To The MCD Commissioner South zone, New Delhi-110019 Date –[protected] Subject- Application for removal the MOBILE TOWER at residential area. Esteemed Sir With due respect that we are the Residential people of local area of Transit Camp, Rajeev Gandhi Colony, Govind Puri, New Delhi -110019, since last 20 years. My neighbour Mr.Subhash Chopra R/O B/960 Transit Camp, Rajeev Gandhi Colony, Govind Puri, New Delhi-110019, a MOBILE TOWER was situated on Dec 2010, but after the complaint it was sealed. Now another MOBILE TOWER was situated on that above mention address i.e. B/960 Transit Camp, Rajeev Gandhi Colony, Govind Puri, New Delhi-110019 by Mr. Subhash Chopra. Mr. Subhash Chopra is a well educated and a teacher in GOVT. School. Then how the teacher took that risky and illegal step for the whole society. The Sealed Tower was also re-stared and new one was also established at that address. He also told after drinking “KOI MERA KYA KAR LEGA JO BIGAAD SAKTA HAI TOH BIGAAD LO’’. It Cause very harmful and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It create many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. So please Sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - You’re truly. R W

There is a location just opp. DDA office T-POint crossing, towrads ZP Block, Maurya Enclave, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110034. There heavy machinery viz. two road rollers, tarcoal mixing plant, 2 tractors, tarcoal mixer laying machine for road builkding and lot other including 8-10 people with shedded plastic sheets are there for last 15-20 days for contractor M/s C.P. Arora Engineers and Contractors Do MCD/PWD charge teh rental from this contractor If not why they are there on public property and making it look so bad What Delhi Police is doing Is it that this contractor has greased the palms of officials in Delhi Police / MCD/ PWD If it is there illegally then remove it imm and ensure this don't happen and u don't indulge in corrupt practices in collusion with these contractors U r public servants and don't try to be private servants with ur vested interests

facing a serious problem of garbage which is affecting our daily life and also that garbage which includes poly bags and many hazardous chemicals which is eaten by animals like cows, making danger to their and our lives. Still there is no dustbin of any kind has been placed by MCD

We have complaint many times to local area MCD officer ( Mr. Ashok[protected] but there is no proper response from him saying that he has not having proper staff and he will do that work in few days...always FROM LAST 11 MONTHS

We have also complained MCD Nazafgarh Zone ( Compliant No :2006) as well South Zone MCD Complaint No: 6557) they have not taken any action till date...

As a Belief in you, hope that you will certainly look into above matter and will give a permanent relief from this problem

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that some people have started throwing garbage in front of my house which has taken a shape of pile. I have requested MCD persons so many times to collect the garbage during their regular visits, but they do not turn up. So, would hereby request you to please instruct the concerned persons to collect the garbage regularly to keep the area neat & clean.

I am a resident of mayur vihar phase 1 extension. There is a huge group of stray dogs that are housed on the road outside Samachar and United apartments. They are about 10 to 15 in number. They are quite menacing at night and keep barking and grouping around pedestrians. Please have this problem addressed immediately.

Please consider this as my official complaint against O-40 Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi - 110065 resident Subhash, He has illegaly encroached area front of his house and near east of kailash pullah for his commercial purpose (Dumping the building materials) which is causing lot of problem for resident to park their cars and even walk on the footpath. Also building material is causing serious health concerns. He has also illegaly instally mobile tower on his terrace in a residential area which also serious health concern to resident like us. Request you to please take immediate and strong actions.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of sheikh sarai phase-2. There are lot of street dogs ( around 15~20) in our colony . They used the bark and bite to the people those are passing through the way . due to construction of house no.M-385, guru harkishan nagar, paschim vihar, new delhi-110087, there is gathering of garbage, dirty water in service lane. Hence, there are too much mosquitoes. The sweeeper also comes one day in a week. But nobody care. Please check the service lane, you will find garbage there. There is chance to grow of dengue mosquitoes.

