mumbai must be charged at least 250 per day and given a smaller handcart as they call thier relatives and they too sit with their hand cart next day
Please if we have to improve you should apply parking cahrges to all the vehicles parked
Hawkers must be charged rent rs 250 per day
Bikers making noise should be fined rs 1000
Now onwards no outsider should be allowed to stay in mumbai for longer period
Because we need to control population

Updated by gopal h r There are lots of vehicles increasing day by day and due to this everywhere in mumbai there is lot of traffic which traffic police is controlling very well but please try to understand the situation of mumbai which cannot attract tourists due to these traffic snarls
Stop the car dealers from selling vehicles unless and untill they have a legal parking space in thier premises for which the traffic police dont have to register unless and until they check the vehicle space and aslo noc should be given by socities that the members can buy and register a vehicle as they have parking space
Believe me if this is implemented then we can lesses the amount of vehicles plying on the roads
Also best buses should only run on wider roads because narrower roads create lots of nuisance and fights everywhere
Neminath imperia building near mhada telephone exchange block no d.45 has applied a chain outside the building premises and made the road very narrower can someone look in this matter very seriously and lanes like these ones should be made one way as two way traffic cant move
We can also remove footpath from one side and use it for parking space
One side of the road there will be footpath with absolutely no parking for lifetime. And other side the footpath space will be used for chargeable parking everywhere. If this is done then mumbai's traffic can move at ease and which will save lot of petrol and travel time.
Footpaths are actually useless which should be removed everywhere in mumbai or else in future every footpath will have hawkers beggars # and we will loose the safety of it.
Parking charges should be applied
2 wheeler rs 10 for 2hrs... Rs 30 full day
4 wheeler rs 30 for 2 hrs... Rs 50 full day
Commercial 40 for 2 hrs... Rs 50 full day
Tempos small 40 for 2 hrs... Rs 70 full day
Big tempos 50 for 2 hrs... Rs 90 full day
Trucks 100 for 2 hrs.. Rs 300 full day
Buses 100 for 2 hrs.. Rs 300 full day
Trailers 200 for 2 hrs... Rs 500 full day
Dumpers 200 for 2 hrs... Rs 500 full day
Trust me we need to improve mumbai by impelmenting all of the above as soon as possible

I have received an e challan from maharashtra police traffic branch, in which image is not of my vehicle and also the number plate is not clearly visible., challan no. Mumcm[protected]

My bike is honda hornet colur - black n green, mh-03-dh-1213.
Bike shown as proof in image is a white suzuki access, whose no. Plate is not clearly visible.

Attached also the image captured by traffic officials as proof for challan and my actual bike photo with number plate.

Please cancel my challan asap.

As its was insdie 150 member from main road even though the traffic police officer came and click my photo and on the same day i got 3 e challan fine[protected] when i visited the traffic station i ask the senior authority and told them to explain me why in one day in no parking area in front of my building same day 3 fine they response me we have n number of office we r not aware who has come and fine u (10 bar aayega 10 fine marege) these was the ans i got??
Its was un digestible for me mumbai traffic authority are not doing their job they are just doing the target which so bad.. Kindly revert me wht to do

I am staying in balaji heights which situated near to gaondevi road in bhandup west. Entrance to my building is a narrow road. As a result only one car can go at one time. One auto - rickshaw was parked on this narrow road on 07taug19 around 10.15p. M because of which i couldn't entered the building and waited 30 minutes so that driver or anybody could remove that rickshaw from road. Since nobody turned up, i with the help of near by people dragged the auto to other place and made space available for my car. I am fed up of these daily inconveince caused by rickshaw drivers and really expect some legal action against them.

I visited bandstand bandra on 4th aug 2019. I parked my bike (Mh20fc8818) on bandstand at valid parking area (As there was no "no parking" board) and was satnding next to my bike.
Suddendly traffic police came and clicked the pics of my bike and other bikes next to me. So many people gathered there and asked traffic police "why are you clicking pics as we have parked our vehicles in valid parking area??" so he just replied with "yaha parking nahi karne ka".
So we asked him where is "no parking" board... But he was unable to answer and left from there in sudden.
Same day evening i got the echalan (Mumcm[protected]) to pay fine.
As a daksh mumbaikar i always follow all vehicle rules and regulation, and this echalan has forcefully imposed on me.

Dear sir,

This is about the junction of andheri western express highway signal (Below the metro line)

Every day in the morning, it takes an average of 15 minutes for the traffic to be opened.

Policemen keep the andheri side closed for 15 minutes at a stretch. This is more than the normal 2-3 minutes.

This makes it very problematic, as a normal 10 min bus ride turns into a 40 min nightmare dur to the traffic stop.

Due to heavy rains in Mumbai on 4th of Aug the Mumbai police had closed the highway route from Santacruz and we were left with no option than to leave our vehicles parked on the highway but to the utmost left portion of the road as there was water logging everywhere and we had no option to move further or backward. I removed my car from the location at around 10AM in the morning and to my surprise I received a sms for fine at 4.25 in the evening about the levy of the fine which mentions "police manual signal violation at 10.48" as the reason for fine. But the image attached as evidence is of the location where the car was parked due to water logging.

Today morning there is some emergency when i wanted to go to toilet in emergency and just outside the toilet i park my car situated near mcdonald's panvel at highway, there were more than 15 to 20 cars were parked and i just requested to the police officer that sir it's a emergency and i am a senior citizen please let me go to toilet but he immediately clicked the photo of my car and walked away.
Respected sir/madem. My only request to you that please teach some respect and humanity to such type of police officers who cannot understand someone emergency and problem.

I have been charged with Challan number MUMCM[protected] for my car MH04 HN 4250 where no any traffic violation. All charges are irrelevant.
There were no one way. Seatbelt weared. Not jumped Signal after me there were some more vehicle.
I don't understand why I have been charged so much.

On 30th july, 2019, i received a message from the maharashtra traffic police saying that i have been fined for jumping a red light. But i was not the one driving that car neither the car is mine. From the attached image, it is clear that it is a rental car. I request you to please check with the actual owner of the car, and find out who exactly was driving the car that day. Please look into the matter and cancel the echallan filed falsely on my name as i was not the one who committed that traffic violation. The echallan number is tnccm[protected].
