On 19-aug-2016, i ordered one power bank and leather jacket in medium size, on 29-aug-2016 when i was received, i checked that jacket in large size. I was informed to munafa customer care, they suggested me to share your complaint details on our mail id. I shared those details which they requested (Product details with jacket photo with size label),
But every time they asking me same thing or telling me we are sending right size of...

I ordered a sunglass from www.munafas.co.in in mid of Sep 16 by cash on delivery. And I received broken sunglasses. Inspire of calling and mailing them several times they neither entertained me nor replied my mails.

I want to return a leather jacket bought from your online shopping site. I am truly dissatisfied with your product and service. The quality is poor and color is wrong so l want my respected refund amount back. If serious attention is not paid to my appeal then some consequential legal action will be taken against your company to claim my refund....

As i saw a advertisement at FB and i ordered 1) Nike lower and tshirt. 2) Jacket then and there. When these products came to my house they were fake and wrong what i ordered over munafa site.

I ordered a samsung bluetooth and a skullcandy earphone but the bluetooth not working and earphone is duplicate so i want to return both. As MUNAFA .CO.IN deliver 20000 mah power bank at my address which is in very bad condition . power bank and connectivity wire is like used already. i have paid for new power bank but they have delivered the used one. and it looks that this is not 20000 mah power bank bcoz my(old one) 13000 mah is much heavier than this new one.
Its been 3 days have gone after request for refund...

All the product is old and damaged in any or other way.
Either it has scratches or spots.
It looks very old and an used one.

The battery has marks an the charger is broken.
The power bank looks as if it has been left in a dirty almost for an year or more.

I brought mobile watch and 32gb memory card also on October 1 2016 and dealer brought my parcel i have given money also after i open that box means 32gb chip has been corrupted and watch is there but watch was demo ...I loss my 960rs at a time ...what the heck... is doing this company this is the fake company' don't trust this company munafa company maa ki chut company the manager is selling his sister for screwing by customers...

We have order a samsung 20000mah power bank: 20th power bank but we have received some local brand the brand name is not mentioned on the product.
We have received the product and put the charge for 5 to 8 hrs.
The product also not working properly so we have decided to return the product.
The power bank is not charging least for one mobile also...