Hi, I would like to draw your attention towards the Do Menace that we are facing here in Krishi Apartments, D Block Vikas Puri, New Delhi - 110018 There are 4 to 5 stray dogs in the apartment that go around shadowing and scaring people all the time. There are children playing in the apartment park who are completely unsafe due to the Stray dogs in the apartment. We have tried to scare them away however they keep coming back. In order to avoid any of the residents to be attacked or bitten by the Dogs I would request you to please arrange for taking away these Dogs which have become a nuisance for all the members/residents. Sir, i am a 60 year old women living here in pandav nagar with my son and daughter in law, but from past 1 month i am suffering from the serious problem of noise pollution a bike repair shop named as (deep d-65 ground floor pandav nagar near mother dairy ) illegaly running his bike repai shop in my area, you can come any time to inspect this problem its seriously hazardous for my and all the peoples health who are living nearby Its my humble request for you to take strickt action against this illegal shops ( pls do not reveal my name as these people are very dangerous they can harm me ans as well my family members )

They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of some houses. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. I have also got bitten by one of such dog on 19th November 2013 and going thru rabies vaccination. Also their loud and strange noises during the evening / night disturbs scares passer byes and children and it’s very difficult to cross this lane to buy grocery and any item from market. It has become a big challenge to cross this lane in evenings / nights due to such dogs who are not owned by anyone and even having belts in their necks. One of such dog sits most of the time opposite Dr Banerjee [Homeopathic] home in front of pink flats [Dog is yellow color and have belt in his neck but nobody owns him]. He is the one who has bitten me. Most of the maids who work in houses to earn their living also facing hard time to cross this lane. Request you to please take some immediate action to remove those dangerous dogs from this street .Please help us to get rid of this stray dog menace and take immediate action by sending MCD Dog Squad to catch them. I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which Jagriti Enclave, Delhi - 110092 areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities. During night they keep on barking, creating nu-sense in a residential area. There are couple of stray dogs living in the colony area being fed by residents and deliberately they have been tied aet tag, but are stray. They jump on the block evident either day or night causing scare and it's not fair to live in a society in fear. Please send a squad to catch them up and let live the residents in peace.

The, - MCD comissioner, Delhi, Subject: complaint regarding water logging. Respected sir/Madam, As an aggrieved and overharassed member of public . I wish to complaint against the wrong drainage system of the resident c-6/199 yamuna vihar. They cemented their own drain and now their own drained water is spreading in service lane everywhere. As a result mosquitos are breeding alot there and as dengue is spreading . Though the defaulters have been approached many times, they have not heed to any request. It is therefore, request that the officials should punished the flouters. I hope you will take necessary steps to control this drainage water as early as possible and take strict action against the flouters. I request you to kindly keep my identity as secret. Sir, I am a resident of Defence Enclave (Vikas Marg) and wish to bring to your notice the increasing menace of stray dogs. They have been frequently biting people without any provocation. I have been bitten twice. And as you know that the RABIES VIRUS is not something that should be dealt with lightly because it is lethal and capable of taking lives. We, as citizens of the society cannot live in fear everytime we step out of our homes. So, I sincerely request you to give due consideration in this matter and find a solution on an urgent basis. Dear Sir,

We are the residents of ASHA PARK, NEAR JAIL ROAD, NEW DELHI-110018. Attached please find a photo of road. In this regards we submit as under:-

That some mischievous person has constructed pillars in the middle of the road, Lot of roads and violations have been blocked by erecting gates & pillars in between, Just to block vehicular traffic in front of their houses. This has been done in violation of traffic rules and is meant to encroach upon the entire road and govt. land for personal use with ulterior motive. This has caused many accidents in the vicinity but the authorities failed to remove it so far mentioned that some MCD functionaries are hand in glove with these persons and does not give any heed to the complaints and hence no action is taken. As the roads remain blocked throughout day and night, is not a clear violation of High court orders which states that the gates should remain open for 5.00 am to 12.00pm for public.


You are requested to verify the matter and take action in the matter to avoid accidents in future your kind indulgence is immediately required
