I have made payment through online but not yet updated at the portal i do have a attachment when the amount got deducted and after that warning came as you can see in the attachment..so please do the needful about what to do now...i do have a transaction details also if you want i can provide that also...so please help me out to know that the transaction is successful or not...and if it is not please refund the amount

      Made the transaction today morning via UPI gateway, the amount got deducted and UPI merchant app showed successful transaction, but the MCGM site showed internal error and now nothing has been reflected yet on the site

        Finally after a week of Following up with BMC Officials, Water Bill Payment was successfully done & it is reflecting under my Bill Account.

        its happens with me also .I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 2, 937./- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my credit card.
        The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
        Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

        The Bill Payment was done successfully after a week of Complain & following up with BMC Office.

          Dear Sir,

          We stay in singh estate, Kandivali east, Mumbai-101. In our area, at cross road no 0, there ia a transist camp made by builder Shapporji pallonji. Besides this transit camp, there is lot of garbage, sewage line of transit camp is broken from outside and that water comes on ground thus there is lot of fouling smell. We are afraid that there might be spread of some contagious disease like plague etc.

          Pls take relevant action at the earliest.

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I am resident of mumbai, sangam nagar, i live here more than 50year.we have water connection from more than 25 year. And i am paying for that water connection, when i get that water connection we are more than 15 member, but after some time lot of people have been discontinued our membership and then they get the stolen water connection.
                  And we are now only have four members in that connection and we are paying for that huge amount of money and frustration.
                  After the lockdown we have been facing more issues with another member who has taken the anoter stolen connection and refused to pay for last 6month bill amount which is divided by 4member. Now i have not pay for this bill and he got away with stolen connection.
                  This stolen connection has been taken from near shivshaktimedical, sangam nagar, darya chicken shop, mumbai 400037.

                    I paid my property tax of Rs 15, 210 online through Netbanking on 12th Feb 2021. The amount got debited from my bank account but not applied to property tax. No reciept was generated. Amount not refunded either. The message displayed was as under:-

                        In bandra (east), near Ram Mandir there are many dogs but one dog namely max is the biggest threat to everyone who passes by the road. He uses to bark and bite. He had bitten many people in my locality. Today he bite to my younger brother aged 12 years. We had filled a police complaint also. I request you to pick the dog and take him away from the locality, because this dog is a threat to everyones life. kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you.

                          My name is Rahul. Residing at Kingston Apartment, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai Mumbai 400076.

                          I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents as there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. they bark all night and disturb our sleep.

                          So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

                              I did online payment of water bill of amount 11023 today 8/02/2021 from mcgm portal but i did not get any transaction reference number (screenshot attached). The amount 11023 was debited from my account but water bill still shows an outstanding amount. My water bill connection number cnn is [protected]@0205692. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful by either acknowledging the payment or revert back the amount for online transaction error.. Thank you

                                  I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 4, 655/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my UPI id
                                  The amount of Rs 4655 got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
                                  Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

                                    The numbers displayed on the website or provided from the govt helpline 1916, is not working. When the other numbers observed on the website are called, they usually end up being invalid numbers half of the time

                                    The problem of street dogs have increased to dangerous levels and any comorbidity introduced by dog bites will add to the vaccination drive of the Covid pandemic.

                                    In the interest of humans, please remove the dogs from the streets. If need be, there could be an allocated FENCED area in the jungles for them to be kept

                                    Dogs are becoming aggressive anytime of the day. They come behind barking in groups. Should the Mumbaikar focus on their daily struggles of making ends meet and provide for their elder parents / sick family members / new borns .. OR be out to fight with dogs and be bitten

                                    The potential of this could even hamper the lives of those who shall be bitten by these dogs - coz new medical condition would arise and then whether to vaccinate those people or not - would have devastating effect on the lives of those individuals

                                    Relocating the animals is not a problem, if a fenced area could be used. Current rules of sanitizing the dogs is not a solution in its entirety . We need sanitizing plus relocating them

                                    All the sanitation efforts till now has not helped to curb the dog menace. The problem of avoiding thieves is also not been of much benefit by increasing dogs on street

                                    So in the interest of the Mumbaikars, please remove the street dogs from all wards - plus sanitize them as well

                                      The number of dogs and their aggression has increased to levels that they can bite anyone. They come behind in groups and are now a big team. The dogs dont leave alone anyone - be it a kid, grown up, senior citizens, house maid, pregnant women, regular family members who visit their families in the building and support them with food / medical supplies etc.

                                      Thus the vulnerable senior citizens and pregnant women stand the greatest change of danger. Even working members of the family need to go to work to make their ends meet - be in govt jobs or private.

                                      I such times we anticipate that the govt can ignore the animal foundations claims towards removal of dogs from the area. Please think of the risk they pose to human now, and they could all be relocated to the forests or contained zones in forest areas
