I received e challan for standing my honda activa scooter on zebra crossing. Whereas my vehicle number is mh03cl0774, blue coloured and challan image showing offence of activa scooter holding number mh03cj0774, grey coloured. For your reference i have attached my challan and image too. Kindly cancel this challan as you released wrong challan on my vehicle. Thanks for understanding.

On the road mtp constable/ officer are ignorant of the fact that drivers can carry their car documents and driving licence in digitally verified format on their digi locker app n the phone. Twice i have been reprimanded for not having the physical card which i understand is not needed anymore if one has the same in digitally verified format in digi locker app.

How do i handle such situations in the future??

Can you arrange to enlighten the traffic cops of this new notification and not harass genuine drivers

Wrong challan was issued for my vehicle number mh01ay2275 as e-challan number mumcc[protected], the image in the challan details is of a taxi, but mine is a private bike. It is a mistake in noting the vehicle number, as seen in the image, taxi number is mh01at2275. The violation date is 11th july and is said to be paid within 15 days. Please note this issue and revert it as soon as possible

My car no mh 02 ds 2438. Was incorrectly finned for vehicle parked in no parking zone. I was standing there and the cop took pics of the number plate, inspite asking the cop about any indication of no parking zone. He was adamanent about just taking the pic and leave.

I strongly oppose this and would want to complain about the falaely finned.

I received a message for e-challan for a fine of rs.500 for my vehicle no. Mh04kc3282. It shows 1 evidence found that is the image of jupiter vehicle (Mh04kc3292) and there is no challan address as well.

The time of the challan is 20-july-2019 11:55 and i was in my shop at that time.

I have a scooter of suzuki bergman and this challan is against the jupiter

Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake of reading the vehicle number.

The time of the challan is 12-july-2019 12:55 and i was in my shop at that time.

There is no photograph or anything relating to the challan.

Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake.

S. M. Road is the road joining wadala flyover to antop hill. On account of monorail pillars on the entire road, a lot of road space is wasted. Due to reduction of size of road, this road is made one way. Despite the fact drivers are using this road both ways. Further both sides of the road had become heaven for free parking of motor vehicle owners as their is no control of traffic police. Maximum problem is on the patch of road between wadala flyover signal and janak house chs, as their is no footpath on either sides of the road. The pavement on both sides are mostly occupied by racklessly parked vehicles, which hardly leaves any space for pedestrians to walk. The senior citizens, ladies and school going children are forced to walk on main road facing the wrath of moving vehicles and motor cyclists who just drive head on. This has made the life of pedestrians miserable.
Therefore, it is requested to please make this patch of s. M. Road, wadala east i. E. Along side margerrate house as no parking zone for any vehicle. Since mcgm is not ready to make any footpath on this patch of road, the endeavour of traffic police to make one side of road free from parking of vehicles will make the life of residents of this area, specially old and sick pedestrians, safe and easier.

I had not jumped the signal. I also showed my liscence, the cop even took a picture of it and they still accused me of not showing liscence.

The images that had been produced does not prove anything like jumping signal or not producing liscence.

The cop was also taliking like a con man.

This is so unfair to accuse false things and then charge money.

I know i had stand my vehicle on parking prohibited area but i had not parked it. I was on my vehicle but i dont know where from the officer came and clicked my back picture and committed the challan of 200 rs as the vehicle is parked in no parking zone. I clearly state that i had not parked my vehicle i was just sitting on my vehicle and waiting for someone so how come he clicked the picture from my back without informing me and led the penalty on my vehicle

The footpath is blocked by hawkers and stalls owners at aisha trade centre with their goods. This footpath is right at the corner of 36, mohammed ali road (Taj office previously known as) where all the school buses have a stop. Children are at a huge risk as it is a major accident prone area due to traffic plus the illegally blocked footpath by hawkers and stall owners. No place to stand and walk on the foot path. Sitting bench which was constructed on the footpath has also been demolished.

With reference to above challan, i would like to bring to your kind notice that the above challan has been wrongly charged.

Violation no. 1: without helmet - the helmet was just removed about 10 sec prior to clicking the picture, due to high traffic at station road. The auto drivers drive roughly and deboard the passenger on middle of road and due to high heat and heavy pollution at particular location, i had removed helmet prior to parking the two wheeler. At times it is really suffocating with helmet under such situations. Infact few days ago, i myself had written to your good office for the same issue of nuisance by auto drivers.

Violation no. 2 : police manual signal violation : the traffic police in charge never intended to call me or speak to me in this regard. Further, post parking the on arrey road (Road intersecting the location), i myself went to the police officer in-charge and spoke to him regarding the parking on this road, as the new rules by mcgm is not clearly marked.

Hence, the above violations are clearly fictitious and therefore i request you to cancel the above e-challan.

I'm dayanand more i was in my office and suddenly at 12.32 i received massage maharashtra traffic police portal issuing 700fine... I don't understand this coz i didn't brake any rule and i was in my office from 9.30am to 5.30pm and my bike was in office parking from morning 9.30am to 5.30pm
And also key is with me..
Also driver name mentioned was ritik waghmare that was not me...
There must be some mistakes by traffic police to read bike number...

I have been issues an echallan for an offence not committed by me. The vehicle does not match my registration no. Looks like a mistake while recording the reg no. My scooter is an aprillia sr150 registration no. Mh02el2509. The vehicle in the picture is yamaha facino reg no. Mh02el2569. Attaching pictures for your reference. Please help me solve this problem. Wrong e challan charged to me by maharashtra police traffic branch. E challan number : muccm[protected]
And fee:500 was supposed to be charged to vehicle number mh 04 js 5802 which is a two wheeler and image submitted is also of a two wheeler however it is charged to mh 04 jw 5802 which is four wheeler. Kindly check and get this waived off on priority.

Vehicle number - mh04jm5802

The driver name mentioned mr rav has no connection with vehicle number mh04jm5802

Also the said vehicle was parked in my society premises (Can provide cctv footage)

Hence the vehicle number mentioned in e challan is incorrect.

You are requested to reverify the vehicle number and cancel the above mentioned echallan no muccm[protected] issued against my vehicle.

I am owner of dezire car mh02cr72776..
I have received a e challan bearing number muccm[protected] issued to me for no parking, but the car in image is not dezire nor it is visible which car it is and plate number is also not visible.
How come the traffic police has done that, needs to be investigated.
Please cancel the echallan wrongly issued to me.

This is to intimate that, people traveling towards Mumbai by EEH are facing daily traffic congestion immediately after crossing Mulund Toll plaza till Powai flyover. This portion of belt is consuming 45 mins to reach Powai signal. The reason for traffic congestion is due to bottle necks after Airoli Bridge and Powai Signal on EEH.

Immediately after crossing Airoli flyover towards Mumbai, traffic from EEH is moving towards adjoining service road creating back pressure leading to heavy congestion from Mulund toll plaza itself. The reason for this is because the barricading is having opening immediately after crossing flyover and at the end portion before the start of service road.
Solution - Kind request to close the gap and increase the length of barricading portion so that traffic from EEH cannot cut the highway and move towards service road.

Secondly the traffic moving towards Powai, Vikroli & Ghatkopar is creating congestion by violating lane discipline which inturn creates bottle neck at Powai Signal on EEH.
Solution - To maintain the lane discipline two lane barricading should be done starting immediately after Airoli Flyover.

This in turn will reduce traffic congestion to much extend.
