I was paying MCGM water bill of amount Rs 3, 070/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had Gpay.
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

Hi Team,

I paid 1836/- via sbi epay and gpay UPI. on MCGM aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in for my water bill payment. However after approving payment money got deducted and payment was not completed as weblink shown server error and payment receipt was not generated. After checking again Bill was still reflecting as Not paid.

Also there is no way to contact them, their website is pathetic, HELP and contact us section never...

The amount got deducted and post that I got transaction fail message. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.

I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on 24th Feb, through SBI EPAY. Once the payment was completed, it was directed to another web page with error message "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later"

However, the payment has been debited from my account and the MCGM water bills are still showing...

This is to bring to your attention that there is alot of garbage accumulated near Grant Road station East in an open sewage because of which there are a lot of rodent activity & its difficult to pass by the area.
Its on the road leading to the station, Grant Road East, below the east west bridge besides the shop welworth...

This complaint is for BMC Ghatkopar regarding hawkers, sir there is a parential pronl of hawkers as soon as u come out of ghatkopar station to market road, Hirachand Desai Road, they have made 3 rows on the footpath meant for pedestrians, v have to literally walk on the road endangering our live against Best buses cars and autorickshaw, We are just waiting for a major accident on this road. sir this time is pandemic(CORONA-Second Strains...

At Shell Colony Road, Chembur we have a Residential Society - Nandadeep Everest CHS, a lane behind the Shops opp Nana-Nani Park which leads to E wing of Nandadeep Everest CHS at the entrance there is lot of garbage / waste which is not being picked up by BMC garbage lifters. Request to please clear the same as this lying for the last 3 months....

I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via the official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on 22nd Feb, through Bank of Baroda gateway. Once the amount was debited, it was directed to another web page with an error message, "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later."

However, the payment has been debited from my account, and the MCGM water bills...

Since one year there is lack of water supply in our area (Maheshwar Nagar), And also from 3/4 days there is no water supply.
We kindly request you to please check this issues as soon as possible....

I have made payment through online but not yet updated at the portal i do have a attachment when the amount got deducted and after that warning came as you can see in the attachment..so please do the needful about what to do now...i do have a transaction details also if you want i can provide that also...so please help me out to know that the transaction is successful or not...and if it is not please refund the amount

Made the transaction today morning via UPI gateway, the amount got deducted and UPI merchant app showed successful transaction, but the MCGM site showed internal error and now nothing has been reflected yet on the site...

I have paid Bill only Today with my ICICI Credit Card & 14000Rs Money got deducted but Bill was not paid & got Administrator Error.

Dear Sir,

We stay in singh estate, Kandivali east, Mumbai-101. In our area, at cross road no 0, there ia a transist camp made by builder Shapporji pallonji. Besides this transit camp, there is lot of garbage, sewage line of transit camp is broken from outside and that water comes on ground thus there is lot of fouling smell. We are afraid that there might be spread of some contagious disease like plague etc.
