I have ordered from munafas.co.in from facebook but the product come but it is waste product which i have got. Because it cannot charge a single phone so i want my money back and take their product and give my money back. Please take your product back...

I buy a product(leather jacket) form www. munafas.co. in.And after receiving product I open my product but fully different form my placed order item.
Then I am immediately called company but company say I couldn't return your product .and also don't reply my email

I have purchased Samsung Bluetooth and Skullcandy handsfree from www.munafas.co.in/

I have received wrong product. It is not shown as in product image.

Bluetooth and hands free both are different than product image shown in website

Also it is not working. When I try to connect this Bluetooth, It is not getting connected.

I tried to complaint on given contact number. also I fired an email. but they are not responding anywhere. Just they send me an email that your product is not in any warranty. but warranty is started when I received right product. I have received wrong and defective product.

Sir i order a nokia 1110 mobile nd a samsung bluetooth bt i recieved only samsung bluetooth nd its also not in good condition so i want to return my product. i recieved 2 nokia charger one nokia battery and i samsung bluetooth nd all are second hand nd not in good condition so plz i want my money back. On[protected], I ordered a Branded Mobile With Samsung Bluetooth . I received received a parcel with order number MUN424746 on[protected]. However, the quality & product of the material is different from what I ordered. mobile not shoe network, buloothuth not work.

I immediately contacted Munafa corporation through the e-mail [protected]@munafa.co.in and and got a message with reference number 12899 that my complain has been received and it's being worked on. The message came from [protected]@munafa.zendesk.com

Upon googling www.munafa.co.in I saw a display saying the online store does not exist. I have not received any communication till now.

i had purchased product from http://www.munafas.co.in/, i have paid amount.
but when i checked product on same day but its not fitted(size too short), so on same day i had requested to team for exchange or refund, now they send me mail that they will not take return product, as per his product policy there is clear mention that i cant return product is any size/fit issue, but they are not supporting for the same also his call center team not supporting and behaving so bad. now please help.. its a fraud company,

I ordered one item samsung mobile with bluetooth, but phone is not in good condition & look like a old mobile phone & bluetooth not working.

I m feeling that you cheated all the people, because i m calling on company toll free no. & mobile no. When no. Is always showing busy & not picking the call.

So could you pick the order at my home and return my money rs 1059 asap.

I ordered a rayban aviator sunglass on 29 september 2016. And i got the delivery on 6 october 2016. But when i opened the parcel, i found the sunglass to be in a damaged condition. One of the glass of the sunglass was damaged. The sunglass seems to be an original but it is in a damaged condition. So i its a request from me to kindly exchange the same product. Or else i will have to go to consumer court if the matter is not resolved as soon as possible

Dear sir,
I have purchased a leather jacket from munafas.co.in and i had mentioned the size xxl and the order no. For the same is mun414366 date 26/09/2016 invoice no. Jwh[protected] and i have paid cash on delivery of rs 1059 to them.
This is to inform you that the size in incorrect and it is not fitting me as i had requested a xxl and the size is not a double xxl and it does not fit me as i have other xxl jackets also and they fit me well and i have requested them to either give me a size which fits me or they have to take back the delivery as it is a cut size and it is not a xxl and i have also mailed them the photos where the lable is clearly showing no size details of xxl and it does not say that anywhere.
They keep on replying that the supplier has mailed the right delivery and this cannot be returned.
Please help me with the same as they have cheated me with the size and i dont know what to do as i keep on mailing them and they are not helping me.

I odered a samsung bluetooth and a skullcandy earphone but these products are duplicate samsung bluetooth is not working it is not on and the earphone is duplicate i paid for these items 560 rupees.449 product price and 60 rupees shipping charge. But i m not setcfied by these duplicate product. I complented on monday then they asked me when they confirm the payed amount then return the money but till now no response by them.
