I Mihir Gada had done a payment of Rs. 1448 for CCN KWS3360001. I used the MCGM portal to make the online payment, as soon as my money got deducted from my bank account and then the page showed payment fail. I went to administer office he said that wait for 10 days then your payment will be reflected but it's still not done after 10 days.
My total outstanding amount was Rs. 7004 but I thought let's try only one bill first because I was doing online payment for MCGM for the first time. So I paid the most recent bill amount of Rs.1448. I used the portal link, the money got deducted and the page showed the error. I went to offline desk to do the payment of other bills and said them about payment issue, they told me to clear this issue first and then pay the remaining bills. Now please help me to clear this then only I will be able to pay other outstanding amount.

      Money got deducted and then site showed error 404.
      I did not get any receipts and my bills are still shown as outstanding

      Not Resolved...!!!
      Ok, it got resolved after 3 days. There were no outstanding payments for my CCN and i got a duplicate receipt after logging in to the citizen portal.

          Loud noise from construction at midnight

          Dear Sir,

          This is to bring to your notice that private building construction is continued throughout midnight in Thakur Village at Viceroy Savana building. And their huge crane makes screeching noise louder than Navratri speakers every 10 minutes for whole night. Which is audible at even 100 meters distance. The sound is irritating and causes disturbance in sleep for whole night. And makes ears ringing with bell sound even...

          I did online payment of water bill of amount 16208 today 01\03\2021 from mcgm portal but i did not get any transaction reference number. The amount 16208 was debited from my account but water bill still shows outstanding amount. My water bill connection number CNN is SXU7790003.. Kindly look into the same and do the needful by either acknowledging the payment or revert back the amount for online transaction error.. Thank you

              Hi Team,

              I paid 1836/- via sbi epay and gpay UPI. on MCGM aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in for my water bill payment. However after approving payment money got deducted and payment was not completed as weblink shown server error and payment receipt was not generated. After checking again Bill was still reflecting as Not paid.

              Also there is no way to contact them, their website is pathetic, HELP and contact us section never works.

              Please assist to recover money and stop this issue.

                  I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on 24th Feb, through SBI EPAY. Once the payment was completed, it was directed to another web page with error message "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later"

                  However, the payment has been debited from my account and the MCGM water bills are still showing outstanding.

                            This complaint is for BMC Ghatkopar regarding hawkers, sir there is a parential pronl of hawkers as soon as u come out of ghatkopar station to market road, Hirachand Desai Road, they have made 3 rows on the footpath meant for pedestrians, v have to literally walk on the road endangering our live against Best buses cars and autorickshaw, We are just waiting for a major accident on this road. sir this time is pandemic(CORONA-Second Strains ). I request the bmc to kindly look into the mater seriously and alot the suitable place for them probably below the Ghatkopar Metro station bridge.

                            Today i have faced same issue in the market area. Sir please dissolve the issue. Today some hawkers are misbehave with me and they are using bad languages. Sir the all hawkers misbehave many people on the road.

                              At Shell Colony Road, Chembur we have a Residential Society - Nandadeep Everest CHS, a lane behind the Shops opp Nana-Nani Park which leads to E wing of Nandadeep Everest CHS at the entrance there is lot of garbage / waste which is not being picked up by BMC garbage lifters. Request to please clear the same as this lying for the last 3 months.

                                    I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via the official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on 22nd Feb, through Bank of Baroda gateway. Once the amount was debited, it was directed to another web page with an error message, "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later."

                                    However, the payment has been debited from my account, and the MCGM water bills are still showing outstanding. Please arrange a refund of the same amount in my bank account.
