I have bought a leather jacket thru munafa.com with large size. As per company return policy they replace product i there is size issue. I loged my request to change my jacket and give me bigger size as current size is not getting fitted. But no they are refusing to return and saying its not possible. If straight forward cheating with consumer. On company website its clearly written replacement will be given on size or fitting issue.

The product is different from description on the website. Customer is requested to read complete description for each product before ordering.

I booked 2 denis shirts(XL) on[protected] with order id- MUN401527. The product has been received on[protected] but the size was small.I complained on the same day through mail and phone as well.first they asked for the physical images of shirts.I sent them but they replied that they wont be able to return.then i asked to replace also but still no response.They even take 24 hours for a response only.This process happened twice.First conversation took place through mail for 3 days.then they replied that they didn't receive my mail but conversation was going on from both sides.Then they sent another mail and told me to send the images again.I did that also but same response that they won, t be able to return.I called them 5 to 6 times also still they are not providing any support.

I was purchase mi20000 mah power bank:mi20000mah from your website dated on 26.09.2016 against invoice no.JWH[protected] but it was received in damaged condition and not work properly please return or replace our product as soon as possible.i am purchase this powerbank is first product from your site and i am facing problem in it.so please resolved my problem

I am purchased nokia 1110i Oerder no. MUN416376. Order date[protected] When i received box mobile body and charger fully damaged then see courier agent and agent name Rajan gupta written me in blank paper pls solution or new product send me. I place my order on dt 11.09.16 at 2:37 on munafa site of Samsung mobile when i received that mobile not working . When I go to samsung service centre they checked and told that this is a chinese mobile .This shows that munafa sale duplicate products on discounted price . I 'll pay complete payment of this mobile but it is not working . Kindly do the needfull .

Sent one genuine product, based on that experience we ordered 2 more leather jackets of red fox.on outside its written on package red fox but inside product is substandard/ not leather at all.no response on emails, everytime new complain number they are giving.we should caught hold of delivery boy and booked in police for helping cheaters.this way no courier will deliver their products.also Delhi cybercrime should take action.

I did not get the product as it is shown in website and the quality is also very poor.
i complain to their costumer care and demand for to refund my money.
they did not give response to my mail and as i call them they only say to wait wait and wait.
and they are saying that It is a Branded & standard product & We are already selling it on too low prices. So we cant afford to take product return.

I ordered a rayban sunglass from munafa.com at 659 rupess.
But they gave me a fake sunglass, which available in market at 100 rupees.

I complain followed by there number [protected], they told me that a email will come and how to return that will be written inside it.

The email came yesterday and they wrote to reply that email with add issue and some photo of the product... I reply that email yesterday with photo.

But today i got a email from munafa.com

Please say what to do? They are cheating with customers, they selling fake product and do not returning, what type of business it is? Please help me...

I have received nokia 1110i product on 12.09.2016, when i saw product it is seen broken condition. Other when i tried switch on after battery insert in device, it is not started. Again try after charging battery but till time mobile not started.

I have already been complaint on 14.09.16 & 20.09.2016 on [protected]@munafa.co.in but till date no action taken by this site.

I bought a mobile on[protected]. The mobile was a 3rd grade product, by simply looking at it anybody can tell it's a duplicate. Munafa.com gave a complimentary product of samsung bluetooth earphone which never started. So now my complaint is please refund my money or i will forward this complaint to consumer forum. I request munafa.com to get to my problem as soon as possible.

My order number 6616563 with awb ez[protected]in. I got a defective power bank and this not working
So please replace this power bank... Immediately.. Specially i would like to say that i have received today aft evening. And it is not working i am very upset. With the shopping with munafa.co.in...

Please solve my problem and either get it back or replace it with a new power bank...

I have ordered "u. s leather jacket" from munafas.co.in.
When i received order it's completly diffrent then displying on website. i have asked customer support team aobut to return product and refund me or send the correct product. but according to munafas.co.in "product color and design may wry?"

It means they are showing class 1 product images but delivering 3rd class/defective products.

See the attached product delivered and actual on munafas.co.in. there are no signle point which match with descripbe product and delivered product. they are delivering there own product and cheating with customer.

I purchaged a combo plan samsung mobile with blutooth.. .. In this product samsung mobile is fault device.. That show the problem of sim registration failed.. I have not satisfaction to this product.. . So replace this.

This products price grand total Rs 1059..
Rs 999 combo plan price and Rs 60 shipping charge..

I had ordered some branded clothes, foot wear etc amounting to around 2300 rupees and all of the products that were delivered were fake and counterfeit. This website called munafa.co.in is completely fraud and the customer care people of their website are trained to give people false promises and wrong information and also they are not willing to accept their fault that their products are counterfeit or fake, these people are blatantly cheating people and there are around more than a 1000 complaints online on consumer forum regarding this. These people are selling adidas, nike, reebok, nokia, ray ban which are all fake and no one is taking action against them. I would like the concerned authorities to look into the matter as they are placed with an office somewhere in new delhi itself.

This is harikshit sinha i have ordered a product from munafa.co.in of rs 1059 products are samsung duplicate mobile and samsung duplicate bluetooth i have ordered my product on 01/09/2016
I have received my product after some days and after receiving product it seems duplicate i wanted to return the product i tried many times to contact no given in invoice after trying so many times call connected to munafa they register my complaint and request no is 1234 and they said that they will response within 2-3 days but they did not..

I received my consignment(Sunglass) on(21.09.2016), my order no is - Mun392294.Actually received product is manufacturing defect, so I want to refund my product.For this purpose I was mail the company 3(First 21.09.2019 and there after...) times about this matter.But still today(26.09.2016) company not respond to me.

so please solve my problem as soon as possible and take necessary step.

This is a fraud company. I have purchased an item in order id : OID311455 on 27th Aug, 2016. But after that I tried to return it, as the product is different from site and [censored] smell. They asked for image. I have replied the images. But first 3 times they told, they have changed their email ID. Now still they are telling they didnt receive. But I have a proof that I send it 6 times.

I want my money back.
