Sir I would like to highlight the MCD Toll tax booth in Badarpur Border while coming from Faridabad The Booth is located in the lane and is just wide enough for a large truck to pass through at a given point of time. Yesterday, I met with an accident at the MCD Toll booth because a truck entering Delhi was suddenly stopped for toll, a car behind the truck had to apply sudden breaks but hit the back of the truck. I was behind the car on a 2 wheeler and hit the car due to the unexpected stoppage of the truck. I have injured myself. The Toll officers present there seemed un disturbed by the accident and said "Iss truck ko toll ke liye roka hai, aapko dhyaan se chalan chaiye". This is not the 1st time that such an incident has taken place. I would request your interference in this matter so that the vehicles that have to pay MCD Toll Tax are alerted well in advance or a boom barrier be set up for the collection of the tax. This will avoid many accidents and traffic snarls that the toll booth, which is placed in a very narrow road, creates

dear sir/madam i am a resident of Sec 6 pocket d-8 Rohini delhi working in attached office of delhi high court but since last two months we all resident of pocket d8 facing problem of street dogs near by delhi jal board/D8. they barks all the time and they started biting the people. we all the resident are fearing to walk or going outside the houses. Due to above said reason I could not concentrate on work. You are therefore requested to take action at earliest.

Dear Sir, We are living at 104, IIIrd floor, santnagar, East of kailash, new delhi -110065. This building is approved from MCD, but later on the builder of this building has sold the roof to other person . He constructed two rooms on the roof, which later on demolished by MCD and it happened twice. In 2012, again this roof was sold to a person and he has constructed 3 rooms on it. And this person keeps telling to the whole area that this time MCD cannot demolished it, since he has bribed JEs, Chief Engineer and Dy commissioner as well properly. Sir, This building is not designed for carrying extra load and this illegal construction may bring the danger to the life of residents of this building as well as neighbors. As you know Delhi has seen some building collapsed cases in recent past . So please look into the matter as life of several people in danger. There is stagnant water body just behind Rakshakunj Society where cows and buffaloes can be seen dipping in water.
There is also dampness in the Rakshakunj Society premises which is also helps in breeding of mosquitoes.

Fogging needs to be done within Society and just outside the boundary wall on the back side of the Society.

A few days back atleast three cases of dengue were reported from Rakshakunj.
The facts could be verified by deputing MCD officials to Rakshakunj any time .Will MCD wake up now to take corrective action .

It is not understood why MCD has started this online complaint filing when there is no responsible person who goes through the complaints They do not even bother to read it.

I happen to speak to OSD of DHS on his mobile number last Sunday ( 20.10.2013) .When he was asked when he would take action for fogging in around Rakshakunj Paschim Vihar where dengue mosquitoes are definitely breeding, his immediate reply was that it was the duty of MCD.

On further persisting with him when he was intimated that it was his phone number given on the web site of Delhi Health Service that he relented but even then he said that he would take action on the following Monday( 21.10.2013) .He also intimated that the person going through the e-mails is someone else and he does not go through the e-mail himself.

So far no action has been taken by MCD/DHS to carry out fogging within Rakshakunj Paschim Vihar. It is not understood why DHS/MCD is bearing the burden of such irresponsible officials who have no feel for the health and safety of residents of Delhi.

My request is that besides attending to the immediate fogging of the Rakshakunj Paschim Vihar and behind it, please sensitize your officials holding responsible position at higher echelons.

My earlier online complaints were filed on 5.10.2013 and and on 12.10.2013( Complaint no.GRV/WSZ/2013/00154 )


Kindly take action and acknowledge that my complaint has been read by MCD's responsible officials.

Respected Sir/Mam I live in A-45/46 Gandhi Vihar, Near Mukher Ji Nagar, Delhi- 110009. I regret to say that here are no park or play ground for playing children's . My house outside is huge traffic or public passing road. Every evening children's are so sad for nothing for play outside like park or play ground. I am so worried about that, I am humble request to you plz take some action for open park or play ground for playing for children's like some swings, sea saw, some bench's, fountains, etc.as possible . Sir, I am a resident of g-20/105, Sector-7, Rohini Delhi-110085, The main sewer connecting the my house sewer system has been blocked for ne/arly 6 Days now and lodging complaint with the concerned department of the same has not helped. Now the situation is so bad that sewer water has filled up my bathroom and. Cansmething be done about it.

