I have ordered a jacket of size XL Rs.999, but the size i got was small, i contacted there customer care for refund and they said they have registered a complaint on 21-sep-2016. And on 23-sep-2016 when i tried to contact them again the number they have given on there website is temporarily out of service and no contact from there side has been established yet.

This is to inform you that i have ordered a combo product i.e. Sony headphone and MI power bank 10400 mh but the power bank is not charging, its battery is getting exhausted within 1-2 minutes even after charging the power bank for 4-5 hours moreover the headphone is not of sony brand it is of JBL and thats too of a low quality. I want my product to be returned and amount to be refunded.
I have called to your customer care number n times but my response.
I want this case to be deal on priority basis.
Kindly provide me with the solution asap.
