I was paying mcgm water bill of amount Rs 4104/- using Axis Bank Debit card through Bank of Baroda payment getaway. After filled OTP amount got deducted and post that got an internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to my bank account.

I am residing at Flat 4/401 of Sapphire Heights, Kandivali Lokhandwala. My building is sealed w.e.f. 02/04/2021 due more than 10 active cases of Covid 19. I am working as Chief Manager at SBI, Corporate Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai. I was paying mcgm water bill of amount rs 19191/- using citi credit card. Amount got deducted and post that i got an internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to my credit card.

I did online payment of water bill of amount Rs. 4443/- on 20\03\2021 from mcgm portal and my payent MCGM order number is MCGM252366 . The amount rs 4443 was debited from my account but water bill still shows outstanding amount. Road is occupied by illegal car parking. They never move cars.