With utmost request i want to draw your kind attention towards the negligence of sweepers in Gali no .37 Mahavir Enclave Part-3 . the drain are full of rubbish, dirt, garbage and excreta. There comes foul smell and it quite impossible to pass even from a single streets. The dirty water has started overflowing them and it is flowing in the street. local sweepers have been requested to attend but there visits are few and far between.

There is every likelihood of an epidemic to spreed and the residents may be its victims.The complete responsibility will fall on the administration for this lapse. It is in the interests of all that strict action be taken against the negligent people and the drain be got cleaned to save the public from any disease.

To The MCD Commissioner South Delhi Municipal Corporation New Delhi Dear Sir, There is a serious illegal construction going on public land at RZ-D2/164, Near MCD Park, Opposite of Plot No 169, Gali No 5, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi - 110045. The plot width is as low as 5-6 ft and builder is trying to build a 5 storey build on it. It is also capturing the part of gali near the park. Building 5-storey on a narrow sized plot would be dangerous as it may collapse anytime and harm other buildings which might cause casualty. We the residents of D2 Block, Gali No 5, Mahavir Enclave request you to take action immediately before any damage occurs. i would like to inform u that my place vijay park najafgarh is become fertile place for breeding of mosquitoes, & i have learnt that MCD is putting the drive for stopping mosquitoes breeding in different areas but in our area not a single person has come for this, more over water logging on road with lot o[censored]nwanted things causing lot of problem walking on road, sweeper put all dirt of road in sewer cause logging of water.once in 15 days sweeper team will come & clean the line & put all dirt in front of house for minimum for 4days to get dry, totally become pathetic condition for entering in house, contractor has made the road recently & he has left all dirt there itself & that dirt is going in sewer,

kindly sir look into this matter, get rid of our hell life

I am living in B-15/B, Nishat Park, Kakrola Mor, New Delhi-78. There is a new construction in front of my house. some persons are living there. They flow waste water in drain while drain is blocked from both end. The drain is open also. So, waste water is stored in drain. Due to that, mosquito population is raising day by day. Please help us.

I stay in this very glorified, professed city Gurgaon, sector 56 . It has been 3 years that we the residents & our expensive vehicles have been continuously exposed to these miserable and heartbreaking state of the roads. I see so many complaints logged in & there is no sign of improvement, i wonder who will consider or acknowledge our plea. Dear Sir, I beg to say that i am living in village jhuljhuli, post off. Ghumanhera, ND-73. I wanted to inform you that the no. of gnats are to much in our village / houses / in open siver lines (nalies) . there are lot of peoples are suffering from fiver loos motion vomiting, one case of dengue is noted in our village. After all there are no action from MCD for spry or fogging of medicines for controlling of mosquitoes . hi, I am Deepak maheshwari from Jahangir puri, sir would like to tell u no one mcd member working properly. they are not performing their duty... there are many people suffering from dengue fever...they are not spreading any type of medicine or fumigate...please take a stringent step against this problem as early as possible

majnu ka tilla, ward no-78, there are various cases registered of dengue, malaria etc due to garbage. the situation of the dustbin house is not well .there is no gate, no proper wall as well as if any worker come to take the garbage they don't pick the whole garbage.from dustbin, unlikely they spread the garbage on the road .there is no facility to sweep properly. also there is no facility to cop up with these things. sir if you are giving the money for diseases in the hospitals but you are not taking any step to improve the situation of dustbins which are located in these area then there is no mean for the welfare of the society . there is various family in this area who are not able to give proper diet, health as well as enough money to spend on the children s care . if you will spend some money on the cleaningness of dustbins . we will thought our votes don't go waste .and we choose good govt for us . there is two dustbin in front of road in dirty position. no one can move from there .because there is so much smelling .in the morning various school going children stand there in worse situation. this is not good for anybodies health. as a humanbeing my humble request to the mcd department and cheif minister sheila dikshit that please take some important step for impove the situation in majnu ka tilla.

The high mast installed at DDA Janta, Badarpur is of no use. After making somany complaint someone will attend and make one light out of four in a pillar right that did function hardly for one or two days again gone dead. I would, therefore, urge the need to look into it and find out a permanent solution.

Dear Sir, I'm a resident of EK JOT Apartment, Road No. 44, Pitampura , Delhi - 110034 and we are seeing dengue cases everyday. As per my knowledge we have seen around 5-6 cases in last week. Please spray some medicine, close all the lids of gutters and help us in not spreading the disease. Also we can see lot of open holes which contain plenty of water and no one is taking care of.
