Since all the information which I'm writing here is visible to everyone so I'm not sharing my name. I'm a common man. Residing at above Ducklane, near AMRAPALI buddha VIHAR temple, ramnagar, tembhipada police chowky, above pipe line, Bhandup(W) Mumbai 400 061.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Ducklane, Ramnagar as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in Ramnagar especially in Ducklanr. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as I moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While I moved a step backwards, there was a gutter and water pipe lines as a result of which I slipped. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.
And sir when you come in my area so please check there are many dogs which are pets so please check their owner's have vaccinated them. Bec6in my area people bring dogs as pet but don't vaccinate them which is really a big issue so please check this and if possible try to spread some awareness about keeping dogs pets.
So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.
And sir if you come to my area and you come to know my name anyhow so please don't disclose it and solve my problem.

Some fish seller making unlawful fish market here on Sunday, Wednesday & Friday in week. Due to this our society people facing problem .

Sorry to inform you that there is a lot of harassment when road cutting is done in Vile Parle. Habibai Chawl, Shraddhanand Road, Mumbai 400057. Our corporator Adv. Parag Alwani has not been able to solve this problem.
Last 50 years we have lived at Habibai chawl, Shraddhanand Road Vile parle east. 30 year ago Shushil kumar Shinde, Hegde told that we are get house or shifting will be Vile Parle itself.
October 2013, when the road cutting was done at shraddhanand road our chawl was demolished. and get an allotment letter for stay at Dahisar east for 2 year.
Now these circumstances had gone 8 years, no news for shifting Dahisar to Vileparle. Municipal corporation has not replied to any answer, they say no flat in Vile parle but there are so many flats in vile parle.
humbly request to you that do the needful.

Request to take action against the fish seller on road side of main mumbai in dadar.
Dadar fish market sifted from dadar to airoli however same fish hawkers are still sell there fish openly on main road at dadar in morning secion, nr meenatai full market.
Due to this heavy traffic jam here.

There are uncountable Cats are roaming around our Dharavi Shastri Nagar CHS Ltd., This Cats entering passage area. and entering inside the Flat also. It is very disturbing to our society residence members.
So, we request to catch this Cats and send it to somewhere safe place.

I had paid Rs.13586/- in liu of property tax on 13/08/2021 at 03:03 am . I received intimation from bank that the money was debited from my account but I did not get a reciept.

Water is the basic need ( Humen Right ) and I have paid the fees as prescribed by the department. I the payment receipt no.: 1920HER00503043 dated 30.10.2019. As I got the permission, then why such a big delay. Please explain and kindly do the needful.

This is to inform you that I have submitted a hard copy of the letter to your office. How long I can wait? Hence in the last I am bothering you.

Because from a very long time I am facing difficulty due to no water supply to my room. This forced me to write this request letter. My bank is refusing to refund since the transaction was successful from my bank and mcgm accepted the payment but online it showed error so nor my bill got paid nor I got refund for my water bill paid online that showed error on screen on 19th nov and so many times of complaints yet have not recieved refund. Please kindly help. When will you help or do something I have submitted written complaint physically in mcgm, andheri and sent email about the complaint but nothing is being done.The amount was accepted by mcgm and not recognized for respective bill in 19TH NOVEMBER 2020 and today is 12TH AUGUST 2021. Please help please. I am tired of complaining everywhere.

We the residents of the above society require your assistance in tackling the cat menace in our society premises. There are stray cats regularly littering and dirtying the society compounds . They also defecate in front of the main doors of our apartments making it literally impossible to walk through. There is a bad odour and unhygienic conditions in the society.

Sector21 around central park kharghar navimumbai. There is an increase in number of stray dogs around 12-15 in a pack . All adult male dogs. They charged on me 2 days in a row. They surrounding and attacking. 2 days I was lucky. They are being fed by locals this is y they are aggressive. I tried other routes still there are dogs. What can you do to help. I have to carry a stick. I don't want to harm them. Please help

We are the residents of Bori building situated at Grant road east. There are almost more the 20 to 30 unwanted cats in our building bothering us and children playing in the compound of building. Other than that we have daily problems of their potties everywhere near our surrounding. Would request to help us to vacate tham from our building and post them somewhere in the open area where they can survive.

We are facing water shortage in our building since past few days as it seems the line is choked and we are not getting enough water. It gets over by 8-9 am every day and it is not possible to survive throughout the day with this much supply.

This is a recurring issue and we feel either the line is choked or is insufficient and needs enlargement as residents are more and water supply is very very less. Our connection number is RCH1080021 - R/Central Ward. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as we are facing lot of problems due to this.

Hii ..i live in v.n purav marg, pailipada, mumbai 400088, there is alot of stray dogs in our area ..they are dangerous and they pollute the building and in front or people's house they are really unhygienic and they they dung in front of our houses..we have small kids living in our building, it is a matter of people's health . These stray dogs dont belong to anyone . I want you to please take care of this issue .

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have applied for a marriage certificate on 21st June 2021 and completed all the necessary requirements in front of the registrar. On 6th July 2021 I received a mail that the application is approved and I need to make a payment of INR 155. I did the same and have a valid receipt as well. I went to M East ward and requested to print the marriage certificate but they are saying that the certificate is not generated due to technical error and they don't know how to solve this. I went many times and even spoke to the head of the MOH department, even though he refused to help.
I am a NRI and want to take my wife to Dubai with me but can't do this without a certificate. Please help me on this matter.

As per mcgm ever building over 30 years have to submit a structural audit report to bmc once in 3 years, our building is in a very deleptable state and the bmc says that they do not have any original or apporoved plans of the building, the do not have any structural audit report of the building, the building was constructed in 1954 and the landlord has not maintained the building even after collecting monies towards repairs and rent and various contributions . And stop there construction because they are illegally building above the legal height of slum area that is 14ft which is illegal
