I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via the official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on 22nd Feb, through Bank of Baroda gateway. Once the amount was debited, it was directed to another web page with an error message, "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later."
However, the payment has been debited from my account, and the MCGM water bills are still showing outstanding. Please arrange a refund of the same amount in my bank account.
