I would like to inform the MCGM that while making payment water bill of Rs.995/-against the account no.KWW8670006 Via Online mode from bombay mercantile co.op bank ltd debit card on 14th april 2021 my account balance got deducted but the site displaying technical error
Kindly take this into consideration and do the needful.

    I Was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 672/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway bank of baroda pay and then had used my UPI I'd .

    The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.

    Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

      I was paying mcgm water bill of amount Rs 2259/- using Axis Bank Debit card through Bank of Baroda payment getaway. After filled OTP amount got deducted and post that got an internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to my bank account.

Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to my credit card account.

            I paid Rs.16, 537 water bill using Bank Of Baroda Gateway. Amount got debited but I got an error message without a receipt which was "Sorry unable to process your request. Please contact to administrator and try again later". I got no receipt nor I can see the bill status updated. Below are payment details.

                I am residing at Flat 4/401 of Sapphire Heights, Kandivali Lokhandwala. My building is sealed w.e.f. 02/04/2021 due more than 10 active cases of Covid 19. I am working as Chief Manager at SBI, Corporate Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai. I had received What's App message regarding sealing of Building No 4 and exemption under essential services by office bearer of our Society. Bank employees are not included in that list as per their conversation with BMC.

                2. Ministry of Finance has recognized Bankers as a COVID-19 warriors. I have a lot work related to Bank's Annual Closing, which I can arrange only from office. Kindly confirm that Bank Employees are allowed are not to go office under essential services when Building is sealed by BMC due to Covid 19 active cases. There is not any active case of Covid-19 at my floor.

                3. I have checked the list of building sealed by BMC ( attached with the mail) as on 03.04.2021 at https://stopcoronavirus.mcgm.gov.in/ but any building of Sapphire Heights is not in the list. I have requested the same from office bearer of society by mail, but they could not arrange it. They advised us that they had not received the same from BMC as entire BMC official have tested positive so there is a delay in written orders. Kindly provide us any official letter or mail from BMC advising our office bearer to seal the building No 4 of Sapphire Heights. This will be sufficient for me to take legitimate leave, otherwise Bank may take disciplinary action against me in the absence of any documentary proof. Please update the same in the list of building sealed by BMC at https://stopcoronavirus.mcgm.gov.in/

                4. Hoping to get cooperation from you in this regard. I will follow the quarantine rules as a responsible citizen of this country.

                                        My name is Paresh Suresh Panalekar. Residing at Ghatla Gaon Santosh Nagar chembur 400071

                                        I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of santosh nagar as a whole. Sir there is one street dog in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and had bit 2 to 3 persons. Several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. He is also infected by some disease and also he makes potty infront of every one's house.

                                        So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.
