My self sarat ordered a glass and 3 branded combo shirt fm munfa co-operation pvt ltd which is totaly poor quality goods they have send. Now neither there phone no is working nor they give any mail assurane which they have prvided fm there mail id. There address is given below.

I have received a leather jacket, but the product is not up to mark, that why i want to return the leather jacket, & please refund my Rs 1059/ the price of the leather jacket.I received the material on 24th september 2016 from that time i am trying to your customer care but every time after ringing it disconnect automaticaly

Look into the matter on urgent basis

The product was not as it seems in the picture .
And the design of the jacket I got is totally different from the jacket i buyied
And size is also small
The quality of the jacket is also poor
The jacket i have ordered is a stylish one bt i have got a simple leather jacket, which is not so good
I'm not satisfied with this jacket
So, I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take strictly actions.

jacket with size of XL

but it got delivered black color

jacket with different size

so now i cant able to wear that

because that is very small and very tight

so i need to change it

or i need my money

return back

please take it as serious

and please return to us money or else i will

I bought this product, Mi power bank of 20000mah for 759.I got it delivered yesterday and tested it. I charged it for 8 hrs and then i charged my cell phone with it. It only lasted for few minutes and only charged 15%. I m not happy with that and i wanna return this product. The contact number given is not working. They are not answering my call. Maine iski shikayat munafa ko ki... To waha se ki koi sahi jawab n diya... To munafa ne mujhe paise return karne jaisa wada kiya.. Jiske liye mere atm ka no. Or pin liya gaya...

Jo ki mujhe baad m pata chala ki pin ka koi kam n tha.. Or koi bi comp. Atm pin. Nahi mangati..
Chalo pin bi liya lekin abi tak mere paise n aay.
Or jab abi maine munafa ko call karta hu or jaise hi paise return karne ko bolta hu to comp. Mera call cut kar deti h..

To bhaiyo is munafa comp. (Fraud) comp. Se bache or is munafa se kuch bi na le...

We have buy a product from munafa.com against the order no mun322681 but we are not satisfied with this product so we are want to return this product & refund my amount also.

We have registered the complain on customer care no ([protected]) & sent to mail on email id ([protected]@munafas. Zohosupport.com).

Still we have not receive any positive response from these side & customer care no is always busy.

Suggest what to do???

Hi I purchased a Sony power bank which contained Samsung Bluetooth headset free but after I took it from retailer and opened the box only power bank is available inside the package and Bluetooth data cable is available in the cover but I have not received the Bluetooth headset inside kindly help in getting the Bluetooth on priority and pls refer the invoice details mentioned below

I ordered a leather jacket from munafa.co.in site. After i recieved my order i found the product was not the same as it was shown in the picture and also it is not at all a leather jacket. The matirial used is a plastic.
So i want to return my jacket and get the refund.

I ordered a addidas lower with 3 pair socks size XL ADDI lower socks XL, but i receive T 90 lower and 3 small size of nike socks you dispatched wrong product that product useless for me T 90 lower poor quality material so please get back your product and refund the amount immediately otherwise I complaint consumer court.

I am paras from ghaziabad i am complaining against the duplicacyof the product which i received, i order ray ban sunglases and samsung bluetooth but i received plastic sunglass in ray ban box

The covers were alse duplicates.along with that i ordered a leather jacket of brand.u.s leather, and in product description it was mentioned that it is sheep lamb leather but astonished to see such a poor qualty racseen jacket and not according to my size i asumed that this site doing fraud with peoples i noted there address and there copartners adress if they dont return my.money back i will take legal action

I have order a power bank of samsung 20000 mah from this company with order no mun398385 and ship ment no is[protected], this is not genuine, battery backup is only 20 mintue, i want to know what is mean of 20000 mah if its backup only 20 mintue, i have tried to call it given no [protected], but all in vain, it is faurd site how goverment allow such a site who are cheating with public openly. I want to get my todal money back

I booked a electronic combo product a few days back but when I recieved the product it was in a faulty condition. I made a calls and emails for to follow the process to return the product but everytime I was asked for the image of the faulty product and when I use to send it and then call on their helpline number [protected] I was told I have no complaint registered on my name and I need to re register. This happened thrice till the time this helpline number went off and the server told that this number didnt exist.
I hereby request you to please look into it and help me in the matter and also punish the culprits.

I had order online a mobile phone set Nokia 105 to gift it to my brother Sh. Pramod Kumar on his birthday through munafa.co.in bearing order no. MUN288930 dated[protected], Invoice No. JWH[protected] and Shipment No.JWH[protected].

Thanks to your fast shipment that he received the order at the shipping address Room No. 1712, 17th Floor, Palika Kendra, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 duly on time.

But as he opened the sealed box of the mobile phone set and tried to switch on the mobile phone it worked for approx. half an hour while checking the phone he noticed that IMEI Number inside the phone & that to mentioned on the device was also different.

But than after as he tried to make it in on condition by connecting /charging it with the desired mobile charger received with it. The phone was neither getting charged nor was switched on.

Moreover, My brother was shocked when he co-related the credentials of mobile set box and mobile set both were totally different. The covering box is of Nokia 105 Dual Sim but the set is of single sim only.

I would like to brought this in your kind information that delivering such a fake mobile set to the consumer is a crime.

Being such a reputated company I have not expected such a negligence towards customer satisfaction and quality of product.

Does this company pay any heel towards customer satisfaction ??????

Does the product is duly checked before dispatch / shipment ???????

I request you to kindly send your representative along with the desired consignment order by me and collect this faulty and fake consignment.

I ordered a samsung mobile with bluetooth on 21 sep - 2016 . it has delivered me on 23 sep- 2016. when i open it, then i found hat there is two product in the packet & the mobile phone of samsung is ok, but the bluetooth is not starting . so i call the contact no which are given on the munafa .co .in is out of service . so plz take an action aganist the company.
