Hello,

I received my order which is Nokia 1110 mobile with ( invoice JWH[protected] POWER BANK.

Got damaged power bank (pics attached) with broken packing (pics attached). Also its charging cable is not in working condition and looks like power bank is used one. Mobile charger is faulty. Let me know how can i return this product and tell me how can i return back my money which i spent to buy this [censored].

Also i have sent complaint mail on "munafa corporation" (Provided on web) more than 3 times but still no positive response.

it is the worst customer support i have seen in my life.

I would strongly suggest to every one DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MUNAFA STORE (www.munafas.co.in). Otherwise you will loose money.

I received a product from munafa.co.in combo of 2 dains shirts but the product is not correct the size of shirt is small and on shirts tagge size is XL so i wnt to replace this product with LARGE size and diffrent colours plz replace this product and give me the right product with large size and diffrent colors

I bought a combo pack of one Samsung Bluetooth headset and Sony power bank for rs 740 and when delivered they were dead on arrival and now the company is not responding to my emails and their customer care number is not reachable.
Therefore they have cheated me and that Bluetooth headset even didn't switch on once.
They have written on there website that the products sold are 100% original but they are not and are duplicate copies of the original products.
They delivered my product on 16 October and today is 18 October since then they have not replied to my emails.
That's why I'm currently guilty for my mistake for trusting such company.

Hi, I have ordered for the Broun color but received black. and size ordered small (S) but received Extra Large (XL). I am very very disappointed because I have to go my home town for attend the family function just because of the wrong product my mood get spoil I am very very disappointed. however now request you to please replace the item as per my order ASAP.

I have ordered a nike shoe from Munafas.co.in online shopping site. Ordered white Nike shoe with size 9. But I recieved a product with light green colour with different size. I have gain revisited the same site for refund option, I was not able to do the same.
